#JUSTICE FOR DASEY
Casey wakes up in bed, she looks over and sees the kids shifting back and fourth in bed but she's the baby still sleep. Her phone chimes with an alert. She grabs her phone and stares at it until her phone is no longer blurry. Once she's able to read it, it says : new episode of Oopsy DASEY podcast. She takes her earphones out of her purse and clicks on it.

Ashley: welcome to the oopsy Dasey Podcast, I'm Ashley
Vanessa: and I'm Vanessa
Ashley: and today is going to be a special episode of Oopsy Casey, Vanessa you wanna fill people in?
Vanessa: yes I do, justice for Dasey! And fuck those who doubt them.
Ashley: that's right guys, today's special episode is called the bullshit that people believe. I can't believe I share the same halls as these people.
Vanessa: the other day this girl had the nerve to ask me, can you believe that Derek did this and this and that and I'm like " no bitch! I don't and your a dumb bitch if you do" ! She just looked gave me a look like, damn I was just asking and that's the problem, you should have! ( she laughs and Ashley laughs too.)
Ashley: that's the problem, so many people are believing this. Like how is that possible,Derek is not a psychopath.
Vanessa: yes, unlike Casey ( she smiles.)
Ashley: right. I'm mean come on guys, Derek's pranks are basic especially the ones that Derek does to casey. I mean his never pranked us but still based off what his friends, the people in the halls and even the people who aren't his Friends, even they said its never been this extreme.
Vanessa: so where the fuck did this theory come friend. Are the people at our school so dumb that they believe whatever they are told?
Ashley: seems like it.
Vanessa: also, casey! What the fuck are you doing? Your just going to let another bitch swoop in and take your man.
Ashley: not only that but she believes the lie.
Vanessa: that I didn't believe either, I mean Casey has always been sort of a dumb bitch...especially when it comes to Derek.
Ashley: but ahe did lose her memory.
Vanessa: well maybe that's it because Casey would never because she's in love with Derek...desperately but were here for it.
Ashley: its why we started this podcast but Derek isn't off the hook either. He just gave up.
Vanessa: so unlike Derek as well
Ashley: but casey did hurt him and Derek is in pain again.
Vanessa: what I want to know is why the he'll did he leave town? When I got the notification, my heart broke.
Ashley: the man is in deep pain, he isn't use to this kind of pain.
Vanessa: yes, his use to flashing a smile and getting everything he wants and Derek always gets what he wants.
Ashley: especially from casey but his hurting right now and he needs time to heal, he will be back and everything will be fine.
Vanessa: it better be or we're getting involved.
Ashley: you better believe it, if things aren't fixed we are intervening. What's going on with the case on Casey!
Vanessa: I see what you did there ( she smiles)
Ashley: thank you. I don't understand how the bastards who really did this are still at large!
Vanessa: that's why I started this podcast with justice for Casey, because it seems like nothing is being done about what they did to Casey.
Ashley: this obviously isn't A one man job and whoever did this and whoever was involved, your sick and twisted and your gonna get your karma.
Vanessa: and I just wanna add I hate you and you better hope that the police find you before I do.
Ashley: lets be honest with the way that the police are working, you probably will find them first.
Vanessa: I hope so because your going to pay for trying to destroy our ship, on top of that you almost killed casey! Let that seep into your consciousness as you try to sleep at night. What were you thinking? What were you trying to do and did you accomplish your goal? I I can't even finish I'm so mad.
Ashley: people like this don't care because they don't have souls and they can't feel anything. If they had any morals, they would've stopped a long time ago and things wouldn't have escalated to these extremes.
Vanessa: well its partly because Casey wouldn't let Derek say anything.
Ashley: yeah I agree she should've said something earlier, I texted her because I saw her before I knew this bullying was happening, I just saw her crying and running away, so I asked her what's going on and she was like " its nothing"
Vanessa: I sort of got the same response from her when I saw her as well. She was like " I don't wanna talk about it" I was like bitch! If something is going on you better tell someone before something bad happens and then...that's when the incident happened.
Ashley: Casey! Casey! Casey! Your really dumb for someone whose supposed to be so smart. We love you and we hope your doing well.
Vanessa: also ( Vanessa) I want to report some good news before we move forward, Ashley has some great news! Exciting news!
Lizzie: (walks up to Casey) couldn't sleep?
Casey removes the earphones from her ears and pauses the podcast
Casey: I'm sorry.
Lizzie: you couldn't sleep?
Casey: I slept. I just woke up early.
Lizzie: oh. So what are we doing today?! ( she exclaims excitedly)
Casey: jet ski ( she shushed her) don't tell anyone.
Edwin: I heard that!
Marti: me too! I can't wait.
They all cheer and Casey puts a finger over her lips and they all quite down and get ready to go.
( Derek is sitting at a table with earphones in his ears,, he is also listening to the Oopsy Dasey Podcast as well.)
Vanessa: I heard that too!
Ashley: its so stupid! It just seems like too much for someone to do.
Vanessa: well, I met her and she's a bitch! Like I literally said Hi to her and she was like " I didn't say hi to you" I'm like bitch! You came over here!
Ashley: wow!
Vanessa: I have had several encounters like that from her. She's into all sorts of things, she's into drugs, sex and she's just so angry all of the time, like why. So her saying that she believes the stories are extremely sus.
Ashley: the same thing goes for Alexis, she's never liked Derek and Casey for whatever reason. Like Derek didn't date you so what are you mad about.
Vanessa: that's why they're mad because he didn't! ( she smiles)
Ashley: well that's because his too busy thirsting over and following Casey around.
Vanessa: true. The boy has been simping over Casey hard since he met her.
Ashley: I know his got it bad.
Vanessa: and so do those girls who lied about Derek pulling those pranks, those aren't pranks.
Derek (just smiles and that's when he feels a tap on his shoulder., he removes the earphones, pauses the podcast and looks up at her and smiles.): hey ( he smiles)
Sally: listening to the latest podcast? ( she smiles)
Derek: yeah but I can finish it later.
Sally: your still beating yourself up?
Derek silence confirms her thoughts.
Sally: its not your fault, you didn't do this. You shouldn't be beating yourself up.
Derek: I promised her that everything would be ok and I couldn't protect her when it mattered. I failed her.
Sally: ok, green arrow. Don't get all emo Derek on me. So the plan failed to catch whoever did this, what's the new plan?
Derek: I don't know, whoever did this is really good... They obviously knew what we were up to. There wasn't any physical evidence or proof of anything, everyone just assume its me, even I started to believe the lie.
Sally: that's the guilt talking. None of us would have guessed that they would do something like that and second, no one seemed guilty.
Derek: I wasn't really paying attention to faces, well just one and I couldn't get to her quick enough.
Sally: were going to find out who did this and you can go home.
Derek: I'm not going home.
Sally: why?! No one you care about believes that you did this.
Derek: it was hard telling my dad and Nora what happened, on top of that they had to act like they hated me so we can catch who did this. There's eyes everywhere and I don't know who to trust, and it's getting harder to hear people say it...even if its not real.
Sally: the last place wasn't safe but this one is, I only said what I did because of the plan...I didn't really mean it, I want you to know you can trust me, Emily and everyone in our circle including the one at school.
Derek: I know. I know its only a few people who believe it, others don't care, other people already hated me or Casey already and we have a lot of people in our corner who out weigh the group of haters but...its
Sally: Casey
Derek: yeah. Casey said she hates me and she meant it.
Sally: she only knows the bad stuff you told her, I'm sure when she remembers the real you
Derek: I don't have time around and the family can continue the plan without me.
Sally: but are you really willing to just leave Casey behind.
Derek: she's already has me in her rear view mirror, I'm only delaying the inevitable by staying around.
Sally: well, whatever you decide to do...I got your back.
Derek (smiles) thank you.
Back to Casey and the kids. The kids are walking back to their dressing room
Marti: that was fun!
Edwin: I think I finally perfected riding a jet ski
Lizzie: you still lost to me!
Edwin: I demand a recount!
Lizzie: your sister was keeping score!
Edwin: she cheated because your both girls
Marti: no I didn't, your just a sore loser. After the third time you should have just cut your losses because the ninth time you cried like a little baby!
Edwin: I did not cry! And you better not tell anyone that story!
Marti: who would I tell?
Edwin: but that was fun
Lizzie: yeah. Its been a long time since we all laughed like that.
Casey: sorry.
Lizzie: its fine.
Edwin: ( whispers) there's something you should know.
Lizzie: its been a long time coming but there was never a safe place to tell you.
Marti: yeah because people are always listening to us.
Edwin: now that were out here, you should know that Derek didn't do this, he would never hurt you like that. This has all been an act to flush out the bad guy.
Lizzie: well, not everything... I was upset in the car but I just had to shift the blame to Derek. I hated it ( she looks down sad.)
Marti: yeah. I miss serek ( she says softly)
Casey: I miss him too I never believed he did this when I woke up, which it didn't feel right to accuse him. I was mad for different reasons, when I woke up...I admit I had bad memories of him and then what you guys were saying were making me mad too.
Edwin: our bad, its just like we said before.
Casey: but now I'm remembering good things
Marti: I bet a certain someone would like to hear that, maybe give him a call and tell him.
Casey: i will talk to him later
Marti: but now seems like the perfect time
Casey: but I'm hanging out with you guys
Marti: but Derek's family too.
Casey: I know but I just wanna hang out with you guys right now.
Marti: ( crosses her arms and frowns) fine!
Casey: wait! Is the dressing room safe
Lizzie: yeah. I did a quick sweep like you taught me.
Casey: I did.
Lizzie: yeah. You did
Casey: wait, are we in the mafia? ( she looks scared)
Edwin: noooo What would give you that impression ( he gets close to casey and whispers in her ear) " ssssh!
