Two weeks later,

This morning Olivia made sure that she works a little early than she normally wakes up.

Olivia entered the team room early in the morning. There was no one there; it's like a ghost town. Then she walked over to the locker.

Olivia made her way to Amanda's locker and then entered the blonde woman's combination.

Olivia didn't have to search much to find what she was looking for, a singular toothbrush that looked almost untouched. She picked up the small brush with a bag of evidence, being careful not to contaminate her DNA.

Benson took a quick look around before putting the bag of evidence back into her coat jacket and quietly shut the locker door.

As she turned around, she came face to face with Amanda's eldest daughter, Aniyah.

"What are you doing?" Aniyah asks

"Nothing, what are you doing here so early

"I left something here at my mom's desk that I need. No, my mom is not here and what are you doing in my mom's locker?" Aniyah asked again.

"Interesting. So is your mother here with you? Olivia asked.

"No." Aniyah says,

"So, what's behind your back? "Aniyah asks

"Nothing, don't you have something to get." Olivia said, hoping that Aniyah would drop the topic.

"Whatever" Aniyah was as she rolled her eyes and went to her mother's desk and took everything she needed. Then walked out of the squad room.

Benson sighed before putting the evidence bag back in her coat jacket and quietly shut the locker door. And then left.

A few minutes later, she arrived at Melinda Warner's office.

"Olivia? What am I able to do for you today?" Melinda asked when she saw Olivia walk into her office.

Olivia pulled out two evidence bags. One held Amanda's toothbrush, the other her own.

"I need a maternity test run on these," she finished as she placed the things before Melinda.

"A maternity test?" Melinda questioned.

"Yep, if for private reasons." Olivia asked.

Melinda looked at Olivia for a moment before she spoke

"I'll have the results back to you as soon as possible."

"Thanks." Olivia said as she went out the door.

"No problem." Melinda said.

Later that day,

Benson Household

Olivia was making dinner when there was a knock on her front door.

It did not surprise her to see Aniyah standing on the opposite side of the door. She was here to practice her and Noah's dance routine.

"Well, hello Nyah. Come on in." Olivia said.

"Hi, is Noah here?" Aniyah asked.

"Yeah, he's in his room." Olivia said.

"OK, thanks." Aniyah said as she approached Noah's bedroom door.

One hour later,

Aniyah stayed for dinner.

While Noah and Aniyah ate at the dinner table, Olivia was in the kitchen. When she overheard Noah and Aniyah conversing.

"Nyah, do you know where your father is?" Noah asked

"I don't know where he is." Aniyah said.

"Have you talked to him?" Noah asked.

"Nope, my mom said I can't and I don't really want to talk to him, anyway." Aniyah said.

"Why is he mad like my father?" Noah asked.

"Well, kind of." Anyiah said

"Oh. So when was the last time you saw him?" Noah asked.

"I was five when I last saw him. He was in the military, so I really didn't see him that often." Aniyah said.

"Wow." Noah said

"I know right." Aniyah said as Olivia entered the dining room.

"What are you two talking about?" Olivia asked

"My father." Aniyah asked.

"Interesting." Oliva said as she sat down at the talk.

30 minutes later,

After eating, Aniyah got ready to go home. One of her friends picked her up.

The next day,

Olivia was sitting in her office doing some paperwork when her phone started ringing.

She look at the screen "Melinda" because she answered her phone.

"Melinda, do you have the results?" Olivia asked.

"Yes, it is positive for maternal matches." Melinda said.

Olivia froze at this revelation.

"Thank you, Melinda." Olivia said

"No problem, Olivia". Melinda said before hanging up.

"I can't believe it." She said in her trembling voice.

"My daughter works for me"

Amanda Rollins was her daughter. Olivia started crying. Her little girl stood right in front of her for years. She couldn't believe she had a second chance with her daughter. The next step was to tell Amanda about it and she did not know how it would turn out. Can Amanda forgive her?
