The first dance was everything she thought it would be and nothing she thought it would be at the same time. She was in a beautiful place with the man she loved and everyone watching her surely was jealous. What she didn't expect was to not notice them or for him to not notice anyone else or to keep dancing after the song ended. They were lost in that moment and that was all they needed. Despite Husker's complaints about a big party and not needing one he seemed perfectly happy being there with her. She was ecstatic, especially knowing that Vaggie hadn't let anyone drink up to this moment. He was completely sober… and happy. She never felt so loved even with Alastor acting like her brother. She expected Vaggie to interrupt and move on to more but she didn't show up. After about what felt like seconds but was actually a couple hours she looked around for Vaggie. She was standing off to the side watching the party when she saw Nifty looking at her and she gave one of the most genuine smiles Nifty had ever seen her give. She wasn't interrupting because they were happy and blissful in their own world. Exactly what she had told Nifty this moment would be like. She turned back to Husker with the biggest smile. After a bit they walked to the bar.

"Congrats on the wedding, you two, I must say I'm disappointed you didn't choose me." Angel greets down a shot of something clear.

"That's enough out of you, this is a fantastically entertaining event, you'll not ruin it by crude today, Angel." Alastor scolds.

"What else is there to be, Smiles? Husk, buddy ya missed it. Charlie and I were having a drinking contest. You know she was doing well til BUZZKILL over there put a stop to it." The shout earned a finger but not much more.

"Ah, yes. I do agree it was quite a spectacle. I almost considered joining if only to try the strange drinks I'd never heard that our princess thought were good. Poor Angel here is leaving out the information, however, that Vaggie only intervened after one of these drinks had made him black out for a minute. Her exact words were, 'Charolette, stop fucking around, you keep this up and you're kill the little prick. Then who will you redeem?'. Excuse my crassness, she certainly could learn to speak like a lady." A knife landed in his drink but not much more. It was good to know that while they got lost in each other, other people were enjoying themselves. The night was flying and Nifty felt bittersweet about the whole ordeal. It was a lovely event but going much too quickly. After a while people decided to give speeches which was fine. Angel was in the middle of some story that you could tell was going nowhere appropriate and thus the mic was cut. Whether Alastor or Vaggie had censored him was unknown to her but they both seemed pleased by the irritated reaction; in unison almost lifting wine glasses to toast to Angel shutting up. Husker mimicked the motion, laughing. The night was going so well, she didn't want it to end before she knew it they were cutting the cake together. As agreed upon by both parties there was no cake smashing for Nifty's sake. While everyone dished out cake, Charlie ran off to preserve the top layer for their anniversary next year. So many demons congratulated them. It was becoming tiring for her. As Charlie said every time Vaggie stormed away, she's only so big, she could only take so much before it overwhelmed her. Nifty knew what kind of fights hearing that statement might start but she agreed at this moment. It was all too much and she was so small in the midst of all of it as nice as it was. Husker noted Nifty's tired expression and bent down to her.

"We should leave. Go enjoy the rest of the night with just us." He suggested.

"It's our party, we can't leave early." She yawned back.

"It's our party we can do whatever the fuck we want." She laughed. After about 10 minutes of yawning she decided fuck these people they weren't why she was her anyway. She had Charlie gather the girls for the bouquet toss so she could do the last thing before leaving Charlie nodded with a big smile handing Vaggie her glass of wine. Vaggie told Nifty to go ahead and toss the damn thing she was going to get them the limo that way they could just leave after. Nifty was given a chair to stand on to throw the bouquet, receiving a teasing smile from her fian-husband. He was now hers and only hers. She didn't need heaven or redemption. In that moment she understood Vaggie's refusal to try and be redeemed. Why leave when you have perfection and happiness where you are? She would willingly stay in hell with Husker, and she'd willingly commit all the sins she had before to get to this moment. With that in mind, she tossed the bouquet as far as she could into the crowd. Tossing away all the previous fears and regrets she'd once heard the crowd start arguing as she got down off the stool but didn't care to see who would apparently be where she was next. All that mattered was that she was here.

"Good night, guys, we'll see you in two weeks! Congratulations." Charlie chirped, meeting them by the limo. "I have Dazzle taking you somewhere nice, out the city and the part of hell you're used to again, for your honeymoon. Razzle will return for you when the two weeks are up. Don't worry about anything. I'm so proud of you." She shut the door before they could respond but Nifty didn't mind. She laid her head on Husker and was lulled to sleep by the promise of her future.

When they got the vacation spot Husker scooped Nifty up carrying her inside. It took a minute to find the bedroom. He was just glad Nifty was content enough to rest and not wake while he stumbled. As he laid down and started to drift off he noticed vaguely familiar red candles lined the sides of the room.
