Quinn Fabray
The brunette had to say goodbye in a bit of a hurry, apparently she needed to fly to her university or she would be late on the very first day of class. Her little copy stood in front of my desk in the so far still empty classroom.
The little boy seemed more bashful after his mother left the room, he seemed to be afraid, afraid because it was his first day and afraid to be alone with a complete stranger. However, I will not allow this insecurity to continue for much longer. I care about the welfare of my students, I hate it when one of them is feeling out of sorts, because I consider them as my own sons and daughters.
-Fearful? -I asked the little boy with a warm smile on my face.
-A little bit... -Anthony agreed, with a certain shyness in his voice.
-I'm your friend, right? -I asked with slightly arched eyebrows, and he paused for a few seconds to think and answer me with all his innocence and sincerity.
-Yes," Anthony answered with a little more animation and a broad smile on his face.
-So, since I am your friend, I promise that no one will harm you and I guarantee that very soon you will be making lots of little friends while learning lots of new and fun things, okay? -I asked as I caressed her face. -In the first days it is very normal to feel scared and if during the breaks you don't feel comfortable to try new friendships or to get along with the other children, you can stay with me and we can play together, ok? -I asked again and smiled.
-Okay! -He hugged my neck tightly in thanks. -Thank you!
-You're welcome, my little one! -I mumbled and stroked his little brown hair.
Antony helped me cut out the rest of the letters for the welcome sign, not just because she had already seen that she was going to leave the sign out, and we finished at the same time as the bell rang to announce the beginning of classes. Little Berry shuddered beside me as soon as he saw my other students coming through the main classroom door.
I stooped down beside him and touched his stiff shoulders with the intention of calming him down. He offered me a small smile, but one that was very bright, and I smiled in response.
-Emmy! -I called my little student more receptive. -Can you come here for a moment?
-What happened, pro? -She asked with a beaming smile and looked at Antony.
-Antony is our new little friend and I thought he could sit next to you! -I commented with one of my most suggestive and kind smiles and the girl got excited with the idea, as she started clapping her hands while smiling excitedly.
-Of course he can sit with me! -Emmy jumped a little. -My name is Emmy!
-Antony... -The boy answered shyly, but with a smile on his face.
-Come on, I want to introduce you to the guys! -Emmy took Anthony's little hand and pulled him across the room to introduce him to the other kids.
A giggle escaped my lips as I watched the cutest little scene. I swear I could have admired those kids for the rest of the day, but I had to give my classes.
I stood up to greet the other students, received a chorus of good morning in response, and turned to write something on the blackboard. During the whole explanation I kept looking at little Antony Berry.
Rachel Berry's most precious possession and my key to reaching the brunette's heart.

Rachel Berry
My first day in NYADA was completely the opposite of what I was imagining it would be and absolutely nothing fun happened, but I found out that my dance teacher is a real devil. She decided to pick on me on my first day of class and I am sure that as the days go by she will pick on me even more, however, I will learn to deal with this woman as time goes by.
At this moment I am walking to my son's school, I am missing my little one terribly and I just want to hug him and know how was his first day of school in New York City. I admit that I am looking forward to seeing his teacher as well.
The school gates were open, parents entered alone and left with their children by their sides, a smile broke out on my lips and I entered the school to look for my little boy. I found him in the courtyard next to Quinn and a little brunette girl whose eyes were brighter than a fascinating starry night.
-MOM! -Anthony ran to hug me as soon as he could see me, and I crouched down to receive my son's comforting hug. I love these hugs so much, because they manage to keep me upright and on my toes. -I missed you, Mom! -he commented.
-I missed you too my son! -I missed you too, my son," I said as I stroked his little hair.
I opened my eyes in time to see the little girl saying goodbye to Quinn and running towards her parents. The blonde turned her attention back to my son and me and approached me with a wide smile on her perfect face. Okay, maybe, I am falling in love with this blonde!
-Will we see each other tomorrow, Tony? -She asked my little boy as she squatted down to meet his little brown eyes. -Tomorrow we have to play on the swing!
-Yes, yes, yes! -I have never seen my son so excited in my entire life and it was surprising to see them hugging the green-eyed blonde with all that affection. -Thank you, Kim! -I don't know his reasons for thanking the woman, but my smile was uncontrollable.
-Is the sun shining brighter or did you just smile? -Quinn asked.
"OH MY GOD! DID SHE JUST FLIRT WITH ME?"
-I don't know! -I replied a little silly. -Did you smile today? -I returned the flirtation smiling.
-We'll never know! -She commented and our gazes connected for a long second.
-I have to go... -I mumbled, still a little lost in that look, but bent down to pick up my son. -See you tomorrow!
-See you tomorrow! -Quinn came closer and placed a kiss on my son's cheek. -Take care, champ, and tomorrow I'll wait for you, actually, for you guys! -She smiled and her eyes were still locked on mine and I blushed furiously.
Getting out of that school would be mission impossible, since my legs had turned to jelly.
