After shaking off their initial shock from Cinderella's surprising question, Ashlynn and Hunter followed her to a meeting room within the castle.

"Why do you want to talk about us getting married all of a sudden, mother?" asked Ashlynn as she and Hunter sat at a table across from Cinderella, both of them still blushing but now several shades lighter than before.

"You two have been dating for a few years now so I figured you had thought about it," said Cinderella before taking a sip of tea.

"That's true, ma'am, but we still have a year left of school and a lot of other things to think of before marriage," said Hunter.

"You do care for my daughter, yes?" asked Cinderella with a little bit of a glare at the young man.

"I love her more than anyone else, ma'am," Hunter said bluntly. This made Ashlynn blush harder once again but with a smile this time.

"Then I don't see a reason not to at least discuss about you two getting married, you can do so at any point after all," said Cinderella.

"But what about signing our pages in the Storybook of Legends?" asked Ashlynn.

"I've never really liked that tradition, so if you two don't want to sign then why should you?" asked Cinderella.

"You… you would really be alright with that?" asked Hunter who was shocked to hear this from an adult given all of the adults he knew were trying to force their children into signing.

"Of course, I just want my daughter to be happy and with a good man," said Cinderella before taking a good look at them.

"And I honestly don't believe there can be another man better for her than the one sitting beside her right now," said Cinderella with a warm smile to Hunter.

"Alright, what should we talk about first?" asked Ashlynn after she and Hunter shared a look.
