learning the trough about who we were ,we have bee thrust in to a world that we belived to be impossible now though understanding the trough we are tasked to bring the lightning bolt that have been stolen .

11. Chapter 11

The next few days we settled into a routine that felt almost normal, if you don't count the fact that I , as well as me where getting lessons from satyrs, nymphs, and a centaur.

Each morning we took Ancient Greek from Annabeth. i was not really that interested unlike Percy since i had a bit of a hard time trying to wrap my head around what Annie was trying to teach us .

not to mention that unlike Perce i was more preocupide with staring at Annie than trying to learn about what she was trying to teach us in her class ,i knew that Perce was trying to teas me since he was smirking at me when i was simply just starying at Annie having a dazed expresion and sighing being quite happy as i was observing her .

but i did not mind him nor the others who where either smirking or in some of the girls case giggelling at how i was acting since this was not something i wanted to pay mind to it for i simply acted as i felt regurding Annie .

i knew this was strainge for me to like a girl like this but Annie was very preaty no if i where to be honest she was very beutifule so it was obvios why i felt this way about her since her entier being simply radiate beuty ,strengh and above all wisdome as well as courage ,a courage that even if it was hidden deep within her it was there .

after these few days i was wanderying why i felt like this twoards Annie for it was strainge since despite her being very beutifule as well as smart more smarter than me and Perce put toghether ,there was still no way or need for me to feel this drawn twoards her .

but now as i observed Annie especially as we where taking classes the answere came to me and it was very simple , i did not liked Annie for the fact that she was smart or kind nor even for being quite scary when she was annoyed .

no i liked Annie for i did not saw what probably most of the others in camp saw when they observed her ,for me as she was talking and telling us about the gods in present time i observed that Annie was not just some one who was very smart .

as she was talking i simply imagined Annie standing in a battell filed having troops around her looking steadily as well as calmely at an enemy army a sword as well as shield being held in her hands while she was dressed in a battel outfit with her standing above while bellow trops being ready to go at her comand .

as i emerse my self in this small dream regurding Annie i saw how amazing she was in battel for the way she was planing ahead the way she was swiftely moving taking down her enemies showing no ounce of mercy or remorse as she was taking her oponents down cuting them apart as if they where small fries .

to me it sure was breath taking for this young girl that was my friend and i also started to like very much as i envisoned her at the moment was a very beutifule breath taking young warrior as well as a young woman .

it sure was making my entier body stir with emotions i never even felt in my entier life i tried to envision my self standing next to Annie and i had to say that what i had in mind was trully beutifule .

for in my mind the two of us where standing in a battell filed taking down enemies with out a care for them bought of us being smiply hard as well as cold showing no ounce of care or even remorse for the enemies that where taken down .

we bought rose our swords in the air and let our powers out wanting to make things clear that we where not demi gods to be trifelled with .

i snapped my self form this dream like state but i simply had a very flushed expresion as i let a sigh i mumbelled out not wanting to be heard by the others .

Perce sighed as well as started to snicker at me as he saw how i was acting as i was spacing out but still looking towards Annie while mumbeling out like an idiot .

again i observed as me and Naruto where in the class that Naruto was not paying attention but rather he was spacing out while staring at Annabeth showing a dazed expresion .

this was very funny for the guy was trully crushing on Annabeth and it was quite hard from what i was able to see not that i blamed him since Annabeth was quite a very intersting girl as well as very preaty i was kiding if i did not say that i also felt a bit attracted twoards her .

but unlike my clearly almost in love over heals second best friend Naruto i did not felt that strongely since even if Annabeth was a very beutifule girl i knew she was the type that was quite hard to win her over since she seemed to have quite a high standard when it came to matters like these ,i was not very sure but i felt that the girl was almost like that .

so i knew that i was not going to be in her grace especially with how i was acting around her beside i did not wanted a girlfriend at the moment since i was still young so i decided to let my best friend have a shot towards this girl seeing as he was acting like he was almost in love with her from how he was looking at her .

it was very funny to see him act like this .

anyway unlike Naruto who was not paying that much attention to what Annabeth was teaching being more preocupide with staring at her being in a daze from the moment we bought started to take classes with her ,i did ,and i descovered that she was right .

my dyslexia: Ancient Greek wasn't that hard for me to read. At least, no harder than English.

After a couple of mornings, I could stumble through a few lines of Homer without too much

headache.

The rest of the day we'd rotate through outdoor activities,, looking for something I was good at.

Chiron tried to teach me archery, but we found out pretty quick I wasn't any good with a bow and

arrow. He didn't complain, even when he had to desnag a stray arrow out of his tail.

Naruto was laughing at this despite my annoyance i was a bit impressed as well as annoyed when i saw how good of an archer he was since he was hiting the mark with very great ease every time .

this sure made an impression through out the other campers .

but what was strainge was how Naruto was acting while holding the bow for as far as i and most of the others within camp saw there was something diferent and quite strainge when Naruto was using the bow for despite the posture being normal his entier body seemed to straingely radiate power while holding the bow .

this was quite obvious as the way he was acting was very strainge as if he was not aware of what was going on around him but remained focused on one thing .

Foot racing? No good either. The wood-nymph instructors left me in the dust. They told me

not to worry about it. They'd had centuries of practice running away from lovesick gods. But still,

it was a little humiliating to be slower than a tree.

although Naruto was doing very fine being able to keep up much to the surprise of the instructors as well as the campers who where impressed with him .

And wrestling? Forget it. Every time I got on the mat, Clarisse would pulverize me.

"There's more where that came from, punk," she'd mumble in my ear.

again though Naruto had no problem for he was doing very fine as he was fighting but what was strainge was the way he was fighting for he was not using some kind of street fighting nor was he using the way that we where teached ,but rather he was using diferent as well as strainge fighting styles that where quite impresive as well as efficient .

The only thing I really excelled at unlike Naruto much to my great happines not that i was jelous of him or anything was canoeing, and that wasn't the kind of heroic skill

people expected to see from the kid who had helpped beaten the Minotaur.

I knew the senior campers and counselors were watching me, trying to decide who my dad

was, but they weren't having an easy time of it.

with Naruto was even harder with the way he was acting outside of learning and all that was phisical he was excelling at or well he was quite very good at it unlike me .

. I wasn't as strong as the Ares kids, or as good at

archery as the Apollo kids. I didn't have Hephaestus's skill with metalwork or—gods forbid—

Dionysus's way with vine plants. Luke told me I might be a child of Hermes, a kind of jack-ofall-trades, master of none. But I got the feeling he was just trying to make me feel better. He

really didn't know what to make of me either.

Despite all that me and Naruto liked the camp ,Naruto most defenitly since he was having a blast most of the other campers taking a liking to him ,not to mention that he was starting to grow very close to Annabeth bought being seen toghether almost all the time well it was not her fault since my best friend was rather atached to her wanting to stay near her almost all the time .

the others in camp me included found this to be very funny since we where teasing the two as we wander when will they start dating i knew that with how they where acting there was no doubt that they will probably date very soon .

p. I got used to the morning fog over the beach, the smell of hot

strawberry fields in the afternoon, even the weird noises of monsters in the woods at night. I

would eat dinner with cabin eleven, scrape part of my meal into the fire, and try to feel some

connection to my real dad. Nothing came. Just that warm feeling I'd always had, like the memory

of his smile. I tried not to think too much about my mom, but I kept wondering: if gods and

monsters were real, if all this magical stuff was possible, surely there was some way to save her,

to bring her back...

i knew that Naruto was going to have my back since he wanted to help me get my mom back i knew this for he was very serious ,and i was greatfule for this as well as being best friends .

we started to understand Luke's bitterness and how he seemed to resent his father, Hermes. So

okay, maybe gods had important things to do. But couldn't they call once in a while, or thunder,

or something? Dionysus could make Diet Coke appear out of thin air. Why couldn't my dad , make a phone appear?.

Naruto jocked about this as he told me that maybe he was simply to forgetfule or that if he where to do this the reception might be very bad from where ever he was .

even if the joke was a bit wierd it was also funny .

i too made a similar jocke regurding why hasn't Naruto's mom sent him a phone but then i realised that maybe this was almost imposible since there was no reception on the sun .

we bought laughed at this but Naruto was a bit wary as he gazed towards the sun shaking a bit as wierd and funny this was i was not blaming him since he did tol me as well as my mom that his own mother was a very important goddesse .

and after he tomd me who she was i too was a bit afraid of the woman i hoped she would not burn me away for the jocke i had said reguding why she or my dad did not sent us phones for i did not wished to burn away .

i was quite glad when Naruto assured me that his mom might not do this since we bought where joking around but he did told me to not anger her and i was agreeing for despite not meeting my best friend mom i knew that Naruto was scary when he was angry and this was enough for me to not annoy his mother .

Thursday afternoon, three days after we arrived at Camp Half-Blood, me and Naruto had our first wordfighting lesson. Everybody from cabin eleven gathered in the big circular arena, where Luke

would be our instructor.

We started with basic stabbing and slashing, using some straw-stuffed dummies in Greek

armor. I guess I did okay. At least, I understood what I was supposed to do and my reflexes were

good.

as i observed Naruto i as well as the others in our cabin where impressed with how my best friend was wilding the sword he was having .

we saw him show a calm expresion as he twirtelled his sword spining it around as if it was nothing but a wind maail we where very surprised as well as worried but me at least i was very intrigued about how he was doing something like this with out even cuting himself .

but this was not all for when he stopped doing this and did what we all did we sure remained very shocked beside being very surprised for we saw Naruto and boy i have to say that the way he was wilding the sword was amazing .

we saw him hacking slashing cutting and so on with seemingly littel to no effort this was amazing but what was even more as well as frightening was how he was doing this for he was cuting straw heads stubbing them slashing at them from diferent positions and they where all killing shots .

we even saw him slice a few straw dummies as if it was nothing from a few being slashed up wards from a very low posistion to slicing down wards from either behind or the front .

this was very amazing but also very disturbing seeing Naruto doing this with so littel effort as if he was an expert we kind of at least me flinched when we saw him held a few straw dummies by the head and slice their troughts with very littel effort .

when he was done we all remained quite stunned staring at what he did it was very surprising as well as disturbing seeing some one that was nearly our age even younger than some of the members from cabin 11 do something like this .

right away there where those who started to assault Naruto with questions as they have been very amazed by what they have seen .

it sure came to a surprise to me when i saw this but i was glad when i observed that Naruto was now embarest instead of showing us that small chainge that was almost unlike himself .

i was glad that Naruto was not really acting like some wierd creepy crazy pshyco person with what he did in the sword training but for me now. The problem was, I couldn't find a blade that felt right in my hands. Either they were too

heavy, or too light, or too long. Luke tried his best to fix me up, but he agreed that none of the

practice blades seemed to work for me.

We moved on to dueling in pairs. Luke announced he would be my partner, since this was my

first time.

"Good luck," one of the campers told me. "Luke's the best swordsman in the last three

hundred years."

"Maybe he'll go easy on me," I said.

''come on Perce you can do this i know that you will do fine ''i told him wanting to give him some boost as he was unsure of this . he gave me a smile showing that he was at least going to try .

i saw the others not really feeling the same but they did tried to at least encourage Percy even if a bit ,i was glad that he had managed like me to have friends .

we saw him geting ready to spar against Luke i was confident that Percy will manage to do well despite how good Luke was .

i saw the camper who told Percy about Luke being one of the best swordman in three hundred years snort at the words Percy said i did not really liked this but i knew that Percy will do fine .

Luke showed me thrusts and parries and shield blocks the hard way. With every swipe, I got a

little more battered and bruised. "Keep your guard up, Percy," he'd say, then whap me in the ribs

with the flat of his blade. "No, not that far up!" Whap! "Lunge!" Whap! "Now, back!" Whap!

By the time he called a break, I was soaked in sweat. Everybody swarmed the drinks cooler.

Luke poured ice water on his head, which looked like such a good idea, I did the same.

Instantly, I felt better. Strength surged back into my arms. The sword didn't feel so awkward.

''hm you poured water on your head huh ? hehe now this will be intersting .''

after i saw Percy do this i smirked knowing what was going to happen he gave me a look at first as if he did not understood what i was trying to imply but then he smiled realising where i was trying to go with my sudden words .

as Naruto told me this and also showed that smirk i was a bit embarest for i did not planed for that but as he told me what i did i realised what he was geting at and this made me smile since now as i was feeling empowered by the water i felt that things will not be so hard as they where in the begining .

"Okay, everybody circle up!" Luke ordered. "If Percy doesn't mind, I want to give you a little

demo."

Great, I thought. Let's all watch Percy get pounded.

i knew this was a bit of a pessimistic thought but i wanted to keep things like this since i did not wished to let the others from cabin 11 know about what i was able to do i knew that my cover was already blown after what happen with Clarisse and her friends but after a few days things returned to normal .

glancing twoards Naruto i saw him smirk as well as grin at me giving me the thumb's up showing that i had this in the bag i smiled snorting a bit at how funny he was .

The Hermes guys gathered around. They were suppressing smiles. I figured they'd been in my

shoes before and couldn't wait to see how Luke used me for a punching bag. He told everybody

he was going to demonstrate a disarming technique: how to twist the enemy's blade with the flat

of your own sword so that he had no choice but to drop his weapon.

"This is difficult," he stressed. "I've had it used against me. No laughing at Percy, now. Most

swordsmen have to work years to master this technique."

He demonstrated the move on me in slow motion. Sure enough, the sword clattered out of my

hand.

"Now in real time," he said, after I'd retrieved my weapon. "We keep sparring until one of us

pulls it off. Ready, Percy?"

I nodded, and Luke came after me. Somehow, I kept him from getting a shot at the hilt of my

sword. My senses opened up. I saw his attacks coming. I countered. I stepped forward and tried a

thrust of my own. Luke deflected it easily, but I saw a change in his face. His eyes narrowed, and

he started to press me with more force.

The sword grew heavy in my hand. The balance wasn't right. I knew it was only a matter of

seconds before Luke took me down, so I figured, What the heck?

I tried the disarming maneuver.

My blade hit the base of Luke's and I twisted, putting my whole weight into a downward

thrust.

Clang.

Luke's sword rattled against the stones. The tip of my blade was an inch from his undefended

chest.

The other campers were silent.

I lowered my sword. "Um, sorry."

For a moment, Luke was too stunned to speak.

"Sorry?" His scarred face broke into a grin. "By the gods, Percy, why are you sorry? Show

me that again!"

I didn't want to. The short burst of manic energy had completely abandoned me. But Luke

insisted.

This time, there was no contest. The moment our swords connected, Luke hit my hilt and sent

my weapon skidding across the floor.

After a long pause, somebody in the audience said, "Beginner's luck?"

Luke wiped the sweat off his brow. He appraised at me with an entirely new interest.

"Maybe," he said. "But I wonder what Percy could do with a balanced sword... ."

i heard Luke saying as he was in thought i smirked for this was as i thought it would be with Percy since he had used his powers the first time but they drained him quite fast .

after that class we had others for the half of the day having the rest off i spent my time with Percy as well as Grover hanging out when after a while i went and looked for Annie wanting to spent some time with her as well .

it was not hard to find her since she was standing near her cabin reading i smiled at that already knowing she liked to read .

we spent the rest of the time chatting away wanting to learn a bit about the other as well as hang out ,we had quite the good time for Annie despite being serious was funny when she wanted too as for me she knew that i was very funny despite her thinking that i was quite wierd and also annoying i was a bit upset but i did not refute her words since she was right .

i was glad though that unlike Sakura she did not really hated my guts actually liking my company which made things even more awsome we bought stopped when time for dinner came .

we end up being teased by the others when they saw us walking twoards the pavilion since we spent most of the day near the pear when we talked enjoying the view that it held though we also went to the boat house and after we took one boat we swing it around taking our time enjoying ourselves .

we tried to ignore the teasing as it was un necesary and walked to our respctive tables showing smiles we heard the others either smirking or grinning at us while the girls where giggelling making things akward and odd to say the least as we tried to not get embarest but it was quite hard .

it was even worst when mr D as usual being the snarky grump guy that he was decided to be his smart ass and tease me and Annie again by asking us if we where about to get married .

we bought blushed a storm while the rest of the camp laughed at our expresions that where very flustered because of embaresment . Annie right away runned twoards her cabine not wanting to stand near me and be embarest even more .

this let the others to laugh again as they saw that Annie was embarest i walked away as well but i shouted at mr D wanting him to shut up and stop trying to embarest Annie as well as me .

the man smirked at me talking as usual as he did not get my name right annoying me even more i knew the man was messing with me so i ignored him though i grumebelled as i was walking while the others where smiling as well as smirking or snickering at me .

after that embaresing moment we all eat when again we went and offered a part of our food to the gods ,i was really starting to question these guys for i did not understood how did they liked something like burned food it was not that bad but it was still burned food that was given to them .

i hoped that my mom was not that wierd despite being the goddesse of the sun for this meant that i had not only a wierd mom but also a wierd devine familly .

i shrugged not wanting to think about that at all for i knew that my devine familly was what it was being them good bad or plain wierd ,i just hoped that they where going to like me and not hate me for being born .

after dinner was finished we went to the amphiteater again and told stories as well as listen to music from the members of cabin 7 .

when it was much later we all return to our cabins as some where quite tierd .

so like this the day ended and now we where all awaiting the next day hoping to see what will happen next .

Friday afternoon, I was sitting with Grover as well as Naruto at the lake, resting from a near-death experience on

the climbing wall. Grover had scampered to the top like a mountain goat, but the lava had almost

gotten me. My shirt had smoking holes in it. The hairs had been singed off my forearms.

We sat on the pier, watching the naiads do underwater basket-weaving, until I got up the

nerve to ask Grover how his conversation had gone with Mr. D.

His face turned a sickly shade of yellow.

Fine," he said. "Just great."

we did not belived him since he did not looked fine to the two of us but we remained silent regurding this matter .

"So your career's still on track?

He glanced at us nervously. "Chiron t-told you I want a searcher's license?"

"Well... no ./nope ''.we had no idea what a searcher's license was, but it didn't seem like the right time

to ask. "He just said you had big plans, you know ... and that you needed credit for completing a

keeper's assignment. So did you get it?"

Grover looked down at the naiads. "Mr. D suspended judgment. He said I hadn't failed or

succeeded with you yet, so our fates were still tied together. If you got a quest and I went along to

protect you, and we both came back alive, then maybe he'd consider the job complete."

our spirits lifted. "Well, that's not so bad, right?"

"Blaa-ha-ha! He might as well have transferred me to stable-cleaning duty. The chances of

you getting a quest... and even if you did, why would you want me along?"

we right away answere as a way to let him understand that we did need him .

"Of course we'd want you along ''

Grover stared glumly into the water. "Basket-weaving ... Must be nice to have a useful skill."

''ouch that must hurt hey Grover you do have a useful skill ok ,and that is tracking well maybe two for you also are good at trying to look after kids like us so don't look down about this .''

i said to him as a way to stop my best friend to look so glumy even Percy was feeling almost the same as i did regurding this .

I tried to reassure him that he had lots of talents, but that just made him look more miserable.

We talked about canoeing and swordplay for a while, then debated the pros and cons of the

different gods. Finally, I asked him about the four empty cabins

"Number eight, the silver one, belongs to Artemis," he said. "She vowed to be a maiden

forever. So of course, no kids. The cabin is, you know, honorary. If she didn't have one, she'd be

mad."

we bought chukelle at the words .

''i bet my mom said that Artemis is quite cold although she dose respect her in some way ''

i told Grover who looked at me as well as Percy though he was a bit worried about the words i said regurding lady Artemis i smirked at the worried tone he was showing since i was not worried about what she might do to me for just speaking about how my mom thought about her .

i was wanderying what kind of person she was when i thought that maybe she was some one who was serious and had a short temper but was also quite childish ,right away i started to laugh as i thought of the most perfect term to refer to the goddess that my mom told me about .

''hey Naruto what gives why are you suddenly laughing .''

i asked him as we saw him laugh for apparently no reason he looked at us stoping though he still smiled as if he was amused by something .

''yes Percy is right this is wierd for you to react like this '' Grover said as well when we bought heard Naruto replying .

''ah it's nothing ,i was just thinking about what you and my mom said about Artemis and how she might be mad ,maybe she acts like this from time to time or maybe most of the time ,either way you know that there is a term for people who act cold but deep down are nothing like this but want to hide under a mask of coldness ,they are called beside emo tsundere ,so maybe lady Artemis acts like this meaning she acts like a tsundere .''

now bought Grover and Percy looked at me as if i said something very wierd for the two blinked but they did not understood what i just said when i refered to lady Artemis .

''uh what ? what the heck is that word you just said !''

i asked for i did not knew what the said word even was ,i looked towards Grover him being lost as well .

''oh well it is a word that referes to a person who is cold and mean twoards everyone but deep down this is just an act for the said person acts all nice and is very carrying ,lets take Annie for an example she is similar to a tsundere to some extent since she acts cold twoards other people but she might be a very kind person deep down despite her cold front .

now if i where to be honest i would say that Annie is not a tsundere but a kudere ,what a kudere is ,it is the type of person who is cold kind of likes to stand alone and has an attitude that more or less makes those around to think that the person acts stand offish as well as stuck up and has a stick up their ass ,but again this is just a front that such type of persons are puting to not show that they care about others .

so in a way Annie acts in bought ways meaning she is a tsundere as well as a kuudere for she is cold ,likes to stand on her own not minding others has an aura that kind of pisses some people off and also tends to show her superiority acting like she is more better than those around her .''

i explained to my best friends while refereing to lady Artemis at first then at Annie i was not mean or wanted to be twords the two this being more of how i was seeing things regurding the two since it was at least true for Annie did acted like this even if she did not trully wished too .

''ah ha and you think that Artemis acts like this just for the fact that i just said she might get mad ?''Grover asked when i smirked at him as he looked silently as well as confusingly twoards me ,Percy showing a smiliar reaction .

''yup for she would not get mad if she where to not have a cabin for she as a goddesse she can do this on her own if she wanted a cabin this much and not let others built one for her ,but i can't blame her being a goddesse shure comes with perques for she can simply order others to do stuff for her while she simply lives quite a foufiled life ,i mean can you blame her she might as well as think about the entier human race as being her servants so with just a snap of her fingers she might simply order people around to do what ever she might wish ,that is quite scary to think of for she is not the only goddesse around for there are more than just her ,can you think for a moment how would they feel knowing that humanty are nothing more than servants to these guys ? this sure is a great luck for the lady goddesses i mean they can order guys like us around and treat us how they wish not even carrying .''

Percy and Grover looked at me quite stunned as i taled like this the two as hearing me out shivered as well as frowned not liking that at all but i had to say this for it was true to some extent .

''wha this is nuts man talk about crazy that is not faire you know !''i replied as i thought about this i did not give it much thought but even so it was wierd and not right at all .

''what will you expect most girls are like this they like to have us guys at their backing call this is called superiority ,they want to feel superior to us so of course they will make us do most of the work so that they will live a more easy life , i mean really will you trully see a girl taking her own stuff if she where to shop when if she has a boyfriend he can do it for her ,if there is a girl who can have some one who has a lot of money do you trully expect for most of them to work till their drop ,nope of course not for they have their boyfriends or husbands to do this for them . guys listen to me as great and beutifule girls are they are also creepy monstrouse beings who will rather try an suck us guys dry while they are living a very fine life with out having to work so much , and if things are like these then why do we fall for them ? ,well that is because of their charm ,you see they have to do this either intentionally or not in order to draw us in ,they are like predators who want to sink their teeth and claws in to their pray which is us ,and when they do succede well then things chainge if there is a chance for a nice kind girl to have a boyfriend and end up as more then things are good ,but if there is a manipulative demanding girl who acts all smug bossy know it all and thinks she is so high and mighty ,then that is troubel for that kind of girls are stuck up selfish shallow type of girls who do not care about others than themselves .''

Percy and Grover who sighed showing a long grave expresion listened though he gave nods as he agreed ,this to me was funny for it meant that our G man had some troubel with girls if he was this agreable with me .

''i have to say that you have quite a wierd mind but i do agree with your words for it is true ,i mean that Nancy girl ugh yuck she is exactly like that ,also there are some girls from cabin 10 who behave just like you have said ,the most best example is that Drew girl ,i mean you saw her right ?''

we listened to Grover as he said this showing he was not very glad about this subject hearing about Nancy again we shivered for that girl was really creepy ,also again Grover was a bit right when he refered to the girls from cabin 10 but me i held off my thoughts wanting to keep this more open than just a personal opinion .

''i don't know what to say i mean those girls act quite nice not that i pay that much attention anyway .''i said being honest ,Naruto as well as Grover chukel while i simply smiled not really minding this for it was simply something that i did not really want to preocupy my time .

''yup figures you will say that ,not that i blame you i mean we should not really preocupy our time like that ''i responded being half serious though i recived looks from Grover as well as Percy who showed that they did not belived my words .

i smiled starting to get a bit nervouse as i saw the looks since i was quite intersted when it came to Annie so i was not one guy to talk like this to the two of them who where not that intersted in girls well at least i thought they where not for i did not knew if they where or not at least with Percy i knew he was not at the moment but Grover was a diferent story .

''yeah sure /says the guy who is drolling over Annabeth '' the two said while blankely looking at me .

''hey that is not true well not to much ,so what if i well kind of act like that around Annie is that a crime or that i like her ?''i responded being a bit indignated at the looks as well as words .

''no ,nope not a problem you can go on with your ogeling my best friend and make googely eyes at her as well as drool over her like you are ,i mean i do not even wish to know what are you thinking about reguring Annabeth .''

now i stared at the two while showing a blank dead panned expresion not beliving that my best friends where thinking like this about me ,i was not some desperate creep that wanted a girlfriend ,i sure kind of acted like this when thinking about Sakura but that was simply because i really did loved her but she was mean to me and did not wished to be my friend so i had to at least think about her in some way hoping she might consider me a friend some day later .

now though after being here in camp and also after standing aroud Annie i now knew where i went wrong with Sakura and i was not about to do that again even more i did not trully thought about her while i was at the camp as well as this new world that my mom sent me in .

''thanks guys really maybe i should tell Annie about this so that she could show her apreciation twords you two ''i replyed with a blank tone as well as expresion ,right away the desierd effect that i was wanting to see happenned for bought Grover and Percy started to laugh akwardely as well as nervously wanting to stop me from saying something i should have not .

''ah come on Naruto we where just joking around ,you know that right Percy ?''

Grover told me while Percy noded but i did not mind them for i was a bit miffed about their words as well as insinuation twoards me when it regurded Annie and how was i acting in their opinion .

''yeah sure you where jocking if you are able to say that me ogeling or drooling over Annie is any indication of you two jocking around then sure i might say this is a joke a very bad joke ''

i sarcastically responded while Percy and Grover rolled their eyes as they replied at the same time .

the two said still not being that worried unlike me who was not very happy about being thought as a creep .

''yeah i do so have a problem with that ?''i responded a bit snapy not wanting to deal with their jokes at the moment . i saw them nervously smile as they replied finding no problem about what i just said .

''no./nope we are good /peachy'' hearing them i sighed now feeling more better i hoped that they where not going to tease me about Annie like this ,it wasn't a problem for i did not care about being teased by my best friends since i knew they whee just joking but still i did not liked to be thought as a creep when it came to Annie as well as her well being for she was a very nice person who did not deserved to be made fun off in such a way .

we listened as we where silent i agreed as this was obvios but we saw Grover tensing meaning this was not good at all for the two of us since it was as if he was going to tell us something important not that we did not knew about this more or less given what happen to us till now .

hearing Grover talk about this i sighed since i did not get that guy who thought he was a king for he was a jerk or better yet a jackass with how he was acting twoards this lady i snorted sarcastically at what Grover told us for this guy was really and defenitly fiting the bill with trying to do this .

but when Grover said this meaning job i got sick for this was desgusting hearing that this guy's job in a way as Grover put it was to cheat on the lady and have kids ,the creep was really sounding even more of a douche than he was at first . now i was really wanderying why this lady was staying with this guy if he was such a horibel person ,one thought hat crossed my mind was that the creep was blackmailing her forcing her to stay with him while he was doing what ever he wanted .

i sure was annoyed as well as desgusted by this jerk for he was really annoying as well as a no good creep in my opinion .

''like i said the lady should have dump the jerk and leave him alone if he so wants to act like a jerk he sure deserves it ,i mean it is obviouse he dose not care about the lady so why bothere .''

Grover as well as Percy looked at me,Grover was scared as he glanced towards the sky wanderying if somehow lightining of thunder where going to descend and blast us for what i said but nothing happen which made him sigh in relif being glad about this .

i did not care for i simply said the trough and nothing more about the guy since he was doing this even if he was not the only one .

''Naruto you might have a point about this but man really stop it or some day you might end up in a very bad situation for ticking off the gods .''

i rolled my eyes at Grover who was acting like a chiken being afraid of those guys who really where just acting and where not that frightening in my opinion , i was scoffing in my mind but i had the right too for this was ridiculouse to see others acting so afraid because of some guys who had godly powers and where acting as they saw fit and pleased with little regard for others who where not like them .

''you are such a wimp really being afraid of these guys i am not for they did nothing so why should i be afraid ? for they might do something yeah what ever i don't care ,they don't so nither am i ,this means we are neutral so i will keep it like this .''

i was quite cold but this was cause i was starting to get kind of fed up with how my best friend was acting as well as most in camp wanting to show respect twoards people who did not for they where to afraid to show up and do what was right .

''uh ok guys stop it you don't have to fight about this ,so regurding what we just started to talk about as you said regurding the three sons of Kronos ,we are talking about Zeus, Poseidon, Hades. right ?''

i asked as i wanted to see my best friends stop fighting over this for i did not care about this stuff even if it was real or not ,i saw them stop and starting to pay attention to me as i went further stoping at the big three .

"Right. You know. After the great battle with the Titans, they took over the world from their

Grover said as we listen rembering how this went .

"But Hades doesn't have a cabin here."

right away we meaning me and Percy started to snicker at this while Grover smiled a bit finding this to be amusing even if it was not necesary .

i was wanderying if the guy was creepy or something since Grover sure did act like the man might be but i did not belive this for there was no way that the man despite being a god and a brother to the other two as well as their sisters was that wierd or creepy still i did not knew much about the man so i had littel to go on .

suddenly Percy made a small oh shape as he noticed that i talked about this he then looked at me not geting what i was trying to say even Grover was looking at me with a curious gaze trying to understand where i was trying to probably going with this .

''well Naruto obviously the oath was taken by the entier counceil so the gods sworn to not have kids but why are you asking this anyway ?''

right as Grover said this my expresion was silent but grave surprising my best friends who where looking at me not understanding why i was suddenly looking like this .

''so they all took the oath and probably made it public to the otthers through out the corners of the west telling them to not have kids ,damn this is bad ,this is very bad ,the oath was more or less broken ,i may not know how many gods or goddesses did this but they broke the oath beside the big three .

as i told my best friends about this they sure looked at me with great surprise not understanding where i was geting at but to me things where clear now why we meet the three sister fates why this was happening after this much time all was making sense to me .

i decided to come clean and tell them what was on my mind hoping though that they where not going to freak out to much .

''guys listen i think i know why we meet the fates why this stuff that my mom told me is happening ,i don't want to flip you two out but to be honest this whole mess with the theft of the bolt is happening since the gods and i mean all the gods broke the oath to not have kids ,i don't know how many did it or not but more or less of them broke the oath they took and since swearing on the Styix is very important and not a vow to be taken lightly this is the result of these guys being uncarrying .''

now bought Grover and Percy stared at me with wide eyes as well as stunned expresions not beliving my words they where trying to come to terms with what i told them but they where finding it quite hard .

i said since this was really wierd i looked at the two but i noticed that Naruto had a blank expresion and honestly this was quite freaking scary seeing him like this ,Grover was quite pale and started to shake showing he was afraid but i did not knew of what or why .

''Percy ? have you wandered why the kids who are in this camp are ignored ? Annie told us that this is happening because they are to busy ,that is true but what if this is not entierly the true reason ,what if the real reason why they are not reciving what they should from their parents isn't simply because of some rules but maybe the reall reason is that these guys are lile you and me meaning demi gods that should had not even been born ,well in my case at least my mom made herself a normal person so this is out ,but you as well as all the other campers in here are kids who should have not been born but you are and you see this is a problem Percy it is not our fault but in your case it is your parents fault for you all where born under a broken oath ,this entier camp has kids that have been born under a broken oath .''

saying this stunned Grover as well as Percy bought gasping showing disbelif as well as great confusion not understanding what i was trying to say or even why .

Grover was so shocked that he simply stared at the two of us not doing a thing disbelif and great uncertantee being seen on his expresion .

''w what ? what are you saying here ? you mean to say that Annabeth and all the others at the camp are kids that have been born when they should have not ?''

i asked as i simply felt chills going through my body i was not angry at Naruto for i knew he was not saying this to make me or Grover mad but rather he was trying to tell us something ,something very important .

''yeah Perce that is exactly what i am saying that you guys are all kids that where born after this oath was taken and had been broken ,that is why we meet the fates this is the warning they give to us ,the warning that the result of an important broken oath by the gods is their eventual distruction as well as most of their kids for breaking the oath they took .

now Grover was about to faint not wanting to listen for this was crazy as i was talking not only about the greek gods distruction but most or everyone who was at camp as well for simply being born because of them .

''y you have to be ,are you even serious ?''i asked not beliving what Naruto just told us this made me numb as well as stunned not beliving that my best friend was able to say things like these ,it was not that he did not care for he did but the trough that was said in such a blunt chilling manner was enough to make me freez in fear and disbelif .

''Perce Grover do you think i like this ,for i don't but we have to face facts here ,you Annie everyone who is here and who knows where around the world or at least the west who had been born after this oath is a kid who is born from a broken oath and this is bad for us since we take the hit not just our parents they will be fine for they are imortal but what about us ? huh what do you guys think is going to happen to us if such an important oath have been broken ? it's simple we will die ,we have to die for we where not allowed to live so we have to be taken out of the picture if things where to be how they where .''

bought Percy and Grover where stunned to shock they had pale almost chalk like expresions not really trying to belive what i have said ,i did not blamed them for this was hard even for me to take since this was trully sick and desgusting but the most sad if not even twisted bizar trough was that this was in a way what had to happen for a way to have things back to how they where before all this oath stuff even had been agreed on .

Grover asked but we saw him being angry Percy was surprised not really expecting to see Grover angry like this but i did not flinch under his angry gaze for i knew i was right and this is what these gods did to the west as well as their kids with taking a very important oath only to break it ,so they where all guilty for agreeing to this and then not keeping this said oath to begin with .

''Grover that's enough wake up already stop trying to defend the gods it's over already anyway for yes they did doomed themselves as well as us when they broke this damn oath it is not Perce or any one here or around the west who is a kid of these guys ,but it is the fault of their parents for agreeing to this crap in the first place ,maybe not all agreed but still they had to take this oath anyway and we all know why this had to happen so there we have it the so called king of the gods simply doomed the west he doomed everything that everyone tried to work hard on keeping as it was till now ,so drop it with trying to defend them or that guy ,defending a guy who simply set in motion genocide is desgusting and i don't want to ever hear a word reguding him or the others who agreed with such desgusting notion ,they are all equally gulity for what had happen and what will happen from now on and the blood of our friends as well as their kids will be on their hands .''

i said being very cold as well as serious i knew this was harsh but i had to say it for it was the trough and i simply did not liked it for it was trully horrible ,to think that the world these guys made in a way or tried to at least keep in some what order was now meant to go to nothing just for a singel decision from three guys who where noy able to stop their kids .

hearing Naruto out i was happy that he was honest in trough i simply felt numb not beliving that this was happening now thinking about my mom it was all to simple this was a way for me to pay up a price for being born ,but the trough was that i was not paying the price but my own father for doing something he should had not to begin with .

i wanted to get angry to shout even scream yell what ever at my father at all of this but in the end i simply felt numb like i had no strengh after hearing the words that me best friend said to me i simply had the same blank expresion as he did but straingely i had a few tears out for this was just to crazy to deal with to imagine as well as having to live till now and from this point on .

we stared at the pine in the distance The story made me feel hollow, and guilty too. A girl my age had sacrificed herself to save

her friends. She had faced a whole army of monsters. Next to that, my victory over the Minotaur

didn't seem like much. I wondered, if I'd acted differently, could I have saved my mother?

i was silet as well but felt bad for this girl since she acted like a true hero some one who was selfless and give her life to her friends not wanting to see them dying i probably understood that she might not have wished to die but she accepted this .

as i glanced at the tree where the girl named Thalia was i clentched my hands in to fists being serious as i glanced at the sky my resolve was suddenly clear now knowing what i have to do .

''so this Thalia girl gave her life huh ! when she should have not to she acted like a real hero puting you guys ahead but still recived nothing ,not from these guys ,if that is how things are then from now on we will take over and we will do a far more better job than these guys ever did . Perce are you with me ? cause from what can we bought see this situation is a crappy one at best as well as worst ,so are you with me in wanting a chainge ? are you with me in starting a new path away from these guy's rule ? for i want to do this meaning replace these guys ,we have to take over so that we should guide the world to a better path a path that has no destruction ,if you are with me then from this moment onword we wil begin our own path twoards chainge ,we wil guide the world from now on and not these so called greek gods we will take their place and be new gods ,gods that actually will care about this world and keep things in balance as they should be .''

my best friends stared at me as if i was litterally insaine having a proposel like this as i spoke we heard the sky starting to rumbel as if it was unhappy but i did not care what that guy thought for i made my decision which was to take over and do a far more better job than these guys ever did till now and i was not about to faile just because of one guy who was a sissy who wanted to stay there up in the sky .

''wow y you must be crazy Naruto ? us trying to do what the gods are doing ,you really are nuts ,i mean i don't want this .''i told my best friend who was looking at me silently i was quite surprised by his ideea for it was nuts very nuts .

''i agree with Percy man this is insaine to propose something like this you are simply wishing for a death sentance .''i stared at Grover when suddenly i gave my best friends a smile while they looked at me intrigued about why i was smiling at this .

''death sentance ? from these guys ?pfff hahahaha as if they won't have the courage for i am serios deadly serious about us starting to take over ,if they think that they are so good at this then why is the world in the way that it is ,why haven't they tried to keep a balance ,it is simple they do not care for they are selfish and this is not how a godely being should act these guys are no gods ,no they are kids ,kids who think that the world is their play ground ,well i say enough ,enough with their rules ,laws enough with everything ,the world needs adults godly adults who know how to do things and take care of them so in a simple way the world dose not need brats who think that they will do as they please ,from this point onword we will call the shots and we will prove to these brats that we are more responsable than they are so are you with me Perce ,Grover ?''

now the two stared at me with hanging jaws as well as wide eyed expresions disbelif being seen we heard thundering as well as lightning but i ignored this for i was deadly serios about doing something like this now knowing that chainges must be made for these guys at least those from that mountain really where outdated not wanting to change and see that what they where doing was wrong .

''man Naruto you really are asking for troubel saying stuff like this ,you really are nuts but knowing you ,this crazy stuff might happen ,ah what the heck since you want to throw all to wack then why not i mean this could be a lot of fun .''

i smiled brightly as Grover simply smiled while shaking his head as him and Percy heard me him too seeing that what i was doing was insaine but i did not mind this for i had to do something if these greek gods guys where not going too .

''good glad to have you on board with this ,now since you are a satyr and a keeper as well then i must give you a position i bet that we will assigne a new god or goddesse that can look after nature and so a bit later ,now since you are a spirit nature then your new post will be to look after nature and also keep doing what you did till now ,from this moment Grover you won't be just a satyre but you will be also a sage as well as a keeper your mission being of course to look after nature and demi gods like us ,do you agree G man ?''

Grover as well as Percy stared at me with gawking mouths their jaws hanging wide open as they stared at me in disbelif as to what i have just told them ,Grover was so shocked that i gave him such an important position that the poor guy look almost like he was about to burst in to tears as he did not belived that some one like him was now in such an important position .

''N Naruto ,man y you ,you are awsome how did you even thought about such an ideea to begin with ,man i must be dreaming ,tell me this is a dream and not something real cause i sure feel like this is a dream .''

Grover told us making us smile as this was funny .

''nah that is not a dream you really will be from now on a sage as well as a keeper i know you are still young but i bet you will learn from mr Chiron what you might need in your new post and also you won't need your licences any longer for as a sage with your mission being that of trying to look after nature you are free to leave this camp when ever you wish form now on .''

now Grover looked like he was really about to pass out not beliving what i just told him even Percy was stunned in surprise as the two heard me out .

''Naruto you really are something pal doing things like these ,let me guess with me you might want me to have the same place as my dad huh ? i still don't know what to think about this but hey i kind of like it being the god of the sea well not yet but maybe some day ''.

i said as i knew what Naruto might wish from me i was quite right as i saw him smirking at me which it made me smirk as well as i thought about this not beeing to bad .

''hehe you know me quite well Perce of course i want you to take your dad's place for you are the best when it comes to this and with what happen to you ,you won't make the same mistakes as him ,and heck even if you might make a few you will make up for them for you know that mrs Jackson might get on your case and honestly she is quite scary when she wants too .''

we all started to laugh as i said this to my best friend when we thought about what might happen if Percy where to screwe up and do something like what his dad did only to get the earfule of his mom who was quite scary when she was mad .

then i smirked as i asked Naruto if he will be the leader as he was the one with this crazy wierd ideea that we should take over and replace the gods wanting a better world even if it was nuts and insaine this was not so bad for this was more better than have a world that was in conflict .

''hehehe you bet i will be in charge since my dream is to be hokage some day but this is way to awsome to pass up ,i know this will be a lot of work and also boring but i won't be alone for i will have you guys ,we will make this work trust me for if we work toghether and listen to the others opinion instead of fighting we will keep this world as it should be .''

the answere was obvios since this was a chance to have my dream foufiled and also this was way to awsome to pass up for being a leader that was in charge of an entier world despite sounding quite hard an also a lot of boring work it was also fun beside i did not wished to do this all by my self and be like that jerk who was in the sky beliving that i am right all the time and have to do what i wanted ,for this was the way a brat was doing things and i was not that despite having quite a rowedy behavior and was acting a bit like a bratty kid ,i wanted to take this seriously for this was not only about us but a whole entier world so this was about others who where straingers to us that need help .

''good glad to have you on board Perce well now that this is out of the way all we need is some one who will give the aprovel and luckely for us my mom might have heard us ,so what do you say mom are you ok with this ,meaning us starting to do things our way and built our own place so that we can actually do the jobe these geezers are not even doing right ?''

as i glanced at the sun i asked my mom wanting for us to have a place of our own we did not knew where the heck we will make our base of operation but the camp was a good start .

suddenly we saw that the sun began to glow a bit brightely than usual which meant that my mom was probably giving us the ok sign even if i was not so sure about this i smiled brightly at this for it was awsome to have my mom's aproval over this .

''well looks like my mom agreed with my wierd crazy plan so it is official from now on we are allowed to do what these guys are doing i guess to some extent but we should not care about this ,what we should care is us starting to do a better job than them ,this might sound like a competition but it is not for we will not compete ,but rather we will try to not let this world we all live in go to a bad shape ,as it is at the moment .''

Percy and Grover smiled as they heard me regurding how my mom agreed with my plan i told my best friends about how i did not wished for this to be a competition but rather we should try to keep the world in a way that it is peacfule and more better for everyone .

''like i said you are nuts for who ever thought about such a crazy insaine plan like this other than you !''bought me and Percy started to laugh as we heard Grover he was right about this for it was a crazy insaine plan .

''what can i say i amaze my self some times ''i replied while smirking ,Percy and Grover laughed rolling their eyes at my words .

"Grover," I said, "have heroes really gone on quests to the Underworld?"

as we heard Percy we bought knew that he was going to enter that place wanting to bring mrs Jackson back i thought this was a bad ideea but still i wanted to stand next to mt friend as he tried to do this .

Sometimes," he said. "Orpheus. Hercules. Houdini."

Grover told us when i replied thinking about something that i knew was stupid and wrong but i felt like it had to be said .

''And have they ever returned somebody from the dead?"

as Percy said this me as well as Grover where surprised Grover gave Percy a look not beliving what he tried to do ,as for me i sighed for i knew what Percy was trying to do and i felt like i had to stop him before he was going to do something he was going to regret .

''Perce i know you are upset even hurt about what happen to your mom ,but don't do it ,don't try to ever bring some one to life even if we are demi gods we still have littell right to interfere with life and death once we might be gods or maybe imortals then we could at least try to bend the rules a bit but even so a life should end ,and also your mom isn't dead she just end up in the underworld so she is still alive .''

Percy gave me a look at first he was silent as he listened to my words showing he was thinking about them some what in the end he was a bit hopefule and glad as i told him that his mom was alive ,still he was worried about her safety which was normal .

''No. Never. Orpheus came close... . Percy, you're not seriously thinking—"

Grover said as Percy hastely responded though the two of us realised that he was most likely lying about this wanting to try and bring his mom back from the dead which was stupid in my opinion for the dead where like that for a reason and no normal person or even some one like us had the right to play with a life with out knowing what where the results which to me they felt as being something not very fun .

No," I lied. "I was just wondering. So ... a satyr is always assigned to guard a demigod?"

we realised that percy chainged the subject not wanting to talk about this i smiled wanting to play along while Grover simply chose to not talking about this any more wanting to talk about something else .

"Not always. We go undercover to a lot of schools. We try to sniff out the half-bloods who have

the makings of great heroes. If we find one with a very strong aura, like a child of the Big Three,

we alert Chiron. He tries to keep an eye on them, since they could cause really huge problems."

Grover said as we understood speaking about this as we realised that he had found the two of us .

''And you found us . Chiron said you thought I might be something special."

Grover looked as if I'd just led him into a trap. "I didn't... Oh, listen, don't think like that. If

you were—you know—you'd never ever be allowed a quest, and I'd never get my license. You're

probably a child of Hermes. Or maybe even one of the minor gods, like Nemesis, the god of

revenge. Don't worry, okay?"

we stared at Grover as he said this for this was a lame attempt of chainging the subject .

''Grover stop trying to lie you know that Perce is the son of mr Poseidon for he controls the water and mrs Jackson even said this to the two of us ,and really the son of Nemesis ,Grovere you do know that Nemesis is a goddess and not a god so i would be carfule in your place ,i know i said we will do a more better job than these guys but that dose not mean that we should not respect at least those who are taking their job seriosly i did mocked them but i did this towards the guys who are on that mountain Olympus for they are the ones who are doing almost nothing .''

Grover was now quite nervouse about what i said and looked quite pale as well showing he was quite scared that he might be turned to ash or something bad might happen to him as he talked like this about a goddess .

''Naruto is right you know we should be glad you did not talked like this about him not being his mom's son cause if you would have then who knows what might had happen to you ''

as i said this i started to snicker while Naruto smirked wanting to go along with my sudden plan on trying to tease and scare Grover a bit it was quite funny as we saw him look very pale and started to glance at the sun in fear as if he was thinking that his days where already done for .

we wanted to see what was going to happen and to our amusament we saw the sun suddenly starting to glow a bit more bright a dark shadow that was similar to a black flame being seen ,now this was impresive as well as scary to observe but it had the effect we thought off ,for Grover gasped sucking in his breath and was starting to shake in fear as he looked at the dark flame that was around the sun .

we bought snigered at him as we saw how he was acting ,we wandered if he was going to run away starting to scream in fear or just faint on the spot sadely none of the two things had happen to Grover which was disapointing but he did showed fear as he glanced at the sun gluping from time to time making the two of us laugh knowing he was scared of my /Naruto's mom .

we left Grover alone for the moment spending the rest of the day at the pier chatting away .

That night after dinner, there was a lot more excitement than usual.

At last, it was time for capture the flag.

When the plates were cleared away, the conch horn sounded and we all stood at our tables.

Campers yelled and cheered as Annabeth and two of her siblings ran into the pavilion

carrying a silk banner. It was about ten feet long, glistening gray, with a painting of a barn owl

above an olive tree. From the opposite side of the pavilion, Clarisse and her buddies ran in with

another banner, of identical size, but gaudy red, painted with a bloody spear and a boar's head.

we said as we stared at the flags that where amazing wanting to know if those where the right flags as we thought or something else .

"Those are the flags?"

"Yeah." he told us making us grin since this was very sweet .

Ares and Athena always lead the teams?"i asked wanderying about this as Naruto showed quite the same curios expresion .

"Not always," he said. "But often."

we right away asked as we where wanderying about something regurding these flags .

"So, if another cabin captures one, what do you do— repaint the flag?"

He grinned. "You'll see. First we have to get one."

we grinned as well wanting to see what will happen now the two of us being quite fierd up .

"Whose side are we on?"

He gave us a sly look, as if he knew something we I didn't. The scar on his face made him look

almost evil in the torchlight. "We've made a temporary alliance with Athena. Tonight, we get the

flag from Ares. And you are going to help."

we looked at one another not really geting how where we supose to even do that as we did not even play this kind of game till now . we decided to not ask to much wanting to observe what was going on .

The teams were announced. Athena had made an alliance with Apollo and Hermes, the two

biggest cabins. Apparently, privileges had been traded—shower times, chore schedules, the best

slots for activities—in order to win support.

Ares had allied themselves with everybody else: Dionysus, Demeter, Aphrodite, and

Hephaestus. From what I'd seen, Dionysus's kids were actually good athletes, but there were only

two of them. Demeter's kids had the edge with nature skills and outdoor stuff but they weren't

very aggressive. Aphrodite's sons and daughters I wasn't too worried about. They mostly sat out

every activity and checked their reflections in the lake and did their hair and gossiped.

Hephaestus's kids weren't pretty, and there were only four of them, but they were big and burly

from working in the metal shop all day. They might be a problem. That, of course, left Ares's

cabin: a dozen of the biggest, ugliest, meanest kids on Long Island, or anywhere else on the

planet.

Chiron hammered his hoof on the marble.

Heroes!" he announced. "You know the rules. The creek is the boundary line. The entire

forest is fair game. All magic items are allowed. The banner must be prominently displayed, and

have no more than two guards. Prisoners may be disarmed, but may not be bound or gagged. No

killing or maiming is allowed. I will serve as referee and battlefield medic. Arm yourselves!"

He spread his hands, and the tables were suddenly covered with equipment: helmets, bronze

swords, spears, oxhide shields coated in metal.

"Whoa," I said. "We're really supposed to use these?"

''Perce i think we should use them after all this is quite serious but i won't use these for i want to use something diferent .''

as i said this looks where given towards me by the others who where probably wander what was i plaiyng to do if i was not about to use any of the weapons that where on the table .

''oh right sorry about this ,but what the heck are you going to use then if you won't use any of these stuff .''

i asked as i was curios even those around us being the same we suddenly saw Naruto smirking as if he knew something we did not we saw him glance twoards the sky for some reason when he spoke out .

''hey mom i know you might watch this wierd game so if you do can you lend me a battel outfit as well as that black staff thingy and a sword ?''

we heard Naruto say and this earned quite the looks for we did not really get what the heck was he asking to begin with ,we wandered if something might happen i looked around and saw the looks that where expecting something to happen but where residing as if some knew that nothing might happen .

i felt a bit bad for Naruto as he did this for if he where to recive nothing then this means that his mom was not really going to help him out ,as i thought about this we all where quite surprised when on the table that was filled with weapons from a golden glow suddenly a strainge outfit was rolled up very neatly armor being near it as well as two strainge weapons one being a dark staff that had a huge ring that was similar to the sun while below smaller rings where observed .

the second item being a sword but it was more diferent than the swords we where observing for this sword that was sheated was nothing alike .

right away gasps of awae where given twoards Naruto as the campers stared at him in disbelif not expecting something like this .

''wow this is awsome this is similar to the shrime outfit i was wearing when i arrived her at the camp and look at this i even recived the staff thingy as well as a katana ,thanks mom you are really awsome .''

i said out loud while grining being amazed by the outfit that was similar to the shrime one i had worn this being more battel orientated i also looked at the dark staff and the katana that i also asked observing that it was sheated .

right away i bolted towards the items being quite giddy as well as greatfule for this i did not cared that i was making a scene for this was a very important moment for me that i was not going to let it be ruined by the others .

''cool outfit you have there squirt ''a camper said grining .

''yeah it is very intersting to say the least ''a nother camper who was one of the girls spoke being intersted ,right away the others started to talk about this starting to embarest me at the moment .

''ok guys stop it would you ? i have to go and chainge ok cause i sure won't fight looking like this ''i said while looking at my outfit i liked it but it was not awsome to something like this so i wanted to chainge in to something more bad ass so i would kick butt .

the others smirked or sniggered at me leting me go chainge .

''ah that kid sure is something isn't he !''Luke said showing a smile he was a bit upset when he saw what had happen with Naruto but he did not let that get to him which was wierd for me to see .

''yeah he is but that is Naruto for you a strainge kid and i am glad to be his best friend ''i replied smiling for i was honest ,the others smiled at me showing that they liked what i said as these where right words to say .

after that moment was over Luke after rembering what i had said a few moments ago about if we should use the weapons we where given he looked at me as if I were crazy. "Unless you want to get skewered by your friends in

cabin five. Here—Chiron thought these would fit. You'll be on border patrol.''

My shield was the size of an NBA backboard, with a big caduceus in the middle. It weighed

about a million pounds. I could have snowboarded on it fine, but I hoped nobody seriously

expected me to run fast. My helmet, like all the helmets on Athena's side, had a blue horsehair

plume on top. Ares and their allies had red plumes.

after what happen a few moments at the pavilion i hurried to cabin 11 not wanting to miss the action as i stood alone in the room i took off my outfit and began to dress in the outfit my mom gave me ,it was very beutifule since it was dark red with orange around i put the haori at first that was very light despite having armor next being the hamaka ending with the sandals and white socks .

as i finished dressing up i took bought the dark staff that was called a shakujo as my mom told me and give it a spin liking that it was light and not heavy being easy to use ,i then took the katana notecing that the sheeth was very light i placed the sheath on my back for there was a strap around that was easy to use .

when i felt like being done i was walking outside being very confident now wanting to kick some ass .i hurried to the pavilion not wanting to be left behind .

as i arrived at the pavilion i was just in time for Annie just prepared herself to move our team .

as i walked to where Percy was i noticed that a lot of eyes where on me sezing me up wispers starting to come out ,i was a bit embarest by this but i tried to not think to much of this wanting to stay focused .

''wow cool get up man you look quite good in that outfit ''i said as i looked twoards Naruto he right away gave me a look and started to take a few steps back confusing me .

''uh Perce not to be rude dude but you know that you are a guy right and you just give me a compliment sorry pal but i m not in to guys since i already like Annie and i don't think she might apreciate you trying to come on to me like that .''

i told Percy wanting to not make him get the wrong ideea about our friendship right away the others looked twoards us and as they heard me say this they started to laugh at my words .

''wha hey what the heck Naruto what gives man i simply give you a compliment dude nothing more i am not in to you at all for i know you are a guy so no what the heck i don't like you like that .''i told him wanting to not let him or the others get a wrong ideea about this .

the others continued to laugh as if this was very amusing a thing that embarest me very much .

''ah don't worry Percy there is nothing wrong in liking a guy there are a lot of coupels who are like that now a days ''Luke who smirked at me said while the others grinned as if they agreed with his words much to my embaresment .

''sorry but can you like seriously not say this for it is creepy like very creepy ''i said wanting this to stop already and not turn in to a thing .

the others laughed again embaresing me even more but stopped right as i said this .

we all began to move once Annabeth gave the order me as well as Naruto manage to catch up to her ,me i was glad that i did not tripped over my equipment.

"Hey."i suddenly said wanting to get her attention as she marched .

So what's the plan?" I asked. "Got any magic items you can loan me?"

Her hand drifted toward her pocket, as if she were afraid I'd stolen something.

Just watch Clarisse's spear," she said. "You don't want that thing touching you. Otherwise,

don't worry. We'll take the banner from Ares. Has Luke given you your job?"

Annie said to Percy giving him or rather us some good advice about what to do if we where to see Clarisse .

"Border patrol, whatever that means." i responded not really being to glad about this .

"It's easy. Stand by the creek, keep the reds away. Leave the rest to me. Athena always has a

plan."

Annie said being quite sure of this right away i grinned at this for she really was a great strategist and she was perfect for what i had in mind .

''oh is that so Annie keep talking like this and maybe soon enough you might end up taking over your mom's job ,hey i have something to ask you but we will talk about this after this game ok .''

i said as Annie gave me a look not really geting what i just said when i told her that if she wehere to talk like the way she did she might take over her mother's place ,she grew even more intrigued about what i wanted to ask her now being quite curious of what i had in mind .

''ok what the heck are you even talking about saying stuff like this and what are you up too wiskers ? i do hope that what you might have in mind is not something insainely crazy ''

right away me and Percy looked at one another and started to laugh since what we had in mind was crazy very crazy .

''oh about that what do you think Perce is what we have in mind insaine enough or maybe crazy as Annie here said ?'' i told him while starting to snigger at the words .

''mh let me think well why yes Naruto your ideea is very insainely as well as crazy ''i replied with a smirk starting to bought laugh right away as Annabeth /Annie gave us a blank look starting to walk away probably thinking we where idiots .

we started to laugh again as we saw her leave not really mind how she looked at us at the moment we knew that she was going to call us insaine with what Naruto had in mind but it was worth the look she might show once we might tell her about what we intended to do .

"Okay," I mumbled. "Glad you wanted me on your team.

''hey don't mind Annie she is just like that man i hope she wont flip on us when she will learn what we have in mind , i mean that would be nice but honestly i think she might just stare at the two of us and then probably end up calling is insaine me more than you Perce but what can i say it will be worth the words ,hey how do you think Annie would act if she where to take her mom's spot ,do you think she will act smug and like a know it all with an attitude that says i am better than all of you ,or she might simply find this boring and show a bland blank expresion speaking in a monotone voice .''

Percy shruged at first but then he smirked finding my words to be amusing he then started to laugh as he imagined Annie act like a spoiled smug annoying bratty kid that showed she was better than everyone ,then this grew even more as he imagined Annie simply act like those boring old people who where working and simply did not wished to talk to any body .

''yeah i guess this will be funny ,i think maybe Annie acting so bored that she simply would like to just sleep maybe all the time works better than her being a bratty snoty person .''

i said as i smiled along side Percy we bought keept moving while smiling about this finding the subject to be amusing .

It was a warm, sticky night. The woods were dark, with fireflies popping in and out of view.

Annabeth stationed me next to a little creek that gurgled over some rocks, then she and the rest of

the team scattered into the trees.

we stood alone as for me Standing there alone, with my big blue-feathered helmet and my huge shield, I felt like an

idiot. The bronze sword, like all the swords I'd tried so far, seemed balanced wrong. The leather

grip pulled on my hand like a bowling ball.

''this is quite boring isn't it Perce ?''i asked him earning a nod for we missed all the fun that the others had i kind of started to understand what Annie had in mind and even if it was not a bad plan ,it still was not good for we where not some one's that where meant to be thrown away like some pawns for we where part of the team too .

''you said it Naruto ''i said to him while thinking about this wanderying if There was no way anybody would actually attack me, would they? I mean, Olympus had to

have liability issues, right?

Far away, the conch horn blew we heard whoops and yells in the woods, the clanking of metal,

kids fighting. A blue-plumed ally from Apollo raced past us like a deer, leaped through the

creek, and disappeared into enemy territory.

Great, I thought. I'll miss all the fun, as usual.

Then we bought heard a sound that sent a chill up my spine, a low canine growl, somewhere close by.

''Perce ? tell me you heard that or i was just imagening things !''i said for this was wierd and not good ,Percy looked at me being as uneasy as i was we bought wandered what that was we figured that it must have been a type of monster but we did not knew what type though we heard him growl like it was some kind of dog or a hound of some kind .

''yeah i did but what the heck is it ?'' i asked not understanding what was happening .

''i don't know but heck this monster sounded like some kind of dog or something like that !''

now we bought looked at one another and have our eyes open wide sure i did not learned much while in class because i was preocupide with other things but when alone i did sneaked in and read with Percy wanting to pass the time so we bought learned a bit about this new world as well as what it had .

''oh heck no ''we said at the same time now realising what we just heard and this was not good for they where not supose to have come in to the camp as it had a barier .

''Perce i will go and find mr Chiron and tell him about this you try and hold your own and if you find any one tell them about the hound the game needs to stop .''

Percy gave a nod even if he was unsure of this and i did not blamed him for a monster was here and this was probably not a trick but something very serious .

i right away runned to find mr Chiron and tell him about the monster that some how was allowed to enter the camp .

as i remained on my own being quite uneasy at the moment I raised my shield instinctively; I had the feeling something was stalking me.

Then the growling stopped. I felt the presence retreating.

On the other side of the creek, the underbrush exploded. Five Ares warriors came yelling and

screaming out of the dark.

right away i noticed why the hound might have retreated i was thankfule for those guys acting like a bunch of nimrods as they yelled and shouted for they made the hound leave for the moment .

i turned twoards the five who where not very happy with me ,i wanted to tell them that this game was over but i knew they might not belive me and think that i might make things up so sighing i gave up on trying to convince these guys that a monster might lurke around the wods .

"Cream the punk!" Clarisse screamed.

Her ugly pig eyes glared through the slits of her helmet. She brandished a five-foot-long

spear, its barbed metal tip flickering with red light. Her siblings had only the standard-issue

bronze swords—not that that made me feel any better.

They charged across the stream. There was no help in sight. I could run. Or I could defend

myself against half the Ares cabin.

I managed to sidestep the first kid's swing, but these guys were not as stupid the Minotaur.

They surrounded me, and Clarisse thrust at me with her spear. My shield deflected the point, but I felt a painful tingling all over my body. My hair stood on end. My shield arm went numb, and the

air burned.

Electricity. Her stupid spear was electric. I fell back.

Another Ares guy slammed me in the chest with the butt of his sword and I hit the dirt.

They could've kicked me into jelly, but they were too busy laughing.

"Give him a haircut," Clarisse said. "Grab his hair."

I managed to get to my feet. I raised my sword, but Clarisse slammed it aside with her spear

as sparks flew. Now both my arms felt numb.

"Oh, wow," Clarisse said. "I'm scared of this guy. Really scared."

she mocked me starting to annoy me but i did not want to give her the satisfaction wanting to distract her i told her as well as her ugly buddies .

"The flag is that way," I told her. I wanted to sound angry, but I was afraid it didn't come out

that way.

"Yeah," one of her siblings said. "But see, we don't care about the flag. We care about a guy

who made our cabin look stupid."

"You do that without my help," I told them. It probably wasn't the smartest thing to say.

Two of them came at me. I backed up toward the creek, tried to raise my shield, but Clarisse

was too fast. Her spear stuck me straight in the ribs. If I hadn't been wearing an armored

breastplate, I would've been shish-ke-babbed. As it was, the electric point just about shocked my

teeth out of my mouth. One of her cabinmates slashed his sword across my arm, leaving a goodsize cut.

Seeing my own blood made me dizzy—warm and cold at the same time.

"No maiming," I managed to say.

"Oops," the guy said. "Guess I lost my dessert privilege.

He pushed me into the creek and I landed with a splash. They all laughed. I figured as soon as

they were through being amused, I would die. But then something happened. The water seemed

to wake up my senses, as if I'd just had a bag of my mom's double-espresso jelly beans.

right away knoiwng that i was in the water and that my senses where hyper i smirked knowing these guys where now going to get it for trying to mess with me .

as i stood up and meet the guys still smirking i like last time when i faced Nancy as well as Clarisse let my shield down taking the Ares jerks by surprise ,i saw them starting to laugh right away making mocking expresions at me but i ignored them for as i closed my eyes thinking about making the water to listen to me i felt the same strainge pull that had happen before ,now i knew this was probably my devine power .

i did not care what was going on on the outside at the moment wanting to just stay focused on the water and the feeling that it was giving me making me feel at peace ,when i open my eyes like before they had a diferent color as they where bright blue like the sea and they where straingely glowing .

i saw the Ares kids taking a few steps back a a few starting to even glup as if they where afraid of what i was about to do .

i grinned liking this for i wanted to show these guys that i was not one to mess with as i lifted my left hand i moved the water twoards my palm as i hought about a trident as my dad had the water shaped in to one even if it was liquid i was still able to hold it .

i spinned it in my hand liking the feeling that i gained as if this was perfectly made for me .

when i was done i was very elated as well as happy as i observed the fearfule looks that the five uglies where giving me they stared at me in shock and disbelif not understanding if what they where seeing was true or just an ilusion .

throwing them a smirk i placed my trident to the side and feeling like wanting to act a bit cool i made a come at me motion with my hand taking the trident right away wanting to take the five down .

Clarisse and her cabinmates despite being unsure geting angry came at me wanting to take me down . i smirked since this was what i was wanting them to do I knew

what to do. I swung the flat of my sword against the first guy's head and knocked his helmet clean

off. I hit him so hard I could see his eyes vibrating as he crumpled into the water.

Ugly Number Two and Ugly Number Three came at me so with using my tridant i hit them in the face while with the but end of my sword i smashed them straight in the face sending them down .

Ugly Number Four didn't look really anxious to attack, but Clarisse kept coming, the point

of her spear crackling with energy. As soon as she thrust, I caught the shaft between the edge of

my water trident as well as my sword managing to snap it like a twig .

Ah!" she screamed. "You idiot! You corpse-breath worm!"

She probably would've said worse, but I smacked her between the eyes with my sword-butt

and sent her stumbling backward out of the creek.

Then I heard yelling, elated screams, and I saw Luke racing toward the boundary line with

the red team's banner lifted high. He was flanked by a couple of Hermes guys covering his retreat,

and a few Apollos behind them, fighting off the Hephaestus kids. The Ares folks got up, and

Clarisse muttered a dazed curse.

A trick!" she shouted. "It was a trick."

They staggered after Luke, but it was too late. Everybody converged on the creek as Luke ran

across into friendly territory. Our side exploded into cheers. The red banner shimmered and

turned to silver. The boar and spear were replaced with a huge caduceus, the symbol of cabin

eleven. Everybody on the blue team picked up Luke and started carrying him around on their

shoulders. Chiron cantered out from the woods and blew the conch horn.

Naruto was with him now showing a smile as he saw what had happen .

The game was over. We'd won.

I was about to join the celebration when Annabeth's voice, right next to me in the creek, said,

"Not bad, hero."

we bought looked at her but she was not there

"Where the heck did you learn to fight like that?" she asked. The air shimmered, and she

materialized, holding a Yankees baseball cap as if she'd just taken it off her head.

I felt myself getting angry. I wasn't even fazed by the fact that she'd just been invisible. "You

set me up," I said. "You put me here because you knew Clarisse would come after me, while you

sent Luke around the flank. You had it all figured out."

Perce shouted at Annie who was not really that phased by his angry words i was taking his side for if it hadn't been for the hound i would had not left Percy alone to face off against five guys all by himself i was glad that he was in the creek where was water for if it wouldn't have been for that i did not wished to know what would had happen .

''hey Annie come on don't say that i mean what the heck Perce is not some pawn to be used understand if it would not been for the water that is in the creek then Perce would had been seriously hurt ''.

Annie was silent and felt a bit bad as i told her this ,i knew that she wanted to plan things as a strategy but this did not meant that my best friend had to be used like this as if he was a pawn to be thrown aside .

''Naruto is freaking right your plan was to let me get pulverized."

i said to her when she retorted not really being to upset a thing that kind of started to get on my nerves .

"I came as fast as I could. I was about to jump in, but ..." She shrugged. "You didn't need

help."

i gave her a look showing an annoyed expresion while mockingly mimic her regurding this i did not cared about what she was about to say for this was a low move .

''great i am so happy about this you know ''i flately told her showing just how greatfule i was for her concern twoards me which was none existant .

she ignored me but paide attention to my wound as if she had found something quite intriguing all of a sudden .

"How did you do that?"

"Sword cut," I said. "What do you think?"

"No. It was a sword cut. Look at it."

The blood was gone. Where the huge cut had been, there was a long white scratch, and even

that was fading. As I watched, it turned into a small scar, and disappeared.

''oh wow this is cool so water can heal my wounds too good to know ''

i said being quite surprised by this ,suddenly i saw Annabeth givig me a look that was quite flat as if what i just said was very interesting despite the fact that i had been hurt but managed to brush this off as nothing .

''gee what the heck sea wead brain you now think you have some kind of cheat code or what 'oh wow this is cool so water can heal my wounds too good to know 'what the heck do you think this is some game that you are playing here ?''

Annabeth sarcastically said to me parroting my words with a mocking tone as she then flately told me if i was playing some sort of game after being hurt .

wanting to annoy her as i flashed her a smile that surprised her i responded .

''why yes wise girl what do you think i was doing i mean i knew that the water was going to heal me so i let Clarisse and her goones to hurt me intentionally so that i could kick their asses right away .''

Annabeth gave a look as she wandered if i was either serious or just plain trying to mess with her by saying stuff like these which was exactly what i was trying to do since she tried to mock me about how i did my fight .

''your head is full of kelp and sea wead ,and also for your information stop trying to annoy me cause you sound just like wiskers when you try to do that meaning you sound like a moron ,where is wiskers by the way ?''

Annabeth said to me as i ignored her words for i was not an idiot nor my head was filled with kelp or sea wead since i was smart when i wanted to be but this girl sure wanted to have something against me ,i wandered if this was something related to our parents since they where rivals not that i really cared about this stuff for this was in the past and i was not one to look in to the past wanderying about what it was .

as i heard her ask about Naruto after she told me to stop trying to act like him meaning trying to annoy her for she felt that i was acting like an idiot i pointed twoards her as i smirked wanting to get back for darying to call me an idiot .

''he is right there next to Chiron or can't you see him oh i bet you where worried huh ? what you can't stay to long with out my best buddy .oh my my Annabeth are you that desperately in love with my best buddy that you are already having troubel if he is away from you ah ha i get it now uh hum .''

i told her as i smirked wanting to see her reactions ,i was quite glad as she was embarest by my words as well as angry that i was insinuating this when i refered to her being in love with Naruto ,not that it was not true for with how close they where it was only a matter of time .

now Annabeth who smiled at me told me this while showing she was mad right away i began to get nervouse for i did not wished for this girl to get this violent over a joke things got quite akward as she started to yell at the top of her lungs at me about her not liking Naruto this was funny but sadely she was being overheard by the whole camp who now where looking at the two of us with quite surprised amused looks .

Naruto was quite hurt for he looked like he was just hit by some bricks from a wall as he heard Annabeth shout that she did not liked him in a romantic way i sighed feeling a bit bad for my best friend since he seemes to really like this girl and she just for being teased a bit by mean about this was now fliping as if she was very hurt or indingnated .

''uh o ok i uh understand but uh you know maybe next time you flip out like this and shout at the top of your lungs about not liking a guy ,you might want to do that when no one else is around you for you kind of drawn attention to yourself with this one .''

as i said this to Annabeth who stopped starting to blink showing confusion at my words turning around she stopped and remained still as she saw the others from the camp now looking at her with amused smirkes while in Naruto's case he was down in the dumps starting to comically wail as he overheard Annabeth shouting like that .

right away we saw her being very flushed as this was unexpected she said nothing but the way she was looking at the ground at the moment as if she wished to be swallowed by it and not be forced to look at any of us at the moment was quite obviouse .

''oh wow Annabeth really did you had to shout like this and how can you say that you don't like this little guy i mean he is so cute ,you broke his heart with this .''

we heard a girl from the crowed say right away others starting to talk about this embarsing Annabeth even more as she was very red in the face wanting to leave away from us not wishing to see anyone at the moment .

''ah a well y you uh s see t thing is that i uh well i didn't want to say that ok this guy made me do it for he annoyed me with his smart remarks ''Annabeth said wanting to shift the blame twoards me .

''really Annabeth for shame wise girl for shame i mean i did nothing for it was you who fliped on me not the other way around .''saying this made the others smirk or laugh at the scene ,while Annabeth was annoyed wanting to not give me the satisfaction she huffed turning her head around trying to ignore me this making things even more amusing than they where .

now that the game was done not wanting to stand in the water i left it but i suddenly felt drained as if the sudden strainge boost that i had was suddenly gone ,right away the others who saw this gasped and started to murmure while looking twoards me .

despite this being strainge i knew what they where talking about for they had finally realise who i was or rather who was my dad at least i was nervously smiling since the trough was now out .

''well looks like the trough is out isn't it sea wead brain ,man this will be something ''Annabeth said while looking at me the others still finding this hard to belive .

as i tried to say something I heard that canine growl again, but much closer than

before. A howl ripped through the forest.

The campers' cheering died instantly. Chiron shouted something in Ancient Greek, which I

would realize, only later, I had understood perfectly: "Stand ready! My bow!"

Annabeth drew her sword.

There on the rocks just above us was a black hound the size of a rhino, with lava-red eyes and

fangs like daggers.

It was looking straight at me.

Nobody moved except Annabeth, who yelled, "Percy, run!"

She tried to step in front of me, but the hound was too fast. It leaped over her—an enormous

shadow with teeth—and just as it hit me, as I stumbled backward and felt its razor-sharp claws

ripping through my armor,right away i saw Naruto jump in to action as he hastely arivved at my side starting to spin his dark staff from around the big ring that was similar to the sun a strainge orb of some kind was starting to form the said orb was at first golden heat being felt as i was near it then the color shifted to a bright crimson color the heat being a bit to high to take for me .

i saw that the ground began to move as if it was pulled by something we all stared in awae at the orb that was shifting through colors growing more bigger by the moment drawing the earth as well as water and even the other campers where feeling like being drawn twoards the orb like a magnet the weapons we had where already away from us for they where pulled by the big orb that was shifting colors .

i was starting to feel very hot as i was standing so near to Naruto who suddenly as he spinned his staff was begining to leave the ground now standing in mid air as if he was levitating or even down right floating .

we saw him stand in the air while the ground followed by the water for the creak as well as the lake where being pulled up going towards him and his orb that was still not being done but that was not all for even the trees where starting to be moved as well as all that was around us .

we included for we felt as if we where being lifted from the ground and pulled towards the orb that was now having a pitch dark color flames that where very dark as if they where made by the very night it self .

we as where hanging in the air saw the large black orb being able to feel the heat as if we where close to the sun it self , i knew now that once Naruto was going to let go of that orb this was going to be very explosive ,there was no doubt in our minds that wierd hound was going to be blown or maybe burned to ashes with how big that orb he was making .

after a few moments longer Naruto who lifted his dark staff showing the dark large orb that was very ominous while despite being drawn twoards the said orb we saw him bring his staff down and let loose the orb .

we all gasped as we observed the orb going straight towards the hound who observing it simply froze in fear not even being able to do a thing as he saw the demolishing orb that litterally was starting to gring the earth leaving a scorching traile behind as well as up front .

in a few moments the orb simply engolfed all and a bomb felt like going off when contact was made right away a bliding light was let out that forced us to look away for the light was to powerfule .

this held for a few moments when we began to slowly open our eyes now all of us being back on the ground only that what we saw simply left us with gob smaked expresions for a semy large scorching black crater was now all that remained the strainge hound being no more .

''holy what in the gods name was that ''a camper said now being very surprised as well as shaken .

''no way the ground was scorched like it was burned away but how the heck was that even posible and that wierd black orb it freaking looked more like a black sun ''

a meber from Apollo's cabin said the others agreeing with him .

''what the ,wiskers what the heck did you even did i never saw something like this in my life how where you able to do this anyway ?''

Annabeth asked Naruto who was calm despite what had happen ,i did not blamed him for saying nothing since what he did was trully amazing despite being very scary .

''hehehe sorry about this i guess like with Percy the cat is out of the bag huh ? well i won't say anything since my mom will probably most likely claime me ''

i said being nervouse i did not wished to go that far but as i saw Percy bring in danger i simply acted right away not really mind what was i about to do .

i saw that there where confused looks from the rest of the campers which where making me a bit nervouse .

By some miracle,thanks to what Naruto did I was still alive. I didn't want to look underneath the ruins of my shredded

armor. My chest felt warm and wet, and I knew I was badly cut. Another second, and the monster

would've turned me into a hundred pounds of delicatessen meat.

Chiron trotted up next to us, a bow in his hand, his face grim.

"Di immortales!" Annabeth said. "That's a hellhound from the Fields of Punishment. They

don't ... they're not supposed to ..."

"Someone summoned it," Chiron said. "Someone inside the camp."

me and Naruto pondered on this for it was only normal but we did not knew who would do something like this or even why ,well that was at least till we bought saw Luke came over, the banner in his hand forgotten, his moment of glory gone.

we right away wandered if he some how might had been behind this seeing as he was the only one who was not around when this thing happen and only now he was coming even if he was not looking to happy that his short moment was forgoten .

Clarisse yelled, "It's all Percy's fault! Percy summoned it!"

we as well as the others gave Clarisse a look for this was nuts seeing as me nor Naruto did not knew how to summon something like this ,we right away glanced twoards Luke who still looked unhappy ,now starting to get that maybe he was behind this his missing act being quite obviously a good evidance that he might have been behind this assault .

"Be quiet, child," Chiron told her.

We still stared at the place where the hell hound was when Annie/Annabeth spoke while looking twoard us .

You're wounded," Annabeth told me. "Quick, Percy, get in the water."

''Annie is right Perce you should let the water heal you after a hit like that beside all is over ok we already showed who are are to the camp so now we only need our parents to claim us .''i told Percy who still wanted to act like this was fine even if he was not .

we draw attention with my words about how we blowed our cover as well as who our parents where now simply wanting them to claim us .

''I'm okay." i told Naruto when him and Annabeth spoke at the same time shuting me up .

"No, you're not,"as we said this we where a bit surprised that we talked in sink this was probably akward and funny but the moment was quite serious to joke around like this .

"Chiron, watch this."

I was too tired to argue. I stepped back into the creek, the whole camp gathering around me.

Instantly, I felt better. I could feel the cuts on my chest closing up. Some of the campers

gasped.

''ok i did this happy now !''i asked for i was not in the mood for being gawked or worried about after nearly being turned in to food by a hell hound .

we saw that the campers still gawked but i for one did not knew why as i saw them stare at me or rather at my forhead that was glowing brightly .

Percy," Annabeth said, pointing. "Um ..."

By the time I looked up, the sign was already fading, but I could still make out the hologram

of green light, spinning and gleaming. A three-tipped spear: a trident.

''well now the cat is out of the bag everyone yup Perce here is the son of mr Poseidon and hey i was the one who even told Perce here as well as showed Annie this when he thought against Clarisse a few days ago .''

as i told the others this we bought saw gawking gaping faces that stared at us showing disbelif .this grew even more as the crowed now looked towards Clarisse who despite being angry as well as annoyed was embarest by this ,Annie showing a similar reaction .

''ugh honestly wiskers will you stop it i mean really acting like this admit it you knew all along about this but you keept it hidden till a few days now and even to this moment so what other secrets you might hide huh ?''

Annie said being annoyed and a bit angry that we lied to her we did not wanted too but since this place was and still is a bit wierd to me at least we did not felt very comfortable talking about who our parents where at first .

''sorry about this and about what other secrets lets just say that a big bomb might be revelaed to you guys right away .''

i said now being ready for the reaction that the entier camp might have when they might learn who was my mom .

All around me, campers started kneeling, even the Ares cabin, though they didn't look happy

after that moment the camp was very shocked but the shock turned to pure stunned gawking bewilded expresions when my body suddenly started to glow in a warm golden light that was very familiar to me around my forhead the symbole that had the univers where the sun as well as planets was seen but even strainger was that around then a diferent symbol that was shaped like a golden sun as well as dark crest cent moon where glwoing as well .

''w w wha the n no way w what i is t this ?''Annie spoke in a shaken stuttering tone as she as well as the others in camp where gawking at me .

''o oh b boy i i it h h has b b been d determined l lady Amaterasu the goddess of the sun ,morning univers life and creation .

as mr Chiron said this the entier camp gawked at me right after a few moments of silance all started to shout at the same time showing totall disbelif .

i was quite embarest by this and wanted things to end but to my surprise they did not for a voice suddenly spoke out earning our attention .

as this was spoken out loud me as well as the entier camp where shocked when we saw who just said this ,i right away was very glad and happy to see that my mom was now at the camp .

''hy mom ''i said before all hell broke losse and the others in camp shouted at us as they heard me saying this out loud .
