Alex feared the worst when she heard those words. Kara took off the cloth after a few mins a silence. And placed it to the side "Hello Miss?" Kara asked.

When Kara looked at Alex she looked at her with worried eyes.

"Yeah one second" Alex said as she went to a cabinet ands grabbed a thermometer.

"May I?" Alex asked Kara looked reluctant and confused. As she looked at the white stick Alex jest put it into her mouth anyways.

When she saw Kara giving her a weird look as pulled it out to see it was. 150 Alex frown grew when she saw it.

She went to a counter and placed it down as she tried to find another. IV bag with antibiotics to help her sisters fever.

Alex finally found one as Kara closely looked at her confused.

Alex put on a straight face and said "This is gonna help with you fever ok." Alex said Kara looked confused as a wave of. Tiredness washed over her as Alex changed the IV bag.

Hamilton and J'onn walked in when Alex saw Hamilton she sighed in relief.

"She can't remember me or where she is" Alex said. As Hamilton gestured for her to move Alex stood next to J'onn as.

They watched Hamilton talk to Kara saying that she was in bed cause of. An accident and then turned around to talk to.

J'onn and Alex as she gestured to go out side. Alex's eyes stayed on Kara for a few mins before walking out too.

Karas body started to shake and her heart monitor started rapidly beeping. They ran in as Hamilton confirmed that it was a.

Alex saw in horror as Karas body was intensely shaking. Knowing she couldn't help her Alex felt J'onn give her a squeeze in her hand.

As Alex noticed Karas bandage was oozing red she rushed over.

"Hamilton her hand" Alex said as she unwrapped it to find it. All swollen and pink and yellow "it.. it looks like her skin is. Deteriorating" Alex said in horror.

As Karas body stoped shaking the seizer was over but it felt like hours to Alex. Seeing Kara so pale and sick.

As Hamilton ran for some more bandages and some stuff to disinfect. It the cut was now wider and 4 cm long from a little before her wrist to. The top of her hand. As Alex moved out of the way. She stormed out of the room J'onn looked at Kara before running after Alex.

Location: DEO Holding cell 8-C

"What the hell was in that syringe!" Alex yelled Ramirez looked up from the metal bed.

He was sitting on in his cell "I told you I did nothing wrong. But perhaps if you let me out I'll help." He did trying to negotiate Alex scowled at him and.

Walked to the control panel and opened the cell and ran in. And she charged at Ramirez and threw him to the ground.

He groaned in pain as she pulled him up by his hand. And twisted it "Tell me how to help her!" Alex yelled.

J'onn walked in and saw what was happening "What's the cure!" Alex demanded.

Twisting the hand even more as he yelled in pain J'onn stilled. Wanting to help Kara too so he waited. But when he herd Ramirez say 'GO TO HELL'.

He ran in and pulled Alex out closing the door letting go of her. Once they were full out of the room.

J'onn knew Alex would kill him if she had the chance.

"What the hell were you thinking." J'onn said clearly pissed.

"Dam it! He was about to talk!" Alex said rage filled her.

"No he was about to get a 1 way ticket to the med bay if. I let you do that!" J'onn yelled trying to keep his temper down.

"Then let that happened MAYBE THEN HE WILL SO HOW MUCH KARA IS IN PAIN!... I have to help her J'onn." Alex said J'onn sighed and pulled a reluctant Alex into a hug.

Alex fought the in-brace at first but gave up knowing the Martian was to strong. After a few mins he let her go.

"Look I know you want to help her I do too but hurting him is not the way to go. About it." J'onn said.

"I don't know how to help her you saw how much pain she was In. She looked right through me she didn't even remeber my name." Alex said as tears started to brim from her eyes.

"I know but he would have said something if he knew you were gonna break his wrist." J'onn said.

Alex stood there with her arms crossed as she paced. J'onn watched his best agent scared and worried for her little sister.

After a long silences Alex wiped her tears off and walked off.

J'onn followed "I have an idea" Alex said as J'onn nodded and they walked to Alex's lab/the med bay.

Location: Med Bay

"What if we have Superman come" Alex blurted out Hamilton looked up from some. Papers she was reading on her clip board.

"What do you mean?" J'onn asked for Hamilton "I mean what if we give Kara some of. Superman's blood they have the same genetics and powers." Alex stated still thinking.

"You want to give supergirl a blood transfusion?" Hamilton asked seeing where.

The agents theory was going but shook her head "yes his cell would help all Karas dead cells but we still don't know what's. Causing it so it wouldn't finish off the problem." Hamilton stated.

"Well I don't know of it yet but while we look for a cure. We can use his blood as a way to fight off whatever virus or infection she has." Alex said.

Seeing Hamilton pull the solar lamps up from under the bed.

As Hamilton turned on the solar lights she looked at Alex again. Trying to get what the agent was going at.

"I thought that was worsening her fever?" Alex said looking at the monitor.

"It's gone down so hopefully this will help" Hamilton said. Still thinking "so your saying if Superman gives Kara his blood. It will heal her?" J'onn asked not following what the two. We're going on about.

"No it would be like super medicine to help her heal. Or at least fight off the virus" Alex said.

J'onn brows further as he crossed his arms "what makes you think it's a virus? And even so where would we find the cure. It's clear that Ramirez won't spill." J'onn said.

"I think we all know Cadmus is probably behind it where else would he get synthetic kryptonite?" Alex said walk over more and took Kara newly bandaged left hand.

"And as for the guess on the virus" Alex said "I think it is cause of the fever the. Tiredness the seizers. All of it is stacked against her what if Cadmus modified it so. She would slowly die" Alex said. Hamilton placed her clip board down and said.

"It's worth a shot but we still don't know where Cadmus is. If it is there fault" Hamilton stated.

"Then we ask where Ramirez was told to give it to the alien." Alex said determined to help her little sister.

"What makes you so sure he'll talk now he didn't seem so. Reluctant to talk the first time" J'onn said squinting at Alex.

"Cause I know what his weakness is." Alex said kissing a. Sweaty Kara on the forehead and walking out.

"Will she be okay for now?" J'onn asked worried Hamilton was drying Karas sweaty forehead as. He asked as she placed it on a counter.

"I think so her fever is gone down and looks like it won't be back. For a little bit tell agent Danvers to rest. Before Superman comes. If she over works herself she won't help anyone." J'onn nodded as the both walked out.
