Hi guys! Thank you so much for coming back to read chapter 2, it means a lot to me!

So I just discovered that my line break didn't work on the last chapter for some reason, so hopefully it will this time and will be a bit more clearer. Any requests / suggestions let me know!

This chapter will just be a little more about everyone's relationships with each other, again quite similar to the show but a little bit different.

Hope you enjoy!

That night, after an unusually quiet (and somewhat awkward) meal, the Anubis residents were all doing their own thing around the house. Nina was in shock to say the least. The whole house has a stalker? Who exposes their secrets to the rest of the school from a website? And now she had moved into this boarding house, would she become a target too?

Fabian had kindly explained the whole thing to her after supper, the rest of the house made her swear she wouldn't say anything about Gossip Girl to Trudy and then ate their dinner in silence.

'It's not something we really talk about as a group,' He had said moving over to one of the couches and pulling up his laptop to open the website. 'Gossip Girl kind of tries to make us turn against each other, sort of ruined friendships and whatnot. Everything is okay between everyone now, but there's always something else that comes up.'

Nina took a seat next to him and he showed her everything to catch her up to speed. How each of them had their own profile, containing blog posts and pictures of them attached. The latest post and picture was of Nina, standing in front of the school just as she'd stepped out of the cab.

'What? Who took that?' She asked grabbing his laptop and reading over the post.

'Could of been anyone, really. Anyone can email in with photos, screenshots of text messages, voice notes, evidence of us doing anything dodgy really.' Fabian said.

'Well why don't you all just stop doing "dodgy" stuff then?' This made Fabian laugh.

'You don't know Anubis house. Or Gossip Girl. There's always something. Even when there isn't, there is.'

'Have you ever tried to figure out who it is? Has anybody?' Nina asked, surely if they found out they could stop all of this nonsense.

'It's pointless, she has spies everywhere. It's not always her who digs up the dirt, I would even bet some of the Anubis residents have sent her some stuff.' Fabian explained.

'Her? So it's a girl?' Nina asked, this at least narrows it down to half of the school she thought.

'Well, in a manner of speaking. Just as it's called Gossip Girl, though it could be a he trying to trick us. Guess we'll never know.' Never mind... Nina thought. Fabian gave her a small smile and put his laptop back in his bag.

'Well, I'd better head back to my room. Victor will be doing the rounds soon. You know, got to be locked away by 9pm and all,' He joked standing up. 'Goodnight Nina.'

'Yeah, uh... thanks for explaining all... that.' Nina said motioning to his bag whilst standing up herself.

'No problem. Just... don't subscribe, you'll get sucked in.' And with that, Fabian left the room.

Mara was studying in her and Amber's shared room, where Amber was removing her makeup at her dressing table. There was a knock at the door and Mick, Amber's boyfriend, walked in with a smile.

'Mick, I've only got one eye on!' Amber squealed, covering her right eye.

'Don't worry babes, I like the panda look. Besides, I'm here to see Mara.' He gestured over to Mara who looked up from her textbook in surprise.

'Me, Mara?'

'Yeah, I was wondering... you know, since you're the biology babe,' Amber didn't look too impressed with this, mouthing 'biology babe?' at Mara with a frown. 'if you'd be able to help me with the latest assignment? I just can't seem to get my head around it...'

'I can help you Mick!' Amber offered with a gleaming smile.

'Hah! Aw, you crack me up babes.' Mick laughed, causing Amber to frown once again. 'So, what do you say?' He asked, turning back to Mara with a hopeful look in his eyes.

'Uhm.. sure. How about tomorrow, 6pm?' Mara offered, earning a stern look from Amber which she ignored.

'Perfect! Thanks Mara, you're a star! It's a date... in a manner of speaking. Night Ambs.' He said happily leaving the room and closing the door behind him. Amber crossed her arms and raised her eyebrow at Mara.

'What? You don't want him to fail biology, do you?' Mara defended.

'Probably not. But why didn't he ask me to help?'

'Well, school isn't exactly your thing, is it?' Mara offered.

'Hm, well I still don't like him asking out other girls. Even if it's you, no offence.' Amber huffed.

'Amber, relax! He only wants me for my brains, literally! And you - you're textbook gorgeous! He's crazy about you.' At this Amber smiled, flipping her hair and saying something like 'what's not to like?' and returned to removing her makeup.

Mara had stopped listening though, and made a move to pack her textbooks in her schoolbag for the next day. She wished Mick had wanted her for more than her brains, but she knew that was a long shot. They hardly even spoke, sure they lived in the same house but that was pretty much all they had in common. The athlete and the mathlete... she thought. Ha! As if he'd ever notice her in that way when he's dating Amber Millington...

Patricia huffed again, holding the phone against her ear for what felt like the millionth time that night. She was pacing around the living room trying to call Joy. Voicemail, again!

'She would have definitely called me by now, I'm telling you something's wrong!'

'Ugh Patricia, give it a break! You're driving me insane!' Jerome moaned covering his face with his hands. He and Alfie had moved over to the living room from the dining table, sitting on the opposite couch to Nina and Fabian who were talking in hushed tones and looking over his laptop.

'Well, I'm sorry! Everyone seems to of forgotten about Joy, but me! Something's going on here, I'm not letting it go!' Before anyone could reply she had stormed out of the room and up the stairs.

'That girl, honestly...' Alfie sighed, scrolling on his phone.

'Okay, enough about Patricia.' Jerome said standing up from the couch. 'I need to go see a man about a dog, if you know what I mean. Be back later.'

'Wha - Jerome?!' Alfie looked up from his phone to see Jerome already closing the front door to the house.

Scoffing, Alfie rolled his eyes. Now what was he supposed to do? He knew where Jerome had gone, to meet his dealer of course, and Alfie was always bored stiff when Jerome left. He had no one to scheme with, and when Amber wasn't around he had no one to daydream at. Locking his phone, he looked up. Nina and Fabian were saying their goodnights to each other, then they left the room.

Maybe I can go and annoy Fabian? He thought to himself, then he grinned. He had a better idea.

Stepping out of the shower, Patricia dried her body off and quickly changed into her pyjamas. Grabbing her toothbrush she looked in the mirror and a look of horror spread across her face at the words written on it.

Help Me, - Joy

Swinging the door open, she ran down to Mara and Amber's room.

'Guys, come quick! It's Joy!'

Running back to the bathroom with Mara and Amber hot on her heels, Patricia came to an abrupt stop.

'What do you think you're doing?!' She demanded. Mara peered round the door to see Nina wiping the mirror with her toothbrush in hand.

'Cleaning the mirror?' She answered although it was more of a question.

'Didn't you see what was on it?!'

'Uh... steam?' She tried again.

'Oh she's wiped it off! It said 'help me, Joy' and now she's wiped it off so it looks like I'm going crazy! She's involved, I'm telling you!'

'I didn't see anything when I wiped the mirror, except for myself - I swear!' Nina defended, holding her hands up.

'Uh oh...' Amber muttered. Before anyone could ask what was wrong Victor's voice was heard.

'Why aren't you girls in your rooms?' He demanded after having heard the shouting from his office.

'I don't want to share with her.' Patricia said taking a step back and pointing at Nina.

'I'll move,' Nina offered. 'Half my stuff is still in boxes anyway, I'll just sleep on the couch-'

'No one is sleeping anywhere, but their rooms. Off you go,' He said, shooing the girls with his free hand, the other holding Corbierre.

The girls retreated to their rooms and closed the doors behind them. Mara and Amber had went straight to bed, but Nina on the other hand lay awake.

Staring at the ceiling, Nina wondered how many people had saw that post on Gossip Girl's website of her and were waiting to finally see her in person tomorrow. Glancing over at Patricia, Nina could see she was awake too, she was facing the wall and had her back to her, but Nina could see the light of her phone lighting up a small section of her corner of the room. As quick as she saw the light, it was gone.

Nina froze. She was buzzing. Literally vibrating. Throwing the covers back, Nina silently stood and looked at her bed. Crouching down, she saw a faint light blocked by a few of her boxes. Nina quietly pulled the boxes out the way, causing the glow to become brighter and allowing her to see where it was coming from. Stuck between the mattress and the bed frame was a phone.

Grabbing it and jumping back into bed, Nina looked at the screen - Patricia W danced across the screen with an accept or decline button. Patricia was calling whoever's phone this was. The screen suddenly changed. Patricia W - 22 missed calls, 12 text messages the phone said, it was then Nina noticed the lock screen.

It was of four people, three of them were definitely familiar to Nina. The far left was Jerome, his hair was less volumized and his face less mature and structured than now, he had one arm in the air and the other around Patricia's waist, blowing a party horn in her face. Next to him was of course Patricia, again looking young with colourful extensions in her auburn hair - she was flinching away from the party horn that Jerome was blowing in her direction with a look of fright on her face and a party had on her head. Next to Patricia was a pretty dark haired girl with a blow up crown on her head and a pale pink sash across her body, she was beaming at the camera seemingly unaffected by the party horn. And finally, on the far right was Alfie, also wearing a party hat but with a look of horror across his face as the cake was holding slid out of his hands.

Nina stared at the photo until the screen timed out and went dark. That girl must be Joy... and this must be her phone.

Ta-da!

This was a seemingly boring chapter, I know I'm sorry! I just wanted everyone to get a feel of the kind of relationship the house had with each other and Gossip Girl. More drama to come next chapter I promise!

Q; What pairings is everybody wanting to see as the story develops? And are there any secrets to be exposed that you want me to incorporate into the story?
