A guard was seen wandering through a dock and then hears a boat and walks towards it to notice Stanley parking up his boat who turns it off and gets out to tie it up to a post before getting out and escorts Sally out.
"Hey kid, you got a permit for that boat?" the guard asked as Stanley checks his pockets before getting back into the boat and then pulls out the permit and shows it to the guard who reads it and nods.
"Alright, thanks kid" the guard said as Stanley puts the permits away before climbing back onto the boat.
"Right then, shopping it is" Stanley said before his stomach was heard growling.
"But maybe food first before that, and i know the perfect place for that" Stanley said before walking off with Sally as they walk towards the town centre and look up at a bell tower which had tables and chairs filled with other characters sitting at it.
"This restaurant is called The Bell Tower, probably the most chill restaurant in the city, it's very quiet, and a lot of people love this place, come on, you'll enjoy it" Stanley said as he enters with Sally as a penguin wearing a bowtie holding a clipboard waddles up to the duo.
"Hello, welcome to The Bell Tower, how may i help you today?" the penguin asked.
"Yes, i would like a table for two please" Stanley replied with a smile.
"Certainly, right this way please" the penguin said as he waddles towards a table as Stanley & Sally follow and sat down at the table as the penguin places two menus down at the table.
"I will be back soon to find out what you two want" the penguin said.
"Thank you" Sally said as the penguin waddles off as Stanley and Sally pick up their menus and reads it.
"I like to look of spaghetti, it's one of my favourite foods" Stanley said.
"I never tried spaghetti before" Sally said.
"Wait really, you are missing out, we should share the Bella Notte together" Stanley said.
"The Bella Notte?" Sally asked.
"Yeah, it's a big spaghetti which groups can share together, it costs loads, but it's good to share the price with others" Stanley replied.
"I'll have that then, cause that sounds real nice" Sally said with a smile.
"Great" Stanley said as the penguin waddles up to the duo while holding a notepad and pen.
"And what would you two like?" the penguin asked the duo.
"We'll have the Bella Notte please" Stanley replied with a smile.
"Certainty, we'll bring to you as soon as possible, would you like the song aswell?" the penguin asked.
"Of course, we would love that" Stanley replied with a smile as the penguin smiles and walks off as Sally turns to face Stanley.
"Song?" Sally asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Don't worry, you'll love this" Stanley said as the penguin came back with a massive bowl of spaghetti and puts it on the table before the lights dim onto him as he pulls out an accordion and starts playing it.
"Oh this is the night, its a beautiful night, and we call it Belle Notte" the penguin sang as Stanley & Sally look at each other and start eating the spaghetti together.
"Look at the skies, they have stars in their eyes, on this lovely Belle Notte" the penguin sang as Stanley & Sally continue eating the spaghetti together as another penguin playing a guitar walks towards them.
"Side by side, with your loved one, you'll find enchantment here, the night will weave its magic spell, when the one you love is near" the penguin sang as Stanley & Sally start eating the same string of spaghetti as they get closer to each other, before kissing each other on the lips as Sally breaks up the kiss and spaghetti and turns away while blushing.
"Oh, this is the night, and the heavens are right, on this lovely Belle Notte" the penguin sang as Stanley & Sally look at each other as everyone around them applauds the penguins who they both bow before waddling off.
"That was, something..." Sally said.
"Yeah it was, listen i apologize about the kiss, i was just eating the spaghetti, and i..., well i didn't know you were, eating the same one as them" Stanley said while blushing and rubbing the back of his head.
"It's okay Stanley, lots of people make accidents, let's just not, mention this to anyone, i don't want people to know about that" Sally said as the duo carry on eating before finishing it whole as the penguin waddles up with a receipt as Stanley pays for it with cash before he and Sally get up and walk out as a police siren was heard to reveal a police car driving up to the duo as the window rolls down to reveal a pink yoshi with a detective's hat and coat who looks at the duo.
"Having fun Sal, and who's this, some secret boyfriend you didn't tell me about?" the pink yoshi said.
"Dad, this is Stanley, he's just a friend who helped me unpack back at the university, and took me to dinner at The Bell Tower" Sally said.
"Seems more like a boyfriend to me, by the way, why aren't you at university?" the pink yoshi asked.
"We were just heading back there right now, just needed some fresh air, lovely to meet you Mr. Yoomer, come on Sally" Stanley said as he grabs Sally and walks off with her as the pink yoshi looks at them.
"Promise me you'll keep her safe from danger!" the pink yoshi shouted out to her as Stanley stops and turns to face the pink yoshi.
"I can't keep no promises, but i will try everything i can, to make sure your daughter does not get a scratch or a bruise on her" Stanley said before walking off with Sally towards the boat.
Stanley and Sally enter the docks and walk up to the boat as Sally gets into it while Stanley starts to untie it.
"Why didn't you mention your father is a police officer?" Stanley asked.
"Actually, he's the chief of police" Sally replied.
"THE FUCKING CHIEF OF POLICE!" Stanley shouted out as he finishes untying the boat before getting into it.
"Sorry if i yelled like that, i..." Stanley said as he tried to finish his sentence before sighing.
"I can't tell you about it..." Stanley said before turning the boat on as it drives it back to the university as a figure wearing a scuba suit walks up to the docks.
"Keep celebrating Mr. Roberts, no matter where you go, trouble will be coming for you very soon, and you won't be expecting it anytime soon" the figure said as the guard walks up to the figure.
"Hey buddy, no scuba diving allowed here" the guard said as the figure spin kicks the figure in the face as he fell to the floor before walking up to him and then kicks him in the face, knocking him out.
"Nobody gives me orders" the figure said before running up to the end of the docks and dives into it before swimming underwater towards University Island.
