Ten minutes after the guests processed the fact that they almost died, everyone got back to socialising.
"I can't believe this just happened!" said Red.
"You know," said Mouse, "I bet it was those men. What's so inportant in the corridor that they just randomly had to leave to go there?"
"You're right. " said Clancy. "I'm just sorry that the one important night of your life was ruined, Del."
Del smiled. "It's fine, I mean better things happened, like my dad being able to come see his family members." she said, then turned to everyone else. "Hey, can i just say something?" she yelled. "Despite the whole 'torpedo thing', I'm really appreciative of this whole party that you guys went out of your way to throw for me. Yesterday, I was a child, doing childish things."
"Oh, I'm really gonna kill Peter." hissed Bianca. Cesar pushed her back.
Del continued. "But now I'm growing older, which means I have new responsibilities and I know that I'm not the most responsible person, but I'm still learning. And Mom, I know I don't say this enough but I appreciate you and I do love you."
Everyone watched as tears poured out of Bianca's eyes.
"And Papi, I'm still trying to forgive you, but I'm glad you came here."
Cesar smiled.
As soon as she had finished her speech, everyone went to socialise again.
"So, Cesar?" said Bianca. "Tell me, how did you really get back to the US from Nicaragua?"
"Ask Red's mom." he said. "Also I haven't seen you cry in ages."
"You haven't seen Twinford in ages."

"I'm so glad you guys are safe." said Shelby. And she meant it. Despite all of the horrible things she had done, she was glad she made new friends; but that's why along with Ruby, Hitch and LB she was planning to kill them too.
