12. Chapter 12

The next morning, Chiron moved me to cabin three.

while i was on my very own cabin though the place did not looked like a cabin but rather it was more like a freaking mansion for it was very big seeing the inside i was reminded of how the housed in the clan district from back home looked .

i was quite surperised by what my mom told me the other night revealing to me more about my dad as well as surprising me even if i had a guess that he was the fourth at first i was bought happy as well as angry at him for sealing the nine tailed fox within me .

but after mom told me that they did this in order to stop dad's former student who was a rouge Uchiha that went by the the name of Obito i let my anger aside even if i was still upset about the fact that he did this to me , i was at least glad that the two loved me and they did this as a way to entrust me with the fox .

so i could beat that Obito guy one day as they where afraid of what that guy was up too .

i was all about trying to stop him for he was bad news and i did not wished for the sacrifice of my parents to be in vaine .

that was quite easy for me to understand but what was wierd was when mom told me that i was not a normal kid nor even a demi god but i was in trough something that was called a transmigrant as well as a jinchuuriki host of the nine tailes that i learned that he was named Kurama and that he was a part of a devine being that was a tree which held chakra .

this was shocking to me but i did not deny the words my mom told me about this as she was a goddesse and she might have seen stuff .

now though i was quite in a wierd place for i did not knew what to think i did belived my mom but still all of what she told me was also very wierd for as Ashura i had a familly but they had did long ago because of age . even more i was the son of the sage of the six paths the man who had been said that he made ninjutsu .

it was quite a wake up call from my mom to hear that what my orginal dad tought to the ninja world was not ninjutsu but something called Ninshu ,it was even wierd when i learned that i had an older brother that i was now at war because of a decision our dad took when he gave us a test .

i did not knew how to feel about this for in a way i was gald that i had a brother a sibling but on the other hand i simply did not liked that we where at war over something silly it sure was quite surprising to hear that i held the yang chakra our dad gave to me even now .

even more wierd was when mom told me that some how later in my original life i have gave quite a large amount of my yang chakra to Kurama so as to use if i where to meet him agian in a diferent transmigrant life .

it sure was a shock learning that i had diferent lives beside my curent one even more odd was that i had a familly through most of these lives ,the most shocking thing that i had learned was that i was the very first hokage who had made the freaking hidden leaf village with the help of my elder brother .

i was very happy but also sad as well as annoyed when i heard just why my so called elder brother simply wanted to fight against me again as i heard what happen in our lives as Hashirama and Madara learning why my stupid moron of a brother went roge i wanted to go to a wall and smash my head over and over again while mumbeling stupid over and over .

for the guy in our former lives was stupid if he belived that i trully thought about him as being dangerous after what we went through when we where kids .

now thought as my mom told me just who was my brother this time around i yelled out loud having a horrofying face for that guy was simply to emo and to dark to even consider him my elder brother .

i right away fell on my kneese and wailed shouting at the sky for this was unfair ,just thinking about Sasuke who was a cold hearted emo as my elder brother was making me shiver as if i was seeing or thinking about something very nasty and wierd .

now i knew why we did not get along and there was no doubt in my mind after learning just what had happen regurding the asasination of the Uchiha clan that Sasuke might had done this or at least Indra might have done it as a way to have him hate the world so as to be as dark as he was in our original lives .

now to me it was quite clear that Indra was insaine wanting to do something like this .

i knew that i had to stop him but i did not liked it for this meant that me and Sasuke had to fight to the death if one of us was meant to prevaile in this long ancient war betwin our original chakra selves .

I didn't have to share with anybody. I had plenty of room for all my stuff: the Minotaur's

horn, one set of spare clothes, and a toiletry bag. I got to sit at my own dinner table, pick all my

own activities, call "lights out" whenever I felt like it, and not listen to anybody else.

And I was absolutely miserable.

Just when I'd started to feel accepted, to feel I had a home in cabin eleven and I might be a

normal kid—or as normal as you can be when you're a half-blood—I'd been separated out as if I

had some rare disease.

Nobody mentioned the hellhound, but I got the feeling they were all talking about it behind

my back. The attack had scared everybody. It sent two messages: one, that I was the son of the

Sea God; and two, monsters would stop at nothing to kill me. They could even invade a camp that

had always been considered safe.

The other campers other than Naruto who was seen as usual even if there where very surprised expresions after they saw who his mom was steered clear of me as much as possible. Cabin eleven was too nervous to

have sword class with me after what I'd done to the Ares folks in the woods, so my lessons with

Luke became one-on-one. He pushed me harder than ever, and wasn't afraid to bruise me up in

the process.

"You're going to need all the training you can get," he promised, as we were working with

swords and flaming torches. "Now let's try that viper-beheading strike again. Fifty more

repetitions."

me and Naruto right away noticed that the way the guy was acting was not normal as he was acting very serious with the two of us but he was also the only friend i at least had beside Naruto and Grover .

Annabeth still taught me Greek in the mornings, but she seemed distracted. Every time I said

something, she scowled at me, as if I'd just poked her between the eyes.

Naruto was not very happy about this but he hoped that she was going to not be so hard on me at least we bought saw him having a far to easier time in classes as he had a book that was translated to his home language .

After lessons, she would walk away muttering to herself: "Quest ... Poseidon? ... Dirty rotten

... Got to make a plan ..."

at least Naruto was trying to make feel better but this was not helping very much .

Even Clarisse kept her distance but now it was from bought of us still she only glared as well as stared at me venomously wanting to clearly kill me . for breaking her magic spear. I wished she would just yell or punch me or something. I'd

rather get into fights every day than be ignored.

I knew somebody at camp resented me, because one night I came into my cabin and found a

mortal newspaper dropped inside the doorway, a copy of the New York Daily News, opened to the

Metro page. The article took me almost an hour to read, because the angrier I got, the more the

words floated around on the page.

BOY AND MOTHER STILL MISSING AFTER

FREAK CAR ACCIDENT

Sally Jackson and son Percy are still missing one week after their mysterious

disappearance. The family's badly burned '78 Camaro was discovered last Saturday on a

north Long Island road with the roof ripped off and the front axle broken. The car had

flipped and skidded for several hundred feet before exploding.

Mother and son had gone for a weekend vacation to Montauk, but left hastily, under

mysterious circumstances. Small traces of blood were found in the car and near the scene

of the wreck, but there were no other signs of the missing Jacksons. Residents in the rural

area reported seeing nothing unusual around the time of the accident.

Ms. Jackson's husband, Gabe Ugliano, claims that his stepson, Percy Jackson, is a

troubled child who has been kicked out of numerous boarding schools and has expressed

violent tendencies in the past.

Police would not say whether son Percy is a suspect in his mother's disappearance, but

they have not ruled out foul play. Below are recent pictures of Sally Jackson and Percy.

I wadded up the paper and threw it away, then flopped down in my bunk bed in the middle of

my empty cabin.

"Lights out," I told myself miserably.

That night, I had my worst dream yet.

I was running along the beach in a storm. This time, there was a city behind me. Not New

York. The sprawl was different: buildings spread farther apart, palm trees and low hills in the

distance.

i saw Naruto there as well being dressed in the same outfit when he had arrived to save my life from mrs Dodds .

i was glad to see him for this was something i did not wished to see alone we bought runned along the beach

About a hundred yards down the surf, two men were fighting. They looked like TV wrestlers,

muscular, with beards and long hair. Both wore flowing Greek tunics, one trimmed in blue, the

other in green. They grappled with each other, wrestled, kicked and head-butted, and every time

they connected, lightning flashed, the sky grew darker, and the wind rose.

I had to stop them. I didn't know why. But the harder I ran, the more the wind blew me back,

until I was running in place, my heels digging uselessly in the sand.

Naruto who looked at me as if he was just an observant shoked his head at what i was trying to do but i saw him keep an eye twoards the ground .

Over the roar of the storm, I could hear the blue-robed one yelling at the green-robed one,

Give it back! Give it back! Like a kindergartner fighting over a toy.

i saw Naruto stare at the two giants with dead panned expresion starting to mutter about bought of them being idiots though he also spoke about the first person being a bigger idiot

The waves got bigger, crashing into the beach, spraying me with salt.

I yelled, Stop it! Stop fighting!

Naruto who again shocked his head to my annoyance responded .

''it's pointelles they wont listen beside we need to be wary of the ground or rather who is below it cause he sure is enjoying himself .''

Naruto told me confusing me about this whole thing for i wanted to stop the two robed ginats from fighting against each other .

The ground shook. Laughter came from somewhere under the earth, and a voice so deep and

evil it turned my blood to ice.

Come down, little hero, the voice crooned. Come down!

The sand split beneath me, opening up a crevice straight down to the center of the earth. My

feet slipped, and darkness seemed to almost swallow me up if it haven't been for Naruto who right away took me away as we bought were starting to float now earning the attention of the two giants as well as cold evile voice .

you ,you dare to interfere littel hero i will destroy you for this

the voice told Naruto sounding angry ,this sure made me shiver for this was scary .

''sorry to disapoint you crazy titan gramps but i won't fall to the lights of you ''

Naruto siad making a jabing insult twoards the voice that was not happy with how he was called .

i if would not have been scared at the moment would had laughed at this but i kept quiet at the moment though we bought saw the two giants suddenly stoping and where straingely smirking at what Naruto had said .

we suddenly saw Naruto let out a gold light that was warm as if he was around the sun around his body a strainge gold humanoid shape was starting to form we saw it starting to rise in hight for a few good moments all of us wanderying just how tall was this thing going to be .

to our surprise we saw that this strainge humanoid shape thing was as tall as the two giants we saw that there where strainge dark markings around the arms as well as torso of the being with six strainge black bars that to me where very strikenly familiar to Naruto's wisker marks where seen on bought sides of the torso .

even wierd was that there was a black bead around the neck where three heads that had the shape of fox heads with pointeas ears and angular faces as well as small dark eyes were present six arms being around the body as well while nine long golden tailes where behind the said body .

i was taken by surprise as i saw this but i was not the only one for the two ginats where looking at this being as impressed as i was the two staring silently at the construct .

we suddenly saw that two fists where right away sent straight towards the pit like place as if Naruto wanted to punch what ever was in there in his other hands two swords where seen while in the last hands two dark staff's like the one he used where held .

we simply stared at Naruto wanderying what he was going to do ,i knew what he was probably trying to do but this was to crazy to consider it seeing as this was more of a dream .

still we saw him finally punch what ever was in there starting to really hit the heck out of what ever the heck that thing was there .things then got very wierd as Naruto was starting to just punch then hack and slash at what ever was in there with out a stop adding even wacks as well .

we meaning my self as well as the two giants where simply staring at this and twoards Naruto wanderying if the guy was really alright or he had a few screw lossed for this was surely to wierd seeing him punch slash as well as hack and wack what ever the heck that thing was like there was no tommorrow while he was smiling like this was an every day thing to him .

just as i thought things where going to end and i was about to wake up i as well as the two giants saw Naruto suddenly multyply now two others being seen .

i was a bit surprised but i knew he used his shadow clone thingy but i did not knew why .

well i at first did not understood why for suddenly we got our answere as we saw his doubels suddenly starting to let some of their power up but what we saw surely left us gawking for the first clone of Naruto was standing on a strange wood like person that was dressed very oddely even the shape of his face being odd as well a small dot being present on his forhead while a lot of hands where around the humoungouse like wood being's body .

the next though was a freaking giant dragon made of wood and i really mean made of just plain wood

we simply stared at this like a bunch of idiots not geting what the heck was going on if we did not understood what was going on at first we sure where very blured when we saw Naruto simply move his strainge wood dragon as well as wierd huge mountain statue the two going litterally towards that pit.

well the wood dragon did for the hunge statue once it aproached the pit he litterally started to punch the heck of what ever was at the bottom going at full force .

what was very impressive was that the hands besdie being a lot and like really a lot of hands where moving very fast in a few minutes they where all just a blur to the three of us .

we gaped at this not beliving what Naruto was doing ,what was so wierd and creepy was how he was simply smiling as he was beating the crap of what ever was inside there even him standing next to me in his wierd avatar was smiling as if he was enjoying himself while punching slashing wacking with out a care .

the wood dragon was biting as well as slashing with it's claws but what the most mind blowing gawking things we saw was how my best friend's clone was simply joyining the fray as well doing what his avatar constructs as well as wierd wood dragon where .

meaning beating the crap of who ever was in there with out a care in the world ,the most mind breaking thing that i as well as the two giants saw was that we observed the last clone of my best buddy laughing while beating the crap of what ever that thing was taking this as nothing more than a joke .

as we saw this we all had blank expresions wanderying one singel thing the two giants more than me ,and that was regurding Naruto and if he was an idiot or just plain stupid as well as an idiot we did not knew so we concluded that he was bought for who ever was simply laughing as if they where having fun while wacking some one as well as beat the crap out of the said thing while laughing out loud thinking this was nothing than a wierd game .

now i was not even afraid but simply just very confused wanting this to end already for i did not wished to see Naruto do who knows what in the dream i was still having .

I woke up after that now really wanderying about this for it was the most insaine dream i ever had .

I was still in bed in cabin three. My body told me it was morning, but it was dark outside, and

thunder rolled across the hills. A storm was brewing. I hadn't dreamed that.

I heard a clopping sound at the door, a hoof knocking on the threshold.

"Come in?"

Grover trotted inside, looking worried. "Mr. D wants to see you."

"Why?"

i asked this not being good if he wanted to see me

"He wants to kill.I mean, I'd better let him tell you guys .''

Nervously, I got dressed and followed, sure that I was in huge trouble

Naruto was walking with me not feeling very bad about this a grin being present on his face

Grover was quite wierd out by this ,while me i simply felt like not telling Grover what i just saw in my dream for i was sure he was going to break if he where to hear me talk about how Naruto simply beat the living crap and seemed to enjoy doing that of who or what ever that voice that was in that wierd place belonged too .

For days, I'd been half expecting a summons to the Big House. Now that I was declared a son

of Poseidon, one of the Big Three gods who weren't supposed to have kids, I figured it was a

crime for me just to be alive. The other gods had probably been debating the best way to punish

me for existing, and now Mr. D was ready to deliver their verdict.

Over Long Island Sound, the sky looked like ink soup coming to a boil. A hazy curtain of rain

was coming in our direction. I asked Grover if we needed an umbrella.

"No," he said. "It never rains here unless we want it to."

Grover said but me as well as Percy kept looking at the darken sky that clearly showed a storm was going to happen regardless of what mr D wanted or not .

He glanced uneasily at the sky. "It'll pass around us. Bad weather always does."

''yeah sure if you say so ''i told Grover not trusting him for this was not going to pass just like that .

I realized he was right. In the week I'd been here, it had never even been overcast. The few

rain clouds I'd seen had skirted right around the edges of the valley.

But this storm ... this one was huge.

At the volleyball pit, the kids from Apollo's cabin were playing a morning game against the

satyrs. Dionysus's twins were walking around in the strawberry fields, making the plants grow.

Everybody was going about their normal business, but they looked tense. They kept their eyes on

the storm.

Grover I as well as Naruto walked up to the front porch of the Big House. Dionysus sat at the pinochle

table in his tiger-striped Hawaiian shirt with his Diet Coke, just as he had on my first day. Chiron

sat across the table in his fake wheelchair. They were playing against invisible opponents-two

sets of cards hovering in the air.

"Well, well," Mr. D said without looking up. "Our little celebrityes ''

we waited even if we did not felt like really being in the center of attention .

"Come closer," Mr. D said. "And don't expect me to kowtow to you, mortals ,with you, just because old

Barnacle-Beard is your father ,and you don't think that you are special just for being that woman's son bah a shinto amongst us how dull .''

A net of lightning flashed across the clouds. Thunder shook the windows of the house.

but right after that a nother set of lightning only these ones where pitch black in colore striked straight through the roof seting it ablaze and reveal the darken sky schorces being around mr D .

this scared me as well as Grover who was starting to blate in fear ,as for Naruto he simply had a smirk on his face as he saw what had happen glad that his mom most likely .

''Blah, blah, blah," Dionysus said.

Chiron feigned interest in his pinochle cards. Grover cowered by the railing, his hooves

clopping back and forth.

"If I had my way," Dionysus said, "I would cause your molecules to erupt in flames. We'd

sweep up the ashes and be done with a lot of trouble. But Chiron seems to feel this would be

against my mission at this cursed camp: to keep you little brats safe from harm."

mr D told us making us feel so greatfule right s the man /chubby said this sudenly the house began to shock as well as the ground it self this was something that we did not expect but that was not all for as we glanced at the darken sky the sun suddenly started to glow very bright while dark pitched night like flames where sent from above starting to scorche the ground .

right away i gluped and started to sweat for i felt afraid at what was happening right after mr D said this to the two of us now i knew that he should had not mess with Naruto's mom for the woman was not joking around this being serious i was hoping this guy was not going to be stupid enough and get us all killed .

''hey watch it don't say that or my mom might get ticked off do you want to die cause she will kill you for what you said .''

i told the man but he scoffed at my words acting as if what i said was simply just a small thing ,i shaked my head at this knowing that mom will make this guy fear her one way or another .

and i was right since as the guy scoffed right away his chair started to rise and was set ablase dark flames being around and he was sent off to the ground as he screamed acting funny .

as me and Naruto saw this we bought snorted at what had happen to mr D for he asked for this by prestending to not listen to Naruto thinking that his mom was not going to take action which she did .

''mr D i would advise you to not antagonise lady Amaterasu or she might punish the camp ig you will make her furious .''

Chiron/mr Chiron told the man as we noded since this was a bit obvios even if the ground had stopped shaking the dark flames from what we where able to see where still burning and they did not burned only in the big house but around the camp as well .

the man grunted deciding to stop when Chiron/mr Chiron spoke again .

"Spontaneous combustion is a form of harm.''

we noded for this was true but the man was uncarying .

"Nonsense," Dionysus said.''boys wouldn't feel a thing. Nevertheless, I've agreed to restrain

myself I'm thinking of turning you into a dolphin instead, sending you back to your father."

as the man said this again something happen ,for this time around the man suddenly aw himself being lifted in the air much to his as well as our surprise and then he was starting to be smacked around first he had his face meet the floor and was bashed against it leaving dents at first but then a medium sized crater was left .

as we observed this we winced for this was painfule very painfule

i shivered a bit since i knew that mom was very mad i was glad that she was doing this to this guy but she was scary when she wished to be as i looked at Percy i made a not to not tick her off ,or i knew i might end up like that or worst .

as i watched mr D get smaked around i had a wary expresion that showed i was nervouse and there was a good reason too for this was really something .

we continued to watch how mr D was put in his place by Naruto's mom we saw the guy being bashed against the rest of the walls that where in the room and preaty much everything else that was inside .

though the most wierd odd thing was when the guy was pushed towards the door and had his head slamed over and over again ,till the door was broken and then used as a wacking hammer that right away was put to good use on mr D for he had his head wacked over and over again .

now i was smiling very nervously as i saw this act of violence since this was a bit to much ,i now knew just from where Naruto got his anger since this was very similar .

as this went of for a few more minutes we saw mr D geting humiliate for despite being waked with the door the table was used as well as ruler that was hiting him slaping his behind .

at this me and Naruto started to laugh for it was humiliating ,Grover simply was to scared to say a thing for he was shiverying being frighten while Chiron shaked his head as he smiled but he too was a bit wary of what was going on .

as we still observed this guy being humiliate we saw something that really made me at least think that Naruto's mom was trully sadistic when angered and this made me not wanting to ever get on her bad side .

what happen was that we saw all the grapes that where around the fileds in the camp that where being grown suddenly in the big house around mr D ,this was wierd for sure but nothing was more wierd than seeing the guy having his mouth open by force and have all the grappes stuffed in his mouth .

at this we all shivered now seeing that this was really anger and sadisem at the same time for it was way to much we saw mr D starting to bloat and even wierd the guy was having tears in his eyes .

as he was very much bloated looking like a barrelle suddenly all the grapes that where stuffed in the guy's mouth as well as all that remained around where set on fier much to our shocking looks the man groaned as he was litterally burned by the black flames .

we all looked simply being to stunned to say a thing as we saw what was happening to us this was very obvious that Naruto's mom was never to be messed or angered for this was what was going to happen to who ever tried to anger her .

me and Naruto realised that this was very brutal ,but things where not done for all the diet coke that mr D had was now in the room as well as barelles that had wine followed by a lot of bottelles .

we right away had a feeling that was not going to be good and we shivered at this we simply watched how the barelles as well as wine bottelles followed by the diet cokes where all emptied around mr D the barelles as well as wine bottelles being smashed now wood and glass that where stained being scatered around .

we gluped in stunned shock seeing how this was happening and even more how mr D was simply humiliated like this , i kind of felt bad for the man for he did not deserved this but he did kind of brought it on himself with talking like this about Naruto and me .

we suddenly saw all the mess that had been made being set ablaze now simply a dark blazing fier was burning all the wine as well as diet coke away as a form of punishment for what mr D said to bought Naruto and me .

we bought wistelled at this trying to get our bearings back for this was something alright

''blaah blaaah my g god lady A A Amaterasu m m must b b b ver angry i i if s s sh di somethin lik this ,N Naruto y y your m m mom i is scary like r really s scary ''

Grover said shivering while we agreed .

''i have to say that this is excesive but it is understanding why this was done wouldn't you say so mr D ?'' mr Chiron said as he tried to get over what happen a few minutes ago .

we saw mr D geting up he did not looked so well after what had happen to him still the man as he looked at us spoke .

''ah i guess you have a point about this so yeah i guess i should say sorry or something ''

mr D said showing a calm expresion as he started to walk away despite being covered in sooth .

''yeah i guess you should say sorry ''i said as we heard the man and wanted to let him understand this so that he will not mess around with us .

''what ever , all right," Dionysus relented. "There's one more option. But it's deadly foolishness."

Dionysus rose, and the invisible players' cards dropped to the table. "I'm off to Olympus for the

emergency the boys are still here when I get back, I'll turn the first one nto an Atlantic

bottlenose while this wise guy will be sent back to his mother ,Do you understand? And Perseus Jackson, Naruto Uzumaki if you're at all smart, you'll see that's a

much more sensible choice than what Chiron feels you must do."

Dionysus/mr D picked up a playing card, twisted it, and it became a plastic rectangle. A credit

card? No. A security pass.

He snapped his fingers ,just in time for right away from the sky something that looked like a space rock was hurling straight at the guy .

The air seemed to fold and bend around him. He became a hologram, then a wind, then he

was gone, leaving only the smell of fresh-pressed grapes lingering behind.

as we saw him leave we also saw the deadly rock now being embeded in the floor a sudden tremor being felt by us .

we saw Grover already being about to faint in fear ,while mr Chiron/Chiron was looking at this with worry now stress being seen of his expresion .

even so he smiled at us but he looked tired and strained. "Sit,Percy ,Grover and Naruto ''

We did.

Chiron laid his cards on the table, a winning hand he hadn't gotten to use.

Tell me, Percy," he said. "What did you make of the hellhound?"

Just hearing the name made me shudder.

i on the other hand was simply worried for this was not looking good at all since it was obviouse that some one that said person being the only guy who was still giving Percy at least some form of acceptance wanted us gone for some reason going as far as to endanger our lives as well as those who where in camp beside us .

Chiron probably wanted me to say, Heck, it was nothing. I eat hellhounds for breakfast. But I

didn't feel like lying

It scared me," I said. "If Naruto hadn't done that strainge orb that took out the monster i would had been dead ''.

as Percy said this i smiled as well as grinned after he said what i did a thing that was no big deal we saw mr Chiron smiling at this when as he looked twoars us he spoke earning our attention .

"You'll meet worse boys ,Far worse, before you're done."

at the words we looked at him being uncertain of what he wanted to get .

"Done ... with what?"

we asked wanderying what was he trying to tell us .

"Your quest, of course. Will you accept it?"

we glanced twoards Grover at first looking at how he was crossing his fingers .

"Um, sir," I said, "you haven't told me what it is yet."

''let me guess we have to go and take back the bolt from the monky guy of war then return the stupid toy of mass destruction to the pervy king before he decides to just throw the west as well as the world to hell and end us all .''

as i said this with a bland tone as well as look ,Percy looked very surprised ,Grover was nervouse and acted as if something was going to happen while mr Chiron stared at me shaking his head .

''Naruto you really are something my friend saying things like these ,you really like to get on the bad side of people ''Grover said while i started to smirk liking this since it was fun .

''honestly ,you are so much like your mother it is terrefying being able to insult others like this .''mr Chiron added as well as i simply smiled brightly not feeling bad at all since this was true .

we heard thunder in the distance but we ignored this for it was more fun to mess with the big guy .

Thunder rumbled across the valley. The storm clouds had now reached the edge of the beach.

i said as i refered to the dreams at first surprising mr Chiron as well as Grover who looked like he knew this was meant for us to happen but mr Chiron was unsure of this ,the two then stared at me in shock as i was talking about the crazy titan gramps and the place where he was banished along his siblings explaining what he wanted to do ,and then again as i did in the museum i reveald something that was probably not needed to be mentioned at the moment for mr Chiron was giving me a hard look wanting me to stop talking .

Percy jumped right away making me smirk at this ,Grover cowered a littel making me smile amusingly at this while mr Chiron was sighing as if he was having enough of this .

i kind of felt bad for the poor man ,but this was so funny with me and mom rilying people up at the moment ,we trully where a pair of pranksters at heart liking to cause troubel when ever we wanted and if there where people we did not liked we liked to annoy the heck out of them so that they should know we did not liked them .

so at the moment the big fluffy queen of the sky was not on our like you list but he was on our we don't like ,and screw you list ,this being why we where trying to annoy him well me at first but now mom was doing too this being more fun than at first .

Grover simply stared at me as if i was litterally insaine when i said something like this as i sugested that we should ask for help from the fluffy guy's brother who was living below only to have the guy thrown in the creepy pit ,i wanted to see that since i knew it was going to be fun of course i did not wished for the guy to stay there forevere or something like that ,but rather a few good hours or more like a few days so that he should stop being a jerk and act more nice to other people .

now as Percy ,Grover ,mr Chiron heard me they had diferent expresions ,Percy despite being a bit wierd as well as creeped out was laughing at what i said finding this to be very funny .

Grover was gaping at me wanderying if i was sane or not for talking like this but did not wished to ponder on the matter probably for he did not wished to find an answere that was going to give him a head ache .

now mr Chiron really had a flat look as he looked at me as he heard me out he simply stared at me for a few good moments while all was quite then the man simply smaked his head on the desk starting to repeat this a few times as he began to mumbel about something .

''dude you are wierd you know that like seriously you really are wierd ''

Grover said as i beamed at him liking the compliment ,that was not one but i took it as being one for the words Grover spoke despite being quite sarcastic where also so very true since i was wierd and very proud of this since at least i was having fun unlike some guys or people who where to boring .

''why thank you Grover you where so kind as to say this about me ,you are a great pal you know .''i told him as i grined ,he gave me a look starting to strainely laugh as he showed that he was not really apreciative of my words since he did not felt the same as i did ,but i did not mind that one bit seeing it as a sign that i was at least trying to do something and was sucesfule at it .

Grover said ,i was silent for this was understandable but also to me it was stupid for if i felt like that if i was in that guy's place the least i was able to was to try and consult with the other gods and observe if Percy was a threat or not instead of jumping to stupid conclusions .

''not in mine if i where to be that guy for i at least would had watch and see if Percy was trully a threat as well as try to understand the situation from diferent angels rather than jump to silly conclusions .''

i said telling the three my pieace leaving them quite surprised by my words ,not that this was trully that important for it was just an opinion in the end nothing else .

''i know and i am thankfule for this ,as for this wierd matter that Zeus belives me and Naruto are a part of it as well as to blame we didn't do anything. Poseidon—my dad—he didn't really have this master bolt stolen,

did he?"

i replied wanderying about my dad really trying to do something like this i shaked my head for i knew in my gut that he was not at fault since i was not some one who liked to steal maybe if i had little to no choice and i was in a bad spot i would do something like this if i where to survive but other wise i was not one to do stuff of this nature so i knew my dad was not some one who did things like these also .

Chiron sighed. "Most thinking observers would agree that thievery is not Poseidon's style.

But the Sea God is too proud to try convincing Zeus of that. Zeus has demanded that Poseidon

return the bolt by the summer solstice. That's June twenty-first, ten days from now. Poseidon

wants an apology for being called a thief by the same date. I hoped that diplomacy might prevail,

that Hera or Demeter or Hestia would make the two brothers see sense. But your arrival has

inflamed Zeus's temper. Now neither god will back down. Unless someone intervenes, unless the

master bolt is found and returned to Zeus before the solstice, there will be war. And do you know

what a full-fledged war would look like, Percy?"

as we heard this we bought gluped as this was quite serious despite us taking this as a game for the world was trully at stake here and one wrong move and all was going to be thrown in to disaster if the two gods where not going to stop .

"Bad?" I guessed.

''very bad all will be in chaos and then destroyed if this will happen ''

i responded for at least i knew what war was since i was raised in a world where war was mostely constant despite not being a ninja yet as i was taken away by my mom right before i was going to be placed on a team .

"Imagine the world in chaos. Nature at war with itself. Olympians forced to choose sides

between Zeus and Poseidon. Destruction. Carnage. Millions dead. Western civilization turned

into a battleground so big it will make the Trojan War look like a water-balloon fight."

we bought cringe at this for it was not good at all we frowned me more than Percy for this was serious very serious i sighed for i did not belived who ever even agreed to let a guy like Zeus be the king and call all the shots if he was this bad at ruling i mean the man was all right to destroy the west as long as his toy was gone throwing the blame on others not wanting to listen to reason from those who probably saw this as a pointelless thing wanting to do as he wished just because he was a king .

''Bad," I repeated.

''great all of this will happen just for a freaking bolt is missing ,that guy needs to stop with his job for he sucks at it and i don't want you Grover or you mr Chiron to say something about this for you know i am right about this .''

i grumbelle for this guy was sure something acting like this while not wanting to listen to any one ,the other gods should had simply remove the guy from the throne with the way he was acting since he was not helping anyone but was doing the oposite instead .

the two who wanted to say something sighed as they knew that i had a point i said this not to be rude but rather because this had to be said for it was the trough since Zeus was a ticking bomb that was unstable and was threatening to destroy all that had been built till now .

''yes you do have a point about this Naruto and also you as well as , Percy Jackson, would be the first to feel Zeus's wrath."

as these words where said we bought sighed knowing this was serious and that the man wanted to do this if his freaking bolt was not returned .

i grumbelled not liking this while Percy felt the same .

It started to rain. Volleyball players stopped their game and stared in stunned silence at the

sky.

we had brought this storm to Half-Blood Hill. Zeus was punishing the whole camp because of us . I was furious.

"So I have to find the stupid bolt," I said. "And return it to Zeus."

"What better peace offering," Chiron said, "than to have the son of Poseidon as well as the son of lady Amaterasu return Zeus's

property?"

as we heard this Percy was wanderying where the bolt was while i was all about on taking the thing and return it alright ,return it right in the jerk's mouth hoping he will choke on his boom toy and break his jaw if not some teeth at least .

"If Poseidon doesn't have it, where is the thing?"

i asked when we saw Chiron giving us a look as if he knew something .

"I believe I know." Chiron's expression was grim. "Part of a prophecy I had years ago ... well,

some of the lines make sense to me, now. But before I can say more, you must officially take up

the quest. You must seek the counsel of the Oracle."

we where bought confused at the words wanderying why was he not telling us what we wanted to know but said this instead .

"Why can't you tell me where the bolt is beforehand?"

as i said this Chiron gave me a look as he lightly smirked at me making me feel a bit uneasy ,Naruto was fine since he was not really bothered by this sudden strainge air .

''let me guess you belive that some one else is behind this and when i mean some one else i refere to Percy's uncel mr Hades ,you belive that he is behind this isn't ?''

i said wanting to be sure ,Percy gluped a bit as he was also surprised and hopefule too now a small shine being present in his eyes as well as expresion .

mr Chiron stared at me in surprised showing a light bashfule expresion as he tried to not be so obvious about this but it was to late for i knew this was what he hinted towards and did not wished to tell Percy as well as me untill we did this thing about the oracle .

''what ? i as well as Naruto have to go to the underworld ?''

saying this was quite surprising but the look that Chiron had told me what i need to know ,i felt perplexed about this for i wanted to go but at the same time i was scared for i did not knew how the place was looking ,the simple thing that i thought about was that the place looked scary and frightening .

''Percy i can not tell you more untill you will go and consult with the oracle ''

this was sure a sign that we had to go to the underworld if mr Chiron /Chiron was hesitating sighing i decided to do just that ,i glanced towards Naruto hoping he will come with me for i did not wished to go to the attic alone .

"Good reason."

''You agree then?"

we looked twords Grover who nodded encouragingly.

it was easy for him for unlike him we where the ones that Zeus wanted to kill.

"All right," I said. "It's better than being turned into a dolphin."

at this i laughed for it was quite funny we saw mr Chiron look twoards us being a bit at ease for a few moments as we agreed to do this thing .

"Then it's time you consulted the Oracle," Chiron said. "Go upstairs, Percy Jackson ,Naruto Uzumaki o the

attic. When you come back down, assuming you're still sane, we will talk more."

we gluped a bit having uneasy looks for this did not sounded good ,we got up and walked away going to the attic wanderying what we might find there that was so assuring that we might not be sane if we where to see what was inside .

Four flights up, the stairs ended under a green trapdoor.

we looked around a bit when we saw a cord ,right away we pulled it ,and the door swung down, and a wooden ladder clattered into place.

The warm air from above smelled like mildew and rotten wood and something else ... a smell we bought remembered from biology class. Reptiles. The smell of snakes.

we held our breath as we climbed.

The attic was filled with Greek hero junk: armor stands covered in cobwebs; once-bright

shields pitted with rust; old leather steamer trunks plastered with stickers saying ITHAKA,

CIRCE'S ISLE, and LAND OF THE AMAZONS. One long table was stacked with glass jars filled

with pickled things—severed hairy claws, huge yellow eyes, various other parts of monsters. A

dusty mounted trophy on the wall looked like a giant snake's head, but with horns and a full set of

shark's teeth. The plaque read, HYDRA HEAD #1, WOODSTOCK, N.Y., 1969.

By the window, sitting on a wooden tripod stool, was the most gruesome memento of all: a

mummy. Not the wrapped-in-cloth kind, but a human female body shriveled to a husk. She wore

a tie-dyed sundress, lots of beaded necklaces, and a headband over long black hair. The skin of her face was thin and leathery over her skull, and her eyes were glassy white slits, as if the real

eyes had been replaced by marbles; she'd been dead a long, long time.

Looking at her sent chills up our backs and for a good reason for the lady we where seeing was so creepy now we understood what mr Chiron/Chiron said about us being sane for this was very wierd as well as disturbing enough to have this lady haunt us in our dreams ,to me the most creepy thing was that the lady looked as if she could sprung to life at any moment .

i wanted to go out of there but i did not want to leave Percy alone with the wierd zombi like lady who was creepy enough to scare us bought .

And that was before she sat up on her stool and

opened her mouth. A green mist poured from the mummy's mouth, coiling over the floor in thick

tendrils, hissing like twenty thousand snakes.

we boguht yelped shouting taking a frightening step back as we saw this .

I stumbled over myself trying to get to the trapdoor,

but it slammed shut . Naruto gluped even more as he saw this now fear was starting to creep on to bought of us as this was very odd .

suddenly inside our heads ,we heard a voice, slithering into one ear and coiling around

our brain's: I am the spirit of Delphi, speaker of the prophecies of Phoebus Apollo, slayer of the

mighty Python. Approach, seeker, and ask.

we bought kind of wanted to say, No thanks, wrong door, just looking for the bathroom.

But we forced ourselves to take a deep breath.

The mummy wasn't alive. She was some kind of gruesome receptacle for something else, the

power that was now swirling around us in the green mist. But its presence didn't feel evil, like

our demonic math teacher Mrs. Dodds or the Minotaur. It felt more like the Three Fates i have 'seen

knitting the yarn outside the highway fruit stand: ancient, powerful, and definitely not human. But

not particularly interested in killing us, either.

we got up the courage to ask, ''"What is my destiny?''

The mist swirled more thickly, collecting right in front of me and around the table with the

pickled monster-part jars. Suddenly there were four men sitting around the table, playing cards.

Their faces became clearer. It was Smelly Gabe and his buddies.

for me there where three faces that i kew the best .

old man Teuchi ,Ayame as well as Iruka sensei .

i was surprise to see them but it sure was a short moment where i was glad to be able to see them again after a year since i was gone .

My fists clenched, though I knew this poker party couldn't be real. It was an illusion, made

out of mist .

Gabe turned toward me and spoke in the rasping voice of the Oracle: You shall go west, and

face the god who has turned.

right after that old man Teuchi spoke next .

by working toghether you will sucede .

after that again it was Percy's turn to listen as mine was over .

His buddy on the right looked up and said in the same voice: You shall find what was stolen,

and see it safely returned.

as Percy's turn was done it was back to me again this time Ayame starting to speak

the children of bought wisdome and sun will form a bond .

as Ayame was done i was surprised by this now a small blush was present on my cheeks as me and Percy heard this ,i saw him smirking at me something that annoyed me a bit for this was not funny since it was embaresing to hear something like this especially coming from Ayame who was similar to a big sister to me just the thought of her saying words like these was enough to embarest me ,i hoped that if i where to ever see them again i was not going to mention this to the two of them for i did not wished to be teased by two of them .

The guy on the left threw in two poker chips, then said: You shall he betrayed by one who

calls you a friend.

as this was said me and Percy looked at one another not liking this ,we knew that we will not betray one another no matter what ,we also knew that Grover was not going to do that either ,as for Annie i knew she was not going to despite being in a rough side with Percy so we bought wandered who would betray us .

Percy was still lost but me ,i was not for i was thinking about some one who might betray us as well as the camp and that person was Luke for the guy was straingely rough with Percy as if he disliked him or something like that after hearing who his dad was but he was also friendly enough which was wierd .

i suddenly had a bad feeling about this for i did not need some creepy oracle to tell us that Luke was bad news for the guy as nice as he acted was puting on a mask as he was around the camp even if most did not saw this with how he was acting around the two of us it was obvious more with Percy than me ,for the guy was acting as if he was bought the good guy as well as bad ,and this was posible if only he was pretending to be a friend .

to me it was obviouse that maybe he was a friend but after our claiming that chainged now the guy surely did not saw us as friends for some reason ,maybe it had to do with his dad some how maybe he did not liked that we where at the center of attention while he was sided away .

it was stupid but that was what i was thinking about at least for the moment when it came to this guy and i for one was disapointed as he pretended to be a friend only to turn his back on us the moment the rest of the camp found out who where our parents .

i shaked my head not wanting to think about this for it was silly as well as gloomy so i wanted to see what was going to be said next .

as the other guy was done it was Iruka sensei's turn to talk to me .

with the help of friends you will be able to overcome tough obstacles .

as we heard this we smiled for this was a good news despite what had been said till now .

Finally, Eddie, our building super, delivered the worst line of all: And you shall fail to save

what matters most, in the end.

at the words even if Percy was very confused i was not for i knew what that line refered to i sighed not liking this for we knew at least that we will faile to save mrs Jackson and this was not cool at all .

The figures began to dissolve. At first I was too stunned to say anything, but as the mist

retreated, coiling into a huge green serpent and slithering back into the mouth of the mummy, I

cried, "Wait! What do you mean? What friend? What will I fail to save?"

''Percy i think i understand a bit at least your side of this thing ,we will go west and meet the god who turned i will tell you that it is not who you think but some one else some one who you already faced off against even if it was against his kids ,this guy has what we need for he has turn against his daddy ,so we have to take the things he has .''

as Naruto told me this i was still wanderying what was he talking about when suddenly as i ponder on his words i was quite surprised as to who he was pointing out as well as the fact that he was a traitor who had not just one object but two .

''woah wait a moment you mean to say that Ares the god of war is behind this ? hey hang on a minute you said this to mrs Dodds as well ,when we where at the museum ,yeah i rembere now you told her that it was not us who stole the lightning bolt when she also asked about some helm or something like that ,but you told her that Ares had them and he was working with some one else to try and frame us ,is this what is happening now ?.''

as i said this Naruto looked at me giving a nod ,right away i got mad for this was really ridiculous since i was inocent just like Naruto but we where framed after all and it was by that guy who was the god of war now i really wanted to show my apreciation to the jerk for he was a jackass as Naruto refered to Zeus i know this was kind of bad but the guy was at fault for this mess and he was blaming us for this while he was hiding like a cowered .

''oh gee thanks that is so great ,good to know who is trully behind this ,fine then when we will meet that guy i will really show him how apreciative i am for what he is doing right now .''

Percy said out loud being annoyed as well as sarcastic about what i just told him ,it was kind of fun but i agreed with him for this was annoying .

''ok lets get out of here i don't want to know the rest of this stupid thing ''

i said now starting to understand what Luke told me a few days back about him hating Prophecies .

Naruto gave a nod as he saw that i was mad at the moment .

The tail of the mist snake disappeared into the mummy's mouth. She reclined back against the

wall. Her mouth closed tight, as if it hadn't been open in a hundred years. The attic was silent

again, abandoned, nothing but a room full of mementos.

I got the feeling that I could stand here until I had cobwebs, too, and I wouldn't learn anything

else.

our audience with the Oracle was over.

''Well?" mr Chiron/Chiron asked us .

I slumped into a chair at the pinochle table. "She said I would retrieve what was stolen."

after that i picked up from where Percy left off ''she also said that with friends we will over come any obstacle ,as well as if we will work toghether then we will succede in the quest .''

i said as bought mr Chiron as well as Grover who where a bit surprised that the two lines where quite similar but they paid littel mind to that for they where glad that our quest was at least going to be or end fine .

''very intersting so it seemes that at least this quest might have a small rate of succes after all ''

we heard mr Chiron but i hoped he was not going to jinx this by saying stuff like that for things had a way of chainging .

Grover sat forward, chewing excitedly on the remains of a Diet Coke can. "That's great!"

What did the Oracle say exactly?" Chiron pressed. "This is important."

i stayed silent for i did not wisehd to tell the man the last part of my side of what the oracle told us for this was embaresing .

i get annoyed as Percy smirked at me making me starting to grumbel while Grover and mr Chiron where looking at us being quite intrigued by what was happening .

My ears were still tingling from the reptilian voice. "She . .. she said I would go west and face

a god who had turned. I would retrieve what was stolen and see it safely returned."

I knew it," Grover said.

Chiron didn't look satisfied. "Anything else?"

as he said this we did not wished to tell him for beside the embaresing part i got about what might happen in this quest we also learned that mrs Jakson was still going to be trapped in the underworld and also that Luke was going to posibly betray the camp .

I didn't want to tell him.

What friend would betray me? I didn't have that many.

And the last line—I would fail to save what mattered most. What kind of Oracle would send

me on a quest and tell me, Oh, by the way, you'll fail

How could I confess that?

''No,'' we said. "That's about it."

He studied our face's ''Very well, Percy ,Naruto . But know this: the Oracle's words often have double

meanings. Don't dwell on them too much. The truth is not always clear until events come to

pass."

we got the feeling he knew we holding back something bad, and he was trying to make us feel better.

"Okay," I said, anxious to change topics. "So where do we go ? Who's this god in the west?"

Ah, think, Percy," Chiron said. "If Zeus and Poseidon weaken each other in a war, who

stands to gain?"

"Somebody else who wants to take over?" I guessed.

"Yes, quite. Someone who harbors a grudge, who has been unhappy with his lot since the

world was divided eons ago, whose kingdom would grow powerful with the deaths of millions.

Someone who hates his brothers for forcing him into an oath to have no more children, an oath

that both of them have now broken."

we bought thought about the dream we had , the evil voice that had spoken from under the ground.,i still thought it was Hades for he seemed to fit the bill.

as Percy probably thought about mr Hades i knew it was the crazy titan king gramps who wanted to take over and destroy all for he was in the pit and he told us to come down ,to him .

''Hades."Chiron nodded. "The Lord of the Dead is the only possibility."

''no you are wrong for the oracle told us that we will return safely what was stolen so it is not just one item but two and you where there when i told mrs Alecto about who trully is behind this ,but you have a point mr Chiron the underworld dose have a part to play in this ''

mr Chiron gave me a look at first not trully beliving what i said but then he was surprised and then shocked as i talked about this telling him that we will take the items that have been stolen from the god of war as he was the one who betrayed Olympus going further i told the man that we had to go to the underworld anyway for some reason .

''oh yes i have forgoten about this ,but are you trully sure that is the god of war behind all of this Naruto ? ''mr Chiron asked as he was skeptical ,i sighed at this when i gave a nod leting the man understand .

he sighed showing us a grave expresion as this was a troubeling news for him .

''Whoa, wait. Wh-what?"

Grover said as he stared at us not really beliving what i just had said a few moments ago .

mr Chiron spoke about this as he rembered what have happen as me and Percy when we saw mrs Alecto in the museum transformed in her true form .

A Fury came after Percy and Naruto jumped in when he told her the trough about who is really behind this .''mr Chiron said as he sighed being troubelled by this .

we saw Grover blinking at us saying nothing for he was surprised but then he spoke as he wandered about something ,that perhaps pouped in his mind for he sure looked like he was quite wary for some reason .

"Yes, but—but are you sure about this ,i mean the god of war being behind all this ,i mean don't get me wrong this is really wierd for if it would had been Hades then this would have been very bad for he hates all heroes," .

Grover told us being in deniel of what he had just heard from me and we did not blamed him ,we then heard him make a small protest when he refered to mr Hades about how he was hating demi gods like us .

"Especially if he has found out

Percy is a son of Poseidon ,while you Naruto are the son of Amaterasu ...''

we bought smiled chukeling at this for we knew that the man was probably aware of this some how but he did nothing ,mr Chiron was not that bothered for he was calm about this probably thinking as well as knowing that with who my mom was the man was not going to be stupid enough to try something unlike a certain some one who did tried a few times .

"A hellhound got into the forest," Chiron continued. "Those can only be summoned from the

Fields of Punishment, and it had to be summoned by someone within the as Naruto said that he belived that Hades is not behind this ,it still dose not rule the posibility that some one else is using those monsters for some reason .

and who ever this spy is that is working with the one who is behind all this , He must suspect Poseidon will try to use Percy to clear his make at the same time all that he can to pursuaid Hades in to kill, this young half-blood before he can take on the quest."

hearing this was not good ,i had a serios expresion as i thought about this not wanting to let anything bad to happen to Percy for he was my best friend if not almost like a brother to me more than broody Sasuke was ,thinking a bit about that guy it really was making me want to scream if not almost wanting to punch some on in the face for that guy was so hard to deal with ,thinking he was so cool when he was such a dark broody person ,that he looked more like a wierdo who was almost about to go on a kiling spree while smiling derangely .

now i wanted to laugh but i shivered a bit as i thought at this for this was really wierd i did snickered though as i thought about this for the way for Sasuke to be like this was if he was druged or something like that ,or maybe the guy was such a broody emo that he was going to snap and then go on a pshyco spree starting to babel nonsensen and then start to kill people while showing a crazy insaine smile .

i shaked my head while i smiled at this not really wanting to belive it .

Great," I muttered. "That's two major gods who want to kill me."

"But a quest to ..." Grover swallowed. "I mean, couldn't the master bolt be in some place like

Maine? Maine's very nice this time of year."

''ah come on Grover the underworld is going to be quite amazing i mean ,yeah there would be souls monsters as well as where the crazy titan gramps is as well as mr Hades but this will still be awsome .''

now Grover gave me a look that showed he was not happy about this for he stared flately at me showing he did not liked my eagerd expresion as well as words .

"Hades sent a minion to steal the master bolt," Chiron insisted. "He hid it in the Underworld,

knowing full well that Zeus would blame Poseidon. I don't pretend to understand the Lord of the

Dead's motives perfectly, or why he chose this time to start a war, but one thing is certain. Percy

must go to the Underworld, find the master bolt, and reveal the truth."

A strange fire burned in my stomach. The weirdest thing was: it wasn't fear. It was

anticipation. The desire for revenge. Hades had tried to kill me three times so far, with the Fury,

the Minotaur, and the hellhound. It was his fault my mother had disappeared in a flash of light.

Now he was trying to frame me and my dad for a theft we hadn't committed.

I was ready to take him on.

Besides, if my mother was in the Underworld ...

Whoa, boy, said the small part of my brain that was still sane. You're a kid. Hades is a god.

Grover was trembling. He'd started eating pinochle cards like potato chips.

The poor guy needed to complete a quest with me so he could get his searcher's license,

whatever that was, but how could I ask him to do this quest, especially when the Oracle said I

was destined to fail? This was suicide.

at least Naruto looked very eagerd about this wanting to go which wierd me out but i put it as something that was normal to him .

"Look, if we know it's Hades," I told Chiron, "why can't we just tell the other gods? Zeus or

Poseidon could go down to the Underworld and bust some heads."

i laughed a bit as Percy said this for it sure was quite intersting and a very fast way but mr Hades was not our suspect but the god of war so he was the one that should be busted up by the two gods well maybe three , i grinned as i thought about that for it was very beutifule to see the three gods who where also brothers beat the crap out of Ares the baboon god of war .

"Suspecting and knowing are not the same," Chiron said. "Besides, even if the other gods

suspect Hades—and I imagine Poseidon does—they couldn't retrieve the bolt themselves. Gods

cannot cross each other's territories except by invitation. That is another ancient rule. Heroes, on

the other hand, have certain privileges. They can go anywhere, challenge anyone, as long as

they're bold enough and strong enough to do it. No god can be held responsible for a hero's

actions. Why do you think the gods always operate through humans?"

we bought where a bit surprised by this for it was not very nice for these guys to do this to us for we where not some pupets that where meant to be used but we understood why ,me more than Percy for i knew my mom was not going to use me like this ,but she might ask for my help so why was i going to not try and help her out if she needed me .

i sighed as Percy said this for it was quite obviouse ,it was not fair but with what was happening at the moment i was not blaming mr Poseidon for doing things like this ,since the big man up in the sky was as thick and stupid as a brick not wanting to understand that no one beside his own son took his stupid blaster toy .

"I'm saying it's no accident Poseidon has claimed you now. It's a very risky gamble, but he's

in a desperate situation. He needs you."

Emotions rolled around inside me like bits of glass in a kaleidoscope. I didn't know whether

to feel resentful or grateful or happy or angry. Poseidon had ignored me for twelve years. Now

suddenly he needed me.

I looked at Chiron. "You've known I was Poseidon's son all along, haven't you?"

"I had my suspicions. As I said ... I've spoken to the Oracle, too."

we gave the man some looks when i replied .

''sheesh then why did you not said so from the begining and simply had to be cryptic that was not fun '' .

Percy gave me a look being surprised but he smirked as i did ,Grover sighed shaking his head while mr Chiron had a strainge embarest expresion as he heard me out .

''well it was quite some time ago when i did this and i had my doubts about this even after meeting you boys .''

we right away had blank faces not beliving the man said this we remained silent not wanting to say more for this was already to late to talk about now that we where already here .

I got the feeling there was a lot he wasn't telling me about his prophecy, but I decided I

couldn't worry about that right now. After all, I was holding back information too.

"So let me get this straight," I said. "I'm supposed go to the Underworld and confront the

Lord of the Dead."

"Check," Chiron said.

"Find the most powerful weapon in the universe."

"Check."

"And get it back to Olympus before the summer solstice, in ten days."

"That's about right."

i grinned liking this for an adventure was about to begin and i was all fierd up for this especially if my best friends and also Annie where going to acompany me so who i was to deny this for i was not since i knew i will have a blast ,not to mention that at the end if me and Percy where to see the big man then i was going to personally give his damn toy by throwing it in his mouth hoping to break his stupid theeth and also break a few pilars on his freaking giant stupid cloud like head so that he would not feel like such a jackass to others who did nothing to him .

''great when we will start for i am all for this thing ,i mean we will go on an adventure fight bad guys and take names ,this is our debute as future bad ass as well as kick ass demi gods .''

i said with a cheer as i lifted my right hand up wanting to go already not wanting to waste time ,Percy laughed at my reaction ,Grover chukelled as for mr Chiron he smirked at me after what i said .

''oh slow down there Naruto or you might get on fier with this fierd up attitude we don't have to hurry now for we still have time .''i told him as i smirked at him ,he gave me a look as he said nothing but he was embarest as he heard me out though he still grinned showing he did not minded the words i told him .

this was good for this is what i needed in my life for the way i had lived till now was simply gloomy and i felt like something was missing but now as i was best friends with Naruto i finally knew what i was missing till now ,and that was the bright cherfule and energetic aura that Naruto seemed to have around him .

i was greatfule for being his best friend as well as have been able to meet him for in a way he had chainged my life that was simply monotone and sad to a more brighter one .

''you are just like your mother Naruto ''

Chiron said as Naruto smiled but was embarest .seeing this i had a grin on my face since this was fun to see ,not that i had a problem against this since it was fine by me if Naruto loved his mom for i was feeling the same .

''thanks i guess ''i said not really knowing what to say about this for it was embaresing but i really did not mind the words .

Grover who was now eating the ace of hearts gluping down spoke as he was a bit uneasy before the side track in the subject reguriding who had the lightning bolt .

"Did I mention that Maine is very nice this time of year?" he asked weakly.

"You don't have to go," I told him. "I can't ask that of you.

"Oh ..." He shifted his hooves. "No ... it's just that satyrs and underground places ... well..."

He took a deep breath, then stood, brushing the shredded cards and aluminum bits off his Tshirt. "You guys saved my life, Percy. If ... if you're serious about wanting me along, I won't let you

down."

I felt so relieved I wanted to cry, though I didn't think that would be very heroic. Grover was

the only friend I'd ever had for longer than a few months. I wasn't sure what good a satyr could do

against the forces of the dead, but I felt better knowing he'd be with me.

i on the other hand i smiled at Grover for he did not had to say things like this since he was our best friend and best friends allways stick to one another no matter the circumstances .

''Grover you are our friend so of course we will help you if you need it for that is what a friend dose isn't it ? '' I noded for it was true we bought saw Grover stare at us being very surprised but was also greatfule for what Naruto told him ,since it was true ,all of the words that have been said by him where simply true for i felt the same as he did despite what had happen betwin us .

''guys ,you really are the best friends a satyre could have asked as well as made in a short time ''

we grinned at him for this was not needed for we liked being around him even if he was quite odd at most of the times he was some one very intersting despite others not wanting to see that .

"All the way, G-man." I turned to Chiron. "So where do we go? The Oracle just said to go

west.

i asked him as we did not know where to go ,he gave us an answere .

"The entrance to the Underworld is always in the west. It moves from age to age, just like

Olympus. Right now, of course, it's in America.

we stared at him not geting where that entrance was for this was not helping at all for this whole continent was huge having diferent cityes as well as states .

"Where?"

Chiron/mr Chiron looked surprised. "I thought that would be obvious enough. The entrance to the

Underworld is in Los Angeles."

we blankely stared at him for this was silly for him to say to us as if we knew stuff like this when we knew quite littel .

''great i don't know where that place is but it must be a city of some kind right ?''

Percy ,Grover and mr Chiron noded as i smirked that beeing all that i had to know .

"Oh," I said. "Naturally. So we just get on a plane—"

"No!" Grover shrieked. "Percy, what are you thinking? Have you ever been on a plane in

your life?"

I shook my head, feeling embarrassed. My mom had never taken me anywhere by plane.

She'd always said we didn't have the money. Besides, her parents had died in a plane crash.

i also felt kind of like Grover for the guy up stairs tried to sent us out from this world and taking a plane even if i did not knew what that was or how it even looked ,was a bad ideea for that thing was a flying machine of some kind and if it was true just trying to fly in a thing like that with how this guy was acting it simply was a death sentance to us .

''Perce Grover is right that guy tried to fry us by blasting us off the road if we follow your ideea the jerk might fry us again and then his stupid bolt will be gone .''

i told him as he noded understanding ,there was a small thunder as we heard it but after that nothing else happened .

"Percy, think," Chiron said. "You are the son of the Sea God. Your father's bitterest rival is

Zeus, Lord of the Sky. Your mother knew better than to trust you in an airplane. You would be in

Zeus's domain. You would never come down again alive."

Overhead, lightning crackled. Thunder boomed.

we rolled our eyes at this for this guy was so full of himself wanting to make himself be so self centered as if he was some kind of special or tough guy ,when he was not .

''yeah ,yeah just keep throwing your thunders and lightning cause that is all that you are good at doing ,you are plain boring mr lord of the sky .''

i lazely said as the others looked at me but ignored me as i did for this was simply the trough since that guy was just showing off by throwing his lightning around as well as thunders as if they where something that he could do so easily and casually .

"Okay," I said, determined not to look at the storm. "So, I'll travel overland."

"That's right," Chiron said. "Two companions may accompany you. Grover is one. The other

has already volunteered, if you will accept her help."

we looked quite intersted at this for it was intersting ,Percy suddenly had a small smirk on his face as he was about to say something sarcastic ,me i was quite glad that Annie was going to join us in the quest for it was going to be more interesting having her around and she was very smart so we kind of needed her ,if we where about to succed .

Gee," I said, feigning surprise. "Who else would be stupid enough to volunteer for a quest

like this?"

i smirked at the words since i was right about Percy doing that .

we saw the air starting to shimmer behind Chiron.

Annabeth became visible, stuffing her Yankees cap into her back pocket.

i right away smiled as we saw her since i was quite glad to see her ,well i had to admit that i really was starting to like her as i did when i saw Sakura ,but that was simply just so obviouse for Annie was very cute so how i was not about to like her in the same way i did when it came to Sakura .

"I've been waiting a long time for a quest, seaweed brain, wiskers '' she said. we smirked at her as we heard her talk like this to us ,to me this was so wierd but also so straingelt fiting for Annie ,i gave her a smile earning her attention .

''hehe you really know what to say isn't it Annie ,ah never chainge Annie ,never chainge ''

i told her with a smile as i gave a small sigh being quite contempt as well as happy .

now Annie looked at me being bought embarest as well as surprised by this she remained silent but she still kept her eyes on me while a blush was present on her cheeks .

seeing that was quite if not very cute for Annie and i wanted to see that more often .

''gee Naruto really we are in quite a serios situation here and you are starting to flirt with Annabeth here ?''saying this i was a bit surprised for i had no intention of doing that to Annie .

it was not a bad ideea but i knew that Annie might not like it so i did not tried to flirt to her as Percy said but simply wanted to be honset and direct with her .

i saw him smirk at me as well as Grover who seemed to have some fun about this while mr Chiron smirked as well .

''really sea wead brain you had to say that i mean this is hardely the time for this so will you drop it please ,ah what ever about this Athena is no fan of

Poseidon, but if you're going to save the world, I'm the best person to keep you from messing up."

we bought smirked at her words for she had a point but still she showed she was quite smug about this despite being serious .

"If you do say so yourself," I said. "I suppose you have a plan, wise girl?"

smirking i glanced at Percy giving him the thumb up for i liked the nick name since it fit Annie but i was not going to call her like that for i liked how i was adressing her after meeting her .

''yeah Annie after all you are the smart one beside us in this group ,man i kind of wander how is it to be bought very preaty as well as smart ,it sure is something .''

Annie right away gave me a surprised embarest look as i smirked at her ,Percy snickered at me as him ,Grover who was grining at me for saying this and mr Chiron who simply smiled lightly with amusament behid the said smile as he too heard my words .

''w what ? w wiskers what the heck are you saying stop saying stuff like this geeze you sound like you are trying to compliment me ,honestly stop it really i mean it's not lie you might like me or something .''

Annie said as she was embarest ,i ignored her words even we did heard them ,now smirking playfully at her for i wanted to be quite clear about some thing regurding how i felt about her i responded wanting to see how will she react .

''who said that i don't like you for i do and quite a lot ok i mean you are very preaty not to mention that maybe some day you might be very beutifule so why should i not like you for i do and i do not lie about this for i am serious get it .''

now Annie was embarest as well as shocked for she stared at us with a gaped mouth not beliving what i just told her .

Grover ,Percy where wisteling at me as they grinned like they heard something very surprising as well as intersting ,mr Chiron was looking at me with a chukel as he straingely gave me a sign as well as a nod like the man some how felt straingely proud for what i just said not being hesitant at all .

''w wiskers y you ,no way a are you really serious ? y you mean y you l like me as if you have feelings twoards me ?''Annie asked now showing an embarst expresion .

''uh what would you want me to say lie about this ,yeah i like you ok and it is in that way ,what you would like me to tell you that i love you for i can and sure hope to tell that to you some day later ,but this is good enough for now Annie .''

Annie now had a gaping hanging mouth as she was very embarest for her cheeks where red she right away became very flustered and it was very funny as well as cute .

Percy was grining from ear to ear as if something was very funny to him he gave me a look as he still smiled but he give me a thumbs up again ,seeing that i smirked doing the same .

Grover was grining as well but was a bit surprised by my bold words as well as move when this should had not been said in a time like this .

mr Chiron smiled at this as if he was straingely enjoying this like he was watching some kind of play or a live tv show .

''well way to go Naruto you just confess to Annabeth and it was right here ,man you do know how to make things intersting pal ''i said while grining at this ,right away i saw Annabeth being even more embarest but she was giving me a look silently teling me to stop or i was going to regret it .

i tried to do this stop i mean but it was quite hard since this was very intersting .

''Naruto man you are quite something tryng to say something like this to Annabeth you are very determined that is for sure ''he said as me and Percy noded at this we all started to grinn while Annie was even more embarest by this ,and looked like she wanted to just walk away from us just to not hear any more of this .

''ok boys leaving Naruto's confession twoards Annabeth about how he might feel twoards her aside we need to focuse here at the moment .''

we heard Chiron /mr Chiron tell us wanting to stop this so that Annie should not be this embarest and do something that should not be done .

we stopped as the man said this even if it was a bit sad for we wanted to keep this up for a bit more since it was kind of fun to us well in good humore that is .

"Do you want my help or not?"

we smile at her as she said this for she was a bit upset even if she had the right to be .

The truth was, that we did need her help so we hoped she was going to do this and not leave her high and dry .

"A quatruple '' I said. "That'll work."

i responded as well after i gave a nod .

''yup we will work just fine if not great ''

Percy ,Grover noded smiling at me while Annie sighed a bit but she too gave a small smile as she heard out what we bought said .

"Excellent," Chiron said. "This afternoon, we can take you as far as the bus terminal in

Manhattan. After that, you are on your own."

Lightning flashed. Rain poured down on the meadows that were never supposed to have

violent weather.

"No time to waste," Chiron said. "I think you should all get packing."

we all noded and got up walking away from the room that was still a mess wanting to get ready for our quest as well as to what was going to happen on it ,with me being very eagerd for this .
