Before I start the story, to the people reading this story, I have yet to see the film myself. So until I have seen it, I kindly ask that you do not reveal whether or not Penelope appears in the movie, as it'll also spoil it for those who haven't seen it. Action!
Penelope is frantically pacing back and forth, wondering if she's going to be in Space Jam: A New Legacy.
"Mon amour, please calm down." Pepe pleaded. "Monsieur Bravo ees doing research."
Johnny came into the room.
"Well?" Penelope asked.
"I've done a lot." Johnny informed. "I was on the phone to Warner Brothers for an hour, I browsed Wikipedia, and I even saw books online with you in them."
Penelope got excited.
"But it doesn't confirm that you're in the film." Johnny added.
Penelope facepalmed.
"And when I called WB to ask about you being in the film, they put me on hold for an hour, then hung up on me." Johnny added. "I tried to call back, but they never answered."
"I appreciate what you did for me, Johnny." Penelope informed.
"Oui." Pepe agreed. "Let's wait and hope for le best."
