It was 4 weeks later, Katara was now 28 weeks pregnant.
Katara began to get some practice contractions at different times of the day and would occasionally have visions when she was asleep.
It was late at night, Katara was heading upstairs to get ready for bed, Aang had just fallen asleep, Bumi and Kya fell asleep hours ago. As Katara was heading upstairs, then all of the sudden the baby kicked, giving Katara practice contractions, it was painful. "Ahh!" Katara shouts in pain and crying. "Aang, Aang, Aang!" Katara shouts crying and moaning in deep pain. Aang gasps. "Katara?!" Aang shouts. "Aang?!" Katara shouts curiously. "Katara, where are you?!" Aang asks shouting. "I'm over here." Katara says. Katara's pain, crying, screaming, and moaning woke Bumi and Kya up. "Mommy, Daddy what's going on, is Mommy okay?" Asks Kya. "She is fine." Says Aang. "Then why is mommy crying, she is in pain?" Says Kya asking. "Kya , listen to your father, and please go to your room." Katara says in pain. "But..." Kya says. Aang got emotional with anger and worry, his tattoos began to glow, putting him into an emotional state of the avatar state. "But nothing Kya, please... just go to your room!" Aang shouts, with a disorderedly voice, in anger and worry. Katara puts her had on Aang's cheek. "Aang, sweetie please, stop you're scaring me, and the kids." Katara says in tears. Kya cries and runs off. Bumi hurries to get Kya.
Bumi finds Kya in her room, but gives her space. Bumi knocks. "Go away, Daddy!" Kya shouts from her room crying. Bumi opens the door. "Didn't I just say to go away!" Kya shouts, angrily water bending water and not knowing it was actually Bumi, Kya accidentally froze Bumi's feet up to his knees. Kya pulls her covers over her head. "Kya, it's just me, it's Bumi." Says Bumi. "What do you want from me, Bumi?" Kya asks. "I just want to talk but, I can't do that if my feet and knees are frozen." Says Bumi. "Sorry, Bumi." Kya says as she pulls the covers off over her head. Kya unfreezes Bumi. Bumi walks over to Kya and sits on her bed. Kya crawls over into Bumi's arms crying and sits in his lap. "Why did, Daddy have to yell at me like that, Bumi... I was just trying to help." Says Kya. Bumi brushes through Kya's hair hushing and calling her down. "I know, Kya you have mom's kind and caring heart, but do you want to know why Dad snapped at you?" Bumi says, asking. "I know I do, but why did Daddy get mad at me if I just only wanted to help?" Asks Kya. "It was because, when Mom was pregnant with you and you kicked her from inside her belly, and she would yell for Dad, and when I would rush over to see what was going on Dad would get frustrated because her was only trying to protect Mom." Says Bumi. "But Daddy never yelled at you." Says Kya. "That is because I am old enough to know what is going on." Bumi says. "I love you Bumi, you're the best." Says Kya. Kya stops crying and ends up falling asleep in Bumi's arms and Bumi falls a sleep too.
It was the next morning, Aang had woke Kya and Bumi up and apologized to them both about what had happened late last night. "
