Even with all of Penelopes help it still took the team several days to track down their unsub because he went into hiding on his last victims property. Penelope sighed as she rubbed her temples, it had been a long day, she had been helping B team on several searches and was finally done.
She turned around when she heard her door open, she said ,"can I help you"?, the man pushed his glasses up and said, "uh y y yes, my name is Kevin Lynch, it's nice to meet you". Penelope said, "thank you, it's nice to meet you to Kevin" as they shook hands.
Penelope said, "since you were able to get in here you must have a high priority badge like mine"?, Kevin nodded his head and said, "I do, yes, i am an analyst here also". Penelope said, "ahhh, that's good" and Kevin said, "so what do you think of working here, do you like it", Penelope grinned and said, "oh yes, yes I love working here".
The two talked for several more minutes before Penelope saw Derek walking into her lair, she said, "welcome home angel fish" as he walked over to her and kissed her lips gently. Derek said, "it's soooo good to be home baby girl, I've missed you".
He then turned to see Kevin and said, "oh hey Kevin", Kevin said ,"hello Morgan", Derek said, "so what do you think of my girl"?, Kevin said, "y y your girl"?, Derek said, "uhhh yeah, as in my girlfriend". Kevin laughed and said, "your girlfriend".? and Derek wrapped his arm around her waist and pulled her close to him and said, "yep, she's my girl" .
Penelope grinned and said, "sorry Kevin but did you need something when you came in"?, Kevin shook his head and said, 'not really, I was just wanting to meet the new girl that's all". Penelope said, "well thank you and again it's nice to meet you too", Kevin nodded his head as he turned around and walked out of Penelopes office leaving Derek and Penelope alone.
Derek leaned in and gently pressed his lips against Penelopes and said , "you have noooooooo idea how much I missed you sweetness", she giggled as he kissed his way down her neck and said, "ohhhh but I do have a good idea handsome".
Derek sighed and said, "you got any plans tonight"?, Penelope said, "no, why"?, Derek said, 'I was hoping that we could spend some time together since I've been away on a case". Penelope wrapped her arms around him and laid her head on his chest and said, "I do believe that I can squeeze you in tonight" and he gave her his famous smile as he once again claimed her lips with his.
Penelope said, "so what's the plan for tonight"?, Derek said, "how about we veg out in front of the tv and cuddle tonight because after that last case I need to cuddle with my girl". Penelope grinned and said, "cuddling up sounds good, count me in on that" and Derek said, "that's my girl", he gave her another kiss before turning around and heading toward her lair door.
He turned back around and said, :"I'm going to get started on my paperwork, I'll see ya later", she said, 'that you will my love, that you will" as she watched him disappear out in the hall and head back toward his desk.
