Chapter 4: History of the Daleks.
The Tardis begins to land in Ratchet's Garage and then the trio exit the ship and Ratchet turns around to only be met with a blue 'Police Box'. Ratchet then begins to walk around in astonishment and sees the Doctor looking at him with smile on his face.
The Doctor then asks "Any passing remarks? Believe me, I heard them all."
Ratchet asks in an amazed tone while giggling in excitement "How… How does it do that?"
The Doctor answers "Dimensional engineering. Bigger on the inside, smaller on the outside."
Ratchet then asks "How did you get your hands on this?"
The Doctor says "Well, I stole it… actually I borrowed it, I was always going bring it back."
Ratchet asks "Did you get the owner's permission to borrow it."
The Doctor then replies in a defensive tone "It was going to be decommissioned anyway so it wasn't like any other Timelords were using it."
Ratchet had started to repair Clank and the Doctor was doing some repairs to the Tardis and improving. Ratchet was starting to wonder why the Dalek was so aggressive to the Doctor and after Clank was repaired he'll ask. Then after Clank was repaired Ratchet approached the Doctor.
The Doctor asked a bit annoyed "What is it?"
Ratchet then asked "I couldn't help but wonder why you and the 'Dalek' have a bad relationship. So why was that?"
The Doctor reluctantly answered "It happened centuries ago at the start of a war."
Ratchet had a questioning look as he asked further "What war?"
The Doctor explained further "It was known as the 'Time War'. The war between my race and the Daleks. A war over time itself."
Ratchet was bewildered as the two species were that advanced time became an object. Then Ratchet asked "What happened during the Time War?"
The Doctor gave a blank stare at nothing and said "The Dalek Empire's home world 'Skaro' was destroyed at the beginning of the war and at the end of the war my home planet 'Gallifrey' was destroyed."
Ratchet was shocked that two civilizations nearly wiped each other off the face of the universe. Ratchet may have never see another Lombax but the Doctor's species was face the Daleks and he probably lost his entire kind before his eyes, Ratchet thought he was luck to never experience it.
Tardis beeped to signal to the Doctor that she was ready for the new coordinates and the Doctor stood up and grabbed Ratchet's hand and said "Don't worry it wouldn't hurt." Then stuck a random tube and Ratchet felt a sudden burst of pain. The Doctor said "I lied."
Ratchet got Clank and ran back to the Tardis. The Doctor flipped a few switches and the Tardis shook violently as the Tardis took off and settles down as it enters flight. After a few minutes the Tardis began to land and the trio exit the Tardis and were met with shocked, astounded and speechless faces at the Tardis.
The Doctor said "Hello, I'm the Doctor and you must be the Galactic Rangers."
The big man said "Of course we are. I'm Captain Quark."
Then a woman asked in astonishment "How did you do that?"
The Doctor turns to the Tardis and answers "It's called the Tardis. It can dematerialize from one place and rematerialize in another. It can also travel anywhere in space and time."
Captain Quark said "What species are you?"
The Doctor looked at Captain Quark, smiled and said "I'm a Timelord from the planet Gallifrey the 7th constellation of Kasterborous, I'm 1,206 years old and we have galaxy to save. So what do ya say?"
Everyone was shocked by the confidence and how much control he was in.
Hello, fellow nerds and geeks I hope you've enjoyed the forth chapter. Please give creative criticism and I will try adding to the story as I do have an idea for the story continuing forward.
