Mulan makes herself so anxious over the whole crush thing she starts taking the stairs. If she gets trapped in another elevator with Shang Li, she doesn't know what she'll do.

Kiss him, probably. And it really is too soon to be thinking about kissing another man.

Even so, the urge to pull Shang Li to her and eat his face surges within her core every time her finds a coffee and a sandwich on her desk.

Mulan's not an idiot. She knows she's a little bit in love with him. More than a little bit. Maybe she's fantasized about Shang Li doting on her or getting down on bended knee in a restaurant, offering her a diamond ring and a shared forever. Maybe she's fantasized about Shang Li as a father, playing with his children and treating them as though they were his entire world. He certainly treated his niece like she was his everything, and she was only his niece. He'd be a devoted father.
