"Now just remember if you have any trouble with any males-" Garth then gets cut off by Alexis as the two are walking around the moonlight howl.
"I know Garth. Come find you. I'll be fine. I got a lot more of a bite than I look." Alexis says as she smiles.
"I know you do.. but that doesn't mean I won't be rip somebody's tail off if they hurt you." Garth says protectively before Alexis sees Kate with a light grey wolf.
"There's Kate. You should go talk to her." Alexis says.
"Hey Kate!" Garth says as Kate looks over.
"I'll just let you two have your time." Alexis says as she walks off.
*Timeskip*
As Alexis is sitting by a pond she is continually pestered by male alphas.
"Come on now. A good looking girl like you could use a howling partner." A wolf says as he and three others are walking close to Alexis.
"Sorry but not interested." Alexis says as she tries to get a drink of water only for one of the wolves to get in front of her causing her to back away.
"Why not? I bet you have a beautiful howl to go with those looks." A wolf says as Alexis growls in annoyance.
"I said enough. Now leave me alone." Alexis says angrily.
"I don't think so princess." Another wolf says.
"She said enough. Leave her be at once." A voice says angrily revealing to be Hutch.
"Says who?" A wolf asks annoyedly.
"Says the beta of the western pack. Shove off. Now." Hutch says sternly.
"Kill joys." The wolf says as he and the others walk off.
"I heard that." Hutch says in annoyance before going over to Alexis.
"Thank you. I always have wolves doing that. It's irritating." Alexis says as she looks at Hutch.
"I can tell. They didn't hurt you did they?" Hutch asks concernedly.
"No. Thanks to you." Alexis says kindly.
"I'm glad to have been of service. You know it's really good to see you. Haven't seen you since alpha school." Hutch says as he smiles.
"You too." Alexis says as she smiles.
"How have you been?" Hutch asks curiously.
"Well... apart from the harassment. I guess that's the price of a female without a partner. What about you? Any females catch your eye since we last spoke?" Alexis asks curiously.
"Not really.. Hey you wanna howl with me? We used to howl together a lot as pups. Wanna do it again for old times sake?" Hutch asks curiously.
"Oh no, no. I don't howl anymore.. It was just something I did as pup.." Alexis says as she looks down reluctantly.
"But you used to love howling." Hutch says confusedly.
"I know but.. I just don't think it's appropriate now since I don't have a mate and unless it's necessary." Alexis says as she pins her ears back before Garth runs over.
"Hey have you two seen Kate? We can't find her." Garth says before running off.
"What? Hutch it was very nice to catch up but I should go with my brother. I hope we can hang out again soon." Alexis says before running after Garth.
