Molewhisker was up early the next morning as he decided to get some work done. He was pounding away at his keyboard as he wanted to see what he could accomplish. Cherryfall and Poppyfrost woke up moments later as they were looking around. Now was the time for breakfast.
"Morning Molewhisker, I see you're hard at work." Poppyfrost began as Molewhisker was trying to see what he could do.
"Yeah I am. I hope we can get to the park early so we don't have to spend as much time as the strenuous walking that killed my paws as of yesterday." Molewhisker replied as his paws still felt sore from the day before.
"Hopefully we can get to do a lot more as we want to be able to get to go on the new ride that I heard about, it's been a while since we've been here so the new additions would do nice." Poppyfrost responded as she began giving out cereal for them to eat. "Cherryfall needs to be up so we don't get stuck on line like before."
"I hope so, we didn't get back until late last night." Molewhisker told Poppyfrost as he sat down and began to eat the cereal he was given. Poppyfrost turned her head to the right as Cherryfall was awake but sluggish.
"Cherryfall, let's get cracking." Poppyfrost told her as Cherryfall stumbled out of bed. She looked at Poppyfrost as Poppyfrost was serving her breakfast.
"What is it?" Cherryfall asked as Poppyfrost was serving herself breakfast.
"We're getting ready to head to the second park so we need to be up and ready." Poppyfrost told Cherryfall to stop being idle and eat her breakfast. Cherryfall grumbled as she went to the table and began to eat her breakfast.
"Well it feels like we're up and working at a factory." Cherryfall muttered as she began to eat her breakfast. Molewhisker looked at Cherryfall as he began to speak.
"Don't worry, we won't be back as late this time as we should be able to enjoy ourselves." Poppyfrost responded as Molewhisker had finished breakfast.
"Okay I'm going to shut everything down and get myself cleaned up, I'll meet you all by the elevator." Molewhisker told Poppyfrost as he had drunk up his milk. He headed off to the window and decided to take a look outside, not even a single cat was out there. He headed to the laptop as he began shutting everything down.
"Okay, clean yourself up and we'll meet you there." Poppyfrost told Molewhisker as he got up and walked off to get himself ready for the day.
"So we might need to not relax as we are heading to another hotel tomorrow." Cherryfall told Poppyfrost as she wanted to see what they were going to do.
"Who said that?" Poppyfrost asked as she wanted to figure out who said that they were going to leave.
"Dovewing, she heard that from Blossomfall as we need to be out of the hotel at about eleven, the problem is that the hotel we're heading for is fifteen minutes away and the room wouldn't be ready until three in the afternoon." Cherryfall responded. Molewhisker passed by as he agreed to meet them by the elevator. Molewhisker decided to clean up and stash his stuff away. He grabbed his phone and began to make his way out the door. Poppyfrost and Cherryfall looked behind as he had left.
"So what are we going to do for the next four hours?" Poppyfrost asked, wondering what they planned on doing for their free time.
"Aside from lunch, we need to find something to kill the time so we can get to our room." Cherryfall mewed as she began to contemplate on what they were going to do.
"Maybe we can negotiate a deal so we can get our room early and we can rest up for tomorrow. There will be plenty of swimming as tomorrow is going to get hot." Poppyfrost told Cherryfall as they were finishing their breakfast.
"Is it with the dolphins I might ask?" Cherryfall asked as that was what clicked to her mind.
"Yeah it is. I hope that Dovewing won't chicken out and not swim." Poppyfrost responded as she was finishing her breakfast. "I paid all of that money, me, Honeyfern and Blossomfall for the seven of us and I don't want her sitting out." Poppyfrost got up as Cherryfall finished shortly after, they were going to get ready.
"Unlike Molewhisker who seems to jump into everything that presents itself." Cherryfall responded. Poppyfrost began preparing herself for the day as she looked at Cherryfall.
"Yeah and I hope he doesn't take off for Binghamton anytime in the near future, he isn't going to school so I don't see the reason why he wants to move out." Poppyfrost told Cherryfall that she was hoping that Molewhisker didn't leave whenever a golden opportunity presented itself.
"I think you miss him too much." Cherryfall responded as Poppyfrost was grooming herself.
"Yeah I do." Poppyfrost mewed.
Poppyfrost and Cherryfall had arrived at the elevator as it was going to be their meeting spot before they headed on down to the park. Molewhisker was busy chatting with Ivypool about what their plans were going to be.
"So you know the new rides and the rides that soak you, that's what's going to be happening, it is going to be sweltering as of today so a good soaking would be enough to cool us off." Ivypool told Molewhisker that a good dousing of water will prevent the cats from cooking in the hot Florida sun.
"Oh that would be nice." Molewhisker replied. Poppyfrost and Cherryfall were the last to arrive as they looked at the group as they had all arrived.
"So we're late huh?" Cherryfall asked as she wanted to figure out if they were going to go down.
"Not really but we don't want the lines to get too long compared to yesterday so we better get a move on." Blossomfall responded as the elevator door had opened. Ivypool had pushed it shortly before Poppyfrost and Cherryfall had arrived. The seven cats got into the elevator as they were making their way down.
"So what's the plan there chief?" Honeyfern asked as Blossomfall hurriedly got out the map to the parks,
"We did the one to the right and we're going to the one on the left. It's an easy loop around so we're going to have a good time. Six sections of the park and if we get back early enough. I can get you all dessert." Blossomfall mewed as she wanted to get this park done and out of the way as they continued to go down.
"Maybe something nice will be good. Hopefully everyone will be in a good mood for the park today." Molewhisker would tell them as the others began to nod.
"Let's hope you're not complaining about your paws as of today, otherwise I'll have to bandage them up." Poppyfrost told Molewhisker that she was going to wrap them up tight if he definitely got himself hurt. Molewhisker looked at his mother as he began speaking.
"I know you're looking out for me, hopefully we can get in and out to see what we can get done." Molewhisker told Poppyfrost as the elevator doors opened. They all went out as they began walking along.
"Let's hope we're not too late." Honeyfern responded as they began sprinting to catch the bus. The others followed behind as they wanted to see what they were going to do.
It was only ten minutes later as they were walking down the main strip, they were going to be heading left as of today. The seven cats walked up as they began to scan in.
"Fortunately we don't have to wait in line like yesterday in the sweltering heat for the express pass. We nearly melted." Blossomfall began as she looked at the long line that was ahead of them. Thankfully they didn't need to get on the line but so much as scan themselves in.
"That's the good thing but we can go either right or left, which you prefer this time around, we usually go left but does anyone want to do any changes in direction?" Poppyfrost asked as the cats finished scanning themselves in.
"Maybe we should head right. Only reason I'm saying this is that we will finish the day soaked rather than having the water on our fur." Molewhisker replied as he wanted to see some change. "Anyone object?" He asked that next if there was anyone going to say that they weren't fine with this. No one bothered to speak as they knew that something like this was something they weren't going to question.
"We're fine but we need to get moving so we don't melt in the sun." Blossomfall mewed as she came to that conclusion. They then began to head right to some wacky land made for small kits but the older individuals might get a kick from it. "Okay everyone gather around for a picture, I want to get one of you." The cats gathered around the sign as they were ready to smile. Blossomfall was the last to enter the picture as everyone was huddled around the sign without obscuring it. She snapped it with her phone as the cats looked like they had been cramped together like sardines in a can. They then relaxed as Poppyfrost looked at them.
"So what should we do first?" She asked. Molewhisker was looking to simply cut through here as he didn't have any good ideas.
"Let's test some of the rides, maybe we could get some fun out of them." Dovewing told them. Molewhisker grumbled as he knew he didn't want to stay around for very long. The seven cats walked off as they went to explore.
Later on, it had been a few hours as they were waiting around to see what they could get on and how long the wait time was as well as a bit of a mix up that I don't want to describe about since I am the narrator. They got to the part where they wanted to try out the new ride.
"Man I'm exhausted, I think I will have to sit this one out." Blossomfall mewed as the last few rides had beaten her up quite well. Poppyfrost and Honeyfern looked at Blossomfall as they knew they were going to do much the same thing.
"Yeah I wanted to tell you someone puked on the ride we were on last but fortunately it was behind us but walking to the third floor back down to the second has worn us out." Honeyfern told them she was out as well. Poppyfrost looked at Honeyfern as she had an idea.
"So what do you plan on doing?" Poppyfrost asked as she wanted to see what she had in mind. "I'm going to try getting a picture of them when they come down." Poppyfrost responded as she got out her phone as she was poised to snap a picture of them when their ride dropped down. Ivypool looked at her sister, Molewhisker and Cherryfall as she was wondering if it was just them that was going on.
"So is it just us?" Ivypool asked as Poppyfrost handed her the pass to get on line.
"Yeah pretty much." Molewhisker replied as they walked up to where they were going to be waiting in line.
"You four are good to go though the wait is going to be minimal." The tom looked at the ticket as he mewed, and handed them back the pass indicating that they were going to head into the line. The four cats entered as they were walking through. The first part of the line wasn't that bad but the secondary line for the ride was beginning as the cats were trying to figure out what to do to pass the time.
"So you've been on this ride before?" Ivypool began. Cherryfall and Dovewing were texting as Molewhisker didn't seem certain.
"I haven't been to this park in seven years so I don't think I've been on this ride before." Molewhisker would reply as this ride was still very new. He looked around to see two of the raptors were in their muzzles but the two others weren't. The raptor animatronics rattled in their cages as Ivypool began speaking.
"Me either, I heard that this ride opened about not even two months ago so this ride is going to be insane." Ivypool told Molewhisker. Molewhisker stayed put as if something was bothering him. Ivypool looked on ahead as she wanted to figure out what was wrong with her friend who had seemed to be frozen like a deer in the headlights. "Something wrong?" Ivypool asked as Molewhisker was looking around, he didn't know about the animatronics but it looked like two had escaped.
"Two of the clever girls got out." Molewhisker replied. Ivypool looked on as the line was moving up every minute.
"You think that we'll be eaten?" Cherryfall asked. Dovewing was beginning to feel a wave of panic sweep over her as she didn't know what she was going to do next.
"If we are, maybe we should get out of here!" Dovewing responded as she turned and prepared to run. Ivypool grabbed her by her scruff with her paw as she looked at her sister.
"We're not running so quit having ants in your pants." Ivypool told her sister to not panic. The line moved up again as Ivypool handed the pass to the tom working at the counter.
"I see you four are riding, take the elevator. He responded. The cats nodded as they nervously walked to the elevator. Ivypool pushed the button as they were going to be heading up the ride.
"It's just a rollercoaster so there's nothing to be afraid of." Ivypool told the group that they didn't need to be frightened if they were going to go up and around.
"Yeah but what if the clever girls are alive and they will eat us?" Dovewing asked as she felt unnerved by this. Ivypool looked at her.
"Relax, we're not going to get eaten, a clever girl can't hurt us." Ivypool told Dovewing that nothing will happen to them. The door opened as the roller coaster was just ahead of them.
"This is what I've been waiting for all day!" Molewhisker responded as he looked at the ride ahead of him. It was a two seat per row type of ride, Molewhisker and Ivypool couldn't contain their excitement. Another cat walked over as Ivypool handed her the ticket.
"You four up front." She mewed. Ivypool took the ticket back as the four cats began to make their way to the ride. The previous riders had disembarked as the four cats came up. They were first priority. They got into the seats as Molewhisker and Ivypool were at the very front while Cherryfall and Dovewing were in the row behind them.
"We don't know how well this ride is going to turn out as let's prepare to hold on tight." Molewhisker told Ivypool as he pulled down on his lap bar.
"Yeah let's hope the hype is worth it." Ivypool replied as Dovewing and Cherryfall pulled down on their lap bars as they were ready to take the ride of a life-time. The she-cat that accepted their ticket earlier began pushing down on their lap bars to make sure they were secured. They were ready as the other riders got checked out. Once everything was done. The rider pushed the button as the ride began to make its way down.
The ride curved to the right and then to the left a moment later as they were going down the predestined track. A moist smoke filled the ride as they had pulled into a large holding area of the ride.
"How are we not going forward?" Molewhisker asked as he wondered if the ride was broken. The little velociraptors were dashing across the screen as the ride was still working. Ivypool looked ahead as they were now moving backwards.
"Are we moving backwards?" Ivypool asked as she noticed this. Molewhisker looked at her.
"I have no idea." Molewhisker replied. It was moving backwards but it stopped one moment later. Not a single cat knew they were going to be sling-shotted like a rubber band but it had built up to this moment. Then the ride was launched as it began to accelerate extremely quickly as it quickly gathered speed. Ivypool and Molewhisker began to scream with glee as the ride went up and to the left, they went down as they went under a large rock before going back up and doing another twist to the left. They dropped back down before heading up and twisting to the right, they then crested the hill as they dropped down to the left once more, they continued to twist to the left as they came to another small bump before twisting to the right and then back to the left. The squeals of raptors were heard as they twisted over to the left once again. They dropped down and continued down the lower end as they passed two more raptors as they squealed. They twisted to the right as the four cats felt the rushing of the wind on their cheeks, they then went up and then back down as the ride curved to the right. They then entered another station as the ride wasn't even slowing down.
"Are we going to stop?" Cherryfall asked. Molewhisker turned to his sister behind him as he had the answer for her.
"I don't think so." Molewhisker replied as the ride was in no way stopping. The ride then accelerated as they began to shoot their way up, twisting a bit before they came to the peak of what seemed to be the mountain. Then they began to drop down. Ivypool and Molewhisker screamed as they were dropping down rapidly as Dovewing and Cherryfall held on for dear life. The ride then went up and twisted them to see for a moment that they were upside down. Once right side up, they began to twist around to the right over the lake as they were having the time of their lives. They made it through the first loop before twisting a bit and making their way around the second loop. The ride continued to accelerate as they went into a bit of a corkscrew before as they continued to twist around, finally they got to the cage as the ride began to brake as they were now stopping. Molewhisker clapped his paws as he was really happy with what he experienced.
"That was awesome!" Molewhisker called out. Ivypool smiled as they enjoyed themselves. Dovewing and Cherryfall looked like they barely survived.
"Imagine if we had these puppies in Tora Bora?" Ivypool asked Molewhisker as this was something she wanted to cherish. "Were you recording that?"
"I wasn't." Molewhisker responded as they began making their way into the ride loading area where they started from. Ivypool laughed as their lap bars began to lift up.
"I'm just playing with you." Ivypool replied as she teased him. The four cats got out of the ride as they were now heading for the exit.
Poppyfrost, Honeyfern and Blossomfall were waiting outside of the ride as the four cats began to make their way out of the ride. Poppyfrost walked over as she began to speak.
"How was it?" Poppyfrost asked as she wanted to see how their experience with the ride had handled itself.
"Well it was probably the best ride we've been on in all of the parks." Ivypool was the first to speak.
"Smooth as butter, nothing jarring, no vibrations in the ride. It was the best thing this entire vacation." Molewhisker replied. Cherryfall and Dovewing seemed to be in agreement, they enjoyed themselves.
"Good, I like that you four had a good time. We've been thinking between lunch and another ride, what do you want to go on?" Blossomfall asked as she wanted to see their opinions.
"Well how about we go on a couple more rides before deciding on lunch." Molewhisker gave the suggestion as he wanted to see what else they could go on before they made their decision.
"Right then, let's see what else we can go on." Honeyfern mewed as they began to make their way through the rest of the section of this park.
They then came upon something they were very familiar with. The water ride that they were going to get soaked on. Ivypool then handed them the fast pass as the attendant began to speak.
"Okay, you're free to board." He responded as he handed back the pass. Ivypool began heading down as the cats continued chatting among themselves.
"This ride would remind us so much of when we were apprentices." Molewhisker began.
"I'm sure that we would be able to relive the joys as we had been on this ride multiple occasions though Dovewing isn't a fan of getting wet." Ivypool responded. Honeyfern laughed.
"I think you would all be excited about this as we will be soaked. It's so hot that I might be melting." Honeyfern responded as she knew a good soaking would do them good. They continued to walk down to the ride ahead as the line thankfully was short and going by fast.
"Yeah the heat is wearing us down though so a refreshing soak would be necessary. Also we are going to be spending time at a good resort Tuesday so plenty of opportunities to get wet." Poppyfrost responded as the others began to laugh.
"Is it with the dolphins? I would like to see some turtles again like what we did last week." Cherryfall responded as the cats began to board. Blossomfall, Poppyfrost, and Honeyfern in one of the rows and everyone else behind them. Molewhisker was still chatting with Ivypool about what they were going to do.
"This is going to be a spectacular ride where we will be seeing actual dinosaurs, spared no expense." Molewhisker told Ivypool as he tried to get himself comfortable.
"You sound like you're very sure about this." Ivypool told Molewhisker as Molewhisker looked at Ivypool.
"It's all I know from what we were told from Hammond but it's just a ride nonetheless. I should've taken some books with me to read." Molewhisker told Ivyool as he was now secured, the cats began pulling down the lap bars as they were ready. Then the ride began as the cats were now pulling out of the ride section. They began to climb up the ramp as they were going to begin the tour. The boat dropped as they were now free floating along the ride. An intercom began speaking as it was going to greet the guests on what they were going to experience.
"Time, the ever-flowing river. Come with us now, to a time before man, when the river flowed through a new born world, and giants walked the Earth. Welcome to Jurassic Park!" The intercom greeted their experience as they
"What have they got in there, King Kong?" Molewhisker asked as he wanted to figure out what they were going to be experiencing.
"That's the next ride over so have a little patience." Poppyfrost responded as she wanted to make sure they were on the right track.
"I definitely want to see King Kong." Honeyfern responded. The intercom began speaking again.
"The Ultrasaurs in this lagoon are among the largest creatures ever to walk the Earth. But despite their awesome size, these gentle giants pose no threat to us." The cats were amazed at the animatronic as it reared its head up into the air eating the bountiful salad that grew around it.
"Is that a new skin?" Molewhisker asked as he studied it. Blossomfall turned behind as she was looking at Molewhisker who was studying the animatronic.
"Don't know. Is there a difference?" Blossomfall asked Molewhisker if he had an answer.
"I… never mind." Molewhisker responded as he completely forgot. The intercom began speaking again.
"Psittacosaurs, with their curved parrot-like beaks, are the most primitive of the horned dinosaurs, a group of herbivores that include protoceratops, and the mighty triceratops."
"Aww look at them, they're very cute." Cherryfall mewed. Dovewing went to her as they were adoring over the tiny animals. Honeyfern and Ivypool were looking at the two cats as the raft continued down the so-called river. The intercom began speaking again as they entered another section of the ride.
"Great armored dinosaurs can often be found around the geo-thermal formations of Stegosaurus Springs. Heavy armored plating, and spiked tails protect these herbivores from savage predators of their native period. Jurassic Park scientists provide our herbivores with plenty of vegetation from their native period, ensuring long, healthy lives for these magnificent animals."
"You sure these look like Stegosaurus?" Molewhisker asked as he knew they looked very different from what he was told.
"What makes you say that?" Ivypool asked. She looked at the Stegosaurus from the spring as she knew that the model wasn't very accurate. "Oh… right." Cherryfall giggled as she looked at her brother. The intercom began speaking again.
"Next on our tour is Hadrosaur Cove. Here you'll find a menagerie of duck-billed dinosaurs, such as parasaurolophus..." The cats turned their heads to the left when they saw one of the duck billed animals emerge from. Molewhisker and Poppyfrost were impressed as the animal snorted water onto the ride occupants.
"That tickles." Ivypool giggled as she looked like she was feeling some relief. Suddenly another duck billed animal appeared and splashed the ride occupants a bit. "That was exciting but why are we heading to the left?" The other cars noticed this as the intercom began being radioed to them.
"This is Jurassic Park Animal Control. It looks like one of the hadrosaurs has bumped your boat off course. You are entering the Raptor Containment Area. Stay seating, we're sending a rescue boat to the receiving dock ahead. Do not get out of the boat!" The cats began looking around as this wasn't part of their planned river tour. What were they going to do?
"What are we going to do?" Cherryfall was feeling nervous as she was ready to bail from the ride and get as far away as possible.
"Stay put, this is only a ride, we'll be able to see through the storm, right?" Blossomfall instructed Cherryfall to keep calm. Cherryfall stayed in her seat and the intercom began to sound the alarm.
"Animal Control to CP-25! There's a tour boat off course in the Raptor Containment Area! You've gotta get those people out of there! Do you copy, CP-25?! Grab the boat before they get too far! Come back, CP-25!" Static would take over. The cats looked around as a couple of velociraptors were tearing apart the ragged shirt from one of the workers. The boat turned right as there was a large raptor containment crate as the cats looked up. Suddenly the cats noticed the crate fall down as the speaker hissed. It appeared that they were now heading inside of the building. The building looked like it was being taken over by the said creatures, then a chain grabbed onto the river boat and began to pull them up. The cats began looking around wondering what exactly was going on as they wanted to see what was going to be happening next. Maybe they were going to escape but this was only an illusion. They turned their heads left as some flickers of light as one of the raptors was tearing open the door containing it. More voices and alarms were heard as another raptor was tearing its way through the glass. Then the raft went down as it splashed a bit as they went through a door. The cats then heard a hooting sound as Molewhisker was all but familiar with it.
"No wonder you're extinct." Molewhisker shouted out, claw marks began to light up as the animals were tearing their way through. One of the crested animatronics appeared as its frill popped out. It began to spat water at the riders. They turned to their left to spot another one of them, Molewhisker got sprayed on by a few drops of water.
"Yeah they spit on you." Honeyfern giggled as she looked at them. Ivypool laughed but the best part of the ride was coming up.
"Hey look!" Ivypool called out. A large creature began to appear from the mist generated from the ride. "It's a T-Rex!" Ivypool was excited as the creature continued to appear from the mist. The Animatronic looked intimidating as the ride was being pulled up again. The T-Rex roared again as it looked like it was going to eat one of the riders. Molewhisker turned to Ivypool.
"Hang on! We're going for a ride!" He called out. Before the animatronic Rex could eat any of the riders. The boats suddenly veered down as the cats were racing to the bottom. Molewhisker and Ivypool had their paws up as they were screaming with excitement. Within a moment, they reached the bottom as the water splashed on them from all over. They were laughing as everyone got soaked.
"Woo! That was fun!" Ivypool called out as Molewhisker was laughing with Cherryfall.
"Yeah if it continues being hot out, we're soaked so we're going to cool off for a bit." Molewhisker began to shake the water out of his fur as he had seemed to fluff up. Poppyfrost whose fur was also ladened with water.
"That was fun as well." Poppyfrost happily giggled.
"Well, the ride is over." Blossomfall responded as the ride pulled into the area where the riders were going to disembark. Dovewing was thrilled.
"Finally, I'm soaked!" Dovewing whined. Ivypool looked at her sister.
"Quit your complaining, we're going to dry off before we get on any more rides." Ivypool told Dovewing to not complain about it. Dovewing sighed as she knew that this couldn't be the worst thing she could have done. They then began to walk around. Blossomfall went on ahead as the cats knew they were going to catch a break so they were going to decide on what to do next.
"We certainly enjoyed ourselves and cooled off." Honeyfern mewed as Molewhisker appeared to be a giant fluff-ball.
"So what are we going to do for the time being?" Poppyfrost asked as she seemed curious about this.
"Blossomfall is getting time for our ride and when we could get on and if we get delayed, might as well have lunch." Honeyfern responded as she turned her head to Molewhisker. "Your boy is looking very fluffy."
"I know." Poppyfrost responded. Blossomfall came back a moment later as she had some news for the group.
"Well we got the news, they're not letting us in for another forty minutes so we're going to have to wait." Blossomfall responded as the ride was at capacity and the cats would have to wait.
"Lunch?" Honeyfern asked as she wanted to see what they were going to do. The other cats nodded and so that decision was made.
The time would tick by as the seven cats were now heading to where the ride that they were instructed to wait for. They were about ready to get on.
"I am excited for this, we will finally get to try the other ride that we haven't been on." Molewhisker told Cherryfall as they had never been on this ride.
"Yeah, look at how much this park has changed since we last visited, I think there were like three new rides in yesterday's park alone. I've lost track." Cherryfall responded as they were still moist but not dripping wet. Then the ride's bus pulled up.
"So you ready to hop on board?" Ivypool asked as they began to board.
"Well I would definitely like to see the giant gorilla!" Cherryfall responded. Dovewing was annoyed as the others were putting their glasses on. "I hope we can see something cool."
"I do too!" Blossomfall responded they were now settled down in their seats. The doors then closed, with a sudden lurch, the ride began to roll forward and it had begun. The ride went outside as they were getting a bit of info about the gorilla itself.
"When are we going to see him? I want him to do something awesome!" Cherryfall asked as they were rounding the bend.
"He'll come, I bet he has a schedule to keep up with." Molewhisker replied as he told Cherryfall to stay patient, they then entered through the door to the cave as they found it all littered with bones. "Or he could be dead… I'm not exactly sure."
"Let's hope he isn't dead." Cherryfall was praying for the gorilla to be around. They then stopped to take a look around. The people on the screens of the ride were chatting, the cats turned to their left as they saw that someone on the screen had shot off a flare. The others were looking as a bunch of large bat-like creatures began to flap around. Some tried to fight them off but it was no good, one of the attendants got picked up by the creature and was being flown off. The riders were pulled along as their heads turned from the left to the right as they came to the insect pit.
"This definitely brings back memories of the past." Molewhisker began. The person who was picked up earlier began slashing at the leg of its captor. After slicing the leg off. She landed in the gooey like swamp. A bunch of mud like maggot creatures began to come to life as their pink heads looked around for snacks.
"We need to get out of here!" Dovewing called out as she was getting scared. Molewhisker knew he had to keep them together.
"You can do this!" He called out with courage. The lady was now spraying the giant maggots and insects with her Tommy gun, encouraging them to get out of there. Suddenly a giant claw snatched her up and pulled her into the rocks. The ride decided to quickly move on as they were now heading along to a green open field.
"At least we're not going to be having giant insects crawling up our fur." Dovewing began as she was happy to be out of the insect pit. Suddenly a large raptor leaped onto the rock beside the truck.
"Or it could be worse." Honeyfern mewed as they were now getting surrounded by these raptors. The cats were getting ready to panic. Cherryfall held onto her brother as she was feeling scared.
"I don't want to die like this! We haven't seen the gorilla yet!" Cherryfall was fidgeting with fright as she didn't know if this was to be the end or not. The bus began to sped up wondering if they were going to escape in one piece, the giant raptors followed as they were going to find their way into the bus. The Bus then skidded to a stop as a rather large creature had snapped up one of the raptors. They then turned their heads to the right to spot a second one looking into the window of the bus. It bashed its head as the riders were frightened, they turned to their left to spot that a third one had joined them.
"Yeah I take that back, we're definitely going to die." Molewhisker replied. Suddenly King Kong came swinging from the foliage and he was ready for a fight. The huge lizard-like animal charged at the gorilla but it clobbered it with its two huge fists. King Kong would pick the animal up and throw it to the other side of the bus. Cherryfall and Ivypool looked on as they were amazed.
"You can do this gorilla!" Cherryfall called out to encourage King Kong on. Once it had thrown the creature to the other side, King Kong would briefly look at the bus before climbing over to the other side. The seven cats turned their heads to the left as the massive black Gorilla was facing two huge lizard-like Kong would toss one of the lizards out of the way before he swiftly punched it. The creature recovered and tackled him to the ground but King Kong was no wimp, he threw the creature over the cliff as the second lizard-like creature was nudging the bus to the cliff's edge. King Kong would punch the second lizard before he leaped over the bus to tackle the threat on the other side. The cats turned their heads to the right as they continued to watch this as King Kong tackled the lizard down. Everyone was cheering King Kong on when the ground beneath them began to give away. It looked like it was going to crumble. King Kong would break the lizard's jaw and snapped its neck before the tour bus began to slide as the riders were now falling straight down. The last remaining lizard was hanging out as Molewhiskwer looked to the others.
"Hang on!" He called out. They then landed on some vines as the lizard was right next to them. It snapped its jaws mere inches from the bus as the cats turned their heads to the right and spotted King Kong coming to their rescue. He leaped up in the air and picked up the lizard before throwing it into the ravine below. The bus began to follow as it was now falling down as well. Fortunately for the riders, King Kong was there to save the day. He picked the bus up and placed it onto a ledge before jumping up. His left arm was bleeding but that was normal. He would then climb his way out of the ravine as the bus continued on its way and into another cave. Cherryfall and Ivypool cheered as they were saved. Now they didn't know if the gorilla was going to return.
"That was intense, I wonder if he will be okay?" Cherryfall began as Ivypool looked at her friend.
"Relax, he has taken stuff like this throughout his life, I'm sure he'll recover." Ivypool responded. They then ventured deeper into what seemed to be the cave as King Kong was waiting for them.
"Thank you for everything you did today." Cherryfall began. Honeyfern took off her glasses for a moment as she noticed something.
"Hey, take your glasses off, this gorilla looks real." Honeyfern told them. The cats began slipping their glasses off as this was no 3D gorilla, this was seem to be an animatronic. The cats were amazed.
"That looks real." Poppyfrost commented as they were going to have something to talk about when they got back. After a couple moments, the bus then began to pull away as they knew the ride was over.
"Woo! That was fun!" Cherryfall called out as Dovewing looked bored as ever. Molewhisker knew that he had a good time.
"I know, it was worth coming here, now we should check out the rest of the park while we can as we have that ahead of us." Molewhisker responded as the bus came to a stop. The cats began to get off as they cheered with excitement.
"So much fun!" Ivypool called out. The cats then began to make their way out as they still had the day ahead of them.
It was sunset as the cats were leaving the park, they were wet and exhausted. Honeyfern was carrying two boxes of sweets that she got on the main strip. They just ate dinner and were discussing plans for tomorrow.
"We need to be out of our rooms at eleven and on the road to the next hotel. They said the room wouldn't be ready at three so we need to find a way to kill some time." Blossomfall mewed as they were making their way down. This created a bit of a dilemma.
"I know, the next hotel is about fifteen minutes away and there is no way we can wait for that long, maybe we can find something to do in the local area." Poppyfrost mewed as they were riding along the conveyer belt.
"Agh!" Molewhisker whined. Poppyfrost turned her head to find out what was wrong with her kit.
"Is something bothering you?" Poppyfrost asked. Molewhisker looked up to his mother.
"Yeah, it's my paw, it's been hurting me since yesterday and now I feel like it is killing me again." Molewhisker told Poppyfrost.
"I'll inspect it when we get to the room but try holding out." Poppyfrost told Molewhisker that it would be a few before they made it back. Molewhisker nodded as Dovewing was on her phone as usual. Cherryfall and Ivypool were chatting among themselves.
"I had fun today. Molewhisker was definitely entertaining as I didn't know he was that much of a fluff ball." Ivypool responded.
"Yep and we got those doughnuts I like so much and we can have something sweet, I hope mother and brother would be more than happy to join me." Cherryfall told Ivypool as they were chatting how their day went.
"Yeah, tomorrow will be empty and we will be diving into the water with the fishes on Tuesday. We should be swimming with the dolphins as of Tuesday and hopefully the day could be clear." Ivypool responded as she was more than ready for a swim. The cats then made their way down the escalator as they were now heading to where the buses were to take them back to their hotel room. Fortunately the line was empty as they began walking up to the front of the line.
"Hopefully whatever is killing my paw will be better by Tuesday as I don't know if I could go swimming with an injury." Molewhisker prayed that he was going to at least try to get better before they were going to move into the water.
"Hopefully that will be the case." Poppyfrost responded. The bus pulled up as they got onto it. Molewhisker found some relief as he sat down. He was having fun but he was now exhausted as a result. Molewhisker would rest his head on Ivypool as he began falling asleep. Maybe he was tired.
"Your brother is cute when he sleeps." Ivypool told Cherryfall. Cherryfall giggled as she was enjoying this.
"I know, Poppyfrost says much the same thing as well." Cherryfall mewed as Molewhisker continued to sleep. It would be a few minutes later as the cats got off the bus and began to make their way up to their rooms. Molewhisker was limping along behind as Poppyfrost stayed by his side. They then got to the room as Molewhisker walked over to his bed. Poppyfrost decided to take a look at her kit to see what was the matter. She inspected his paws to check out what was the matter.
"Well it seems to be that one of your back paws has been torn badly, most likely from the walking as it aches when I put pressure on it. Good thing we have nothing to do tomorrow so I might as well find you some ointment and an ace bandage to bind it up tight to make sure it heals." Poppyfrost told Molewhisker about what was wrong with him.
"Okay, I can really use the rest." Molewhisker replied, they were truly going to need to do what they were going to have to do to keep the paw in good shape.
[A/N]: Sorry this took so long as I was caught up with life, my charger to the laptop pretty much melted so we had to get a new one, that took nine days to complete. I also had to complete some other stuff and someone just moved out so I had an exhausting month and hopefully I can get this done quickly and then move on as I'm getting rather bored with this. Hopefully I can merge the other days together since I don't want to bore you with filler on days where nothing happens. Welcome to week two.
