"Mother, how did you know we would be up here?" asked Apple whose face was bright red from the embarrassment of getting caught almost kissing Raven.
"I just had a feeling, but do you truly love Raven?" asked Queen Snow White while walking closer to her daughter.
"I do, and I'm sorry if you're disappointed but…," said Apple before her mother took hold of her hands.
"Follow your heart, Apple, it's the best thing you can do," said Queen Snow White while smiling at her daughter.
"Our ride is here!" said Raven as Nevermore came into sight.
"Go, I'll talk to the Charmings and fix this, I promise," said Queen Snow White. Apple and Raven then jumped onto Nevermore's back while she hovered by the building. However, as they began to fly away, Daring came bursting out of the door.
"You're not going anywhere!" said Daring as he threw a small knife at Raven.
"No!" said Queen Snow White as she jumped in the path of the knife, taking it right to her heart.
"Mother!" said Apple as she and Raven watched Queen Snow White fall to the floor of the roof while they flew off.
"Prince Daring!" said a guard as he ran out onto the roof, but stopped when he saw Queen Snow White's body.
"Put a bounty on Raven Queen's head for the kidnapping of Princess Apple and the murder of Queen Snow White," said Daring as he stood staring at the direction that the two had taken off in.
"Sir!" said the guard before leaving. Sometime later, Raven and Apple had returned to Ever After High where the others were waiting after having escaped from the castle.
"Apple, what's wrong?" asked Briar as Raven helped a crying Apple off of Nevermore.
"Daring, he… he killed my mother," said Apple as she fell into Briar's arms. Her legs no longer had the strength to support her as all of the emotions she was feeling overcame her.
"What?!" asked everyone with shocked expressions.
"She shielded us from a knife he had thrown," said Raven who was even madder by Darring's actions now than she was before.
"Alright, I might be against violence, but I'm going to make him pay for this," said Hunter. They all then got an alert on their mirrorphones.
"He's really gone too far this time," said Ashlynn as they all looked at a news report claiming them all as criminals in the kidnapping of Apple and Raven of the murder of Queen Snow White.
"I believe we need to talk," said Headmaster Grimm as he approached the group.
"Tea biscuits," said Maddie with a worried expression.
