Rumble in the jungle
Chapter 1 Earthquake

Walter and Cabe where over at Homeland Headquarters speaking to Katherine Cooper in her office .
"So what exactly do the C.I.A. expect Homeland to do ?" asked Walter rather sharply Katherine looked at him with a glare . "well they have a computer problem in one of their outposts in Colombia which requires fixing " "Then why can't they use their own experts ?" questoned Walter rembering the last time they had been invoved with the C.I.A. when things allways seem to go wrong ,like the area 51 fiasco. "They think the problem as been created by one of their own operatives , so they need our help to try and find the problem ." said Katherine "Do you have any idea what the problem is ,we may be able to fix it from here " suggested Walter . "It would appear that the problem is something to do with the transmission side of the system so a a site vist is essential ." replied Katherine with a small sigh.
"how will we be transported ?" asked Cabe . "A USAF Jet will be allocated , you are expected to leave in 3 days time ." Katherine replied . As the meeting was coming too an end with just small talk going on between them , the glass in the windows began to shake and rumbles could be heard outside. "What is that ." questioned Cabe , as he spoke an alarm went off on Walters watch , on checking it he went pale and shouted ."That's a big one 7 on the Richter scale " "That could cause real damage ,i had better declare an emergency " Shouted Katherine before raching for the internal phone to make calls to arrange a meeting for all concerned . "We need to get back to the garage " stated Walter "Not yet we need to wait until the tremors cease , i don't fancy driving into a chasm in the road.
-At the garage Florence was working in her side of the building . She was busy mixing chemicals trying to improve on the binding agent she had made for her first job she had worked on with Scorpion. The plastic island in the Pacific which almost cost Walter , Happy and herself their lives , due to the fact the agent actually attracted a bloom of jellyfish which had surround the island and blocked the boat engine's inlet . It was only the ingenuity of the team that saved the day . The new mixture would include an additive which if not handled with care could be explosive . She was carfully pouring the chemicals ,when the building began to shake , before she could anything the already weakened wall began to collapse , falling straight down on her bench . As the debris struck the bench ther was a large explosion caused by chemicals being mixed as their containers smashed.
The explosion was so powerfull it blew Florence right across her lab causing her body to be smashed against the back wall with a tremendous force it broke her back and her limp body slowly slid down the wall . The whole of the lab was now a blazing inferno and slowly the flames began to find their way through the dividing wall to the Scorpion side of the garage . Within a matter of moments the flames were licking at the roof beams ,the roof covering that had supported many barbecues and parties began to bubble from the heat and soon flames began began breaking through . Within a few minutes the roof began to collapse into the building causing much more damage and setting fire to many more parts of the garage . Some of the oil and grease cans had left behind , began exploding spreading burning oil over large area's . Flames began reaching the Airstream causing it to explode . The loft was fully alight , all of Walters photographs of the love of his life Paige and the boy he regarded as his son Ralph were soon engulfed by the flames and turned to ashes .Ferret Buller soon succumb to the flames the last living thing in the garage . Sirens could be heard all around the city but none seemed to be anywhere near the garage ,but by that time they could not have been any use except to damp down what was left of the garage.
