Fighting for the whole day, they deserved a feast.

They dispatched the food without much trouble, leaving stacks of cups and trays. They burped satisfiedly.

In the process that Argor walked from doorway to the table, the food was consumed at a rate of visibility.

Embarrassed and silent, he sat with others.

Noticing his embarrassment, Spike comforted him: "There are still plenty of corn chips in the living room. Help yourself!"

Argor whispered, "Thanks." Chedra gazed at him.

At the moment, Quadrainians' stomach was protesting. They chuckled while looking at each other.

"Actually there are some dishes heating in the kitchen. You can fetch them." Hardrock told them.

"Great." They went to the destination, "You can await us in the living room."

Dinosaurs nodded and left.

Starving creatures lost the usual gentleness in front of delicious food. They devoured like a wolf.

As a result, they left stacks of cups and trays again.

Chedra roughly cleaned up and walked to the living room with Argor.

Just like euphoria after the survival, noisy TV programs and dinosaurs' loud voice were mixed, with the floor filled with waste. However, dinosaurs overlooked it.

All right. Today is a date deserving to be celebrated. It doesn't matter.

Perhaps too addicted to their own entertainment, they found Chedra and Argor after a while.

The button of noise was turned off. A hush fell over the living room.

"I... I would like to apologize to you... for the extinction of dinosaurs 65 million years ago. Sorry." Argor was deeply ashamed.

Silence captured everybody present like a net.

Is apology enough? Can it gather up spilled water? Can it return the boat to the original wood?

Even though Argor has the solution, he still felt sorrowful.

Instantly TV programs became boring. Ah, watching TV for some time, they found nothing but human's programs.

When will dinosaurs turn up on TV?

However, it made no sense to the present situation.

Chedra and dinosaurs constantly recalled the catastrophe 65 million years ago: Mountains fell and the earth split; Fire spread over the ground; Dinosaurs ran to all directions; The once-peaceful paradise had become the hell.

A number of lakes appeared on the floor— they were lagoons. Even if evaporated, the salt flittered out still left indelible marks.

Argor said nothing, with the head bent down. And the sense of guilt almost pressed him to the depth of the Earth's crust.

It was dark outside the window. The moon seemed to give up gazing at the dreary scene.

A quarter past, their moods accomplished recovery.

Now that he apologised sincerely, we still can forgive him.

Deadlock was broken by T-bone: "Now let's talk about hyperspace travel."

Everybody agreed with it and waited for him to continue.

"We have experienced a fierce battle, exhausted physically and mentally. So we'd better have a several-day rest."

"Good idea." They answered in unison.

"Well, you know, my spaceship has lost its identity. I can mend it in those days." Argor tried his best to choose proper words to avoid hurting dinosaurs once more.

"We are glad to offer any help." Stegz and Spittor thought that teamwork can overcome every hardship. Of course, Chedra and Porcupine shouldn't loaf on the job.

"Well. It is late at night. Everybody goes to take a shower and goes to bed as soon as possible." T-bone demanded with a leader's voice.

Next everything was donein order: dishes cleaning, table wiping, showering and sleeping. No one was free.

Argor was the last one to fall asleep. He was enclosed by the cool moonlight.

It occurred to him that he used the beam to teleport the dinosaurs to his submarine-shaped spaceship and transformed them into scary soldiers.

Will Argor in the moonlight be a fierce werewolf?

It merely happens in your own dreams.
