No one's P.O.V
"Are you sure this is a good idea..?" Brick studered as he was in pain from his other dislocated arm.
"Is this a disagrement that i'm hearing?" Nora said looking at him in the eye being serious.
"No Ma'am..." He gulped.
"Wow, and I thought I was the serious one..." Jo whispered to Cameron.
"Done this plenty of times with my Dad, this will only hurt for a bit." Nora held his arm to prepare to re-located it. "Okay, be ready in 1... 2... 3!" A loud crack followed by a high-pitched scream was heard all around the area.
Everyone winced in horror as they witness someone's arm getting re-located.
"There!" Nora said as she was done.
Brick slowly moved his arm and felt quite okay honestly. "That's it?"
"Yep, all done." She replied.
"Wow, thanks!" He said.
"Hey, it's what I do. If you ever dislocated your arm again you know where to come." Nora added.
"Sha-please, seriously how can a girl do that?!" Lightning being the blabber mouth said.
Nora looked offended. "Look just beacuse i'm one doesn't mean I don't know a thing or two about things."
"Well Lightning bet that you girls can't do what guys do!" The athlete flexed his muscles.
"Really? You can't even tell that Jo is a girl!" Nora fired back.
"Course he isn't, he is clearly a dude, just look at him!" He pointed out earning a glare from the latter.
"Seriously, did you even go to School?!" Nora shouted.
"Did you go to princess School?!" Lightning had just triggered her.
Nora really was about to clobber him. "Why you..!" She clunched her fists ready to grab him by the neck. When someone stopped her in time.
"Okay soldier, that's enough!" Brick held her with his hand by the wrist looking serious. "Even if he's wrong about what he said..."
"Hey!" Lightning said.
"...that doesn't give you the right to attempt to harm someone." He explained a now calmed Nora. "Is that clear?"
She sighed now feeling guilty. "Yes Brick..."
Jo's P.O.V
After that heated argument. We walked to where the next challenge is. I noticed how Brick was blushing now that I look closely at him. I made my way next to him to have a little private chat. "Hey, Brick I couldn't help by notice that your face is turning red."
"Oh, uh i'm just um, nervous for the next challenge, yeah." He said now sweating. Obviously I could easily tell that he was lying.
I decided to let him spill the beans. "Really, isn't it beacuse on how Nora help you fix your arm?"
He looked even more red as I said that. "No! I mean, sure it was nice of her to help me, but that doesn't mean I don't like her, I mean love her, gah! Forget what I just said!"
'Called it, but still ew.' I thought now that I confirmed that he now has feelings for Shorty. All I need to do is to put my plan into action.
No one's P.O.V
Moment later they arrived in a blizzard and everyone is shivering, except for Nora.
Chris arrives on a snow mobile."Greetings ice teams! Cold enough for ya? I'll take that as a yes." He noticed Nora is the only one who isn't shivering. "Um, isn't everyone suppose to feel cold?"
"I don't feel cold." Nora said as if it wasn't the first time she said it.
"What?" Jo looked confused.
"When I was in 5th grade, someone caused a fire drill at School during Winter, I was so cold without a jacket that my shoes were wet with melted snow, somehow it caused my body's immunity to cold to activate. Since then I wasn't able to feel cold at all, not even on Ice Cream." She explained.
"No way." Zoey said quite empressed.
"You better believe it." Nora said.
"Ahem, if your done time for part two of Today's challenge: Capture the Snow Fort. To win, you have to either demo the enemies fort. Or capture their flag and bring it back to your own fort. Rats won the first part so they get first dibs on the forts." Chris explained.
Lightning then said. "Sha-a-a peasy c-c-castle." Hepoints to the castle fort.
"N-No." Dakota objects. "Gotta be a trick. Nice on the outside means nasty on the outside, We-we'll take the shack."
Sam the said shivering."I hope it has a fireplace..."
The camera shows the shack in it's bad state.
"Great. The crappiness is thorough..." Sam said defeated.
Everyone, but Sam, glares at Dakota who smiles nervously.
Cut to the Maggots in the castle cheering.
Anne Maria the said mockingly."What a bunch of suckers! Maggots rule!"She hi-fives Cameron.
"Yes! This battle is so ours." Brick added.
"Yeah!"Mike hi-fives Brick.
Chris then said through a loudspeaker"Listen up, players! Here's how it works: Use the shovel in each fort to fire your collection of mystery snowballs. Which you can fire at each others forts."
Zoey then askes. "Why are they called mystery balls?"
"Because they inflict major damage thanks to the secret weapon hidden in each ball. But some will damage you, so choose wisely. Each team has to elect a captain to command and conquer! Starting now!" The show's host explained
Bick and Jo spoke at the same time."As team captain I say we-"They then glared at each other.
"Thumb wrestle. Stat." Jo said to settle the disagrement.
They both thumb wrestle with their concentration being displayed on their faces. Jo wins, almost breaking Brick's finger.
Brick salutes her. "Never met a girl stronger than me, captain. Not even my Mom!"
Jo gives their commands."Brick, Lazy, Nora you're on offense. Your mission: capture the enemy's flag. The rest of us will defend the fort and fire the snowballs."
"If you say so." Nora shrugs as she followed Brick out of the castle.
Cut to the inside of the Rats' fort
Dakota gave her team some commands. "B, Dawn, and I stay here. Lightning and Sam capture their flag."
Sam the objects. "Um maybe someone with a little more leg foot coordination should-"
Chris the announced the start of the challenge."And go!"
Lightning started running."Let's book it!"
Sam goarnedrunning. "Great. More running..."
The sun beams.
Chris the said. "Hurry up! My ice is melting and your forts will too if the sun gets much higher."
Sam pants as he runs and slips on ice. "Looks like the thunders gonna arrive before the lightning." Passes Lightning. "I'm thunder!" The ice breaks and Sam goes under before re-emerging in an ice cube as Chef laughs.
"Forgot to tell ya. No man's land is more like No man's water!" Chris added.
Dawn presses her head to the snowballs. "Most of these snowballs are full of negative energy!"
"So which one do I pick?" Dakota asked.
B walks off and finds a piece of ice and opens his jacket revealing a bunch of cutting tools. He starts to chisel away at the ice.
"This one!"Dawn pointed at a snowball and clapping.
Dakota puts the chosen snowball on the shovel and flings it. It goes zooming in the air and hits the castle. The Maggots defense cover their heads.
Cut to Maggots' fort
Jo the said. "Come on people! We have to attack!"
Cameron held on to the flag pole."Can't. Guarding flag!"
Anne Maria sprays her hair.
Jo turned to her."Hey spray head! Didn't I tell you to go capture their flag?"
Anne Maria brushed off."I ain't risking fly aways."
Jo grabs the hairspray and throws it at the enemy fort.
"No! Oh this isn't over!" Anne-Maria runs out of the fort to retrieve her can of spray. "Lousy Jo making me run out of here!" She mumbled.
Jo smirked."Too easy."
"Incoming! 12 o clock!" Brick called out as he immediately saw a snowball coming over their heads.
The snowball headed towards Anne-Maria. "Hey guys, wait up!" The snowball breaks and Anne Maria is not affected, cause of her solid hair.
Brick smirks as he thought of an idea
Nora knew that it wasn't a good idea."Oh no. We shouldn't..."
The soldier in training runs to Anne Maria. "I'm afraid we have no choice!"
Dakota launches another snowball at Anne Maria. Brick pushes her forward, being joined by Nora.
Anne Maria lookedat Brick as she was being pushed. "Hey, quit pushing me!"
"I tried to tell him!" Nora put her hands up in objection.
Jo fires more snowballs as Brick advances further.
Lightning picks Sam out of the water. "Don't worry buddy, Lightning will get you out...after we win!" He is then hit by a snowball as Brick and Nora advance further using Anne Maria as a shield.
Back in the shack, a snowball lands and reveals the beetle. Dakota yells. She then said to the beetle. "Wait! Remember her? She organized your little reunion."
Dawn waves at the beetles and they wave back.
"Don't hurt us, hurt them, please?" She said pleading.
The beetle charges at the maggots' fort.
"I didn't know you were a beetle whisperer." Dawn said to Dakota.
The latter raises an eyebrow before running back into the shack as B places a circular bit of ice on top of the fort. The ice then catches the sun and B uses it to melt the other fort.
Cameron panics, still holding the flag."Uh oh. We're melting!"
Jo the said. "Quick! Keep the fort from melting." She starts to pille uo the snow.
"We could really use some gymnastics skills just now!" Cameron said.
Mike turns into Svetlana. "Do not worry Svetlana will save us all!" She does tricks onto the catapult and gets flung into the enemies base.
"Get the flag, Mike!" Jo called out.
Meanwhile for the rest of the maggots.
"Just a few more feet." Anne-Maria picks up the hairspray, kisses it, and starts to spray her hair, but is knocked out by a snowball.
Svetlana arrives."Make way for Svetlana!"
She crashes into the fort takes a deep breath and gets back up with Mike's shirt torn. Mike the changes with an Italian-American accent."Oh! One side losers!" And pushes Dakota over, heads for the flag and grabs it.
Anne Maria, Brick and Nora enter the fort.
"Mike?" Nora said by the sudden new change from the latter moments ago.
Vito caught the attention of Anne-Maria."Hey you, you lookin for dis?"
Anne Maria is cupping her face as she was mesmerized. "Oh my."
"I'm having mixed feelings just now..." Nora cringed as she and Brick stood behind.
Suddenly flashed out were cameras from Dakota's paparazzi who are seen flying on a hotair ballon.
"Dakota smile for the camera!" One camera man said.
"Finally!" Reliefed, the rich girl started to pose.
Lightning arrives. "That's ours! Hand it over!" He leaps at Vito but gets pushed down again.
Nora grabs Mike's hand. "Mike, let's get it back to our fort!"
Vito Pushes her hand away."Ey-ey. You want to touch the Vito, you gotta make an appointment!"
"Vito? Okay i'm lost just now!" Nora said in fustration.
Anne Maria then said with glee. "Now that's what I'm talking about!"
"Brick! Could use the help here!" Nora said as she jumped to try to grab the flag. But Vito keep it too high for her to reach.
Brick gets ready. "C'mon Mike, the plays over you win best actor. Now give me the flag!"
"Oh yeah? Over my tanned body!" He winks at Anne Maria."Let's rumble!" He fights Lightning and Brick over the flag.
B walks in and covers his eyes. Nora winced. Dakota was still busy with the photoshot.
Lightning is thrown out of his fort and sees Jo shoveling snow to keep her fort together. "What the?"
Cameron getting jummped on by the beetle."I want my bubble! I want my bubble!" He cries out in fear.
Suddenly, out of nowhere, a snowball was thrown at the ice, which melts Sam and reflects it back onto the shack, melting it too.
Sam falls on top of Lightning.
"Maggots win and here's your reward: McLean brand hot chocolate: scald your senses with chocolaty goodness!" Chris announced the end of the challenge.
The Maggots cheer.
"Oh and as for Dakota's annoying entourage, Chef." Chef slingshot the airballon sending the camera crew crashing from a distance.
"Um, rude!" Dakota galred.
"Don't know what just happend to cause us to win but i'm not gonna ask." Nora shrugs.
Lightning wakes up. "Huh? What? Hey, let's go! We gotta win this!" Heruns straight into the same hole as Sam and turns into an ice cube.
Sam laughs."Sha-Bam!"
Later at night everyone was at the Mess Hall for diner.
"Wait so, Dakota is now Chris' intern?!" Jo said.
"That's what I heard from Sam." Nora said as she was drawing. "Can't say i'm surprised with alot of money from her she was able to not go."
"At least we won't get camera flashed by her again." Anne-Maria said as she sprayed her hair.
"What matters is that we claimed victory once again." Brick said.
"Thanks to Mike or at least I think he did." Cameron wasn't able to put his finger on what actually Mike did to win.
"Yeah Mike, Svetlana, Vito, Chester?" Nora said the names of what the latter called himself from time to time. "Am I missing someone?"
Mike sank down as he now noticed that Nora was getting more suspicious of him.
Once done with their meals both teams are heading back to their cabins. Brick looked pretty anxious as he repeatedly check his surroundings. The sounds and the darkness of the woods make him so scared. 'I am bigger than the dark, I am better than the dark...' He repeated those words in his head to calm down. He then sees what appeared to be pair of eyes in the woods, he screamed as he ran off in terror.
"Brick?!" Nora saw this and immediately followed him. "Where are you going?!"
Brick's P.O.V
The dark, I hate it. I never knew why I was so scared of it. For as long as I can remember the dark creeps me out. With it's noises and the 'who's there?'. Sooner or later my teammates will notice it, and they will make fun of me. How silly is that.
I was able to make a stop right next to our cabin I sat down as I catched my breath. Letting out all that pressure, I felt my heart racing as if I ran 8k once again. It was a few minutes before I heard a familiar voice from afar.
"Brick?" Nora came in. She stopped and looked around, gasping for air.
'She followed me?' I thought as I took a small peek at her. Haven't expected of someone to follow me. Never did actually. I sighed as I decided to come clean. "I'm here..." I spoke up.
One look at me and sighed with what appeared to be one of relief. She quietly walked next to me and sat down to met me at eye level, bit short but still.
"Why did you run off like that?" She said with concern as she look at me straight in the eyes.
I immediately looked away in shame. I didn't want her to be that concern for me, she'll just walk away like what everyone does when I tell them. I heard a twig snap. I let out a yelp as I looked spooked.
I wasn't able to notice Nora's expression as she looked closely at my reactions.
"Brick, are you afraid of the dark?" As those words I froze.
I shook my head rapidly to deny it without making eyes contact.
"I'm not gonna juge you Brick." She replied with a voice of honesty. "Just tell me, are you afraid of it or not?"
I slowly looked at her. I was hesitant, till I eventualy slowly nodded my head holding back my tears. Before I knew it, to my surprise, she wraped her arms around me. Don't know why I felt more safe with her besides anyone else. Was it because her bravery? Comfort? Kind-hearted? Once I was able to move again I hugged her back as I forgot all about the darkness around me. But I did feel that strange flutter feeling from before.
"Um, sorry..!" I snapped out of the trans as she broke the hug with a blush on her face.
"No, really, thank you." I said. "It really helped me alot."
She smiled shyly. "You're Welcome."
"Are you gonna kiss or..?" Jo's voice surprised as as she was standing right over us from the steps of the cabin.
"Jo!" I said outloud. "No! Actually she was just helping me for comfort." I added with a bright blush on my face with awkwardness.
Nora felt the same way.
"Does it have anything to do with you screaming like a little girl?" Her words hit me like a bullet passing me through my core.
"Not at all, it's private matter!" I said that just to get her off my back.
She rolled her eyes knowing that I just lied. "Yeah, yeah, just don't get your pants in a bunch..." But she eventualy decides not to question anymore as she walked off.
That was a relief.
"Sorry if I embarrassed you..." Nora spoke up as she looked guilty for what had just happend.
I smiled back also felt a little bit guilty myself. "No, don't worry. Really."
"So, I guess i'll see you tomorrow?" She added.
"Of course! I mean obviously we will see each other tomorrow. We do live in the same cabin afterwards." I nervously replied as I felt hot all of a sudden.
"Goodnight then." Nora walked back inside her side of the cabin.
"Night..." I added after she went in I sighed as I also went in my side of the cabins to get some rest.

Without anyone noticing, a figure spyed on them before disapearing into the shadows.
