BettyWhen FP finally made it to the scene Betty was abosolutely exhausted from crying. She had at one point called Archie and Veronica to tell them Jughead was missing. She barely remembered what they said all she could think about was Jughead and how hurt he must be. Somewhere in the blurr she heard FP say the driver hit him from the left side. Which sent both Jughead and the bike flying the opposite direction. No one had bothered to clean up the food littering the ground. The food she had sent him to get, that he never got to eat. Going home with FP was a blurr. Her mom reassurring her was a blurr. Climbing into bed was a blurr. Once she was in bed though she couldn't stop herself from thinking of the worst possible scenarios and wondering which one might come true. Betty didn't sleep at all she stayed up staring at the ceiling. When dawn broke she got up and got dressed. She went down the stairs as quietly as she could hoping to wake no one. She grabbed her jacket and went outside. She walked back down to where the accident happened. She sat where the CSU people told her Jug had landed. The puddle of blood was sitting now dried at her feet. As the sun rose in the sky she began to get texts feeling the notification vibration from her pocket. She didn't dare look at who might have texted their sympathy or whether V had texted her. She just wanted to be alone and think about how she was going to get Jughead back. How to solve his case even though she was so close to it. After awhile of thinking she started looking around for any clues to where Jughead could have been taken. She walks over to where she had found his phone and frowns. Judging from the voicemail and the accident scene this spot is where the man pulled a gun on him. He had called her twice probably knowing he was in trouble. She hadn't even noticed him calling and now he was gone. It was all her fault. She sent him out. She missed his call. Tears streamed down her face again as she keeps searching for anything. As she gets to where the bike was she notices a piece of metal about the size of her hand. How had CSU missed it? She asked herself as she grabbed it with her jacket and turned it over. It was part of a license plate. It probably broke off when the car collided with Jugheads bike. It showed the state and three good digits and a partial fourth. It read ASU and what looked to be a E or B. Maybe an F or R. She couldn't tell with how damaged the edge was. Betty decided she would head back home for the day and get FP the license plate. She knew he wanted to find his son just as much as she did. As soon as she got on Elm street Veronica and Archie appeared in her periphrial vision. She looked up to see them walking quickly towards her. "Betty hey how are you doing?"

"I miss Jughead Arch. We gotta find him."

" Agreed." Archie says without hesitation and Veronica nods in agreement. They all headed back to the Coopers/Jones residence to begin working. They all knew that Jughead was going to come home.
