Let's continue with our story...

Wait!!!...Don't go yet. This chapter starts off where I left off yesterday so it's still Rukia's first day of school.And also there's nothing interesting but maybe Rukia's training with Vegeta.(Poor her.)

Chapter Five

Rukia sighed as she stretched her stiff muscles after she pushed her empty lunch box away. Rukia looked at the four other teens that were also seated around the wooden table. Lunch would be over in a few minutes and Rukia had found it quite entertaining.

Videl having a crush on Gohan and yet the girl had a good way of not showing it. Erasa openly flirting with Gohan and the saiyan himself was quite clueless about it. Then there's Sharpener, arrogant and very COCKY but Rukia didn't really bother with him much.

Gohan was seated across from her, sharing a bench with Videl, on the bench left of Videl was Sharpener and seated on Rukia's left sharing with her a bench was Erasa.

The table and benches were located behind the school building on a large open lawn that was dotted with several other tables and single benches.

"So Rukia do you have a boyfriend?" Erasa asked which caught both the boys at the tables attention, the both of them looked at Rukia as she lookeda at Erasa ready to answer.

Rukia could actually feel Gohan's eyes burning into the left side of her face, probably burning her hair in the process. She glared in his direction, pleading him with her eyes for him to stop his staring.

"No I don't." She replied and she felt his intensive stare ease.

"Vegeta would never let that happen." Gohan said and Rukia couldn't help but nodded in agreement.

"And you would know.Wouldn't you Gohan?" she asked placing her entwined hands under her chin as she smirked at him. Gohan turned red as he remembered Vegeta threatening him at the dinner two days ago. Rukia chuckled unaware of Videl that was glaring at her.

He doesn't look bad with his cheeks that red. Rukia thought to herself with a devilish smirk gracing her lips.She looked at Videl that started talking to young saiyan.

"Are you two dating though?" she asked and the two of them looked at her.

"Huh?!" Gohan exclaimed as he once again turned several shades of red.

"Mmm...You're not denying it. Interesting." she said almost thought fully but hard enough for them to hear.

"What?!We're not dating?!" Gohan exclaimed his cheeks heating up more and Rukia along with Erasa bursted out laughing.

But before she could embarrasse him more the bell rang as students rushed to their classes.

Large crowds of teens made their way out of the school building towards the city or waiting cars, as some were seated on the edge of the fountain that was located infront of the building.

Rukia was walking besides Gohan as the four of them made their way out of the school building. They walked silently watching other teens, Rukia didn't miss the way Videl moved a bit closer to Gohan's side.

The said girl didn't even exchange words with her through out the whole day. Yet the other raven head was oblivious to it, not that she didn't care, she was just letting the other girl warm up to her.

"Hey it looks like my rides here." Erasa said, turning to Rukia. She grasp the other girls had."It was nice to meet you Rukia."

"Nice meeting you too Erasa." Rukia said with a smile before the blonde let go of her hand.

"Bye. See you guys tomorrow!" Erasa yelled before running off waving as the they waved back at her.

"Yeah. Later!" Videl yelled after her retreating figure.

"So Rukia how are you going to get back?" Gohan asked her as they continued walking.

"Walking?" she said as she grabbed onto the strap of her bookbag.As the three of them continued walking, Gohan walking in the middle of the two raven haired girls.

"Why? Did you want to walk with me?" Rukia asked staring up at him through her black lashes, her tone almost seductive but teasing.

"Huh?" he asked and the amethyst eyed girls placed her hand infront of her mouth to stop herself from laughing but unsuccessfully. Gohan's cheeks turned pink as he stretched the back of his head and an image flashed in Rukia's mind of a orange haired boy, amber eyes and a scowl on his face.

She quickly shook the image from her mind. What's the use on remembering if there was no life there with them...with him, if she died?

Rukia turned back to the young saiyan to see him talking with Videl and not to be rude she slowly contiuned walking as she grazed at the sky. A flock of birds flew over head driving on the wind that blew with the flock. She smiled with her eyes closed but the moment was lost when a chill ran down her back.

Rukia turned to her left when she felt as if someone was watching her but there were only teenagers with a few adults that were preoccuppied with talking with their childen. But than she caught a woman looking at her.

Green eyes met amethyst and Rukia shivered as they contiued to stared at each.

A hand landed on her left shoulder and Rukia nearly jumped out of her skin to see Gohan looking concerned.

"Hey are you alright?" he asked. For a brief moment she looked back at the crowd but the woman was gone.

"Yeah I'm fine." she said as she shook her head again.

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah.I just thought I saw someone.That's all." she looked behind. "Where's Videl?"

"Oh she left already." he replied. "So you ready to go?"

Rukia casted on last look at the crowd before nodding and the two of them back to walking as they made small talk.

The two teens were unaware of a spikey jet black haired woman walking a good distance from them. She kept her ki low so that neither of them could detect her following them. Her green eyes was trained on the girl when a man dressed in black a hoody over his head sealing his identity, joined her yet she still didn't take her eyes off the teens.

"Is that them?" the man asked his voice showed no interest as he walked in time with the woman.The man easily towered over the woman's small figured.

"Yes." she replied her voice cold. "The girl saw me.I'm not sure if she detected my ki or if she just saw me."

"She doesn't really seem like much but the boy..." he said as his voice trailed off. The woman nodded.

"But we're here for her.And we can't defy the All Mighty's orders." she said.

"If I didn't know any better you wouldn't hesitate to kill the girl.Tora." The man snarled her name.

"Well even thought I would love to disagree with you but you're right I won't." Tora said as they followed the teens around a corner.

"But you won't would?" he asked. "You're always gonna follow his orders aren't ya."

"As if you won't Leo." she said uninterested,her eyes half lidded as she glared at him.

Leo snarled at her as she was immuned to his threats and insults.His pitch black eyes watched her walk ahead of him and he followed.

"And next time remember your place.You know who's your superior."

Rukia watched Gohan walk away after he walked her to the Capulse Corps building. She looked down the road opposite the way Gohan walked. She couldn't shook off the feeling that someone was watching her. Not to mention the odd energy that was almost choking her.

She shook her head before she stepped in side the building to find Bulma sitting at the table with a cigertte in her mouth, she looked up when Rukia entered and she smiled.

"Hello Rukia. How was your first day of school?" she asked as she stood up and placed the finished cigertte in a plastic bin.

"Hey.It was good, good." she said as she walked towards the woman.She looked around the room in search of a familiar little hurricane." Where's Vegeta and Trunks?"

"Their training.So was it just good or...?"

"Well.I made friends right but there's this one girl that likes Gohan and I think she doesn't like me much." Rukia replied and Bulma smiled.

"Well do you like Gohan?" the woman asked.

"As in romantically? No." she replied honestly and Bulma rised a blue brow at her. "I'm being truly honest."

"Well okey. If you say so." Bulma replied standing up. "You must be hungry."

Rukia nodded as she followed the woman into the kichern as she told Bulma about her day.

Rukia was seated infront of Vegeta on a big, open grassy space with the pressure chamber a few yards away.

A breeze blew across the field, lifting the raven head's hair that was back into the same hair style like before. The longer tresses was entwined into a white cloth while the shorter ones framing her face. She was dressed in black, a tight black vest, black tights and black boots.

"Ki is a living energy." Vegeta started."It flows through every living creature.But unlike humans, sayians has control over our ki.We can turn it into a weapon or even flight."

At the mention of flight Rukia's eyes widened." So humans would be able to fly if they had better control over their ki?" she asked leaning in slightly.

"Yes." Vegeta said with a nod of his head."But for now. You'll have to get your Ki under control.I also notices that you, Rukia, have a massive amount of strong Ki."

Vegeta held up a hand, palm directed towards the sky. At first nothing happened but a few minutes later Rukia noticed a change in the air, where there was no breeze the wind picked up a little making the grass surrounding the sway, as if nature itself was aware of what the Saiyan prince was doing.

Rukia watched in awe as a glowing ball of energy formed in the center of the man before her's palm. She looked from Vegeta's palm to his face to see a smug look on his face but not really paying attention to it as she turned her gaze back to the energy.

"So that's ki." she stated and Vegeta nodded. "It's a bit similar to reistu but not quite." her gaze turned thoughtful as she studied the energy. "It seems Ki is more physical than spiritual. Yet still like that of a life force."

"You seem to be quite clever aren't you?" Vegeta asked rising a brow at her a smile tucking at the corners of his lips as the ball disappeared.

"Oh...not really." Rukia replied scratching the back of her neck as her cheek became flushered of embarrassment. "It's kinda...um was kinda my duty to learn different life forces, energies and such."

she shrugged her shoulders. "How about we just continue."

"Alright. Why don't you close your eyes and find your Ki." Vegeta commanded and Rukia obeyed by closing her eyes and the world turned a planeless red and orange.

She felt herself seep into darkness, not the frightening darkness that she found herself in when she died but a calming kind. Soon different shades of purple streams flowed around her, all flowing in different directions with no destination.

She focused on a icy purple steam and as she focused harder on it she felt like she was flowing with it, flowing with it until she reached a glowing ball made of different purple as well.

kia...

Before she coild inspect it the ball of energy disappeared. "No!" She cried out desperately trying to get back to it.

Rukia...

Someone was calling her and she stopped struggling.

Rukia's eyes snapped open to find herself lying on her back on the grass with a shadow casted over her face and she blinked as she focused on Vegeta's face that was hovering over her's.

"Are you all right?" he asked her.

"Yeah. I just need to sit up." Rukia replied as she rubbed her hand over her eyes. Vegeta nodded as he placed a hand on her lower back helping into a sitting opposition. "What happened?" she asked as Vegeta took a seat before her again.

"You just fell back as if asleep." he said as he watched her face closely.Rukia's mouth formed into a 'o' as her expression became thoughtful. "Is there any reason why?"

"I did what you asked and I think I might have found my Ki yet... is Ki in the form a ball?" she finally asked and Vegeta shook his head.

"No but it is in the form a streams that flow through you body in a golden colours." he said.

"Oh. I did see streams but not in golden colours, they were different shades of purple." She said.

"I think that's enough for today.Dinner will be ready soon and we don't want Bulma mad." Vegeta said and Rukia giggled a little as the man shuddered.

Vegeta held out a hand towards her, she placed smaller one in his and he helped her up. Vegeta let her hand go as the two of them made their way to the Corps building.

Dinner was as always homey and joyous but the raven haired was troubled as she made her way to her bedroom. She at on her bed leaning onto the windowsill staring up at the star filled skies.

She was troubled of her Ki, the woman she saw and now she found herself troubled about Videl as she wonder to herself if she like Gohan more than a friend or not.

Now's not the time to ponder on romantics. Rukia scolded herself as she shook her head. What makes my Ki so different?It could be that you Ki might have entwined with your reistu. Akali suggested.

Is that even possible? Rukia asked.

I don't know. I've never even heard it and maybe it never happened both. But neither have I heard of a zampukto appearing in a different world than it's original world. Akali replied.

So my zampukto being here with me isn't your doing?Why of course it is but that's not the point. /She's right hime.Maybe it could happen./ Shirayuki said her cool voice calming the frustrated girl./And you'll figure it out for now you should rest, you have school tomorrow after all./Rukia scoffed at the snow spirit's commanding tone but she had no choose but obey and she crawled under the covers and as she continued to think about her situation as she slowly fell asleep.
