What's up back again with more Call Of Kombat, this is the official round one fight of Tank Dempsey versus Reptile, and I guess I could add another fight and then I guess it could be the last one and maybe they could meet some new people.
Previously on Call Of Kombat...
"Ah, nostalgia it feels good to be back."
"Somethings telling me that, Richtofen knows more about what's going on than it seems."
"Okay now location set now to set the timing for the-OH SCREW IT TO HELL, JUST PRESS BUTTONS!"
"Lord Raidan! What is the matter?"
"Appearances can be deceiving."
"Our first fighter will be: Tank Dempsey!"
3rd P.O.V
As soon as Shang Tsung commenced the fight, Reptile swiftly went invisible before Dempsey's eyes.
"Whoa, now that was even more badass!" Dempsey uttered.
When that happened Dempsey slowly moved around with his fists, and wits up. While moving around he footsteps and they were right behind, acting quickly he soon dodged a kick to the back and threw a quick 5 hit combo ending with thrust kick. With that Reptile soon reappeared, and threw a wild elbow dash which connected to Dempsey's face.
"Jesus!" Dempsey said while clutching his face.
While fazed Reptile attempted the attack a second time only, for Dempsey to dodge the move and slam Reptile to ground.
Meanwhile, while the two fought the rest of Ultimis were still wondering where they were and what they just got theirselves into.
"Ugh I'm must drunk while watching Dempsey fight a green man." Nikolai said.
"Hmmm, part of you is right Nikolai although you are clearly not drunk, and yes Dempsey is fighting a green man, who happens to be...Reptilian." Richtofen stated.
"That is a great observation doctor. Even as horrible as the American is he is shown to be formidable against his inhuman opponent." Takeo said.
While the three were conversing some of the other combatants were wondering who the strange 4 men were.
Johnny Cage leaned over to Sonya and whispered to her. "Who, are these guys and where did they special effects like that?" Johnny asked.
Sonya than wondered as well "I really don't know but something is weird about them just look An American, A Russian, A Japanese, And A German and to top it all off they're dressed like WW2 Soldiers." Sonya Remarked.
Johnny couldn't believe his ears at what she had just said. Apart from them was Thunder God, Raidan, and Shaolin monk Liu Kang.
"Who...are they Lord Raidan?" Liu asked.
"I am not sure Liu Kang, but in due time we will know of who they are." Raidan said.
Back to the fight, Dempsey is seen to be getting the upper hand against the Saurian warrior but was ready to end the fight. But, all of a sudden when he was winning Reptile made a horrible hacking sound and soon spat corrosive acid towards the Marine. Acting fast Dempsey dodge the burning liquid and watched it splat on the floor behind him.
"Ah what spitting? What are we six or something?" Dempsey joked.
"Enough with your prattle Earthrealmer!" Reptile hissed.
Dempsey soon unsheathed his Marine Ka-Bar knife and went into a combat stance waiting or Reptile. And, soon Reptile dashed towards Tank and was soon slashed numerous times in the chest. With that he also gave Reptile another hard combo ending with a stab to the abdomen before slamming Reptile to the floor. Dempsey knew that Saurian was finished until Shang Tsung rose from his throne.
"Dempsey wins!" Shang Tsung announced loudly.
With that the monks watching soon cheered while Dempsey walked off the stage being congratulated by the others.
"Hey good fighting there Dempsey." Nikolai commented while patting Dempsey's shoulder.
"Yeah thanks didn't think I was gonna stand a chance against that guy, he was weird." Dempsey said.
"Ja Ja we know that Dempsey, I was waiting for him to kill you." Richtofen said whispering the last part.
But before another word was Shang Tsung announced the next fight.
"Our next fighter: Edward Richtofen !" He said loudly.
With that said Edward slowly walked onto the stage waiting for what to happen next.
"Now then who is my opponent?" The German asked.
"BARAKA!"
Soon the Tarkatan warrior beside him roared loudly before jumping down to stage landing right in front of the doctor.
Baraka soon snarled before unsheathing his arm blades cause Nikolai to go wide eyed.
"Well well what have we here, a new specimen?" Richtofen gleefully said.
"They will taste your flesh!" He said.
Richtofen soon enter stance waiting for the match to start.
"FIGHT"
Baraka charged towards Edward with his blades before he side stepped out of the way before the Tarkatan could slash him.
"Oh, yeah will have to be quicker than that." Richtofen mocked.
Baraka soon blindly slashed towards Richtofen with the doctor dodging the deadly blades with focus, before kicking Baraka hardly in the abdomen fazing him.
"You'll have to much quicker than that." Richtofen said again but in a dark tone.
Soon, again Baraka charged at Edward desiring to chop the Nazi into Little bits, but apparently the German dodged the blades with ease.
"Hold still and die with honor, earthrealmem!" Baraka ordered.
Richtofen soon began going his own way against the Outworld warrior, and was intrigued by him. But, back to the fight the German soon unsheathed a Bowie knife from it's holster and challenged the Tarkatan.
"Be careful, my dear boy, you do not wish to make the doctor angry." Richtofen said with a malice tone.
Again, Baraka who was angrier at the Germans underestimated skills, rushed towards him to end quickly and swiftly attempted a left slash at Edward, which he easily dodged, in which Baraka was getting more desperate and soonly added another slash, and yet again was dodged and met with a hard 4 punch combo ending with a brutal knee to the sternum. In the crowd of combatants, Tank, Nikolai, and Takeo, were intrigued and amazed with Edwards skills.
"Since, when did Richtofen learn to fight, and not wuss out?" Dempsey sarcastically asked.
Nikolai only shrugged his shoulders.
"I do not know, perhaps during his days he trained by someone with great skills." Takeo stated, focusing on the fight.
"Yeah, whatever you think Tak, I'm still betting that he's getting sliced by that...whatever that guy's he's fighting." Dempsey joked.
With the fight still undergoing, Baraka was on the ground in pain, getting more weaker and desperate against the German. He soon got back to his feet with his strength decreasing but refused to give in, when he tried to slash Edward again he quickly grabbed the arm and broke it with an audible cracking and many voices wincing at the sound. Baraka yelled in pain as one of his arms were broken, but it wasn't over yet, with more fight in him, but Edward was readying to end the fight.
"Oh, I think you should yield, before things get crazy." Edward attempted to make him quit while he stood over the Tarkatan.
"NEVER EARTHREALMER! IT WILL TAKE MORE THAN THAT TO MAKE ME QUIT!" Baraka angrily roared at the doctor, while rising to his feet.
Edward soon narrowed his eyes, and soon wickedly grinned, before unsheathing a Bowie knife cracking his knuckles. "Have it your way then..." he creepily said.
Acting quickly, Baraka charged forward going for a right hook, only for Richtofen to catch it, before stabbing in the abdomen, landing a punch combo, before ending it with a brutal German suplex. All, Baraka could feel now was sheer pain, the only thing heard from the fight was agonizing groaning, and painful cried, and got to his knees, Edward was soon ending it, running in a full sprint towards Baraka, he connected a brutal knee to the face sending the warrior flying across the stage landing on his face, rendering him unconscious.
When Richtofen saw this he then sheathed the Bowie and raised his arms, when the monks started cheering. Shang Tsung rose from his throne and finally instructed the German.
"Congratulations doctor, Now FINISH HIM!" He ordered.
Edward only shook his head before responding. "Nein, the abomination has had enough."
"KILL HIM!!!" Shang Tsung demanded loudly.
"I said no." Richtofen coldly said looking the sorcerer in the eyes.
"Very well then. The tournament will resume at dawn." He announced, after that the monks watching soon rose and began to depart from the courtyard. Richtofen soon steeped off of the stage to meet with the rest of the team, cleaning himself up.
"Well, then what did any of you think?" Edward asked full of pride.
Dempsey only groaned, out of not seeing Richtofen get killed. "Well I was waiting to see you get butchered, but no, I guess I stand corrected." Dempsey uttereted. Nikolai on the other hand was in between but was surprised Richtofen survived. And, finally Takeo was impressed with the Germans great performance. "You fought with great focus, and skill doctor. You have honor in you." He complimented with a respectful bow.
Before, the four could walk off they were approached by Lord Raidan and Liu Kang, being completed by both.
"You have fought well strange ones."
While, they were baffled by the god Dempsey soon replied.
"Uh, yeah thanks, surviving and staying alive is what we're good at doing."
"Yes, what he said." Nikolai added.
Liu Kang soon stepped into the conversation.
"You should take his words as gratitude, he is Lord Raidan, the protector of Earthrealm, the god of thunder, the--" Liu Kang stated, before being interrupted by Dempsey.
"Look, here kid we have no idea where or what the hell's going on here, so we might as well leave." Dempsey said. But as soon as they were about to walk away Liu steps into their way.
"Hey look we said we're leav--" Tank said before getting cut off.
"This tournament is more than just a chance for personal glory. We are fighting for the very survival of Earthrealm." Liu stated.
The crew then looked at each other in confusion, until Takeo asked the young Shaolin monk.
"What is it you're speaking of?"
Raidan soon told them of who they faced.
"Your last opponents were natives and representatives of the realm, Outworld. Had they succeeded, the emperor Shao Kahn would have came one step closer to physically absorbing our world into his." Raidan stated to the four.
"Outworld? Been to a lot of places, but never heard of it." Dempsey commented. Richtofen soon was intrigued by what they were being told.
"Tell us more."
"The Elder Gods created the Mortal Kombat tournament to give Earthrealm a chance to defend itself. But if we lose this time, Shao Kahn will conquer all."
After, the words that were spoken by the god, they were soon stunned and still slightly confused in what they had entered.
"So you're saying that we just entered a tournament where we're forced to fight more these weird Outworld whatever they are, just for Earth?" Dempsey asked trying to piece it all together.
"Earthrealm."
"Nikolai is getting bored listen to lightning mans, senseless let's just see where we really are." Nikolai suggested before they turned and walked away.
"What is it you see in them?" Liu asked.
"They are heroes Liu Kang, but just think not of theirselves." Raidan stated.

Alright finally done with Round one, and it was a real pain in the ass, but I did it for you guys out there.
