"I still can't believe we're doing this." Alexis says as she is standing with Maurice after deciding with the others to make friends with the new comers.
"Well it's Julien's voice over ours. Just stay close though. I still don't trust that Alex." Maurice says.
"Wake up Mr. Alex. Wake up Mr. Alex. Rise and shining. Wakey-waking Mr. Alex! Wake up! Alex! You suck your thumb?" Julien asks as he wakes the new comers up.
"Where are we? What the heck is going on?" Alex asks as he and the others scream.
"Take it easy." Julien says.
"What is this?" Alex asks in alarm.
"Who built a forest?" Melman asks.
"Whoa, whoa, whoa! Don't be alarmed giant freaks! While you were asleep we simply took you to our little corner of heaven. Welcome to Madagascar." Julien says.
"Mada-who-ah?" Marty asks.
"Madagascar is our home. It's not much but it's home for us." Alexis says.
"Who are you? You look like a wolf? Never seen one up close." Marty says as Alexis smiles slightly.
"Same to you. My name is Alexis." Alexis says kindly.
"She's also my daughter." Maurice says protectively.
"Daughter?" Gloria asks.
"Adopted relationship." Alexis says.
"Oh. Whoa." Marty says as he and the others go over to a beautiful view of the sun nearby before Marty and Alex run off into the meadow playing.
"Aww. It's kinda cute seeing them play like that." Alexis says as she walks over.
"Don't you got anyone to just play with like that?" Gloria asks as she looks at Alexis who shakes her head.
"Sadly no. I'm the only wolf on the island. It is actually nice meeting others who weren't born here like me." Alexis says.
"Yeah. I guess it is." Melman says as the group watches Alex and Marty play and run around.
*Timeskip*
"You see Maurice, Alexis? Alex is now our friend and the fossas are nowhere to be seen. It could be said that my plan is working in a very good working kind of way." Julien says as everyone is partying with the new comers.
"I feel good. Feel like a king again!" Alex shouts.
"King?" Julien asks.
"Yeah! You should see his act. Come on Alex. Why don't you show him some of your act." Marty says.
"Oh. No I really don't think I could... Okay." Alex says.
*Timeskip*
"Ladies and gentlemen. Primates of all ages. The wild proudly presents The king. Alex the lion!" Marty shouts as Alex starts showing off.
"See if he is the king then where is his crown? I've got a crown. Got a very nice one. And it's here on my head. Look at it. Have I got it on?" Julien asks as he gestures to his crown.
"Do the roar man. Do the roar. Wow. I've never heard that one before. Yeah! Go wild man! Come on! Break out the wave! Aahh! Excuse me. You're biting my butt!" Marty shouts as Alex begins sounding like a real lion before he bites Marty on the rear.
"No I'm not." Alex says.
"Yes you are." Marty says before Alex lets go of him.
"Alex what did you do?" Gloria asks as she and Melman go over.
"You just bit me in the butt!" Marty shouts.
"No. I didn't. Did I?" Alex asks.
"You kind of did." Melman says.
"He just bit me on the butt. What the heck is wrong with you? Why'd you bite me?" Marty asks angrily.
"It's because he's a meat eater and to him you are his dinner." Alexis says.
"What!?" Marty asks as he, Gloria, and Melman show disbelief.
"She's right." Maurice says.
"Come, come Maurice, Alexis. What is a simple bite on the buttocks amongst friends? Here give me a nibble." Julien says as he gets closer to Alexis only for her to push him away.
"The party is over Julien. Your brilliant plan has failed." Maurice says.
"What are you talking about?" Marty asks.
"Your friend here is what we call a deluxe-model hunting and eating machine. And he eats steak... which is you." Maurice says as he gestures to the others.
"Get out of here." Gloria says in disbelief.
"Okey-dokey Maurice. I admit it. The plan failed. All is lost! We're all doomed! The fossas will come back and gobble us with their mouths because... we are all steak." Julien says.
"I'm steak! Me, me, me, me, me, me, me!" Mort shouts excitedly before Alexis places her paw on his tail to keep him from jumping around and moving.
"Mr. Alex cannot stay here. He belongs with his own kind on the fossa side of the island." Maurice says.
"By the power vested in me by the law of the jungle. Blah, blah, blah, blah... Be gone!" Julien says as he looks at Alex.
"What? Come on do I look like a steak to you?" Marty asks as he goes over to Alex.
"Yeah!" Alexis says excitedly.
"See? I told you I don't look like a... Wait, wait ...What did you say?" Marty asks.
"Oh yeah!" Alex says as he begins to act more aggressive.
"He's going savage!" Mort shouts.
"Everyone scatter! Run!" Alexis shouts as everyone scatters and runs. While running Alexis sees Marty about to get attacked before running over and tackling Alex away before growling at him only for him to growl at her.
"Don't make me hurt you Alex." Alexis says as she growls.
"Steak.." Alex says as he tries to lunge at Alexis before he gets hit in the head with a fruit.
"Nice shot dad. Thanks." Alexis says as she sees Julien and Maurice.
"No problem. Now run!" Maurice shouts before Alexis takes off running.
