Seth and the God girls grow closer while Sasha spends more time with Roman and his family. Hunter deals with the fallout of losing his family's trust and Stephanie and Bayley release the Black Heart Diaries and reveal more than the wrestling world expected.
Chapter Seventeen – Man at Arms
The Black Heart Studio
When Seth arrived in Hollywood for the Jimmy Choo commercial shoot with Bayley and Beth Hardy, his face was crumpled up into a million pieces and his chest felt like it was on fire. As he entered the studio the minute Stephanie saw him, she told the reps from Jimmy Choo to give them five minutes before starting. Hopefully that would give Stephanie enough time to diffuse the bomb that was about to go off in the small Hollywood studio right now.
Stephanie ran up to Seth and stopped him from walking any further, "Seth, listen to me. Whatever happened I don't care, you are not going to ruin this publicity shoot for Bayley. I need you to get yourself together and focus!" Stephanie said.
"Get your hands off of me," Seth said but Stephanie would do no such thing as she didn't want the Jimmy Choo reps to see Seth until he had calmed down, she was afraid they might walk out on the deal and the whole arrangement would go up in smoke.
"Come sit down, I'll get you some coffee," Stephanie said and she ushered Seth to the couch by the side of the studio and motioned for the Rock to come and sit next to him after she handed Seth a cup of pretty cold coffee. "Drink this and calm down," she said to him firmly and he took the cup and threw it behind him much to Stephanie's annoyance. "Don't let him get up until he's calm." she said to the Rock and the People's Champ nodded while Stephanie went to talk to the Jimmy Choo reps who were deciding on the shoes for Bayley and Beth Hardy to wear for the shoot.
"What's wrong?" Rocky asked Seth who had his head down and his hand over the bridge of his nose clearly distressed about something, "Seth please talk to me, you can't be part of this shoot looking like this. What the Hell happened to you?"
Seth slapped his leg annoyed with himself and as he looked up at the big bold lights of the studio set, huge tears rolled down his face and the weight of what he had found out fell on him all over again. "I should have listened to her," he said his voice cracking under the pain of what he now knew.
"Who, who should you have listened to?" Rocky asked him as Seth collapsed into his chest with tears.
"My wife!" Seth yelled. "Sasha was telling the Truth the whole time and I kept on telling her to be quiet. She told me that Becky couldn't be trusted and today I found out for myself that she was right all along,"
Rocky went to put his arm around Seth but the Prayer Warrior pulled back, "Don't touch me!" Seth said firmly. "I am in no mood to be touched right now,"
"Okay," Rocky said backing off, "Just tell me what your wife was right about, what did Becky do that's got you so upset five minutes before your supposed to film one of the most important commercials in Bayley's life,"
Seth's face suddenly softened and the tears started to dry up as his thoughts seemed to change direction. "Bayley," he said and he got up off the couch but the Rock remembered what Stephanie said and he stopped Seth from leaving the area. "Get away from me," Seth protested.
"No, not until you've calmed down and told me what's going on!" Rocky said defiantly and Seth grabbed the side of his head and screamed out loud.
"BAYLEY!" he cried taking Rocky by complete surprise, "BAYLEY!" Seth cried out again and the sound of very expensive never seen before Jimmy Choo shoes tinkled rapidly across the hard floor of the Black Heart Studios towards Seth like a light beam.
"Seth, oh my God, what's the matter, did Rocky hurt you?" Bayley said grabbing Seth by the shoulders.
"I didn't touch him," Rocky said defensively. "Apparently Becky Lynch did something and he won't tell me what,"
"Becky did something to you?" Bayley said and she cupped Seth's emotionally distraught face in her hands lovingly, "I'll kill her, where's she at? I'll rip her Irish heart out and feed it to Finn Balor's family for breakfast. What did she do to you?!"
Bayley meant every word and Rocky gathered more evidence that his wife's love for Seth Rollins was as real as it had ever been, though given how upset he was, Rocky wasn't so sure Seth even realised it.
"Sasha played me the recording from Abiyah's baby monitor the night before the party at the Sandbox where we celebrated Bianca and Sasha's pregnancies. Becky was in our bedroom, I don't know why she was in there but when she was in there, she said a wicked prayer against Sasha," Seth said and Bayley shrugged.
"Who hasn't? I say wicked prayers against the Boss all the time, it's kind of a routine thing.
Is that what's got you so upset, that Becky said something evil about Sasha?" Bayley asked confused.
"No, it was what happened the night of the party," Seth said getting really worked up and Bayley rested her hands against his face and stroked his hair affectionately while the Rock watched their interaction soberly trying not to interfere in clearly what was a special moment between Seth and his wife.
Some of the Jimmy Choo people noticed the interaction too and started to film Bayley and Seth, even though Seth was in no condition to be on camera. Still, they recorded them, getting Bayley's feet in the shot so the world could see her beautiful Jimmy Choo shoes.
"Becky went back into our bedroom and the baby monitor was on and she said "I can't wait to sleep with Seth Rollins tonight,"" Seth said and Bayley removed her hands from Seth's face and took a step back.
"Becky slept with you?" she said her face now pale like a ghost. "but the demon was only supposed to let me sleep with you, that was the deal! How did Becky get into the equation?"
"Because, she had the necklace on, telling my wife that she was keeping it safe for her, but she used it the same way you did to sleep with me. She made up this whole story about how the exchange got messed up because Beth Hardy wanted to sleep with me too and she couldn't block it. But that wasn't the Truth, she asked the demon to make the exchange happen. Becky slept with me on purpose to get revenge on Sasha for embarrassing her in front of the DX family. She used me, she betrayed me and I went against my wife's own judgement and defended her only to find out that she was lying the whole time. At least you were honest about wanting to sleep with me Bayley. Becky lied to my face!" Seth said but Bayley remained silent. "Aren't you mad? Why aren't you saying anything?" Seth asked Bayley who was just looking down at her shoes.
"It's pure genius," Bayley finally said and Seth shook his head at her.
"What?" he asked bemused. "Are you happy about this?!"
"No Seth, what I'm saying, is that I couldn't think of a better way for you to finally see the light. How long have I been telling you that you're too good? Now you surround yourself with these so-called women of God, only to find out that the one you trusted the most to help you get rid of me, turned out to be the wickedest one out of them all. Of course Becky wished to sleep with you, she knew that would be the only way, to finally get back at Sasha for being your wife," Bayley said and Seth held his head unable to process what Bayley was saying.
"Are you saying that Becky wants to be my wife?" he asked Bayley.
"Of course not, she just didn't want you to marry Sasha! You don't really think Becky would go to these lengths to be with you? No, she did this to get at the Boss and frankly, she did a good job. Now you know she's not saved, she's not Born-Again, she's a dirty, rotten liar, just like she always was and she can't be trusted, let alone one of your precious God girls. Wake up and smell the coffee Seth. Becky Lynch is not your friend, the Man has no friends and now you know the reason why," Bayley said and Seth shook his head.
"I can't believe I'm actually listening to you of all people but your right, Becky hasn't changed a bit," Seth said but Rocky wasn't convinced by Seth's story.
"Becky wouldn't go through all that just to make Sasha feel bad. There's something you're not telling us," Rocky said to Seth. "I don't think Becky the only one with dirt on her hands,"
"What are you saying?" Seth asked the Rock offended.
"I'm saying I think its the other way around; I think you cheated on your wife with Becky to get back at Sasha for sleeping with Roman," Rocky said and Seth walked away from the Rock shaking his head.
"Your husband's an idiot," Seth said to Bayley who loved being friends with Seth again, at least for the meantime.
"I know," Bayley replied as Seth took Bayley with him over to the Jimmy Choo reps, ready to get his mind off of what happened in Connecticut, leaving the People's Champ with more questions than answers, answers which he would only be able to get from th of the WWE.
The Sandbox
Roman was in the nursery with Abiyah and Faith Star while Bianca did damage control after Sasha accused Becky Lynch of sleeping with her husband on purpose. Charlotte and Alexa had apparently taken sides against Becky but th knew the Truth and she was standing by the Man.
"Sasha, you tell Charlotte and Alexa the Truth, or I will, and it will be lot more damning coming from me," Bianca said to Sasha who was sat on the couch with her legs crossed and a big smile on her face.
"Tell the Truth about what? That Becky's a big disgusting whore, I've already done that. Is there something else you wanted me to add?" Sasha said and Becky scowled at her.
"Haven't you said enough?!" she yelled at Sasha and Bianca put her hands on Becky's shoulders to calm her down.
"Let me take it from here Becky," she said and Finn Balor pulled Becky over to his side and comforted her.
"No, I haven't begun to speak. I want you out of this house, I want you out of Seth's life, I want you gone from the WWE, I want you to disappear back to Dublin. I want you gone!" Sasha said to Becky and Finn had to restrain Becky who wanted nothing more than to jump up and punch Sasha in her beautiful yet fierce face.
"Sasha you have said enough and since you have no intention of telling the Truth, I guess I'll have to do it for you," Bianca said. "That was you on the baby monitor, not Becky. You were the one who said "I can't wait to make love to Seth tonight," not Becky. You set her up, you set your own husband up, you are trying to destroy the God girls using the one person who would stick by us,"
Sasha laughed, "You're out of your mind Belair, Becky got caught with her Man-panties down and there's nothing you can do about it, " Sasha said.
"Don't you dare gloat," Bianca said angrily, "I'm Seth Treasurer of Secrets, he will know the Truth when he gets back from L A. The Truth is, you used the necklace to get Becky in trouble. It was you that was lying to Seth and the worst part about all of this, is that Seth actually thinks that you're telling the Truth. He's with Bayley right now, telling her how wrong he was not to listen to you. The Truth is that Sasha, Bayley is not a stupid girl and she has waited for you to finally tear down your marriage with your very own hands, so that Seth would go running to her for solace. Well Boss, job well done! By destroying us, you're destroying the one chance you had to make things right between you and Seth. Becky's not your enemy, you're your own worst enemy Sasha and we have done everything we can to help you. But there's no coming back from this, there's nothing else we can do to help you. From this moment on, you're on your own,"
Sasha laughed and rose to her feet, she walked up to Bianca and slapped her hard across the face. "Don't you get it, you stupid God girl?! Seth believes me, he thinks you have been lying to him this whole time, to keep this God girl thing going. There's nothing you can say to him to make him believe another word that comes out of your mouth,"
"Stand down Sasha!" Alexa said backing the Boss down while Bianca's face healed itself from the pain of being slapped by Seth's wife, a woman she had been trying to protect ever since she got drawn into the Black and Blue Connection. It hurt in more ways than one.
"Can somebody please tell me what's going on here?" Charlotte said. "Did Becky lie about wanting to sleep with Seth or not?"
"Didn't you hear me?" Bianca said to Charlotte, "Sasha is the one who is lying, she's trying to get rid of us so that we won't call her out on her B.S, so Seth will finally start treating her like the perfect wife she is failing to be,"
"So Becky's telling the Truth?" Charlotte said and Bianca threw her hands up.
"I must not be speaking loud enough, yes Charlotte, Becky is not lying. Sasha used the necklace to get Becky caught up in the demonic exchange, with the intention of using the demon to set Becky up and get Seth to turn against her. She is trying to get rid of us and it's working," Bianca said.
Alexa frowned at Bianca, "What do you mean it's working?" she asked Bianca.
"Remember that awful thing that Becky was trying to stop from happening between Seth and Beth Hardy?" Bianca said and the God girls looked at her seriously. "Well, if we're not around to help Seth, there's a chance it might happen after all,"
Charlotte and Alexa gasped and Becky tried to get up but Finn wouldn't ler her.
"What thing is this?" Finn Balor asked Bianca.
"Beth Hardy wants to sleep with Seth," Bianca said and Finn's eyebrows almost leapt up off of his face.
Sasha laughed again, "Oh, this is ridiculous. You really think my husband is going to sleep with a 19 year-old girl?" she said mockingly and Finn Balor got to his feet.
"Now its my turn to speak," he said looking at Sasha. "First of all, Beth Hardy is not just some 19 year-old girl, she's a 19 year-old McMahon. Your husband is in trouble Sasha and if I were you, I wouldn't be trying to get rid of the God girls so quickly,"
"Finn, what are you talking about, Bianca doesn't know what she's talking about, none of you idiots do," Sasha said angrily.
"She's the only person who knows what's going on. Stephanie has a vendetta against Seth that goes back years, you think she wouldn't use her own daughter to set him up?" Finn said and the colour suddenly drained from Sasha's face.
"Get to that photo shoot and make sure nothing goes down that shouldn't go down," Sasha said to Finn but Balor sat back down next to Becky.
"I'm not a God girl, they're the ones who have been assigned by God to help you Sasha. You either tell Seth the Truth about what you said, not what Becky said, or watch as Stephanie succeed in her plan to destroy Seth's life for walking away from her all those years ago," Finn said and Sasha's face crumbled.
"No, I will never let these women back into my husband's life! I'll just have to fix this myself," Sasha said and she ran up to the North Wing to the nursery to see Roman Reigns who was with Faith Star and Abiyah.
"She has completely lost it," Becky said.
"She's scared, she knows she made a mistake and she won't swallow her pride," Bianca said.
"Do we need to be at that photo shoot?" Charlotte asked Bianca.
"No, Seth's hurt but he's still a man of God. He'll be just fine," Bianca said and she looked up the stairs to the North Wing of the Sandbox, "It's Sasha we have to worry about, the Boss is out of control and we have to reel her back in before Seth gets back here and kicks us all out on our oh-so-holy butts,"
"Seth's going to kick us out?" Charlotte asked Bianca, the Queen looked heartbroken.
"Bianca, are the God girls going to split up?" Alexa asked Bianca looking just as heartbroken.
"I need everyone to focus, Sasha is our priority now. She is losing it and it is our responsibility to make sure she finds it before her husband gets back," Bianca said and they went up to the North Wing to help the Boss and hopefully not get kicked out of the place they had come to call home in the process.
