Previously on Dragon Ball: Lifelines, Marlene began her battle against Tuger. Apparently, Tuger is extremely fast. So fast that Marlene can't even track his movements. However, She discovered that as time went on She was starting to be able to see Tuger's movements more and more. Can Marlene finally take down Tuger? Let's find out in this Chapter of Dragon Ball: Lifelines!

Marlene got herself in another stance and stared Tuger down. "C'mon, I'm ready this time." Marlene lied. Tuger smiled and pointed at Marlene. "Nobody is ready for Me! Impact Finger Punch!" Tuger exclaimed while still pointing at Marlene. "Are You... Gonna do something?" Marlene asked as nothing seemed to happen. However right after asking She felt an extreme force smash her face down onto the ground. "What the hell was that?" Marlene thought to herself as She struggled to get back up. "Come on Tuger, are You gonna knock Me out or what?" Marlene taunted as She continued to try to read his moves. "I'll admit, I figured You would be broken by now but I'm happy I finally have somebody who I can fight without instantly winning." Tuger said, slowly walking up to Marlene. "Wait, He isn't speeding around this time. Does He have some sort of plan this time?" Marlene thought to herself as She stood still and watched Tuger. "I'll finish You with a slow move, something even a geezer can see." Tuger said as He slammed his fist over Marlene's head. He followed up with a knee to her face and finally grabbed her by the face and held her in front of himself.

"See Ya Miss, You did good to get this far but it's over." Tuger said as He threw Marlene onto the floor. "Shit... Somehow I can't feel anything, but everything also hurts at the same time..." Marlene thought to herself ont he floor. "It seems Tuger may have bested Krueger!" The Announcer commented. "No... I'm not done..." Marlene said as She barely got herself back on her feet. Tuger's eyes widened with shock. "How are You still getting up? You should be out cold by now lady." Tuger said. "Well... Really I don't know, maybe because I really want to win this..." Marlene said. "Guess I'll just have to go even farther." Tuger said as He charged toward Marlene. Marlene's naturally golden eyes brightened to more of a yellow shade, and She was finally able to see Tuger's movements. "Alright big guy... I'm gonna end this in style." Marlene said as She prepared her next move. Right as Tuger was about to hit Marlene, She jumped up into the air and kicked his face. She followed up by going between his legs and hopping onto his back. Once She was on his back She started beating his head over and over again. Finally, She hopped off of his back and did a final dropkick to the center of his back that knocked Tuger down. With Tuger on the floor, Marlene sat on the arena floor and tried to catch her breath. "Miraculously our Winner is once again Marlene Krueger!" The Announcer exclaimed. The Croud went crazy with cheers and seemed really impressed with this victory. Once Marlene finally caught her breathe, She headed to the waiting room to rest.

Marlene went straight to her chair and got comfortable. "Well... I think that is probably the craziest battle I will ever have in my life..." Marlene said to herself. "Not quite." A man who walked up to Marlene said. "Eh? Who are You?" Marlene asked the man. "Doctor Von Baron. A spectator with a Fighter who was extremely interested in the tournament. And in You." Von Baron said. "Von Baron? Never heard of You. Your fighter... Mind telling Me what they are like?" Marlene asked. "My Fighter is a well equipped fighter who has far surpassed that brute Tuger. That is all You need to know." Von Baron responded. "Great... Guess this is going to be a long tournament." Marlene remarked.
"If You beat My fighter, that will leave one last match for You. If You aren't ignorant out there, I believe You have the potential to win. Though... My Fighter is nearly perfect, so watch Yourself." Von Baron said to Marlene before walking away. Marlene instantly snored off to sleep once the Man left, since her fight with Tuger took way too much out of her for her to worry about anything She was just told. Will Marlene be ready for her next challenge? Find out next time on Dragon Ball: Lifelines!
