Vinod hurriedly moved forward towards Abhijeet with the glass of water and said in much composed way in order to bring him back to the reality as : Abhijeet sambhalo yaar khud ko tum, yaad hai na humne kya wada kiya hai uss motein gadein se(in an annoyed way as) ki hum zindagi mein aage bade gein..!

Abhijeet had a soft smile after listening an annoyed words of Vinod for Daya, replied him in much composed way as: Hmm, Shukar karo Daya nahi abhi yahan per nahi toh abhi ke abhi tisra vishwa yudh ho jata abhi tumharein saath, yeh sun kar ki tumne usse mota aur toh aur gadha bhi keh diya aur woh bhi ek hi saath..!

It brings smiles on both the face remembering the most beautiful & precious relationship of there life's which they both shared with Daya..

Vinod nodded his head while said to him as: Hmm, acche se pata hai mujhe kitna chidta tha, jab koi usse mota yeh gadha keh ke pukarta tha..

And try to change the conversation as : Accha, Khair, packing ho gayien tumhari, ( Abhijeet nodded his head so he continued as) kitne bajein nikal na hai tumhein kal..?

Abhijeet replied calmly as: Subah 6 bajein ki flight hai toh 5 bajein tak nikal jao ga mein, tumharein toh chute(holiday) hai na abhi (received a positive nod from the later so continued as) Hmm, theek hai phir tum rest karna, aur zada kuch bhi sochne ki zarurat nahi hai, aur hain aapni koi bhi medicines nahi miss karna tum please, bahut mushkil se tumhara bhukar utra hai (and after seeing an irritated face with the name of medicines,so he said strictly as) theek hai Vinod Phir mein ACP sir ko kehe ke jata hu ki who tumhein aapne saath la jayein aapne ghar, waha pe Doctor sahab bhi hai, waha pe skip karke dekhna tum aapni medicines..

Vinod hurried replied in scared way after listening this as : Nahi nahi Abhijeet please yaar mein nahi miss karu ga paka, par yaar tum please ACP sir se kuch nahi keh na, nahi toh woh sach mein hi mujhe aapne saath le jayein gein aapne saath aur doctor sahab ko toh ek minute nahi lagatein injection laganein mein, har baat ke leyien woh bas injection ko hi ek matr solution samjhte hai, (and in scared kid like) aur tum toh jantein hi ho na ki mujhe bhi injection se bahut daar lagta hai, uff sui kitna chubti hai, haye, soch kar hi mujhe toh uski chuban honein lagti hai..!

Abhijeet laugh whole heartily while nodded his head disappointedly after listening an explanation for getting scared from the injections from the well famous Doctor who himself prescribes an injections to his patients while replied him back as : Accha bhae nahi batata mein kessi ko bhi , abh tum zara thodra relax ho jayo..

And after seeing Vinod taking sign of relief, he continued as: Phir tum bhi aapna pura khayal khudse rakho gein(received a positive nod from the later), Good for you then..!

After some time, they both moved to their respected rooms to relax their stiff muscles and emotions and having a sound sleep after wishing good night to each other..

Next Day

In the morning, Abhijeet bided buy to Vinod who wake up to seeing him off..

After Abhijeet left for the airport , Vinod got an urgent call from his junior who needs his assistance in the very critical case, after discussing the case in the details studying the reports, taking patients health details from his junior, Vinod suggested him the line of treatment and taking proper precautions to him, cuts the call..

He lean back on the couch where he was sitting since last one & half hour during the discussion, now tries to relaxed himself after stretching his legs & keeping them on the center table closed his eyes, he keeps sitting there for few minutes when few familiar voices started hitting his ears as..

Kya yaar Vinod tum yeha betho ho arram se aur udar Abhi meri jaan nikal raha hai kaam karwa karwa ke..

Sun na Vinod chal kahin chalte hai gumnein kuch dino ke liya, maan bahut udas ho gaya hai, wohi routine se, Boss bhi bahut thaka thaka sa lagta hai aaj kal..

Na Nahi Nahi yeh sach nahi ho sakta Vinod, keh do ki tum aur yeh doctor mere saath Mazak kar rahein ho (tears were rolling down from his eyes speedily)

Vinod kuch toh kar na yaar, tum tu doctor ho na, kuch toh karo, usse bacha lo, mein Zindagi bhar tumhari ghulami karu ga yaar, lekin usse bachalo, mein tunharein samne haath jorta hu please ..

Tu Tum mujhse wada karo ki tum aapna aur meri Boss (taking deep breaths, closing his eyes tightly to ease the pain which he was having under an oxygen mask with teary eyes while holding the hand of Vinod tightly) ka pura khayal rakho gein, wada karo Vinod mujhse please..!

With this, Vinod woke up all of sudden, breathing heavily, fully drenched in his own sweat, after few seconds of relaxing himself , looking around the room then picked up the bottom of water from the center table and drink the whole water in one go..

After few more seconds, he just calm his nerves down, eyes were filled with tears which were now making their way to his cheeks speedily while looking at the picture of his person pasted on the wall as poster opposite to the couch, folded his hands yet again in front him and started pleading for forgiveness from him for not able to safe him, for being his helplessness with this, he starting crying loudly while covering his face from his hands..

He was so busy in his self-talks that he even didn't notices two oldie people enter DUO's home after getting worried for him because he was not receiving the calls from almost past 2 hours which makes them worried for his wellbeing so they have to come there to check on him..

But to their surprise , the scene which they both witness in front of there eyes, that tore their hearts into an uncountable pieces , after mustering enough courage and compose themselves, ACP sir & Salunkhe sir giving an encouraging nods to each other and moved forward to console an injured heart and soul very badly..!

ACP sir initiated after wiping his tears as : Tum yahan betho ho Vinod, aur humein laga ki pata nahi kya hoga hai tumhein ki tum aapna phone hi nahi utha rahein ho, hum sab ne kitna phone kiya tumhein aur toh aur Abhijeet ne bhi kitna try kiya, ( he looked at them with shocked eyes then to his phone having 25 miss calls, 20 from Abhijeet and 5 from Oldie DUO) bichara woh kitna bhi pareshan ho gaya tha tumharein liyein beta..!

Salunkhe sir also come forwards after looking at him still not in his senses properly, wipes his tears from his cheeks and embraced him in arms to bring him in reality as well as making comfortable with their sudden appears in the home politely in an encouraging way as: Nahi beta, issme mein tumhara koi dosh nahi tha Vinod, tumne toh aapni puri koshish ki thi usse theek karne ki lekin shayad (with a deep sad sign as) hum sab ka saath itna hi tha uske saath..!

Uske jaane mein tumahara koi dosh nahi tha bacche (and in little authoritative way after getting apart from the hug as) aur kitni baar samjhaya hai humne tumhein ki tumne aapna "The Best" kiya tha Vinod Daya ke liyein..!

ACP sir seconded him too & moves towards Vinod as: Bilkul theek keh raha hai Salunkhe Vinod, aur wesay bhi isne zindagi mein pehle baar koi samajh dari ki baat ki hai itne saalo mein..

And to lighten the sogginess of the room Salunkhe sir looked at ACP sir shockingly replied him as: Hain, (and realized what does it means so continued as) Kya, matlab kya hai Praydhuman tumhara hain ki meine aaj tak tumse koi acchi baat hi nahi kiya aur toh aur, yeh joh cases tum aur tumhari team solve karti hai meri banayi hui reports ke bases pe uska kya..?

And they continued with their nok jhok which makes Vinod laugh after a long time, after seeing him laughing whole heartily ACP sir & Salunkhe sir also smiled while shake their hands secretly..

Vinod moved forwards towards them in order to patch them up as: Bas ki jeyien sir aap dono, mein saamjhe gaya, please aap log aap pas mein larai nahi karein..

Aur batyein kya lao aapke liyein chai , coffee yeh Doctor sahab ka favorite Aam Pana..?

And after listening Aam pana, Doctor sahab immediately said as : Hain hain Aam pana le aao tum Vinod aur saath mein kuch namakeein bhi mil jayein khane ko toh maza aa jein ga..!

(to which Vinod politely nodded his head & moved towards the kitchen)

After he left, they both hugged each other to console themselves while their eyes were shading uncountable tears which were absorbed by their shirt and cot respectively..
