Nell and Eric were sitting in the nursery until she noticed something that she was wet. "Eric, my water broke" she said to him. Eric started grabbing things after that. It almost made Nell laugh about until she was reminded about what was to come. He grabbed their hospital bag and a bag of snacks. After, that they went out to the car and Eric contacted the appropriate people who were probably working at this time of day but decided it'd be nice to update them on what was going to happen. This was the moment they waited nine whole months for this moment to come and now that it was here it felt totally exhilarating and terrifying at the same time. "Let's go have a baby!" Eric exclaimed goofily as they drove off to the hospital.

Nell wondered how her body could endure this much pain for so many hours. She wondered how her body didn't just shut down because of so much pain but suddenly, when she heard that Baby Girl crying. She knew it was all worth it in the end. When she finally got to hold her after the doctors and nurses cleaned her off and weighed her. It was probably the best feeling she ever felt since her wedding day. She knew there would be many more feelings she would feel but she wanted to keep this one in place for now. It felt so magical to be holding a baby girl that her and Eric created and grew in her for nine months. "Hey" Eric said as he went to her bedside where she was holding the little Beale munchkin. "Hey" she repeated back. "You did amazing" Eric said. "Thanks" she said. "So, she's still Annabelle right?" Eric asked while awkwardly giggling. "Yeah" Nell said. "Welcome to the world Annabelle Grace" Eric said. "Why don't you get some rest?" Eric asked. "I'll take Anna out to meet her aunt and uncles". "Sure" Nell said while closing her eyes. She felt like she deserved a power nap and drifted away for a moment. Meanwhile, in the waiting room "Congrats" and "Thank You's" were exchanged while Eric was proudly showing off his new creation. "Does this little one have a name?" Hetty asked "Yes" Eric said. "Well, What is it?" Callen asked. "Annabelle Grace" Eric said. There were a few moments of silence and everybody was testing the name. After, that pictures were taken and Eric wanted to hang everyone of them up when he got home. "Pretty name" Sam commented. "Thanks" Eric said. "I think we should probably get going" Roundtree said. After, he made that comment they all started going
A few days later
The hospital had discharged Nell and Annabelle. They were perfectly healthy and Nell was recovering perfectly fine. "Ready to go home?" Eric cooed to the sleeping baby girl in his arms. "I think we're all ready to go home" Nell commented. Eric strapped her into her car seat and off to home they drove. When, they finally got there it felt like a breath of fresh air even though, they had drove there from work but driving home from the hospital with the new baby felt like the most wonderful feeling in the world. They got out of the car. Annabelle was still sleeping. So, Nell decided to put her in her new crib. "Good night sweet girl" she said as she rubbed her baby's back. Eric startled her as he walked into the room. "I love you" he said. "I love you too" she said while kissing him. "And I love you" Eric said to his baby daughter. He assumed the baby noises from her were responses.
