Back in MegaKat City; Meek and the Swat Kats were on the rooftop of Enforcer Headquarters.
Meek placed a hand on a control panel and lots of data was being stored into his armor.
"What're you doing?" said Razor.
"Checking the Enforcer database to see if any phones have been recently taking to evidence locker, and what time Dark Kat was put in jail." said Meek.
Razor nodded.
"Smart." said Razor.
"But very illegal to hack into Enforcer database." said T-Bone.
Meek realized T-Bone was right but shrugged it off.
"But I'm desperate right now." said Meek.
The data finished transferring into his armor.
"There we go." said Meek.
"WHATS GOING ON!?" Someone shouted.
"SOMEONE'S HACKED INTO OUR DATABASE AGAIN!" yelled another voice.
"Cue Commander Feral and Lieutenant Felina Feral in five, four, three, two, one." said Razor.
Then as if on cue, both Ferals appeared and Commander Feral was mad.
"What the hell is going on here, and who's the new costumed vigilante?" said Commander Feral.
"Not from around here." said Meek.
Meek then explained everything to the Commander.
"These are some serious allegations." said Commander Feral.
"Do you have any proof that Dark Kat did order a hit on the mayor while in custody?" said Felina.
Meek looked at her.
"Yeah, at about 8 PM, Dark Kat was placed in a cell, and at about 8:02, a smartphone was being put into the evidence locker, yet at 8:05, a call was placed to an assassin on that very same phone." said Meek.
This shocked everyone.
"Coincidence." said Commander Feral.
"Is it also Coincidental that he hired a assassin named Swiss Army?" asked Razor.
"You mean this guy?" Felina said while holding Swiss Army's still dead severed head.
The Swat Kats became shocked.
T-Bone then started vomiting.
Razor grabbed the head threw it and it exploded.
"OK SERIOUSLY WHY DOES THE CO AUTHOR ALLWAYS HAVE VILLAIN BODY PARTS EXPLODE?" asked Razor.
"It looks awesome!" revealed The commander.
"I could solve that problem easily." said Meek.
He pulled out a remote and pressed a button on it.
With DragonEmperor999; he was walking down a sidewalk before exploding.
But the explosion cleared up, revealing he was covered in soot.
The human groaned in pain before passing out.
Back in Megakat City.
"You really sure it was Dark Kat who ordered the hit?" said Commander Feral.
"Positive." said Meek.
The commander strikes his chin.
"How?" He asked.
"Because that evil cloaked cat is behind you!" said Razor.
The Enforcers became shocked and turned to see Dark Kat standing behind them while chuckling.
Interview Gag
First was Commander Feral and his niece.
"Wow, you're really bad at your job." said Felina.
Feral glared at his niece.
"Shut up." said Feral.
Next was T-Bone and Razor.
"Good thing we're good at our jobs." said Razor.
"You said it buddy." said T-Bone.
Lastly was Meek.
He chuckled.
"Saw that coming." said Meek.
End Interview Gag
"So, you figured it out, huh?" said Dark Kat.
"Damn straight." said T-Bone.
"But it still won't do you any good." said Dark Kat.
Then lots of Creeplings appeared.
Meek shook his head.
"Really, a bunch of Pokemon rejects?" said Meek.
Dark Kat became mad.
"HOW DARE YOU SAY MY CREEPLINGS LOOK LIKE CREATURES THAT DIDN'T COME OUT TILL YEARS AFTER!" yelled Dark Kat.
The Creeplings ran towards the heroes.
Meek smirked and kicked one sending it out of the city and flying and it reached toon manor and crashed into a window and into King's mouth who was yawning.
King became shocked and smiled.
"Ok whatever flew into my mouth, it was good." He said.
The demon burped.
Back in Megakat City; Meek fired a wire at Dark Kat which electrocuted him.
But the evil feline managed to get the wire off of himself.
He threw a punch at the heroes who moved out of the way.
Razor held up his right hand and placed a missile on it.
The missile fired before hitting Dark Kat, knocking him into a building.
The missile then exploded, trapping him in a net which quickly electrocuted him, knocking the evil cat out.
Dark Kat groaned before passing out.
"We got him now." said Feral.
"Just to be certain." said Meek.
He drew out a tommy gun and shot out lots of tranqulizer darts that hit Dark Kat.
Everyone looked at Meek.
"What, I'm allowed to have stuff like this." said Meek, "I was tight with the previous president."
Everyone nodded.
"Very logical." said Razor.
Feral lifted the passed out Dark Kat to his ankles before dragging him off.
His niece looked at the heroes.
"Thanks for your help." said Felina.
She then walked to Meek.
"And you, I can't figure out what you are." said Felina.
"I'm a teenage meerkat wearing armor that's a cross between Black Panther's armor and the MCU Spider Man's Iron Spider armor with a little bit of Ant Man and Iron Man stuff." said Meek.
Felina nodded.
"Yeah, I saw the Lego Spider-Man No Way Home one and trust me I think your good." She said.
"I'm sure of it." said Meek.
He held his right hand up before placing his left hand over the wrist and fired a wire which had a flashing balloon on it up into the air.
Then a military like drone flew by and took Meek away.
Everyone was shocked by that.
"I think we should be worried about his access to stuff." said T-Bone.
"Agreed." said Razor.
