Chapter Three – Bayley's Way

BayRock Beach House, West Sea Level Drive, Malibu, CA
Beth Hardy, Finn Balor, Kenny Omega and Kendrick Alexander walked over the white gold sand of Malibu beach, holding each other's hands as two couples making their way to Bayley's new place. The Rock had bought the high-end beach house during his honeymoon in Aruba. It was the closest thing to living in paradise and it cost him a small fortune, as was evident by the four of them as they looked up at the incredible new home. It was like the Rock had bought Bayley a piece of Heaven, it was the most beautiful real estate they had ever seen.
The Rock was doing movie stuff in Hollywood with John Cena which meant that Bayley was all alone in her gorgeous new place. As Beth Hardy, Finn Balor, and the Two Kenny's walked around the opulent premise, it occurred to each of them just how in love the Rock really was. He had never bought real estate for any of his other lovers, it seemed like Bayley had occupied a place in the Rock's heart that no other woman had been able to find.
To Beth Hardy it was a total sham; she knew who Bayley really loved and it wasn't the Rock but it didn't seem to bother the People's Champ that he would always win silver when it came to Seth Rollins. Sasha's other half would always be gold to Bayley and now she had, through the assistance of her best friend and an enchanted necklace, managed to fulfil her one desire and had been with Seth Rollins in bed.
"It was awesome," Bayley told Beth, Finn and the Two Kenny's. "It was like having sex in a flower bed. It was soft, vibrant and very, very beautiful to look up at,"
"Wow!" Beth Hardy said and Finn Balor and Kenny Omega shook their heads cynically.
"That's what girls always say when it's their first time," Balor said.
"It's a shame you only had that one shot with him. Sex gets better the more you do it but you'll never know that because Seth is not available for more bed play," Omega said.
Bayley nodded sadly in agreement with Omega, "It was a one shot that I will never forget Kenny. I don't know what would have happened between us if we had been a real couple but I will never forget my first time with Seth Rollins. It was stupid good," she said and she got up and walked towards the huge bay window in the living room. "So good in fact, that I don't think any man will ever be able to live up to it," she confessed and her guests looked at her seriously.
"What are you saying?" Finn asked Bayley. "Are you saying you want to hook up with Seth again?"
"No," Beth Hardy yelled out, "that's not fair, he's married Bayley, you shouldn't have even slept with him to begin with. Just accept your one time with him and be done with it. You totally violated his personal space by using that necklace to trick him into thinking he was making love to his wife. I can't believe God hasn't-"
"-God hasn't what?" Bayley snapped at Beth Hardy and Stephanie's daughter fell silent at Bayley's angry face. "Don't forget who's side you're on Beth Hardy. We're on the same side, all of us are working together to make sure your mother gets back everything that the DX family stole from her. It would behove you to keep your mouth shut about me and Seth Rollins,"
Beth Hardy shook her head and spoke in a softer tone, "You're married to the Rock now, look at this place!" Beth said gesturing to the beautiful Malibu beach house, "Rocky bought this house for you, he is so in love with you and you sit here talking about the best sex of your life was with your best friend's husband?!"
"I can't control the timeline of events," Bayley said with a deceitful smirk that unnerved Finn Falor, who was usually the coolest dude in the room, "you think I would have thought in my wildest dreams that I would be married to the People's Champ?! I didn't ask him to fall in love with me, okay? I have been in love with Seth Rollins since I was in NXT. It's not my fault that those feelings haven't gone away. Sasha understands that, that's why she agreed to the exchange, she's my best friend Beth Hardy and she understands me in a way you never will. I just hope, when you fall in love, the man you fall in love with, will love you back," Bayley said and Beth Hardy picked up on sincerity in her voice.
"So, it was that good huh?" she said with a naughty smirk and Bayley smiled at Beth's change in tone.
"Sister let me tell you, I have been waiting to sleep with Seth Rollins for years and it was so worth the wait. So, when it's your turn to do the deed with the man you love, don't rush it Beth Hardy. Wait as long as you can because in the end, I promise you, it'll be worth the wait," Bayley said and Finn looked at Bayley's face as she spoke to Beth.
It was as clear as day to the former NXT Champion that she was in love with Seth Rollins and he wondered if the Rock had any idea of how much of a fool he was starting to look for marrying Bayley.
Kenny Omega looked at his girlfriend coyly, "Sex, it's the only thing you creatures care about, isn't that right Kenny?" he said to Kendrick Alexander as she scrolled through the latest photos from Stephanie McMahon.
"Well yeah, sex and real estate," Kendrick Alexander said looking at the photos of the new Sandbox that Jeff Hardy was designing once the DX family had been kicked out of it.
"So did Stephanie get a good lawyer for Hayworth?" Bayley asked Kendrick.
"Oh yeah, according to the law, Hayworth's got a legal right to the Sandbox and the WWE. Stephanie is going to make history again by getting both the Sandbox and the WWE assets back in the McMahon family name, with Hunter as the fall guy," Kendrick said and Bayley shook her head surprised.
"That poor kid. I can't believe Hunter gave Hayworth's share of the DX family fortune to Seth and Sasha. If I were Hayworth, I would be mad too. The dude just got married and I'm sure he was counting on this inheritance to secure equity for his own family. Looks like Stephanie's gonna have no problem getting what she wants. It's not like Seth and Sasha even need the Sandbox, they've got that uber cool palace in Saudi Arabia," Bayley said. "Hayworth was totally screwed,"
"Just like you were by two different men in Aruba," Finn Balor said and he shared a laugh with the Two Kenny's at Bayley's week of immorality. "I mean, how many people can say that they slept with the Rock and Seth Rollins in the same period of time? Not many, you're in rare form Bayley,"
Kenny Omega looked Bayley up and down, noticing the beaming glow in her normally hardened cheeks, "And something tells me that the fun is not over," he said. "You are gonna hook up with Seth again, right?"
"It's complicated," Bayley said with a small shrug, "I kinda told Sasha it would be a one and done. I don't think she's gonna let me have another shot at her hot as F husband. Plus, Seth's still mad at me, I have to be careful. When it comes to me and Seth, things have to be done very, very darkly. I work well in the dark," she said with an evil smile.
Beth Hardy shuddered as Bayley talked; she gave Beth the creeps, especially with how loosely she was talking about Seth. Bayley was a great ally but she was a terrible human being. A terrible human being that's slept with Seth Rollins Beth Hardy thought silently and she wrung her hands in anxiety, wrestling with her need to speak to Sasha's husband and tell him to be on his guard. The thing with Bayley was not over and Seth had to be warned. She wanted to message Seth and the God girls but a part of her wanted to know how Bayley felt. Somehow, Bayley had found a loophole by committing a moral sin and going unpunished. It was enviable. Why should Bayley get to have all the fun? Beth thought to herself and her thoughts were suddenly taken over by a desire to know Seth Rollins in a whole new way. Bayley, Finn and the Two Kenny's always made fun of her because she was a 19-year-old virgin. Maybe if she acted more like Bayley, then Bayley wouldn't treat her like such a little dork. One thing she had inherited from her mother Stephanie McMahon, was the need to be taken seriously and to put less powerful people in their place. Beth wanted to put Bayley in her place and there was only one way she knew how to do that and it involved a sapphire blue necklace.
