ATM: The Bonehead and the Brain – Seth and the God Girls Strike Back!
Seth and the God girls grow closer while Sasha spends more time with Roman and his family. Hunter deals with the fallout of losing his family's trust and Stephanie and Bayley release the Black Heart Diaries and reveal more than the wrestling world expected.
Chapter Seven – Monster-in-Law
The DX Family Room, The Sandbox
Hunter curled up next to Chyna who was sitting next to Lita and Shawn in the DX family room. The leaders of the DX family surveyed their children, family friends and peers. Hunter smiled at Sasha and Seth who seemed to be on a make out schedule with each other, as they hadn't left each other's mouths since returning to the family room. While Shawn eventually threw a shoe at them and reminded them both that there were children in the room, Hunter promptly responded by throwing a table at Shawn and reminded him that he was also in the room.
"Okay we'll stop," Seth said as Lita rubbed Shawn's now throbbing shoulder after having a table thrown at him. "Can we please not throw anymore expense antique furniture around? Sasha and I would like to have some furniture left when ya'll eventually move out of here,"
"You can keep making out Seth it's fine," Hunter said but Seth and Sasha decided it would be better to keep Shawn injury free then enjoy kissing each other on repeat.
"No that's okay, you good Shawn?" Seth asked HBK who nodded as Lita caressed his head until he felt better.
"I'm good Seth, not as good as you and Sasha of course but we'll schedule in some make out time of our own after the meeting, won't we Big Red?" Shawn said to Lita while Aurora Helmsley gagged at the amorous DX patriarchs.
"Ew, gross," she said turning her nose up at Shawn and Lita, "can we please get back to the subject at hand? What are we going to do about Hayworth and the shenanigans over his DX inheritance?"
"Mac has some news about that, why don't you go ahead and tell them what you told us Mac?" Seth said to Charlene MacKenzie who was happy to be in the company of the DX family, except for Hunter. She was also glad that Seth and Sasha were making out and Becky Lynch was now smiling at them instead of snarling. The Man seemed to be in a much better mood and that was good for everybody.
"First of all, I just wanna say that I'm so happy for Seth and Sasha and they deserve to have this place as-well as WWE as assets for their family," MacKenzie said smiling at Seth and Sasha who smiled right back.
"Thanks Mac, we love you too," Seth said and Sasha nodded while Abiyah played around with Faith Star in his blue-grey onesie. The sight of little Faith Star looking after Abiyah gave Mac hope for how she wanted her family would be supported when HayMac had their first child some-time soon. Hope was her breakfast, lunch and dinner these days and seeing Faith Star and the Rollins family filled her up with it.
"This isn't about Seth not deserving to receive the DX family assets that you've bequeathed to him because if anyone deserves to have it other than my husband, it's Seth. Seth's a great person and he has every right to receive what you've decided to give him. The problem is Hunter, is that Hayworth feels that the decision you made was personal. When I spoke to my Dad, he reminded me that you and Hayworth have never really gotten along. This decision has shown how right my father is, because I don't think Hayworth has ever hated you more," Mac told Hunter and the Game shrugged casually.
"He'll get over you – I'm sorry, I mean to say, he'll get over it," Hunter said and Mac frowned at him and the dig he just made at her in front of everyone.
"Just ignore him and keep talking," Seth encouraged Mac and the Pastor's daughter did just that, blowing past Hunter's comment and flicking her long black hair to her other shoulder confidently.
"Those DX studs look so good on you," Aurora Helmsley said smiling at Mac and the other DX family members nodded. "Don't listen to my Dad, you totally belong in this family Mac. Hay's crazy about you and so are we,"
"Thanks Ro-Ro," Mac said smiling at Aurora and the rest of the DX family applauded her.
"Yeah, I mean you're hot, you absolutely deserve to sleep with my son every single night. What you don't deserve, is this family's assets and I have done exactly what needed to be done to protect this family from you and your bad intentions towards it," Hunter said and the DX family looked at him like he was crazy.
"Daddy what are you talking about?" Aurora asked her father annoyed.
"Yeah Daddy, where is all this animosity towards Mac coming from?" LC asked her Dad.
"Are you all suffering from an hysterically long bout of amnesia? Mac was with Seth before she was with Hayworth. She went from one hot guy, who had considerably less money and power than my son, then she dumped him and started dating my son, that's not a coincidence. Tell me why you have all decided to ignore the fact that MacKenzie is a text book gold digger?!" Hunter exclaimed.
"Daddy, we've known Mac for years, she had a degree in Marketing and she only stopped dating Seth because he was in love with the Boss," Carla McCool said.
"Yeah and the only reason she started dating Hayworth was because I told her to," Seth said.
"And why did you do that Seth, because God told you to?" Hunter asked Seth sarcastically.
"I guess the Lord led me to pair them up but mostly, it was because I wanted Hayworth's first sexual experience to be perfect and I knew that it would be with Mac. I knew what kind of woman he needed and when you're young and inexperienced, sometimes you need help in finding the right partner," Seth said. "He wasn't getting anywhere on his own, he ended up dating that nutty Professor Kendrick Alexander and we all know how well that turned out. Mac has a great background, she comes from a good Christian household. Plus she's not shy about letting every single man walking this planet know that she's out of their league. I think they make a great couple,"
"Thanks Seth," Mac said and Hunter rolled his eyes.
"Well I don't Seth and you're stupid because you always fall for women who are out of your league," he said and Seth balked.
"What is that supposed to mean?" he asked offended.
Seth, wake up; everyone knows you only dated Sasha because Roman allowed you to. You would never have the guts to ask a woman like Sasha out on your own; she's way out of your league," Hunter said and Sasha suddenly felt uncomfortable.
"That's ancient history Hunter, move on," she said.
"Fine Boss I will, I'd do anything for you and you know why? Because we're in the same league," Hunter replied and he addressed everyone else in the room ignoring Shawn, who was about to throw a chair at him for insulting Seth Rollins in front of his wife. "I think you all need to have your eyes examined, Mac is a walking alimony payment waiting to happen and I wanted my son to wait. Why did you have to stick your stupid nose in Seth?" Hunter admonished the former WWE Champion who was evaluating his hotness level in response to Hunter's mean comments about his looks.
"Because your son needed my help, if you had spent more time with him instead of trying to get the WWE back, you would have seen that for yourself. He was this close to sleeping with Alexa Bliss," Seth said and everyone gasped and looked at Alexa who smiled.
"I was on the rebound and I wasn't a Christian yet, relax guys, it worked out in the end. I agree with Seth, HayMac rules," Alexa said.
"I disagree, you should have slept with my son, you're certainly hot enough, unlike some people I know," Hunter said looking at Seth.
"Hunter," Shawn admonished his best friend.
"It would have saved me a lot of trouble, now I have to save him from a Mac Attack and trust me, those are hard to recover from. Don't you remember how long it took for you to get over her Seth, you league-jumping Jesus freak?" Hunter said and Mac sighed with frustration.
"Hunter get off my case, this isn't about me, this is about your relationship with Hayworth and its rapid deterioration. Your son is so mad at you right now, he's working with Stephanie McMahon and the Damsels of Destruction and they are going to sue you for stealing the WWE and the Sandbox from the McMahon family. If Stephanie wins the case, you not only lose the assets from the DX family, Hayworth wants to take over as Chairman of the WWE," Mac said. "He wants to fire Seth and the God girls. You have got to make things right for him or a lot of people are going to lose their jobs, mainly the people in this room right now,"
"My son wants to get into the wrestling business?" Hunter said with a smile and Seth and Sasha looked at him like he was crazy.
"Did you not just hear what Mac said? He wants to fire us Hunter, we could lose our jobs, that's not a good thing," Seth said.
"No but Hayworth wanting to take over the family business is a good thing Seth. If I could convince him to see things from my perspective, maybe I could get him to forgive me and I could teach him the business myself!" Hunter said.
"He's not going to dump me Hunter, so you need to come up with a new plan if you think I'm leaving my husband anytime soon," Mac said.
"Mac I wanted my son to experience life before he got married, I wanted him to sleep around and have sex with as many beautiful women as he could before he "fell in love" and now, you've ruined that. You are not going to get off that easy sister, you have ruined my dream of having my son follow in my Degenerated footsteps. Now my son is a sweet Christian sap instead of a Helmsley stud muffin like his old man, for that MacKenzie, I shall never forgive you," Hunter said and Mac frowned at Hunter.
"He could do a lot worse Hunter," Mac said confidently.
"He could also do a lot better. I hate you and I wish Seth would have warned me before he decided to introduce you to my firstborn son. Now I can't influence him in anyway, you ruined my opportunity to bond with him!" Hunter said and Seth looked at Shawn.
"Is he serious?" he asked Shawn who had tuned Hunter out ten minutes ago.
"Yes he is, he's a Bonehead. I've learned to accept it Seth and you have to too," Shawn replied.
"Well you better smarten up Hunter because this lawsuit is real and its happening soon. I talked to Hayworth about Mac, trust me, he has no complaints. I was right and you were wrong, they are perfect for each other, just like us," Seth said hugging Sasha and the Boss went to kiss him but thought better of it when Shawn covered his head in-case Hunter threw another piece of furniture at him.
"Oh shut up Seth, you've got Hayworth's assets, you're married to the Boss, your kid has a super power, you don't need to say another word. I on the other hand have much more to say, just not to anyone in this room. I need to talk to my son. Mac, let's go," Hunter said to the new Mrs Helmsley.
"Where are we going?" MacKenzie asked Hunter getting to her feet.
"To Manhattan to see Hayworth. If your husband wants to run the WWE, I want to let him know that's fine with me. What he can't do is sell this family down the river by filing that lawsuit against us. If you stand with me, he'll back down. So, let's go," Hunter said heading towards the door.
"Wait, so, you support us? You accept me as the new Mrs Helmsley?" Mac asked Hunter hopefully.
"Let's not ruin the moment with a lot of detail Mac. At the end of the day, you're hot and that's really all that matters," Hunter said and he looked at Seth and gave him a pitiful look, "I know that's hard for you to hear Seth, but it's true, you league jumping bastard. At least my son is in the right lane, when Sasha decided to date you, you were like the dumpster behnd Wendy's. Shawn was the same and then he found God. I guess it would take God Himself for you league jumpers to come into the League of Helmsley, right Mac?" Hunter asked his son's wife who shook her head.
"I think Seth's way hotter than you," Mac replied and Hunter scowled at her while Seth blushed.
"Thanks Mac," he said with a sweet smile and Hunter was not impressed by Mac's endorsement of Seth's obvious good looks.
"You're riding in the back of the DX Machine on the way to the airport," Hunter said to Mac.
"No, I'll be riding shotgun, that's the only place a Helmsley belongs, in the front seat, next to her kind-of-hot-but-not-really-hot father-in-law," Mac replied and everyone laughed at Hunter while Mac beamed over the fact that she was starting to make some headway with her very stubborn Bonehead of a father-in-law. Maybe there was hope for the new Mrs Helmsley and the Brain after all.
