Pain. Lots of pain. It is what the boy remembers. Agony. He can't keep it together. He wants to scream, but his throat is dry. He is angry, but he doesn't know who upset him. It was somebody close to him, somebody dear to him, somebody that meant a world to him. Somebody that betrayed him. The boy feels betrayed. He is alone. He's falling asleep
He tries to inhale.
But he failed.
He tried to exhale.
But he failed.
He tries to calm down
But he failed.
It was all their fault. Whoever they were they did this. They did this to this boy. He will find out who betrayed him. He will find out who put him through this cycle of never ending misery and pain. HE WILL
NOTHING IS GOING TO BE ALRIGHT...
There is a boy lying in a bed.
What's his name?
SUNNY
SUNNY woke up somewhere. Where is he? Why can't he move? Why can't he scream? Is there something on his eyes? SUNNY felt AFRAID. He wanted to go home and see his mom and his sister, MARI. SUNNY remembered his sister's words. "It isn't as scary as you think. Breath in, breath out...". SUNNY used CALM DOWN. The confusion hasn't left him. He tried to move every bit of his body, but the only part he could move was his neck. Everything else refused to move.
Some time later, SUNNY heard footsteps nearby. He tried to talk, scream, make any sound whatsoever. But, he couldn't even squeak. The footsteps faded away. SUNNY was alone again. Loneliness. That was the feeling he was experiencing right now. He hated it. He wanted it to be gone.
SUNNY was bored out of his mind. Nothing happened for a long time. He tried to think of any solid explanation of what's happening. The best one so far was that it was all a dream. He always had vivid dreams. Sometimes, it was him walking on a new whole world. Sometimes, it was him and his friends fighting someone. His dreams were weird, but SUNNY liked them. It was a way to escape a harsh reality.
SUNNY heard footsteps once again. This time, he didn't even try to do anything, as he would fail anyway. But, the footsteps were closing in. He heard a door creak. Finally! Someone will save him from this hellish place. SUNNY started moving his neck to draw attention. It worked, because, someone suddenly stopped him. Then, he felt how the thing from his eyes was taken off. The thing turned out to be a bandage. The old lady in white coat was beside SUNNY. His room looked like a hospital room. It was a hospital room. SUNNY was even more confused and lost. It wasn't a dream. Nothing crazy was happening, no robots, no aliens, it was real.
"What are you doing?" said the lady. "Don't move! I'll bring a doctor here."
SUNNY tried to say something, but he failed. The lady left the room and SUNNY was alone again. But, this time he wasn't as miserable. At least, he knew where is he. Probably.
A few minutes later, SUNNYsaw two ladies enter his room. The one that looked older approached him. She was definitely a doctor. She spoke.
"Good morning, SUNNY. You must be very confused and scared. Don't worry, I'll explain everything to you, just don't panic, ok?"
SUNNY just stared at her. He didn't nod, shake his head or react at all. He just stared.
"First off, you are in the FARAWAY hospital. You've gotten into an accident and were in coma for 4 years. Your body is stiff, because you haven't moved for awhile. Don't be scared, we'll call your mom and tell her everything. We will run some check-ups now."
SUNNY was left even more confused when two ladies left. He was asleep for 4 years. What happened to his friends: HERO, KEL, BASIL and AUBREY? What happened to his mom? What happened to MARI? Do they even remember him anymore? Is he left all alone?SUNNY lied in his bed, asking those questions over and over. He hoped that MARI, HERO, AUBREY, BASIL and KEL would come with his mom. SUNNY heard some arguing outside. He did not understand a word, but it was obvious that somebody was very angry. At last, the door opened.
A person entered a room. The person was a tall boy with tan skin. He was wearing a leather jacket and had yellow hair with a ponytail. Who was he? And why did he come here? He has a very familiar face... It is similar to somebody SUNNY knows... Could it be...?
"SUNNY... You are awake!" said the person as he smiled. It was the most sincere smile SUNNY has ever seen in his entire life. He would recognize that smile from anywhere, even if the person who smiled would be completely different.
It was his friend, KEL.
