"She's single you know," Sasuke blinked a couple of times wondering who on earth the man was talking about.
"Who?"
"The new doctor, who else would it be?" Gigi chuckled and Sasuke frowned.
Sakura? How did he know if she was single or not? Sure she wasn't wearing the Uchiha crest, but what gave him the idea she was single?
"How do you know if she's single?"
"There's no ring." Ring? This man made no sense.
"There's no ring on her finger."
"Why would there be a ring on her finger?"
"You don't do that? When a couple is married, they have a ring on their fourth finger."
Sasuke nodded as he took in everything being said, of course, there were different ways people showed their love and unity of being one, however, a thought occurred to him.
Did this mean everyone else thought Sakura was single too? Is that why she's popular? Another question came to mind.
"Out of curiosity… are hickies also a way of showing someone is taken as well?"
"Eh? Uh, I guess. I mean it is something intimate between a couple. Why do you ask?"
Sasuke smirked as an idea formed in his head.
"No reason," he shrugged, feeling more at ease.
Gigi was on his way to see the Doctor, again. It wasn't his fault that he kept getting injured after all. But before he got hold of the door handle, the door opened and Sasuke came out. That's odd, it's rare for Sasuke to see the doc.
The two gave an awkward nod, maybe he was interested now he knew she was single? He couldn't really tell what type of guy Sasuke is. Amongst entering he noticed Sakura wasn't acting quite herself.
"Are you okay?"
"Ah, I'm fine," Sakura coughed although there was an obvious blush on her face. She patted the spot next to her for him to sit and he did so eagerly, but not before noticing something… different. On her neck was a hickey, where would she get that?
More importantly, who gave her that? The question Sasuke asked earlier came to mind and how curious he was to how he knew she was single. Not to mention the fact he was the last person here.
"You could have just told me." He grumbled low enough so Sakura didn't hear, well that's embarrassing.
