During the night, it was raining at Steep Wisdom. Eleanor and Chantal stood at the front door, watching as the rain came down.
"It's raining during the dry season?" Sensei said in wonder as he comes up to Eleanor's left.
"Nya found her element." Chantal said with a smile.
"And just where is Nya?" Sensei asked, turning to her, making Chantal stutter.
"She, uh, she, well, she." Chantal trails off.
"I'm right here!" Nya said as she walks over to them.
"Nya!" Sensei said sharply. "You can not help the boys as Samurai X!" He starts to scold.
"I did it!" Nya exclaims. "You were right all along Sensei! I am the Water Ninja!"
"Good to know." Sensei Wu nods. "Both Eleanor and Chantal's chores are now yours until the Ninja return." With that he turns and walks back inside the building.
"Chores?!" Nya gasps, she looks at Chantal.
"I didn't say a thing!"

The following morning, Eleanor sighed as she placed a tea jar on a shelf, then looked up out the window to see the Ninja walking towards the tea farm. "Sensei!" She calls as she turns around. "Sensei Wu!" She calls as she moves for the door.
Wu, Nya, Misako and Chantal quickly hurry into the room. "What's the matter?" Sensei asked, Eleanor smiled.
"The Ninja are back!"

Outside, the Ninja were walking towards Steep Wisdom. Nya hurried up to Kai and hugged him. "You're back!" She smiles.
"Yeah." He said as she pulls away from the hug as the others walk over to them.
"Where's Cole?" Sensei asks.
Kai, Jay and Zane look at each other then they part.
"I'm right here." Cole said as he moved forward. Sensei and the girls gasp with shock.
"Cole." Eleanor took a step forward. "You, your."-
"Yes!" He snaps, cutting her off. "I'm a ghost!" He said with anger. "I don't want to talk about it!" With that he storms off towards Steep Wisdom, the girls and Wu watching him.
Eleanor turns back to face the Ninja. "I, I." She trails off with hurt.
Jay wrapped his arm around her shoulders. "Don't take it personally." He told her gently. "It's still fresh to all of us."
"What happened?" Misako asked.
"It's not pretty!" Zane yelled.
"There's no need to shout, Zane." Sensei scolded.
"It's not his fault, Sensei." Kai said as he placed his hand on Zane's shoulder.
"Yeah!" Jay bobbed his head. "Something messed up his system. I tried to fix him, but I got his volume stuck."
"I can fix him." Eleanor offers. "But I want to know what happened to Cole."
"I wouldn't mind hearing it." Chantal added.
Jay, Kai and Zane look at each other.

Much later. The Destiny's Bounty is now flying through the air. The Ninja are now in their new Deepstone gis. Chantal and Eleanor also have one.
The Ninja and Chantal are training with their Airjitzu. Kai is engulfed in a red ball as he moves in the air, spinning as he moves. But he misses a flag that's attached to the mast. "Seriously!" He yells, before trying again and ended up with the same result.
Ronin's amused as he leaned next to the flag. "Aww, just short. Like your temper, Kai."
"Alright! I'm putting you in your place right now!" Chantal yells at him. She moves, but ends up doing Spinjitzu instead, shocking the Ninja and herself as she ended up on the other side of the ship. "Whoa!" She gasped with a hand on the side of her head. "What was that?"
"You did Spinjitzu, instead of Airjitzu!" Jay exclaimed. "That was awesome!"
Ronin laughed.
"Ok." Chantal folds her arms as she walks over to her friends. "Could somebody please knock Ronin's teeth out?"
"I'll do it!" Jay cheers, waving a hand in the air. "I'm for sure better Airjitzuer than you, Kai."
Kai glares at him. "Oh yeah?" He folds his arms. "And when did that happen?"
"Like, now!" Jay jumps, doing Airjitzu getting engulfed by a blue ball as he spins, but he misses and screams as he falls and lands on his back in front of Kai.
"Oh yeah." Kai said sarcastically. "That was so much better than me."
"It ... it was."
"That wasn't Airjitzu." Ronin comments. "That was Failitzu."
The fire Ninja smirks. "Or stupiditzu."
"To master the powers of Airjitzu, we must uplift, not put each other down, Ronin." Sensei said as he walked over to them, with Eleanor.
Ronin takes a bite of his apple. "You close shop for a week, you gotta let me have some fun. Aren't Nindroids supposed to be precise?"
"You're a rat Ronin!" Eleanor glares up at him.
"Ya know, I'm getting tired of you calling me that."
Eleanor jumps into the air, engulfed in a yellow ball and moves towards the flag as she spins, grabbing the flag and snatching Ronin's apple, Eleanor lands gracefully and smiles in triumphantly. "Wow." She breaths, feeling a little light headed as she throws the apple off the Bounty. "You can get light headed if your not careful."
Kai turns to Wu. "These new suits are heavy." The red Ninja complained. "Why can't we just use our old ones?"
"These are embedded with Deepstone." Wu told him. "They will protect you from being possessed."

In the hallway, Eleanor walks down the hall. She sees a depressed Cole, sitting on his bed with his back to the door.
Biting her lower lip, she moved to the open door. "Cole?"
"Don't look at me."
Eleanor chews on her lip. "Cole, please."
"What's there to talk about!?" He snaps as she moves into the room to stand next to him.
"This, this is just a set back." She tells him, still feeling hurt. "Kai and Jay explained and told us what happened during your mission for the Airjitzu scroll." She starts.
"Pfft." Cole huffs as he folds his arms, still looking away. "And look what it's done to me!?"
"Ok! So, you're a ghost now." She tried. "It."-
"Don't tell me we can fix this!" Cole cuts her of a little sharper then he meant. "Cause we can't!" He tries to grab a cup, his hand goes through the object. He sighs as he falls on his back on his bed. "This is just ... who I am now." He looks towards the wall. "Ugh. I don't feel anything anymore."
Eleanor leaned down and tried to kiss his cheek, but her face went through his head and she face planted on the mattress, she leaned back. "For years I always thought I knew where I was going. But after Grams died, I felt lost cause I looked up to her a lot, she encouraged me to become Agent Diamond and helped my father with the simulation for fighting." She explained as she looked down at his arm, she tried to rest her hand on his forearm, but again her hand went through. "Ninja never quit."
"And that's the thing!" Cole pushes his himself up to lean backwards on his hands and looks at her. "I'm not a Ninja anymore. I'm a ghost."
"You're still a Ninja!" She snaps, hurt evident in her voice. "You can still do what you use to do. All you just gotta stay away from water."
Kai pokes his head into the room. "Misako's about to debrief us about the next clue."
Eleanor turns and walks out of the room, brushing past Kai who watched her, he frowns when he thought he saw a tear stain. When she rounded the corner, Kai walked into the room.
"Cole, Ellie is just trying to help you feel better."
Cole sighs heavily.
