As I go on, I will replace some standalone episodes with original chapter content. Date: November 3, 2002

The next day, Tommy and Kimberly were sitting together at the Youth Center.

Kimberly asked, "What do you think of the other Rangers we met? The Lightspeed Rescue ones?"

Tommy said, "They're good Rangers. I hope we can work together more. They're really good!"

Kimberly nodded, and she said, "I'm glad they're on our side." She glanced over at Rocky, Adam, and Aisha, who were busy talking to Jason, Zack, and Trini.

Kimberly said, "I hope Jason, Zack, and Trini decide to not go to the Peace Conference. I'll miss them."

Tommy said sadly, "Me too, Kim. Me too."

Kimberly looked at Tommy, and she said, "The same goes for you. Don't ever leave us. Ever."

Tommy kissed Kimberly's head, and he said, "I won't leave, I promise. And the same goes to you too. The team won't be the same without you."

Jason, Rocky, Zack, Adam, Trini, and Aisha walked over to join Tommy and Kimberly.

Jason teased, "Are we interrupting something?"

Tommy shot a playful glare at Jason, and he said, "I wouldn't be surprised if you and Trini had the same conversation. You may not show it, but you two also can't be apart from each other."

Jason and Trini both protested, "Yes we can!"

Rocky said, "You two are still holding hands."

Jason and Trini looked down, and they noticed they were holding hands. They abruptly let go of each other, and then they held hands again. Rocky just laughed, and he said, "You two are funny."

Jason said, "Just sit down, the Annual World Teen Summit is about to begin."

Rocky said, "Will do, Romeo!"

Tommy and Kimberly both laughed, and the others chuckled. Tommy was happy that this time, he wasn't being referred to as Romeo.

Jason growled, "Shut up, Rocky."

Ernie went up to the podium, and he cleared his throat. Everyone took their seats and turned their attention to Ernie.

Ernie said, "Welcome everyone to the 1st Annual World Teen Summit! We're holding this to see which teens will be selected to act as representatives in Switzerland for the Peace Conference. They will interview the candidates today, so I wish you all luck. Billy, please introduce the representatives."

Ernie stepped aside, and Billy went up to introduce the representatives going to the summit.

Kimberly whispered to Tommy, "Billy is holding up well! He's not falling apart or anything!"

Tommy whispered back, "Being a Ranger is really helping his confidence!"

Billy finished off the introductions, and he pointed at a statue the art class at Angel Grove High made. It had four heads arranged in a circle surrounding a solid center.

Billy said, "Each head represents a virtue. They represent strength, wisdom, courage, and vitality. The art class has chosen these virtues because these are the virtues we all need right now, especially after the 9/11 terrorist attack. We need unity now, more than ever."

Rocky stood up and yelled, "Damn right, we do!"

Aisha shushed Rocky, and she pulled Rocky down. She shot Rocky a glare, and then she returned to watching Billy.

Billy said, "I hope we all keep these virtues in mind today as we conduct our interviews. I wish the candidates the best of luck."

Everyone applauded. The Israeli representative, Tamara, said, "Thank you for having us. We are honored."

Meanwhile, Bulk and Skull were sitting in the back of the audience. They were half-listening to the representatives. Bulk's mind wandered to his obsession with the Power Rangers. Suddenly, an idea popped into his head.
Bulk said, "Skull, what if the representatives are Power Rangers?"

Skull looked at Bulk, and he said, "Huh?"

Bulk pointed at the representatives, and he said, "They might be the Power Rangers!"

Skull looked at the representatives, and then he looked at Bulk, and then he looked at the representatives again.

Bulk said, "The Power Rangers are good guys, and so are the representatives! So the representatives are Power Rangers!"

Skull stared at Bulk, slowly piecing the parts together. Bulk groaned inwardly, and he wished Skull would just think a little bit faster. Skull's facial expression lit up when he understood what Bulk was saying.

Skull said, "Yeah! They could be Power Rangers!"

Bulk rolled his eyes, and he said, "That's what I was saying, genius! We need to follow these representatives and find out for ourselves!"

Meanwhile, the six Lightspeed Rescue Rangers were seated in the meeting room of the rebuilt Lightspeed Aquabase.

Carter asked, "What do you think about the Angel Grove Power Rangers?"

Joel said, "They can handle themselves in a fight. They're a good group!"

Dana said, "My question is where did they come from?"

Kelsey said, "No idea. All I know is that giant monsters showed up in Angel Grove and those Rangers responded."

Joel asked, "Is it just me, or do those Rangers sound...young?"

Chad thought for a moment, and he said, "You're right, they did sound a bit young."

Dana said, "Yeah, they did. Their body shapes looked similar to the three teens we rescued."

Joel asked, "Hang on, are you saying that the Angel Grove Rangers are teenagers? That we fought alongside children yesterday?"

Chad said, "That's a serious possibility."

Ryan said, "It may explain why those monsters were after the three teenagers. They may be related to the Rangers somehow."

Carter said, "We don't know enough to know for sure if they are teenagers. What we do know though is that the three teenagers we rescued may be related to them. They were singled out by the monsters for a reason."

Joel asked, "So, what are you suggesting?"

Carter said, "I'm saying we go to Angel Grove and watch the three teens. They will take us to the Rangers, and we will bring them back here."

The other Rangers nodded in agreement.

Kelsey said, "Hopefully we can take them with us this time. I'm still a little annoyed that we just let them go."

Carter said, "We had hostages to return to their homes, remember? Assuming we don't have a hostage situation again, we can make sure we have a talk. I want to know what their intentions are, and if they are open to cooperation."

Meanwhile, the Rangers, Rocky, Adam, Aisha, and five of the summit attendees were comparing martial art styles. Billy and Tamara were having a picnic and watching the attendees.

Billy asked, "What do you think of Angel Grove so far?"

Tamara said, "It's nice. Have you been here for a long time?"

Billy said, "Affirmative. I grew up here since I was a kid."

Tamara said, "That's wonderful. It's a very different place from Israel. It's more...peaceful."

Billy said, "Yeah, I bet it is. Are there any pretty girls over there, like you?"

Tamara pulled back a bit, and she said, "That was a bit forward, don't you think?"

Billy winced, and he said, "I apologize. I'm new to this whole relationship thing. Friendships I mean!"

Tamara saw Billy's face turn red, and she laughed. She said, "You're cute. I'm going to head back to the Youth Center."

Tamara got up and walked back to the Youth Center. A grateful Billy was relieved that the conversation had ended there. It wasn't as bad as when Bulk and Skull would fail to flirt with someone, but it was still bad. Suddenly, Putties appeared in the park. They ran over to the five representatives. On another day, Billy would be upset that the Putties interrupted his day. But right now, he could use the distraction. Billy ran towards the Putties, and he punched one of them. He twisted around and kicked another Putty.

Rocky asked, "You know how to fight?"

Billy said, "Of course I do! Nerds can fight too!"

The Rangers, Rocky, Adam, and Aisha all started fighting the Putties. Billy saw a Putty running towards Rocky, and he yelled, "Rocky, hit the Z!"

Rocky saw the Putty, and he punched the Putty in the Z. The Putty blew up, and Rocky said, "Thanks for the tip!"

Tommy saw a glimpse of Goldar, Squatt, and Baboo running towards the other five representatives with their own Putties.

Tommy yelled, "Hey! We gotta stop them!"

Jason punched a Putty, and he yelled, "We're a little busy here, Tommy!"

Meanwhile, Bulk and Skull were watching from a close distance. They saw three monsters surround the representatives.

Skull said, "I'm starting to think those aren't Power Rangers, Bulk. If they were Rangers, wouldn't they be fighting?"

Bulk said, "Don't be an idiot. If they weren't the Power Rangers, then why would those monsters be capturing them?"

Skull said, "Good point."

Bulk and Skull followed the five representatives to a nearby cave. Bulk reached over to grab Skull, and Skull started to protest.

Bulk hissed, "Quiet, Skull! Let's use the back entrance!"

Skull asked, "There's a back entrance?"

Bulk said, "Yes, now let's go!"

Bulk and Skull went around to the back entrance of the cave, and they snuck inside. In the cave, they saw the golden monster trap the representatives in a force field.

The golden monster yelled, "You now belong to Lord Zedd! Escape is futile!"

Meanwhile, the Rangers were busy searching for the representatives in the park.

Rocky said, "I don't see them at all. Where did they go?"

Billy said, "Tamara went back to the Youth Center. Maybe the others joined her there."

Rocky said, "We will check there. Adam and Aisha, with me!"

Rocky, Adam, and Aisha ran off to the Youth Center, leaving the Rangers alone.

Jason said, "I'm guessing you do know where the representatives are."

Tommy nodded, and he said, "I do. I needed to get rid of them first."

Kimberly looked around, and she saw a note pinned on a tree. She walked over to it and pulled the note off. She looked at it, and she yelled, "Hey! I think I found something!"

The Rangers ran over to join Kimberly.

Kimberly said, "I found a note from Goldar. He is demanding our Power Coins in exchange for the representatives."

Tommy said, "Figures."

Zack said, "They did the hostages thing yesterday. Don't they ever learn?"

Jason said, "They keep throwing monsters at Angel Grove, even after we keep beating them."

Zack said, "I guess that's a no, then."

Tommy said, "We need to go to Zordon, now."

The Rangers teleported to the Command Center, and Tommy gave them an update on the situation.

Alpha 5 cried, "Ay ay ay, that's terrible!"

Zordon said, "We saw everything on the viewing globe. The representatives have been captured, so rescue is your only focus right now."

Zack said, "The last time we rescued hostages, those Lightspeed Rangers showed up to help. Are we still not going to engage with them?"

Zordon said, "We have been tracking their movements. At the moment, the Lightspeed Rangers are speaking to Rocky, Adam, and Aisha."

Tommy said, "They can keep the Lightspeed Rangers busy. I have a plan, and I will need our Power Coins to do it."

Kimberly protested, "You aren't thinking of handing them to Goldar, are you?"

Tommy said, "Not exactly, no. We are going to give them a box of chocolate, and the chocolate will look like fake Power Coins!"

Jason said, "We don't have the time to do that!"

Alpha 5 said, "No worries, we can do it quickly here!"

Thankfully, Alpha 5 was correct. He left the room, and came back a minute later with a box of chocolate.

Alpha 5 said, "Here you go, Rangers."

Tommy said, "Thanks, Alpha. It's Morphin Time!"

"Tigerzord!"

"Mastodon!"

"Pterodactyl!"

"Triceratops!"

"Saber-ToothedTiger!"

"Tyrannosaurus!"

The Rangers teleported back to the cave, and they saw Goldar outside, waiting for them. Tommy walked towards him with the box, and he said, "Here, this box has our Power Coins."

Goldar laughed, and he said, "I am not going to release the representatives!"

Billy said, "Well, those aren't real Power Coins anyway!"

Goldar cried, "What!?"
Tommy yelled, "Let's get him!"

The Rangers jumped into action, and they started attacking Goldar. Goldar called out for the Putties, and the Putties ran up to join him. Jason swung his sword at Goldar, and Goldar blocked it. Kimberly aimed her bow, and she fired arrows at Goldar.

Goldar growled, "I don't have time for this!"

Goldar fled while the Rangers were busy with the Putties. Zack jumped up and kicked two of the Putties, destroying them. Trini jumped into the air and kicked another Putty, destroying it. Kimberly twirled in the air and hit several more Putties.

Jason yelled, "Where's Goldar!?"

Tommy yelled as he punched a Putty, "Goldar fled!"

Jason yelled, "Again!? He's a coward!"

The Rangers made quick work of the rest of the Putties. They ran into the cave, and they saw the teen ambassadors watching them in awe.

Tommy said, "We're here to rescue you!"

The ambassadors looked at each other, and they started to talk about seeing real Power Rangers. One of the ambassadors walked up and said, "You're one of the Power Rangers, aren't you?"

Tommy tilted his head, and he asked, "You know of us?"

The ambassador nodded, and he said, "Yes. In fact, there are rumors that Japan has them too. They go by a different name though. Super something."

Another ambassador suggested, "Super Rangers? I don't remember either."

Tommy asked, "How does the rest of the world know about us?"

One of the ambassadors laughed, and she said, "You must be joking! You're all over the news! Well, you and that other team of Rangers!"

Jason asked, "What is the rest of the world saying about us?"

The ambassador looked at the Rangers, and she said, "There are mixed opinions. Some want to support your activities. Some want to control you or even stop you entirely. And some want to create more Power Rangers."

Kimberly said, "I don't know if it's possible to make more, but they can certainly try."

The ambassador said, "What I'm afraid of is a war breaking out between Power Rangers factions. As you are all aware, not everyone gets along so nicely. One country could easily send their own Power Rangers to attack an enemy country."

Tommy said, "The Power Rangers fight for good! They wouldn't do that!"

The ambassador raised an eyebrow, and she said, "I think good is a rather subjective thing. In the Cold War, American Power Rangers and Soviet Power Rangers would have seen each other as an evil that must be eliminated."

Jason said, "But the Soviet Union was evil, and their Rangers would have been evil as well!"

The ambassador raised an eyebrow, and she said, "You just proved my point."

Jason said, "Well, yes, I did. Still, there are some things that are inherently evil."

The ambassador said, "Evil acts? Sure. But before you condemn a whole group of people as evil, be sure to check yourself for black and white thinking. There is no black and white, only shades of grey."

The Rangers were quiet for a moment, digesting what the ambassador had said. The ambassador interrupted their thoughts by saying, "Well, there's a rescue that needs to happen, right?"

Tommy said, "Right! Come with us, we will take you to safety!"

The Rangers took the ambassadors out of the cave, and they saw the Lightspeed Rescue Rangers waiting for them.

The Red Lightspeed Rescue Ranger asked, "Do you need anything?"

Tommy said, "We're fine, thank you."

"Good. After we bring the ambassadors to safety, we all need to have a talk."

The twelve Rangers brought the ambassadors back to the Youth Center. Behind them, Tommy heard Bulk and Skull get excited over the box of fake Power Coins. The Rangers arrived at the Youth Center, and Rocky stared at them in disbelief.

Rocky said to the two teams of Power Rangers, "You're the same Rangers we saw yesterday! Who are you?"

The Red Lightspeed Rescue Ranger spoke up before anyone in Tommy's team could speak, saying, "That's classified."

Adam asked the Red Lightspeed Rescue Ranger, "What do you want with the other Rangers?"

The Red Lightspeed Rescue Ranger simply said, "That's classified as well."

Aisha turned around towards the four-headed statue, and she screamed. A flash of lightning lit up the room, and the statue turned into a new monster, Four Head!

Jason yelled, "Rocky, Adam, and Aisha, go to safety! And take the ambassadors with you!"

Rocky, Adam, and Aisha did as they were directed. Tommy's team formed the Power Blaster, and they fired at Four Head. Four Head screeched, and she fell onto her back. Four Head stood back up, and she just laughed.

Tommy cried, "How did she survive that!?"

The Rangers saw one of Zedd's grenades fly out of the sky and land by Four Head's feet. The grenade went off, and Four Head grew to a giant size.

Four Head yelled, "Look at how big I've grown!"

Tommy yelled, "We need Mega Tigerzord power now!"

Jason yelled, "I need Red Dragon Thunderzord power now!"

The Lightspeed Rescue Rangers also summoned their Lightspeed Megazords. This time, the Lightspeed Megazord and the Max Solarzord combined to form the Lightspeed Solarzord. In a matter of minutes, Four Head was now faced against three Megazords.

Tommy yelled, "You're going down!"

Four Head just laughed, and she charged at the Mega Tigerzord and Red Dragon Thunderzord. Four Head easily knocked them down, and the Mega Tigerzord and Red Dragon Thunderzord fell next to each other. The Rangers screamed in alarm, and they braced themselves.

Jason yelled, "Is everyone okay!?"

Kimberly said, "That was rougher than I expected!"

Tommy said, "I'm good to go here. Let's get back up!"

Four Head turned to the Lightspeed Solarzord, and she yelled, "Do you think you can beat me that easily!?"
The Red Lightspeed Rescue Ranger yelled, "We are going to try!"

The Lightspeed Solarzord walked over to Four Head, and it punched her in one of her faces. Four Head cried out in pain, and she recoiled. She tried to retreat, but the Lightspeed Solarzord grabbed her first. The Lightspeed Solarzord took out its sword, and it swung at one of Four Head's arms. Four Head screamed when the arm was severed. The Mega Tigerzord stood up and walked over to them.

Zack muttered, "Wow, that's a clean cut!"

Four Head got back onto her feet, and she yelled, "That's just a flesh wound!"

The Mega Tigerzord took out its sword, and it swung at Four Head. It sliced off Four Head's other arm, and Four Head wailed in pain.

The two Megazords raised their swords, and they delivered their finishing moves. Four Head screamed, and she was destroyed.

The Red Lightspeed Ranger said, "Excellent work, everyone!"

Jason said, "Thanks. You really helped us out!"

Tommy said, "Yeah! I honestly don't know what would have happened if you hadn't stepped in!"

The Red Lightspeed Ranger said, "We're always happy to help our fellow Rangers. Now, about that talk…"

Tommy said, "Hold on, there is something we need to do first. We need to finish up at the Youth Summit, and then we can talk."

The Red Lightspeed Ranger said, "Understood. Once you're done, meet us at the cave where we first saw each other. We want to take you all to our base for further discussion.

Tommy said, "We will be there."

Tommy's team left to return to the summit. When the summit's events were over, Tommy's team went to the cave they had rescued Rocky, Adam, and Aisha from yesterday.

Kimberly said, "Okay, we're here. Where are the Lightspeed Rangers?"

Tommy said, "I don't know. They said they will be here."

Billy said, "Wait, we should try morphing. Maybe they just think we're a bunch of kids wandering around."

Tommy said, "Good idea. It's Morphin Time!"

Tommy's team morphed, and the Lightspeed Rangers arrived shortly after they were done.

The Red Lightspeed Ranger went up to them and said, "My name is Carter, the Red Lightspeed Rescue Ranger." He pointed at each of the other Rangers, and he said, "Chad is the Blue Ranger, Joel is the Green Ranger, Dana is the Pink Ranger, Kelsey is the Yellow Ranger, and Ryan is the Titanium Ranger. Before we all proceed, I want to ask you all something first. Are you all children?"

Tommy's team made indignant noises at being called children.

Zack protested, "Man, we're not children! We are all16!"

Billy said, "We have proven ourselves to be more than capable of handling ourselves."

Carter said, "This changes things, but we still want to work with you. We're just concerned because of your age."

Tommy said, "You don't need to worry about us. We're Power Rangers!"

Carter said, "You are also young. You're not even adults yet!"

Jason said, "We gave Rita Repulsa a run for her money."

Dana said, "That monster earlier today could have destroyed your Megazords!"

Kimberly rolled her eyes, and she said, "We can take care of ourselves, Mom."

Tommy said, "Yeah. Zordon has our backs as well."

The Lightspeed Rangers looked at each other, and then back at Tommy and his team.

Carter said, "Zordon? Are you saying he recruited you?"

Billy said, "Affirmative."

Carter furrowed his brows, which were completely hidden by his helmet. He said, "This makes it all the more urgent. We really need to talk about this. Now. Come with us to the base, and we aren't asking."
