Author's note: this is the day after halloween

The next day in the morning Professor Dumbledore made an announcement that Harry had killed the troll to save a student's life. He didn't mention who though. Elsa was surprised but not because Harry killed a troll but because Harry went to risk his life to save someone else. Elsa decided she could trust him and would reveal the fact that she was crown princess of Arendelle to him.

"Harry, could I talk to you in private?" she asked

"Sure." replied Harry

They went to an empty classroom.

"So... what happened?" asked Harry

"Harry, before I tell you this I need to ask. Could you make sure not to tell anyone about this?"

"Ok…"

Elsa took a deep breath then said "I'm the crown princess of Arendelle."

"I'm sorry what?!" said Harry

"I'm the crown princess of Arendelle." repeated Elsa

"Okay… hold on, this is a lot to take in." said Harry. After a few moments he asked "Why are you telling me this?"

"There are a few reasons. The reason I am telling you this is because you are selfless, you come from an ancient and noble family and you are a good friend."

"Ok." said Harry "By the way, I've gone to the third floor corridor."

"What?!" said Elsa "But it's off bounds."

"Well yes it is. In the third floor corridor there is a giant cerberus on a trapdoor. I also saw Professor Snape go to the corridor when the troll was in Hogwarts."

"How did you even get in the third floor corridor? I thought it was locked?"

"Well… there is something called the alohomora charm that can open any locks that aren't warded against them and the headmaster didn't think to ward the door. I respect the man but sometimes he is just an idiot."

"But why were you even there?"

"Because I was curious? And before you call me reckless I put an invisibility charm on myself so I wouldn't be seen."

"Did either of your parents cause trouble or break rules when they were at school?"

"It's funny you ask because my dad is the tied record holder of most detentions in Hogwarts with my godfather." said Harry

"Are you serious?"

"Yes."

"Okay well at least you're not as much of a troublemaker as they were." said Elsa

"Alright this conversation is good and all but we should probably go to our next class."

"You're right. Just remember you can't tell my secret to anyone else."

{SCENE BREAK}

During November Quidditch season started. A lot of people were getting excited about the quidditch matches. Ron would usually talk to Harry about quidditch. Harry didn't know about it much so he listened to how you play the game but not about the quidditch teams. Harry had told Ron and Hermione about the third floor corridor. Hermione was of course disapproving but Ron was just curious about what was under the trapdoor. Harry went to visit Hagrid because he hadn't visited him yet. When he came back he told Elsa, Ron and Hermione he thought he knew what the dog was guarding.

"Really? How do you know?" Asked Hermione

"Well when I asked if he knew anything about the cerberus in the third floor corridor he let slip that it was his. He said the cerberus's name was fluffy. When I asked him what it was guarding he said it was between the headmaster and Nicolas Flamel. From there I worked out it was the philosopher's stone it was guarding because it is one of the main things Nicolas Flamel is known for." said Harry

"The philosopher's stone?" said Ron, confused. Elsa also looked confused

"The philosopher's stone is a red stone that can turn any metal into pure gold. It also produces the elixir of life which gives the drinker a longer lifespan. The more you drink it the longer your life will extend. The only known philosopher's stone currently in existence is owned by Nicolas Flamel. He turned six hundred and sixty-five years old last year."

"How do you know about him?" asked Elsa

"I come from 2 ancient and noble houses, Elsa. I would think at least one of my ancestors might have at least met him." replied Harry

"Oh, right."

"Harry, didn't you say you saw Snape go to the third floor corridor when the troll was there? What if he's trying to get the stone?" said Ron

"Hmm… While I do agree that someone is trying to steal the stone I doubt it's Professor Snape. Reasons being that it's too obvious, Dumbledore trusts the man and he could have gone to check on the stone to see if anyone snuck out to steal it when the troll was in the dungeons."

"I wouldn't put it past him to try to steal the stone for himself," argued Ron "Look at the benefits. He lives for an eternity and he has infinite Gold."

"Don't forget the fact that you could really experiment with the elixir and make new elixirs, making you even richer." said Hermione

"Seriously, Professor Snape might be an arse most of the time but that doesn't make him evil just a prejudiced bitch." said Harry

"Language." chided both Elsa and Hermione

"Alright, sheesh."

{SCENE BREAK}

On christmas Professor Mcgonagall came to take the names of everyone that would be staying for christmas. Ron signed but Harry, Hermione and Elsa didn't.

"You aren't staying?" asked Ron

"I want to go to potter manor to train more and learn more about my family history." replied Harry

"I would like to spend time with my family after these few months." replied Elsa

"I have the same reason as Elsa."

"Well that means I'm going to be alone here then." said Ron grumpily

"Why aren't you going to your family Ron?" asked Harry

"Mum and Dad are going to visit charlie in Romania" replied Ron

"Well you won't be alone. Your brothers will be here." said Hermione

"Like that's better. Fred and George will spend the whole day annoying me and Percy will either ignore me or yell at me for not following rules." said Ron

Author's note: Yes, another short chapter. I know these chapters are getting short but I really didn't think about how short book one would be. After book one I am doing 2 books at a time k?
