Will noticed that Nico wasn't around camp and found out he had completely left.

Nico was lost in the labyrinth and prayed to his dad to keep him alive. Will prayed to his dad that day to make sure Nico was safe.

Nico couldn't sleep when he was on the run like this.

Will sat alone in his cabin thinking of what Nico might've been doing in that moment, a light blush resting on his cheeks.

Nico wished things could go back to how it was before Bianca died, back to camp and feel accepted. Sure Will might check on him to make sure he wasn't hurt but that wasn't friendship however much he wanted it to be.

Will wished he could have made a better impression on Nico to make him stay longer.

Will had almost forgotten about Nico until Death Boy himself had come with Hades to destroy Kronos army in the battle of Manhattan.

Nico wanted to stay at camp and lots of people had tried getting him to stay, especially Will, but he didn't belong. Will was more sad than he had been the first time Nico had left because he might have gotten a small crush of the son of Hades.

Will desperately wanted to find Nico or IM him or something but he had no idea where Nico was.
I gotta figure out what am I missing
Nico tried finding a reason that Camp Half-Blood would accept him but there was nothing, he was an outcast. A little piece of him broke at the realization.

Nico came back to camp with the Athena Parthenos and saw Will again finally after so long of hiding and thinking he wasn't wanted.

Will was amazed that he had convinced Nico to stay at camp, it made him glad he could have a little impact on Nicos life.

Nico's nightmares got really bad after the events of the second war, Will found out and made sure he was there if Nico was sleeping in case he started to have bad dreams.

Nico was glad he could have the support of the blonde Apollo kid and any support at all after so many years on him own

Will and Nico finally started dating and this made both boys very happy. They took care of each other keeping the other as safe as possible in a demigod camp.
