Rumble in The jungle chapter 11 The Irish trip
The family of three arrived at Cork airport , after a fourteen hour flight , A flight with no computer problems ,bombs or terrorists during the flight .Paige had been pleased Walter had insisted on flying Business Class as it gave them more room and privacy. Most of the flight Walter and Ralph were glued to their tablets which connected to the planes . or sleeping . Paige was content to read one of her Romance Novels or fall asleep on Walter's chest or shoulder happy in the fact she had the love of her life back with her and felt calm and relaxed just having Walter's presence , and really pleased Walter had her.
Once they had cleared customs they made their way to the Car Hire counter were Walter signed for the car and picked up the keys ,ensuring that Paige's name was also on the contract so that she was also legally allowed to drive the car .They approached the car , a black Land Rover Discovery , perfect for what they had in mind to do on this holiday .
After a comfortable ninety minute drive they arrived a Walter's parent's farm ,pulling up close to the front porch ,they all got out of the car and climbed the steps of the porch . Walter with a little trepidation ,due to the fact he had only had a five minute conversation with his mother before leaving los Angeles ,knocked the door . Less than a minute later the door was opened by his mother ,who immediately threw her arms around him and hugged him tight and thanks to Paige's teachings he hugged her back with a smile on his face .After a moment she turned her attention to Paige and hugged her as tight ,lastly she hugged Ralph who hugged her back with a lot of enthusiasm . After these quick greetings Louise stepped aside and almost pushed them into the house .
"Is father around ?" asked Walter .
"He is out in the barn repairing a hole in the side of the barn. Why don't you go out and see him ?" replied his mother .
"I will in a while but first i would like to unload our suitcases out of the car and may be you could show were we would sleep ." Replied Walter.
After about thirty minutes all was sorted , Paige and Walter had been given the second bedroom ,and Ralph to his absolute delight had been given Walters old room ,which had remained pretty much as it was when Walter had left for America including the blueprint Walter had got into so much trouble over . By the time Walter and family came back down stairs ,his father was back in the house . Again with a little trepidation Walter approached him and was surprised when his father reached out and hugged him ,and then doing the same to Paige and Ralph . All three were a little stunned by what had happened considering how Sean had been at the hospital and after at the garage on the day that Megan died and again on Patton day the last time Walter had been to Ireland .
As the hugging finished Louise spoke up "Who would like a drink and some snacks ,it as been a long journey for you ."
Paige was the first to respond ."Thank you very much we did eat on the plane ,but if you have coffee it would be much appreciated ."
"What about Ralph will he drink coffee as well ? " Asked Louise .
"No thank you Mrs O'Brian but i do like milk or juice ." Replied Ralph politely .
"Please do not call me Mrs O'Brian at least call me Louise or if you really want to our about Grandma ."
"Could i really call you Grandma ,mom ,would that be alright ."
" Of course if that is what Louise would like ." Replied Paige . "
"Well what are you going to call me ?" Sean asked in a gruff voice . "Would you like me to call you Grandpa ?" Questioned a slightly shocked Ralph. " Well that would be marvellous as at the moment you are the nearest thing we have to a grandchild ."
Ralph's face broke into a wide smile and he ran over to Sean and gave him a big hug and whispered "Thank you ." Once they had finished their drinks Walter and Paige decided they just wanted to relax to get over the flight and the time difference . As it was a warm day they decided to sit out on the front porch for a time . Ralph on the other hand who was still hyped up and asked if he could go to his room and check out some of Walter's childhood things .Walter spoke to him before he went outside with Paige . " Ralph most of the best stuff is hidden in the attic , i wiil ask dad to show you ,as i do not want you to go there on your own ." Walter approached his dad . "Would you show Ralph the attic were a lot of my stuff was stored . I think he might find a few things of interest . " "Leave it to me son ." With that he went to Ralph and took him by the hand and took him to the attic .
To Walter and Paige the time seemed to fly as they were sitting out on the porch just making small talk . Before they realized Louise was calling them in for the evening meal . "We are just waiting for Uncle Tobin to arrive as he usually eats dinner with us ." A few moments later the door opened and Uncle Tobin arrived self propelling his wheelchair " Good evening everyone ,hope you had a good flight !" "Good evening Uncle Tobin ." Answered Paige as she walked over to him to give him a hug and a kiss on the cheek ,Walter also replied and approached him and shook his hand . At that moment a mini whirlwind seemed to appear in the room as Ralph rushed in shouting . "Walter, Walter !" "Steady young man you are not in your own house now ." Admonished Paige ."Sorry mom i am just so excited i found this old book in the attic but i do not know what language it is written in . I thought Walter might know ." Replied Ralph .
"Well put it down for now and come and meet Uncle Tobin ,grandma's brother ." Ralph walked over and shook his hand politely saying . "Good evening - May i call you Uncle Tobin ." " Of course young man you may everyone else around here does ." Replied Uncle Tobin. "Thank you very much ." Replied walking back to Walter and his mom. "You had better make sure your hands are clean young man ,we are about to start dinner ." Said Paige .
Once dinner was over Paige helped Louise clear the table and despite Louise's protests Paige helped by drying the dishes as Louise washed them .As soon as they had finished Louise made coffee and they returned to the men . Louise poured coffee for everyone ,except Ralph , and sat around chatting . Walter told Ralph that the book was about Irish Folklore and was written in Irish Gaelic . This perked Ralph's interest and he immediately began asking questions of Walter . Walter with patience said he would read and translate some at bedtime providing Paige was acceptable to it . Paige had overheard the conversation and turned to Ralph saying ." Thirty minutes maximum mister ,then you sleep ." "Q.K. mom ,thanks .
Louise had been sitting quietly listening to the happy chatter that was going on . She turned to Paige and looked at her left hand . "No ring yet Paige is Walter Mr Mean and not bought you one yet ?" "Well he did buy a plastic one on the day he proposed , and promised to buy me a more appropriate one the next day . However i would not let him buy one ,you see i want an Irish engagement ring so i can have some of Walter's Irish heritage close to me at all times ,so we decided to wait until we came over ." Explained Paige "What a wonderful sentiment that is Paige ." Replied Louise . "Well yes as we intend to have American wedding bands so Walter can have some of my heritage close to him at all times ." Paige explained as a small tear rolled down her cheek .
Uncle Tobin who had been sitting at the side of the sofa in his wheelchair had been listening intently to the conversation between the two women spoke in a quite voice ." Louise would you come over here please ." Louise got of the sofa and walked over to Tobin . "Is something wrong Tobin ." "No i am fine ,but can you unhook the chain that is around my neck ." Louise walked around his chair and unfastened the chain and took it from around his neck and passed it to him . "Thank you Louise . Paige Walter may i talk to you for a moment , Walter would you be so kind as to wheel me into the kitchen ." Walter and Paige both stood up and with Walter pushing Tobin made their way into the kitchen . Walter and Paige sat on two of the kitchen chairs facing Tobin . "I was listening to what Paige was telling Louise about your engament ring . " As he spoke he slowly opened his hand to reveal a Claddagh ring ,but by no means a standard one this one was gold the meeting hands formed a mount for a deep red heart shaped ruby . The top of the heart resting on a gold crown and each shoulder of the ring were mounted with 1/2 carat of Marquise Diamonds . On seeing it Paige took in a deep breath and Walter just stared at it . Tobin began to speak again . "This was my wife's engagment ring it has been passed down her side of the family to the first born ,it was made for her great ,great, great ,great grand dad in the early 1800's who used it to propose to his betrothed . My wife and i were not blessed to have any children ,so i was going to offer it to Megan as she was the nearest thing to a daughter we had but circumstances would not allow that . I would be honoured if you and Paige would accept it ." Both Walter and Paige were opened mouth and turned to look at each other before giving an almost recognized nod . Paige recovered first and spoke for both of them . "Uncle Tobin it would a great honour and pleasure to accept such a ring ,the Irish heritage shouts out from your hand .THANK YOU so much ." She went over and kissed him on both cheeks ,tears cascading down her own cheeks . " Walter come over and accept this ring from your uncle ." Walter approached Tobin and first shook his hand and then slowly removed the ring from his other hand . " Uncle Tobin you know i am not that good with emotional words so all i can say is thank you and this is one of the best things to happen in my life . Would you mind if we all go back to the others there is something i need to do ." With that the three made their way back to the others , Walter put Tobin back at the side of the sofa ,he took Paige's hand and led here to the front of everyone . "I need to do something in front of all my family ." First looking deep into Paige's eyes he then got down on one knee . " Paige will you do me the honour of being my wife and keep in your safe custody the ring that has been passed through the generations ?" "Yes ." Said Paige as she knelt so she could hug and kiss Walter . Walter stood up , pulling Paige with him ,standing there he pulled her left hand towards him and put the ring on her finger .
"Be sure to put the ring on the correct way Walter ." Said Tobin ,who then carried on speaking "The heart must point out from the body to show the heart as been taken and will be kept safe and happy for eternity . Once you are married the heart should point into the body to show some one has now taken the responsibility of keeping your heart safe and happy as part of the marriage vows ." At this everyone began clapping and moved to the couple to congratulate them again . Paige was still a little bit shocked what had happened over the last ten minutes but still managed to speak to Walter ." You do know that is the third time you have proposed ,so there is no way you will get away from me again ."
Paige sat next to Walter constantly admiring the ring and smiling like a Cheshire cat . After a while she turned to Uncle Tobin and with a big smile on her face asked . "Uncle Tobin do you know anymore about Claddagh rings as i must admit it is the first one i have seen ." "Well !" began Uncle Tobin . "The Claddagh ring /or in Irish Gaelic Fainne Chladaich/ There are various legends of the origins of the Claddagh ring . The expression of the ring is /To let love and friendship live for ever ./Of the legends the one closest to the truth is the one called .
THE TALE OF RICHARD JOYCE
He was bound for the West Indies when the ship he was on was taken by Algerian pirates who captured all on board and were sold into slavery . He was Bought by a Moorish goldsmith who trained him for fourteen years . Then in 1689 the English king William 111 sent an ambassador to demand the release of all British slaves . During his stay in Algeria he made the now famous Claddagh ring . He returned to Galway were he found his sweetheart who he left behind fourteen years earlier had waited for him being faithful all that time . He handed the ring to her and proposed ,and she accepted and they married .
The name comes from a small fishing village in Galway were Richard and his wife settled it as now been swallowed up into Galway ." "What an interesting story ,THANK YOU SO MUCH. The ring as now achieved new heights in
my mind and is certainly true Irish Heritage ." Said a crying Paige . Shortly after hearing the story Walter and Paige began to feel the effect of jet lag and made their excuses to leave and go to bed . Paige gave Ralph a nudge who got up but immediately began speaking to Walter . "You promised to read some of my book to me ." "No i had not forgot ,but only if your mom says yes ." Ralph turned to his mom with puppy dog eyes . "Thirty minutes only beginning NOW. " "Thanks mom." Replied Ralph as he picked up his book and ran upstairs to his bedroom . Paige and Walter followed saying goodnight to every one as they left .
Next morning Paige and Walter were up early and were down in the kitchen ,when Louise appeared ,she hugged and kissed both of them and asked if bacon and eggs would be alright for breakfast ,both agreed and asked for scrambled eggs . Not long after Sean appeared and poured himself a cup of coffee after greeting Paige and Walter .About ten minutes later Ralph appeared and walked up to Louise , "Maidin mhaith maimed." He then turned to Sean ."Maidin mhaith daided." Louise and Sean both turned and in unison. " Maidin mhaith Ralph ." Paige heard what was being said and turned to Walter with a confused look and asked . "What are they saying ?" " They are saying good morning in Gaelic ,I taught Ralph how to say it last night ." "That is so sweet ,he seems to be keen to absorb as much Irish Heritage that he can ." Said Paige with a lot of pride and happiness in her voice .
For the next three days all three entertained themselves around the farm and surrounding countryside . Paige and Walter enjoyed walking around the area ,with Walter taking Paige to all his favourite spots many were his retreats to get away from the bullies of the area . Ralph had found Walter's hiding place in the barn and was fascinated by the old notebooks he found on a small table in the top area of the barn which were filled with loads of Walters working outs of figures and equations . he had also found a great deal of pleasure helping Sean around the farm not being afraid of getting dirty hands and also trying to work out new ways to do some of the jobs around the farm . Ralph had also made an alliance with Uncle Tobin because of all the tales he could tell him .
On the third night at the farm Walter and Paige asked Louise Sean and Uncle Tobin out for a meal at a restaurant of their choice . They had chosen McClintock's a medium sized place in the centre of town that they used regularly . It meant taking two cars because of Uncle Tobin's wheelchair .Paige Walter and Ralph went in their car Sean drove his car with Louise and Tobin. They reached the restaurant around 7pm ,Walter was surprised when they pulled up in front of the restaurant ,he could remember this from his childhood but under a different name . They were met at the door by a lady about the same age as Louise "Louise, Sean and Tobin what a nice surprise to see you ." "Hello , i don't know if you remember my son Walter and his fiancée Paige and her son Ralph . " Asked Louise "Walter boy have 't you grown into a handsome young man ." she said as she reached to hug him ,Walter started to stiffen when he felt Paige's hand on the base of his spine , so he relaxed and returned the hug . She went from Walter to Paige and hugged her and ruffled Ralph's hair ." Walter ,Paige this is Megan and her husband Ronan who own this place ,Megan your sister was actually named after her ." Walter was shocked at this information as he had never heard this story before .
They were shown to there table and given a menu . The meal went well and after a couple of hours of being brought up to date on various things that had gone on over the years since Walter left Ireland . Arriving back at the farm they all stayed up for a while generally talking . It was decided Walter and Paige were going off to Dublin for a few days to give Paige a chance to see more of the country and maybe explore some of the stores in Dublin , including art ,in the numerous museums and galleries . Ralph decided not to go with them preferring to stay and work on the farm with Sean and get more tales from Uncle Tobin .
Two days later after making a phone call to book a room in Dublin . Paige and Walter began the journey to Dublin , Paige was amazed at the sites she was seeing on the trip . Some times unable to conceal the smile on her face as it grew larger the further they travelled .
After arriving at the hotel ,they went to their room a rest and a little bit of relaxation . A couple of hours later they dressed and made their way down to the dining room ,were they were served a beautiful meal . Once the meal was finished they retired to their room for a little adult entertainment.
Next morning after breakfast Walter suggested they take a walk around Dublin and visit some Art Galleries. Paige was pleased but had to ask . "You are not keen on art ,what is it that you said ,oh yes .Some cheap paint and canvas and no soul . " " I may think that way but it is something you enjoy and i can enjoy the smile on your face when looking at art ." Replied Walter .
They walked around the town looking in various art galleries and shops . Paige was enjoying every minute of the day , Walter was happy to see Paige so pleased . At the last gallery they visited they were selling paintings by a new Irish artist . Paige had spent about ten minutes looking around when she suddenly stopped in front of a painting at the rear of the gallery . After studying it for about five minutes , she shouted Walter over from an abstract painting he was trying to make sence of . " Look at this picture . Is it what i think it is?" Walter stared at the picture for a moment . "It looks like the graveyard were Megan's memorial is. " "Well that is what i thought but look towards the right side about half way down ." Said Paige " That is Megan's memorial ." Said a shocked Walter "We have to buy it so we can display it in the condo and Sly can share it with us ." Paige was now getting excited and her voice was getting louder ,so much so the assistant came over to her . " Are you alright Madam ?" Asked the assistant with a lilting Irish brogue . " Oh sorry ,yes it was a bit of a shock seeing the picture ,it is were my fiancé's sister is memorialized and the memorial on the right of the picture is to her .How much is it ?" "500 Euros .he is a new artist with a style of his own and i am sure he will be very collectable in a few years time ." The assistant replied . "We will take it ,is that alright with you Walter ?" Queried Paige "Of course i am sure mom and dad would love it as well , lets get it paid for and wrapped up and then return to our hotel ."
The next day after breakfast they decided to walk around Dublin again but more at the architecture and maybe some of the stores . After a hour or so they came across the Gaiety Theatre . Paige noticed the large sign on the entrance advertising for one night only Katherine McPhee was performing for just one performance that night starting at 8.30 p.m. "Look Walter ,i love her singing do you think they may have some tickets left ? " Said an excited Paige . "Lets go and see shall we ,anything for you my love ." Answered Walter . Twenty minutes later they came out of the theatre with with tickets for two front row seats in the stalls .Paige had a smile right across her face . " Shall we make our way back towards the centre to get a snack and coffee . " asked Walter . Paige immediately agreed and they set off for the centre of the city . They arrived back at the hotel around 5 p.m. and went to their room to shower and get changed , the shower took longer than expected as they decided to shower together for efficiency , but they could not keep their hands off each other .
They had a small meal and then asked the hotel staff to order a taxi for 7.45 p.m. While waiting they passed the time in the hotel lobby people watching .
The taxi arrived on time arriving at the Gaiety Theatre at 8.05 p.m. after paying the taxi driver they made their way into the theatre and made their way to the seats they had booked . Around 10.30.p.m. after two encores the show finished . Walter and Paige left the theatre ,Walter was in a complete daze . "I cannot believe how much you two look alike .I would have to stay she his the second most beautiful woman i have ever seen ,only beaten by you as you are still in my opinion the most beautiful i have ever seen . She may have a voice of an angel ,but i am sure if you had carried on with your musical studies you would have been as good if not better ." "Well thank you Walter ,but i do not believe i could sing as well as that ." Replied Paige . "What was that song she sang with the hologram it was beautiful ." Asked Walter . "Oh that was The Prayer and the hologram was Andrea Bocelli ." Answered Paige .Soon after that the taxi arrived and took them back to the hotel .
The next morning during breakfast Paige suggested they drive out to the mountains that surrounded parts of Dublin and maybe take a picnic . Walter had agreed and they had arranged with reception in the hotel that the kitchen would makeup a picnic basket for them to collect 10.00a.m.
Once breakfast was finished they went to their room to collect a couple of sweaters in case the weather changed .At 10.00.a.m. they went down to reception and collected the picnic and two thermoses of coffee which the kitchen had also prepared for them . They made their way to the car loaded up their picnic and decided to stop at a local store to buy a blanket to spread on the ground when they arrive at there destination . After travelling for about ninety minutes they arrived at the base of one of the mountains . Initially they pulled the car into a small carpark just off the road . They took a walk up one of the mountain paths admiring the view as they climbed higher . After thirty minute of walking they stopped and sat on a couple of rocks at the side of the path . Paige wanted to talk to Walter about the elephant in the room ,which was constantly at the back of her mind . "WALTER ." Paige spoke to get Walter's full attention ,he turned and smiled at her . "Yes my love." He replied . " There is something i would like to talk to you about , i realize now what you went through when we all walked out on you that night . " Walter went to interrupt her but she put her finger on his lips to stop him talking . "I know you want to say something but please let me finish first That first night when we freed you from the drug dealers you told me that with me by your side you would be able to build things up again , did this mean you would stay in the U.S. and restart your company again . If that is the case would you be talking to the other ex members of Scorpion ,or do you intend to start something different with just us two . " Walter just sat there running everything Paige had just said though his mind ,after a couple of minutes he reached over and took both of Paige's hands in his . "Before you all came to help with my rescue i had made my mind up i was going to leave the U. set up a small company over here . I am afraid that if i welcome everyone back to the team i would constantly be thinking will they walk out on me again if i just raised my voice or make an inappropriate comment . I could not go through those eight weeks again it would kill me Paige was silently crying at the end of this little speech by Walter. "Walter i can tell you now with all my heart i could never leave you again . I went through as much agony during that time myself . I cannot however speak of what the others might do ." "Paige you are the love of my life and i trust you . Maybe when we get back to the States i will be talking to the rest of the old team ,but for now i just want to enjoy what is left of our vacation and to enjoy a lot more of you . " "O.K. Walter i agree we should enjoy the rest of our stay here in Ireland and each other . But if you want to discuss it some more before we leave for the States just say ." By now they were feeling a little hungry so they made their way back to the car .
They drove for a few more miles until they came to a wooded area were they could park the car and set up the picnic . After enjoying the picnic they decided to lay down and take a rest , but before long Paige reached over and planted a kiss on Walter's mouth ,ending up with a long session of kissing and cudderling due to the fact they were not to far from the road that was as far as they could go, but with a promise to each other to continue it and probably more once they were back at the hotel.
Once they arrived back at the hotel they went to their room and continued their enjoyment of each other . Around 7.00p. decided it was time to shower and dress for dinner . As it was their last night in Dublin Walter suggested that after dinner Paige may like to visit a real Irish pub . As soon as they had finished dinner they left the hotel and Walter led Paige down a few streets to a building that had a doorman on the door .He allowed them to enter and Paige's eyes went wide seeing the inside . It was decked out in green with shamrocks and little people painted on the walls . Turning to Walter she asked ."Walter what is this and what are the decorations on the wall ?" "This is a traditional Irish public house ,the walls have shamrocks painted ,they are an emblem of Ireland and the little people they are Leprechauns who are small mischievous sprites of Irish folklore . One story is that they keep all their gold in pots at the end of the rainbows ." "That is so cute Walter , shall we find a seat and maybe have a drink ?" "O.K. would you like to try an Irish drink ,or just what you have at home ?" "Well i would like to try an Irish drink so surprise me ." Replied Paige .Walter came back a few moments later with two large glasses filled with a dark liquid and a perfect white foam top . He placed one of the glasses in front of Paige before sitting down . Paige looked at the glass with a little trepidation . "That's what is called Guinness it is almost the national drink of Ireland ,but sip it first it can be an acquired taste ." Paige picked the glass up and took a careful sip at first her face made a small grimace then it turned into a smile . "Walter it is beautiful a little bitter but so smooth ,thank you for introducing this to me ." "You are welcome but if i was you i would not drink to much as it can be quite potent if you are not used to it ." Replied Walter with a smile on his face . While they had been talking the small stage at the far end of the pub had changed and six musicians were taking their places on the stage .
Paige was staring at them with intent interest . "Walter what are some of there instruments they are unlike any i have seen before ?" "Well traditional Irish music goes back many generations and a lot of the instruments history goes back just as far . The first girl is playing a fiddle ,you would know that as a violin .Then the two men sitting down ,the first with the large circular object that is called a Bodharn , basically it is a drum , that is hit with his hand . What looks like pipes is called the Uillean Pipes similar to bagpipes but you do not blow into them ,you use the bellows under the arms. The man standing is holding a tin whistle ,and the lady is playing an Irish Harp . In fact Ireland is the only country in the world whose emblem is a musical instrument ,The Harp ."
Before Paige could reply the band began to play and she could only listen with a smile on her face .The man with the tin whistle began to sing an Irish song in a lilting voice . After a couple of songs people began to move from in front of the stage to leave an area free , the band began to play an upbeat number and as they did four young ladies in traditional Irish dress formed a line in front of the stage . As the music speeded up they began to dance in the traditional Irish way ,arms kept tight to their sides while performing intricate foot and leg movement . Paige was totally fascinated by the music and the dance and forgot to drink anymore of her Guinness . During a break in the music Paige turned to Walter who had spent most of his time just staring at Paige , enjoying watching how much pleasure she was getting from the music and dancing . "Walter this as been the best part of this little break what cheerful and bright music and the dancers are brilliant . Thank you so much for this especially as music is not really something you enjoy ." "The pleasure is all mine the joy on your face as you have watched and listened is more than enough thanks for me ." Replied a smiling Walter . The entertainment carried on for about another hour . Once it had finished they both decided to leave and make their way back to the hotel .
Next day after breakfast they paid their bill and packed the car and made their way back to the farm . As soon as they pulled up Ralph ran out to greet them he hugged his mom first and then Walter . Louise and Sean greeted them as they entered the farmhouse ,both very pleased to see them . Over coffee and some soda bread they talked about their short break . They showed them the picture Paige had bought , Louise and Sean were both so taken with it that Paige gave it to them to hang in a pride of place in the farmhouse .
The rest of the holiday was mainly spent on or around the farm . Paige spending a lot of time with Louise in the kitchen ,even though she looked at herself as a good cook , she wanted to learn as much as she could about traditional Irish dishes . She soon became competent at classic dishes such as Irish Stew , Colcannon ,Irish Potato Cakes and Soda Bread . Louise also gave her recipes for many other traditional dishes . Walter and Ralph spent a lot of time with Sean helping out around the farm and making suggestions to help him improve some of the working practices on the farm ,which to Walter's surprise Sean actually took notice of
The last night Louise with Paige's help prepared an Irish feast ,Uncle Tobin was invited over and a good meal was enjoyed by everyone. The next morning having packed the car ,Ralph made sure he had his two prize possessions safely packed ,his Irish Folklore Book and packed in a cardboard tube the Blueprint from Walter's wall of the rocket which got Walter in so much trouble all those years ago . Once all the goodbyes had been said they set out for Cork airport and their flight home .
SIX MONTHS LATER
Walter and Paige approached the door of the new Scorpion Headquarters . A newly converted warehouse . It had been two weeks since they had last entered ,because they had been enjoying a two week Honeymoon on the beautiful islands of Hawaii . This followed their beach wedding preceded over by Ray, Louise and Sean had flown over for the wedding and had stayed on to look after Ralph while they were away Cabe had also managed to get Veronica to attend.
As they opened the door they were greeted by the four smiling faces of Cabe, Happy Toby and Sly and a greeting from Cabe "Good to see you back KIDS."
