Gohan woke up early, Erasa was still resting in her hut and was ready to find that warrior who can help them, The idea that Cell can continue sucking humans dry gives chills to the bones but he can't just sit around and do nothing.
The sun started to shine and unlike on Earth he doesn't feel groggy or hear his stomach growl. It's a nice change. So sickness no pain.. and you could just take a nap on the grass without ants crawling over you. The weather is never hot nor freezing it's just right.
Despite the perks he wants to be on Earth.
When Gohan wanted to leave he sensed a ki coming from the sky.
Gohan Then heard footsteps coming from behind them and glanced over his shoulders.
There were two otherworldly looking men and acknowledged Gohan with courtesy before the shorter individual spoke.
"Are you son Gohan?" Supreme Kai asked polite.
Gohan didnt answer right away but assumed the shorter man is a Kai.
"Yes.."
"What do you want?" Gohan snapped,
Supreme kais eyes widened a bit in response not understanding why he's so hostile.
"Is our visit inconvenient?" Supreme Kai asked.
"If so we can always come back later" Supreme Kai said stepping back,
"I rather not have you in my sight again" Gohan said. "Please go away unless you want to get on my bad side"
Supreme kai just breathed out. Not returning the hostility, he blinked slowly facing Gohan again.
"Ah I see, You resent us" Supreme Kai said reading Gohan's mind.
Gohan scowled and moved away from them.
"Wait" Supreme Kai said using his powers to freeze Gohan in place.
"Forgive me for doing this but we need your help" Supreme Kai said.
"Our world will be in danger, if you help us we can travel to Namek for you and wish your life back" Supreme Kai mentioned.
"Why should I help you?" After all these years you turned your back on us" Gohan said his eyes sparked with loathe and wanted nothing to do with them.
"Gohan.. I understand your heart is troubled but the rules have changed, the Kais are no longer allowed to interfere with Earthlings" Supreme Kai said polite but even he expressed shame for letting everyone suffer.
"Troubled?.. no I'm furious, I hate all of you.. for allowing all of this to happen.. you're not even giving me a chance to save Trunks or my father from that android" Gohan said.
"And now that you need help you all of the sudden have no problem bending the rules to make me budge" Gohan said.
"Gohan, not even the angels are allowed to interfere because of the new law, " Supreme kai said.
"Anyone who rebelled against that could face being deleted from existence" Supreme Kai urged.
"Please put your anger aside and try to understand we couldn't have done anything even if we wanted to" Supreme Kai said.
"Take care of your own mess" Gohan interrupted cold and supreme Kai was surprised that he wouldn't take his offer.
"Maybe when you experience first hand of what the people of Earth went through you and your Supreme Court will think twice about abiding such a stupid rule" Gohan said.
"I suffered my whole life, My family is all alone out there,.. "
"And if you want me to help you.. why not help me first and make sure they are safe!?" Gohan snapped.
"Maybe then we'll talk" Gohan said looking over his shoulder and flies away, using super saiyan 2 speed to avoid being followed.
Supreme Kai understood why Gohan was furious with them, but time is running out..

Gohan flied above the sky, he couldn't find it in him to find a warrior, the kais have the ability to help him but only considered doing that because they need help.
All of this could have been avoided and it makes Gohan even more furious. He traveled to Erasa's hut hopefully she's awake so that he can clear his head and talk to her about his encounter.
In the distance he could see Erasa jumping up and down while waving her hands trying to get his attention.
"Gohan! Hey!" She beamed And next to her was an old witch with a large crystal ball.
Gohan landed, "what are you doing?" He wondered.
"Gohan this is fortune teller Baba" Erasa said.
"Yeah I remember you" Gohan smiled.
"Ahem.. well I was asked to lend you my crystal ball" Baba mentioned.
"With this you can have a look on how the Earth is doing" Baba said.
Gohan remembered that the crystal could make you see the future and Gohan asked her if Trunks will succeed.
"I can't do that anymore due to the new law" Baba said and Gohan scowled, holding onto the little bit of patience he has left and the throbbing vein on his forehead faded.
"Well what can you do?" Gohan said visibly agitated.
"Well.. Ill show you" Baba said and waved her hands around the globe chanting something incomprehensible.
On the crystal ball an imagine of Earth was seen,
Baba is revealing to them what happened after Gohan perished.
They see Trunks flying away as quick as he could in the pouring thundering rainstorm. Gohan's throat clenched seeing Trunks flying with tears still falling down, Trunks was exhausted and Gohan wished he could talk to him.
Then Erasa became horrified when she saw a creepy looking creature following Trunks all the way home.
"Cell" Gohan shivered.
"No, Trunks fly faster! Please just hurry and leave" Gohan pleaded, he knows Trunks can't hear him but Gohan feared that Cell will kill him.
Erasa held her hands clasped together when Trunks reached towards Goku's room.
"Come on Trunks hurry!" Gohan said. When he grabbed the heart antidote and got Goku out of bed, seconds counted and Cell was almost there.
Cell looked around trying to find a way to head to the past and slithered towards Trunks location with his tail wiggling.
Erasa felt like she's having a nightmare but kept holding on to a thread of hope that it's not too late for Trunks,
"What's taking him so long?" Gohan said frustrated.
"Trunks-kun listen to me just hurry up!" Gohan said when Trunks was pushing a handful of buttons panicked.
"Come on start" Erasa rooted.
A relief washed over them when the time machine began to start but that feeling was short lived when Cells silhouette came around the corner.
"Shit!" Gohan and Erasa said.
No, please don't let him die!" Gohan begged and when the time machine hovered above the air Cell observed and cupped his hands..
Ready to send a Kamehameha right towards Trunks.
"Aah!" Erasa shrieked and covered her eyes not daring to look anymore.
Gohan eyes grew big in fright as the Kamehameha closes in, but within a second The time machine faded.
He made it..
The last image of Trunks was seen going through the time portal, Trunks crawled underneath Gokus arm and wept for Gohan..
"I'm here Trunks-kun" Gohan's eyes tears up, "If only you could hear me"
Then the crystal ball went blank, Baba couldn't track down his whereabouts because he left their current time stream.
Gohan let himself fall on the grass after the image of Trunks faded from the globe.
"He did It" Erasa shedded happy tears, it was so close, that Android almost got him. And knew that in the past Trunks will be safe for a while, and might have enough time to become stronger.
Erasa wiped her tears away clutching her heart breathing out in relief, All of their struggle hasn't been for nothing.
Gohan had his face buried his hands as tears flushed down in his ears, he kept looking at the sky of the afterlife. He was so scared, scared that Trunks and his father would face a horrible death,
Erasa kneeled next to him to comfort Gohan she wanted to wipe his face but he reached out his arms to hold on to her.
Erasa face was pressed against Gohan's shoulder. And she held on his spiked hair..
"Im happy too," Erasa smiled as tears of her own flushed down making Gohans clothing wet.

Gohan couldn't be more thankful for Baba's help, the ever lasting worries about Trunks and his father has ended, he feels less angry now that at least for a few years no harm will come upon his family.
It's overwhelming with euphoria. Something he never felt in years. Trunks and his father are safe, he wonders if there will be a better cure for the heart virus in another timeline, they were in a large green grass field where other spirits were present.
Gohan was on the ground and Erasa rested like a small child on his knees. Gohan looked down at her and moved her hair away.
Right now he just wants to remain on one spot with the love of his life.

Nighttime came and Gohan felt it was right to meet with the kais, he realises now that training a new warrior to defeat Cell might last longer than gathering the Namekian dragonballs.
He had to put his pride aside and just take the Supreme kais offer before they leave. But part of him knows that they won't give up on recruiting Gohan since they know about his potential as a hybrid Saiyan.
Its for the best.
Gohan looked down at Erasa who was enjoying the few found peace, he carefully combed his hand through her hair waking her.
"Dearest?" Gohan said while rubbing her scalp.
"I have to go" Gohan said when she looked up at him.
"Where to?" Erasa said sitting up.
"To the Supreme kais, I was asked to help them defeat a new threat in their universe and in return they can wish me back to life" Gohan said.
"At first I didn't want to because they did nothing for us when we were alone against those androids but it's the only way to head back to Earth as soon as possible" Gohan said.
"Well I hope they are on our side for now" Erasa said.
"They better be, I will not help them if they can't help us first." Gohan scowled and together they went to their location.
When they were in the air Gohan reached for her hand, he wanted her to fly next to him and Erasa placed an arm around his waist as they flied to a Star filled sky.
Gohan knows they won't spend any time with each other when he has to train so he wants to have her by his side for every second they have left.
They arrived Gohan briefly held her bridal style when they were going to land and put her back down on her feet.
Supreme Kai came to the area where Gohan landed, he took a glance at Erasa who decided to stand back and let Gohan have a word.
She respects his space and that's quite admirable.
"Gohan I know we had a rough start.." Supreme Kai began but Gohan asked for silence.
" I will accept your offer, but only if you help me first" Gohan said.
" If you wish me back and let me defeat Cell I'll help you deal with whatever that is threatening your universe" Gohan said serious.
"Deal?" Gohan asked stoic.
" of course," Will you come with us to our planet?" Supreme Kai asked.
"There is someone who can help you unlock your fullest potential"
"Yes, but only if you contact Planet Namek right away" Gohan didn't back down.
"I promise we'll help you, "
"Thank you for giving us a second chance" Supreme kai said.
"Let's get going son Gohan."
"I want her to come too" Gohan said.
"I'm sorry, Only kais or our apprentice are allowed to enter kais world" Supreme Kai said.
Gohan showed signs of aggravation but remembered to put his pride and anger aside, to achieve his goal.
"Fine then, " Gohan agreed resentful.
"Erasa, I hope you can forgive me for this, but I need to leave you behind.. for now" Gohan said facing her.
"But we just reunited," Erasa said. She was looking forward explore the new world together.
"I know honey, But I can't afford losing to another foe again..
"We'll remain together in spirit" Gohan said and Erasa agreed.
"Okay.. But don't stay away too long" Erasa mentioned not liking the idea of being alone again.
"I'll try not to, In the meantime visit my friends who died and please say hello to my mother for me.. Tell her I'll meet her soon" Gohan said.
"But where can I find her?" Erasa asked.
"She died in the category of Natural causes so she's in heaven" Gohan said.
"I'm willing to take her there" Kibito offered,
"If you'll have me" Kibito said glancing over to Erasa.
"Yes" Erasa smiled,
"All right then, Gohan take as long as you need I'll wait for you there" Erasa mentioned,
Gohan gave a nod and stood next to Supreme Kai,
Kibito disappeared with Erasa as a light obscured their silhouettes,
A circle glows underneath their feet and they were transported to the kais world,
"Are you all right?" Supreme Kai said when he noticed that Gohan was distraught.
"I.. just leave me be for a moment" Gohan said looking away. He didn't want to explain why he's upset.
" I just want to get this over with" Gohan hated doing this to her,he doesn't know how long it will take before he can come back to otherworld but hopefully it won't take months.
"As you wish.." Supreme Kai remained polite.
Gohan felt bad for not feeling bad at all displaying hostility towards the kais still,
No matter how polite and kind they portray themselves Gohan couldn't forgive them for turning their backs on humanity.
Not yet.

Hours has passed and Gohan was sitting in a meditation position, Elder kai was dancing circles around him chanting some weird things.
"How long will this take?" Gohan fussed.
"Just 24 hours, power rising" Elder Kai said.
"Just?" Gohan repeated. The old man acts like that it's done in a jiffy.
"And then another 48 hours unlocking your potential" Elder Kai said and continue chanting.
"Are you kidding?.." Gohan complained.
"Are you sure you know that this is going to work?" Gohan asked.
"Yes, Ive Made weaklings into warriors, now please continue meditating" Elder Kai ordered.
Gohan huffed hopefully Erasa is doing better than him. And kept her in his thoughts.

Gohan could finally have a break from the power rising ritual. He got on to his feet. There is something he wanted to do.
There were heaps of crystals laying around on Kais planet and looked for the best he could find.
Near a cave there are crystals who had a different shade of colour and felt this could be a perfect gift.
Gohan looked at the crystal that sparkles in the light of the sun, he didn't want to take it without the Supreme kais consent.
He approached the Supreme Kai who was at his own company, he kept his distance from Gohan ever since the power ritual started since he's more than aware that Gohan loathes all of them.
He looked at Gohan a bit unsure, wondering what's wrong now.
"Don't be startled, I'm not going to snap at you" Gohan said feeling a bit guilty.
"I was wondering how things are going at Namek" Gohan asked.
"I heard from Kibito, the Namekians already gathered 1 dragonball" Supreme Kai Said.
"But I don't know how long it will take before all of them are gathered" Supreme Kai said.
"In the meantime you need to stay strong" Supreme Kai said, "One day it will be over and you go back to your own world" Supreme Kai said.
Gohan nodded. "Supreme Kai.. I feel ashamed for the way I treated you"
"And I'm saddened that I wasn't allowed to step in" Supreme Kai said.
"That wasn't your fault, It was wrong for me to blame you, but why are you okay with going against the Universal law now?" Gohan said.
"Well for starters I can't sit back and let this whole galaxy getting destroyed, the whole cosmos will endangered" Supreme Kai said.
"I tried to save Earth when the androids attacked and was completely against with what the grand council was doing but I was threatened with being wiped away from existence, If that happened I wouldn't be able to deal with this new threat" Supreme Kai said.
"I'm risking the chance for being deleted and be in an eternal empty void by helping you, but at least millions will not die, I can live with that" Supreme Kai said.
"You could have reached out to me before the androids came, at least I would have stand a chance against Cell" Gohan mentioned.
"I know, but the easiest way to avoid suspicion is to wait until you've reached otherworld" Supreme Kai said.
"My first choice was Goku as our apprentice, but unfortunately we weren't allowed to speak to him anymore " Supreme Kai said.
Gohan eyes grew bigger, "How do you know about my father?" Gohan asked.
"I've been keeping an eye on Earth ever since I heard about the universal threat. "
"By doing that I learned about your existence and what happened to the Saiyans"
"I wanted to meet Goku seconds before it was prohibited to interact with Earthlings"
"Im truly sorry I failed, I tried to help" Supreme Kai said.
"I shall no longer hold this against you, I'm glad we had this conversation," Gohan mentioned feeling at peace.
"But before I head back to the power ritual there is one last thing.." Gohan mentioned.
"I was wondering if you could do me a favour" Gohan asked.
"We will send you back to Earth when you're ready, I promised you that" Supreme Kai said.
"No it's not that" Gohan mentioned.
Gohan showed the supreme Kai a bright shining crystal.
"I found this, and I was wondering if I could take a small piece with me to Earth" Gohan said.
Supreme Kai eyed him when Gohan's face changed colour.
"I see" Supreme Kai smiled and took the crystal out of his hands.
He crushed it with both hands warming it up his ki and then opened his palms.
"Here take these" Supreme Kai said.
It was like Supreme Kai knew what Gohan wanted to do with the crystal, and couldn't be more thankful.
Gohan closed the Supreme kais gift into a fist.
"You better tell her how you feel" Supreme Kai pointed out.
" I will, when we head back to Earth" Gohan said.

The sun about to set on the Supreme kais planet, Gohan was by himself, he felt a lot more powerful, he seeked solitude and remained at an area where there are no animals or statues so that he won't damage anything. Shin and Kibito are on Namek to speed up the progress.
Grand Kai is asleep kilometers away from where he is.
Since he's alone for a while he could measure his own strength,
A white ish aura formed over his body his eyes sparked with light and he cupped his hands.
Electricity forms from his palms and Fired a Kamehameha, Gohan was in awe, the waiting hasn't been for nothing and felt a great power surge through his ki.
But then his vision blurred with a blue light,
Gohan didn't understand what just happened nor did he know where he was.
He moved around in the blue area and in the distance and he saw himself as a young boy, he was injured and he was struggling against a large Kamehameha coming from Cell.
"No!" Gohan said shocked, Cell might destroy the present and then everything will be for nothing.
He had to do something and tried to speak to his past self.
"Who are you?" His younger version said to him.
"I'm you,..from a different world" Gohan said.
"We are here with you" Gohan said standing next to him, his father and Trunks appeared with him, giving his present self one final push with the Zenki boost.
Then everything faded and he was back on the supreme Kais planet.
" What's going on here?" Gohan wondered.
Was he just seeing things? Gohan wondered.
The Kamehameha traveled all over the Kais planet but Gohan was so stunned that he didn't react right away and the blast hit him right in the back,
Gohan's vision faded and held on to the grass when he fell down on his knees in pain.
The was a huge hole in the back of his Gi and blood oozed down.
Gohan felt the energy from his spirit fade drastically and went unconscious critically injured.

Moments later Gohan opened his eyes, he was in pain still but not as bad as hours ago,
he felt uncomfortable and restricted in his movement trying to stretch he noticed he had a white long shirt on that reached to his knees,like a nightgown.
the sleeves lowered and his arm was bandaged.
He moved the covers out of the way and looked beside him, he was met with a warm fire that burned in the recovery chamber.
The Kais must have found him and nursed him back to health.
He got up tugging the nightwear over his head so he could sleep better.
He was bandaged across his ribcage , and underneath his shorts he could see bandages going up to his legs. The Kamehameha damaged him a lot more than he thought.
He wanted to continue resting for bit longer and wanted to place the long shirt on a chair.
A new Gi uniform was neatly folded near the bed , When he saw the Kanji Gohan felt that he shouldn't rest any longer, he had to unlock that power as quick as he can.
and changed into it.
Gohan wondered why he saw all these things, whatever it is, he hopes Trunks is all right.
After the power rising ritual was over Gohan could finally go back to otherworld, he has reached a level beyond Super Saiyan.
If everything else fails, he can head back to Earth for 24 hours to defeat Cell,
Deep inside he hopes he doesn't have to get that far, he still remains positive that Trunks will be the one who will set Earth free.
"Hold on Trunks-kun, I'm with you"

Gohan looked at the cloudy sky of otherworld,he's longing to go back home. He couldn't transcend to the heavens and just let his soul rest until it's time to be wished back, according to Kai this threat is so big that the whole cosmos will know about it's presence..
