You'd think that for a god of time and space, I would be better at directions, but it took me much longer than it should have to find the second door to the right, since the doors are biometric, and I had to find the fingerpad to open the door. I assume that someone, maybe Catra, took my biometrics while I was out cold, so I can access the facilities, but I am not 100% sure.

"PLEASE PLACE INDEX FINGER ON DOOR"

Okay, I put my index finger on the door.

"SMITH, NATHAN, PLANET OF ORIGIN: TERRA (EARTH), RACE: HOMINID, ACCESS LEVEL 2K ALPHA, SEX, MALE"

The door opens, and I enter a rather large facility. It reminds me a bit of Twilight's library, with the amount of manuscripts and books, however unlike Twilight, all of the books and scrolls were thrown around like ragdolls on the floor, on the tables, and over screens. There are two people other than myself in this room. One is a woman, much older than me (if I wasn't ageless from The Void, that is), by around 10 or 15 years. She had these welder's goggles on, and was working on a circuit board inside of a robot, of which I assume was weaponized. The other person in the room gave off an incredibly high power level, much higher than the other people in the Freight Zone. Maybe she is a mage?

"Ah good, a second pair of hands. One sec, little dude, I gotta scan you for clearance. Don't want any rebel scum accessing classified intel, now do we?" The woman with the goggles said, pushing a button on her goggles, which scanned my entire body, from head to toe.

"Holy shit." She says, taking the goggles off in shock. "You're a Hybrid! I haven't met one before in person. This is so cool!" The woman says with ecstatic joy.

"How do you even know that I am a Hybrid?" I ask her, unsure of the extent the technology the Horde has.

She laughs: "Well, you are emitting an energy frequency that no one else emits, it's four dimensional! You must be the time guy I heard legends about as a little girl." She says, quickly running over to find a book somewhere. "Here it is!" She says, opening a random page with her hair? Is her hair sentient? I have never seen this before? Maybe there are implants? I don't know anymore.

"Alright, I know the First Ones did some really weird stuff back in the day, like the Sword, but this is new. I don't have any data on it. The AI system I am working on will have to wait. I need to do diagnostics on you, uh, what's your name?" She says, too excited to focus on the work she needs to do. I noticed that she also has trouble with eye contact. Join the club!

"Uh, Nathan. I thought you pulled up my credentials?" I ask snidely.

"Yeah, sorry about that, Nathan. People skills aren't really my thing. Now robots, on the other hand, I can get behind. For example, I just finished working on Emily two weeks ago, who is the first robot since the First Ones era to achieve sentience, and she has lasers, and-"

"Entrapta, not now! If this boy is a Hybrid, we need to see the power he holds. He could be the key to ending the rebellion for good. Adora will have nothing on this guy." The other figure says, silencing Entrapta."

The other figure levitates over to me and looks at me carefully.

"I am Shadow Weaver, and I might have some information for you, Earth boy." She says suspiciously.

"A long time ago, I used to be part of that wretched kingdom of Bright Moon, as one of their most gifted mages. I remember coming across a scroll there about that kingdom experimenting on children in a vain attempt to subvert the power of the mighty Horde. I had no idea that these experiments took place on other planets, let alone a primitive world such as yours."

"Hey! My world isn't that primitive. We have the internet!" I reply in (vain) defense of my home planet.

"If you seek vengeance, Nathan, the people to look for are Micah and Angella, ruling sovereigns of Bright Moon. They were the idiots who came up with the idea to make Hybrids in the first place. Then, they sold the tech to other warlords, for their own nefarious purposes." Shadow Weaver says.

Selling the tech to other warlords? Tirek and Vilgax bought it?

I am getting mad, really mad, and my signature lightning blue aura envelops my body, sending my power level through the charts, and I didn't even transform.

"Good, Nathan, let the rage take over. We need a warrior to defeat those idiots in Bright Moon."

"Am I allowed to go vigilante and kill these bastards? 16 years ago, I was taken as a child and experimented and maimed on for an empress' nefarious plans on another planet. I spent an eternity in between dimensions, watching the universe progress over, and over again. It was horrible."

"Well, that is what we want, anyways. Vengeance is just extra." Entrapta says, quickly writing down all the data she could about me.

"So, what can you do, Earth boy?" Shadow Weaver asks me.

"OOH! I know. The kid can control spacetime. He emits energy in four dimensions, which essentially makes him a god, and can time travel, and rewrit-"

"Enough, Entrapta! I get it, he is a time god. Regardless, it would be unwise to give the boy a mission before consulting with Hordak himself. Finish working on your box of scraps and send him to me when you are finished!" Shadow Weaver says sternly.

"Anyways, have you ever done any work with tech before?" Entrapta asks me, handing me a blowtorch and visor.

"I know someone who has, she taught me a thing or two." I reply, thinking about Twilight. God, I miss her so much.

"Okay, good. Weld these two pieces of metal together, and then run a script on the console. We want to make sure the AI works properly. GO, GO, GO!" Entrapta says, working like lightning to finish her part of the robot.

Time to mess with some heads. I pause time, and weld the two pieces of metal on the robot's body, and program a basic self-defense script into the console. I resume the flow of time.

"Done!" I say, with a grin.

Entrapta (and Shadow Weaver) are shocked. "How is it possible to finish all that work in an instant? Is he using magic? Is he with us or against us?" Shadow Weaver thought to herself.

"Damn, Nathan, you might be good for the Horde. Can you debug?" Entrapta asks me, handing me the console.

"Time to play the game." I say to myself.

BETHESDA, MARYLAND, USA

The Department of Equestrian Affairs finally got their own permanent bureau next to the Walter Reed Medical Centre, after several years running out of Guantanamo Bay in Cuba. Everything seems to be going quite well for them, as Samantha Johnson (the unicorn Hybrid from the first war) adjusts to her new position as Secretary of Equestrian Affairs, now a full cabinet level position in the US government.

"Madam Secretary, someone is here to see you." Sweetie Belle said. Sweetie Belle is one lucky filly. Because her sister Rarity is Prime Minister of Equestria, it was quite easy for her to give her little sister an entry level job in government, helping the Americans.

"Yes, Sweetie Belle, let them in." Samantha says, using her telekinesis to make herself a cup of coffee. Sweetie Belle does as the secretary asks of her, and lets in the visitor. It was another Hybrid, evident by the scar left after shaving off the unicorn horn to fit in with other children. She was much younger than Samantha, around my age, and had a pair of headphones around her neck.

"And who might you be?" Samantha asks the young woman, who was quite nervous about meeting the secretary.

"My name is Veronica Schroeder, and I was told that you might know where my friend is. He's been missing for a long time" Veronica says.

"Holy Faust! That must be Vinyl Scratch's human counterpart. Poor thing is a Hybrid, too. Aw man." Sweetie Belle says to herself after noticing the music note tattoo on her right arm and the striking similarity between the two. When Rarity hears about this, it will not go well for anyone.

"And who might your friend be?" Samantha asks the young Hybrid in front of him.

"Uhh, Nathan Smith." Veronica says.

"Fuck, it can't be. The time guy? You, friends with him? Are you 100% sure? Queen Twilight says that the poor bastard died fighting Tirek back in '21." Samantha was thoroughly shocked.

"Yeah, we met briefly at Sweet Apple Acres. He was out drinking with his friends, and he bumped into me by mistake. I never told him that I liked him. I wanted to go on a date with the guy." She says, hoping that he could possibly be alive.

"Well, you came to the right place. We received a memo from Canterlot that Nathan is alive on some alien planet called Etheria in another galaxy. This is out of our domain, so we don't know much about it. What we do know is that Queen Twilight went on a covert operation to rescue him in the event he is compromised by enemy forces."

"Well, that is a relief. Can you let me know if he makes it back to Earth?" Veronica asks.

"Uh, Miss Schroeder, are you aware your pony counterpart is a very famous DJ in Equestria, named DJ PON-3?" Sweetie Belle says to Veronica, who appears to be quite stunned at this fact.

"Well, I have never heard of her. Sorry if that upsets you. What I do know is that if Nathan is alive, I will be very pleased." Veronica says, leaving the office, glad to hear that her secret crush is alive and well, even if he is on another planet. "Maybe he'll come back?" She says to herself, smiling.

KINGDOM OF BRIGHT MOON, ETHERIA

After flying for some 45 minutes, Adora, Swift Wind, and Twilight arrive at the castle, and are greeted by two people, one young man and one young woman.

"Adora, who the hell is this purple horse? Find an alien or something when playing hero?" The young man says, confused at the current situation. He was itching to draw his bow and arrow, just in case the being is a threat, but the young woman nodded, signaling that the alicorn was probably safe.

"Bow, cut it out, look at her, she's so regal." The young lady says, smiling at Twilight.

"Regal, indeed. I am a Queen, you know! My name is Twilight Sparkle, and I am looking for a friend of mine who was sent to your planet by a very evil person."

"A friend of yours, who would that be? Maybe we know them?" Bow says, eager to find out more information.

"Well, his name is Nathan, and he is an extremely powerful being. He made a deal with Tirek, an evil entity of darkness, to find the people who experimented on him as a child, and that person (or people) are on this planet.

"Glimmer, you think it could be the Horde who experimented on this friend of hers? I mean, they do a lot of evil things, so experimentation isn't too far off from stuff they would do." Bow asks his friend, who just shrugs. "I don't know. I mean, probably?" She replies.

"Well, from what Twilight told me as we came over here, this Nathan guy can probably kill any of us by just staring. He is probably stronger than me, even as She-Ra. We have to be very careful if we are to look for this guy, and assume that he is armed and dangerous." Adora says, dismounting Swift Wind.

"Armed, he is not. Dangerous, maybe? It depends on his mood. He is a rather cheeky guy." Twilight replies.

Adora's transformation as She-Ra times out, and the three friends walk towards the castle, where an important Rebellion meeting will be taking place in a few minutes. "Uh, I guess you are part of the Rebellion, now. I mean, if you are looking for your friend, he could be with the Horde. We aren't taking any chances." Bow says urgently, pointing where the meeting will be taking place.

"Well, looks like the Best Friend Squad had another member." Says another woman, who looks like Gimmer, but older.

"Yeah, Mom. It's a magical purple alicorn from another planet, who says that her friend Nathan is on a vengeance quest to find his experimenters." Glimmer says, as if she has all the answers already.

"Oh, no! Micah you idiot. You are going to get us both killed!" Queen Angella says to herself. "We created The Foundation as a means to an end to defeat the Horde decades ago, and we had no choice but to sell the tech to other warlords to survive. Poor child won't understand." She thinks to herself. She has to lie to the three teens in order to make this more palatable for the new alicorn guest.

"Well, there is a good chance that this Nathan fellow is in Freight Zone territory, so we are going to need to plan and execute a search and rescue operation. While we're at it, we can secure the Heart of Etheria to make sure Hordak doesn't mess with that, too. It is on the way, you know?" Queen Angella says, with a smile.

"Well, search and rescue is new for us, but we can try?" Adora says, with her two friends nodding in agreement.

"I guess these humanoids will do for now." Twilight thinks to herself.
