They pulled apart slowly and he rested his forehead against hers and whispered, "you are so beautiful baby girl and I can't tell you how happy I am that you're here with me in Virginia". She smiled and said, "I'm happy to be here with you too handsome, it all still seems so unreal to me".
Derek caressed her cheek and said, "what seems unreal to you"?, she took a deep breath and said, "everything that has happened over the past several weeks does". He listened as she said, "I almost died and you, you, Derek Morgan saved me and I don't think I'll ever be able to repay you for that".
He smiled and said, "'you being alive and well is all of the repayment that I need", she grinned at him and then raised up her head and let her lips meet his. Derek moaned against her lips as he slid his tongue once again inside her mouth, their tongues battle for control until they had to pull apart for air.
Derek blew out a deep breath and said, "I hate to say this but I'm gonna head home", she said, "why, don't you want to stay a little longer"?, he said, "you have no idea how much I want to stay but you're tired and your body still needs time to heal and then you've still got to put your clothes away".
She nodded her head and said, "very true handsome, very true", he kissed her lips gently and said, "I'll swing by in the morning about 10 and get you, is that okay"?, she said, "sure does". He winked at her and said, "good night baby girl, sweet dreams", she sighed happily and said, "they'll all be about you so I have no doubts that they will be good".
Derek grinned and said, "I have no doubts that mine will be good dreams either because I'm going to be dreaming of a beautiful blonde goddess tonight". Penelope blushed and said, "sweet talk will get you everywhere sugar shack", he laughed and said, "good to know baby girl, good to know".
She walked him over to the door and said, "I'll miss you", he turned around and kissed her again and said, "not half as much as I'm going to miss you". She laughed and said, "we'll just have to agree to disagree on that one" and he nodded his head in agreement and said, "see ya in the morning gorgeous", she said, "that you will angel fish, that you will".
Penelope stood in the door and watched as he walked up the hall and stepped onto the elevator, she waved at him and smiled until the doors on the elevator closed. She then walked over to the window and watched as he climbed into his truck and pulled away from the curb.
She sighed and said, "alright Penelope let's get these clothes put up and then get your butt to bed", she couldn't help but smile as memories of her time with Derek once again filled her mind. A couple of hours later she plops down on her bed and says, "I'm exhausted", she rolled over onto her side and said, "I still can't believe that I'm here, I'm here in Virginia with Derek and the rest of his team".
It was only a matter of a few minutes before she closed her eyes and had wonderful dreams of the sexy agent that had completely stolen her heart. The next morning she got up out of bed and grabbed her clothes and headed for a quick shower and she couldn't help but sigh happily as the hot water cascaded all over her tired body.
She decided to wear a beautiful pink flowered sundress, the weather was beautiful and she really enjoyed spending time in the sun. Penelope was just walking back through her apartment when she heard a knock at the door, she grinned and made her way across the room.
When she opened the door she smiled and said, "good morning handsome, sleep well"?, he kissed her lips gently and said, "I had the most amazing dreams about this beautiful goddess last night". Penelope tapped her finger to her chin and said, "I too had amazing dreams but mine were of a sexy FBI agent" and Derek grinned and said, "do tell, do tell", she shook her head and said, "nope, sorryyyyyy".
He laughed and said, "you ready to head to mommas"?, she nodded her head and said, "lead the way" and he held out his arm and said, "shall we malady"?, she looped her arm through his and said, "we shall sug, we shall" and as they headed up the hall toward the elevators they were both laughing.
