As Ethan woke up he was in a cell with some reishi seals and handcuffs on his hands and feet. "You really think you can lie to me Ethan? Trying to make a fool out of the Stealth Force would get you into trouble so start talking. What actually happened?"

"Yes, I am wondering why you lied to us. This is a serious offense. A hollow with Soul Reaper is impossible," it's Head Captain Yamamoto and Captain Soi Fon; they found him out.

Ethan just sighs in disappointment, "You really couldn't just make an appointment for a secret meeting or something? I would've said yes."

"Answer the question!" Yamamoto was getting impatient.

"I didn't exactly lie. There are hollows in Hueco Mundo like that. There is a man with the skills to block your detection but not as careless as you've found. There is also a hollow called Szayelapporo Granz and he is a scientist. But it was not him who did this. It was an assassination plot against me."

"What?! We could've sent in captains to investigate this matter. How could they have known we would send you?!" cried out Soi Fon.

"Sending in a captain would've been overkill for all you know and sending in lieutenants wouldn't even make a difference. So sending me in was inevitable. Not only do I have the skills to get myself out should it get worse, I also have the strength of a captain. Sending me in was the right and only choice," Soi Fon can't really find any holes in that logic. He did have a point.

"Then what really happened?"

"There were captain-level hollows as in my written report said, Adjuchas and Vasto Lorde being stronger than they usually are. But what I did leave out was that Aizen, Ichimaru, and Tosen set that trap for me."

"What! That's outrageous! Do you have proof?" demanded Yamamoto.

"Other than the Hogyoku that Aizen has, none. Even then his place is probably secured; sending in your spies would be suicide. It's not time for him to reveal himself. I have to admit, I did not expect him to come for me like this. If we stray this path we would be in a lot of trouble."

"What are you talking about?! Speak clearly boy."

"Yhwach is still alive," This surprises Yamamoto. You can see the fear in his eyes. Soi Fon is now concerned for the head captain. She has never seen Yamamoto like this.

"Captain Soi Fon, leave."

"No! She stays! She needs to hear this as the leader of an Intelligence Agency."

"Don't make me repeat myself, lea-!"

"Damn you old man! Do you have any idea how many of our men needlessly died out there because of your guilt!" This outburst surprises them both. "Some of our soldiers stationed in the living and in the Rukongai went crazy and killed themselves because you are too much of a coward to protest against Central 46!"

"YOU ARE IN NO POSITION TO-"

"YOU ARE THE LEADER OF THE ONLY ARMY IN JAPAN'S AFTERLIFE AND YOU'RE GONNA RISK IT ALL FOR YOUR BULLSHIT! THIS IS NOT A PERSONAL MATTER! THIS IS WILL DECIDE THE FATE OF THE ENTIRETY OF SOUL SOCIETY. START ACTING LIKE THE MAN WHO SWORE TO PROTECT AND STOP MAKING EXCUSES!"

Soi Fon has never seen anyone scolded Yamamoto like this. In fact, no one has ever put Yamamoto in such a position otherwise; they get risked of getting disintegrated. But that is what most people assumed, and never once did it happen. Yamamoto is intimidating but never unreasonable despite his rigidness. This is the first time Soi Fon saw Yamamoto being bothered by something like this to this extent. She can see Yamamoto already revealing his sword, still sheathed. Yamamoto's patients have already gotten very thin, especially on what is considered to him a personal matter. But needless to say, Ethan was right and she has to take a side on this or it would destroy the barracks. And she hopes it's the right one. "Head Captain with all due respect I believe we should continue hearing him out."

"WHAT!"

Soi Fon hides away the fear as best as possible. She still has a job to do and not even the Head Captain would stop her from doing it. "Head Captain, as leader of the Stealth Force, we need intelligence to combat a threat; I'm afraid to say that withholding this knowledge may compromise our ability to effectively deal with the threat. If what he says is true then we must be prepared for what's to come. If you hide something as important as this; it may lead to the destruction of Soul Society. Please, let him talk."

Yamamoto did not know what to think of this. Now that he's cornered he has no choice but to comply. It does hurt his pride greatly. "Very well, you may speak."

"Thank you Head Captain. But first, please seal this room as what I'm about to discuss never leaves here. You may share this with Yoruichi and Kisuke if you wish," Ethan talks about the future events of the bleach story and how it all went south, even some secrets of the soul society except the novels. The novels are a bit iffy since it is not written by the author of bleach. They are thankful the author did not fully reveal everything yet. "I only know of this is because I am a reincarnate. I came from another world where everything here is fiction. What bothers me the most is this, why was I reincarnated into this world? Knowing how, at least what I think of it, the basics world, it should not even be possible for anyone to reincarnate here. Even if it was the Royal Guard would've been there and kill me before I could do anything to change all of this. Either the Soul King decided to let me live or something happened that compromised the ability of the Royal Guard to do their job."

"And what do you suggest we do boy?"

"I say let fate runs its course until the Execution of Rukia. Orihime Inoue will be a game-changer in this battle."

"I will allow it."

This surprises Soi Fon. Normally the Head Captain would never accept the help of humans or put the entirety of Soul Society in danger all for a chance in beating a great threat if he can help it. "Hold on, Head Captain. You can't be serious? You expect us to do nothing while we can stop it on its tracks?"

"If what he says is true, then that's our best chance in defeating Yhwach would be to allow everything to run its course. The boy knows too much and his accuracy is something I cannot deny. These events did happen in the past and now he has answered to one of Soul Society's greatest mysteries to us. Ethan, you may leave now. Dismissed!"

After releasing him from his cuffs and seals, they leave the room. Soi Fon went up to him with a proud smile, "I have to admit, I have never seen the Head Captain easily agitated. It takes guts to do that. From what I've heard, you're good with close combat and kido. Why don't we have a go? I'd like to see you in action."

"Sure. You don't need to be so formal captain."

They arrive at the training grounds with their stances. Ethan attacked first with such speed that surprises Soi Fon. She barely dodged a hit to the head but was sent flying with a strong kick. She flash steps right at his back. Ethan barely had blocked the kick in time. Soi Fon lands on the ground and decides to do some more flashy moves that Ethan easily dodges or blocks. Ethan is getting tired of this nonsense so he exploited the opening Soi Fon keeps leaving herself, mercilessly. She tries to gain some distance with flash step, he flash steps and hits her, she tries to charge him with a quick and precise attack as if she were launch, a simple sidestep and uppercut countered her attack. Soi Fon is getting overwhelmed here.

" "Do not seek beauty out of a battle," You do realize if this were a real assassination you would've lost. I thought the common sense for assassins would be to end a fight quickly rather than to show off; that's why its best to "cut your foe from behind if you desire to protect that which must be protected" [1]"

"Shut up!"

Soi fon, becoming more frustrated, attacks with more predictable patterns while Ethan continues to be unimpressed. He really can't believe this is the commander of an intelligence agency and assassins.

"Captain, take a moment to breathe and think for a moment."

"Hyah!" Soi Fon was clearly not listening. And with the last hit from Ethan, it's over. Soi Fon was too tired to continue. Thankfully it's still the early morning and hardly anyone is awake, if this were seen by anyone she would never live with it. Soi Fon may be proud but is still emotionally broken. The only way to calm her down is for Yoruichi to come in for closure. While Ethan confirmed it, Soi Fon would want to hear it from Yoruichi herself.

Ethan heals her, restoring her stamina and power. A show of mercy? This puzzled Soi Fon as she and the Head Captain kidnapped him a while ago and now he's showing kindness. "Why are you being so nice to me after all I've done to you?" Ethan gave her a puzzled look. "The Head Captain and I kidnapped you in the middle of the night and yet you still go out of your way to humor me when you know there's a risk you'd be dead and now you're healing me. Why?" Not that she has any real intention to kill him. Soi Fon truly wants to spar with Ethan. She does wonder why he lets his guard down if it's a possible assassination attempt.

"Because I would have done the same thing," this surprises Soi Fon. What did he mean by that? "A powerful individual rivaling the strongest in the military lying about a powerful presence that could be a threat would normally be suspected and must be treated with extreme caution. Of course, you did what was natural. Also is because you're still a confused and heartbroken person that protects herself by covering yourself with pride. If anything, you need someone to help you and understand you."

"I'm not that weak!"

"We're only human. It does not matter what kind of strength we gain. Just because we're strong on one thing or in several other things does not mean we're strong in everything else. Even I need help"

Soi Fon is now embarrassed by this, someone this strong was admitting his weakness to the defeated. There is wisdom in his words and it made her wonder if she is a worthy successor to Yoruichi. "I'm feeling better now. You may leave."

"But captain you're still not-"

"Leave!"

Ethan leaves, not wanting to upset her any further. While Soi Fon is still on the ground, she is blushing harder, now no one is here, from the embarrassment. ' "We're only human" huh. For someone so strong, that's a quite humble statement. Maybe he's right. Maybe I need to rethink this.'

AN: Had Soifon left, the argument would have over escalated and there would've been a fight in her barracks. There was no intent to kill but it would lead to a deathmatch, with Yamamoto dead. Ethan has a way to escape the seals and cuffs.

I have also realized that I may not have planned this as thoroughly as I originally thought I did. So I'll be going on hiatus to better construct my story.
