Act One: Where it Starts

A Few Days Earlier

Two years of a new error, two years of peace and tranquillity, two years of unity and reconciliation, and two years of utter boredom.

Seriously, there was nothing to do, except for one thing, wait for something.

Either way, the bottom was tense. The only time something interesting happened was when Mattin's universe received a special guest, uninvited of course, which was a bummer.

Besides that, he was a very interesting character, he was able to catch on to Sirius's work. How he did it, no one knows. But that wasn't the only alarming thing. Three man announced himself as the most powerful being in the verses. Someone beyond Mattin, but it wasn't power that made him so strong, no, it was something else entirely, but let's not talk about that now. You'll know him when you see him, trust me, it's beyond your expectations, but please, try to manage them okay? Good. Now allow me to make things clearer for you.

Mattin P.O.V

Hey there. My name is Mattin Harmilan. 2 years ago, I was woken up in the Dragon ball universe after a involuntary 1 × 10300 year sleep, where thanks to mum and Dad (parents of the year), I had to reset some things, very important things, but we're not gonna talk about that, yet.

Right now, we have some things to focus on, so strap in, cause this is gonna be a ride you won't want to miss.

"So, can I visit anytime soon?"

Bulma was speaking to Mattin through a holographic projection.

"Well, not exactly, my universe's forces are stronger than yours at the moment so they might year you apart"

Bulma: "Even Goku"

Mattin: "Even Goku"

Mattin responded to Bulma. Which caused her to frown, since she had played a big part in the construction of Mattin's universe.

"But don't worry, with the peace agreement still intact, I'm sure things will turn well. Hey, speaking of peace treaty, how the good old Zeno doing?"

Mattin asked.

Bulma: "Nah he's fine, ever since you've been buddies, he's been leaning to cope with the twins of his past mistakes, and his progressing well, enough."

Mattin: "Enough?"

Bulma: "Well, it'll be an overstatement to say he isn't shaky. I mean it's usually a god the gives moral lessons, what you basically pulled of is history in the making.

Mattin: "Well, that sounds reassuring. I guess?, Okay I have to go, I think Sirius is done with the mechanism"

Bulma: "Okay bye"

With that, Mattin hanged up, the hologram automatically folded itself into a small cube, waiting to be activated through voice activation.

This was metalloid device built using material from Mattin's universe. Since his eyes where now linked with the verse, he had gained access to many special things.

With that Mattin took off to the skies, all the way into space as he headed towards the planet where Sirius and Aliya awaited him.

On his way there, Mattin took time to stargaze and marvel at his creation.

It a very beautiful universe, a big beautiful universe. A dark shade of blue pigmented the infinite beyond as Martin passed through the planets within its borders, some large as Jupiter, some small enough for inhabitants to be seen waving at their saviour from afar.

This was Mattin's work and he was more than pleased to see it. He had every right to after all.

ACT 2: Explaining the other worlds

Mattin finally landed on the surface of the small planet where he was being awaited by Sirius.

He saw a bright flow illuminating below, as he descended upon the dense atmosphere of the planet.

When he landed upon the sight of the machine, he saw only Sirius, but no Aliya.

"Hey? Where's Aliya, I thought she'd be here to see your new work."

That is when Mattin felt warm arms slowly wrap around him from behind. Mattin was shocked at first, but soon grew accustomed to it as it reached his chest and grew even tighter, a sudden warmth attacked his right ear, it was then he knew who it was, especial when the voice cued in.

"It's not his work, it's our work"

"You dirty socialist, I love you"

Mattin responded flirtingly to Aliyah,

"Oh shut it"

Mattin turned his head towards Mattin, as he embraced the kiss she planned on his lips.

After that, they both looked in front to see Sirius watching them with a monotone gaze. He let out a small cough of unease as there wasn't much he could do to avoid the awkwardness of that moment.

"Okay, now that you are done with your weirdness we can go back to the topic at hand."

Sirius looked back at the mechanism of his own doing.

It consisted of a glowing blue orb, the power source. It was placed above a rectangular device with various multi-coloured buttons astride two flat-surfaced pedestals.

"This, is the transporter"

Mattin puzzled as he realised the reference.

"No, I'm not taking about the movie you dimwit, I'm taking about the machine, the one that's gonna help us teleport to other anime worlds"

"I didn't even say anything"

"Well you kinda hinted at it"

"Whatever just show us how it works?"

After Mattin and Sirius's squabble. Sirius began his explanation.

"This is an inter-dimensional hopping system. After a visit from the overseer of the verses, I managed to observe his mechanism to create my own. A universal charger that can allow anyone to travel through through the anime-verse. Although it's not powerful enough to hop through the twin Wester-verses, like that of the overseer"

Sirius said pointing at the orb

"The overseer's a drunkard, he's isn't even from the anime verse, why didn't the anime verse choose me? I'm strong enough,". Mattin yelled.

"It's not only power that makes one suitable for such a responsibility, you know the requirement Mattin, and you also know that you suit none of them"

Sirius said tiringly.

"I guess you're right,"

Mattin sadly responded.

"The orb cannot automatically maintain itself, so I will be calibrating it using the mechanism below"

Sirius said pointing at the button-filled machine that held the orb above it.

"After being calibrated, the mechanism will send the energy into those two pedestals, thereby carrying whoever was standing above them to another world."

Sirius said pointing at the pedestals.

"Great, now, show us the universes that we asked for"

"Yeah, the last ones you showed us where, a universe of death spawns, pirates, gods, harems, titans, heaven, a fight against clothes, hell and fairies"

Mattin and Aliya said respectively.

"Of course, I'll start with Aliya, ladies do come first after all"

Sirius started pressing random buttons in the machine, causing a large holographic screen to appear. The screen began to reveal new life-forms, an entirely different world from the one they were on.

"Please note that these universes have been synched with the Dragon ball verse timeline"

"Aliya, here's your universe, LN sector, its status Isekai. A boy named Subaru from an alternate earth is transported to a flat pocket dimension only familiar to him through fantastical lore he saw through earth's video games, these include, magic, Dragons, talking animals, or in this case, half human species known as demi humans, witches, medieval lifestyles and of course, princesses and dumb imperialism. However, he is slowly discovering gory truths about this universe which are so feel that even he can't seem to identify them, also, there is something about him, something troubling"

"Nah who cares, Mattin, did you hear, my universe is gonna be awesome"

"Whatever, is it my turn yet?"

Mattin responded.

He wasn't even listening to Sirius as he was busy playing around and gazing at the stars.

*Unbelievable piece of sh...*

"As for your universe, Manga sector, its status, Shounen J, A boy named Naruto, in a world of ninjas, has known only hatred due to something residing inside of him, a beast known as the nine tails, festering so much hatred that it's been mistaken for a demon more than once. However he learns to control this power as he grows, using it for good, he earns many victories, and over the course of time, attains the respect be deserved, after he and his friends, who also happens to be somehow his brother, saved the world from a catastrophe, and by doing so was renounced as a hero to the masses. Two years after that, he saved it from another catastrophe, before official confessing his love to the girl who had loved him since childhood, and getting married, right now, the boy is expected to be the next leader of his village, due to his strength being second to none"

"Why isn't he leader now?"

Mattin asked.

"Apparently, the lad has a very small attention span, which makes him kind of an idiot"

It was at that point Mattin realised something about Naruto's friend.

"I noticed that his friend there appears to have a strange eyes, what's up with that?"

"Well, it turns out his friend is born to a clan with rare ocular gifts, his on the one hand are special and unique, something to do with the rinne cycle"

"So he has eye powers like me, that's rad"

Mattin said giggling with anticipation as his eyes lit up.

"What about Naruto, does he have any gift"

"Well..."

Sirius said looking upwards. He leaned towards Mattin's ear and whispered something to him. Which confused the half god, but also piqued his interest.

"Oh, so is it meta-humour, a parody or a meme?"

Martin asked confused.

"It's none of my business, all I know is that it always works"

Sirius answered

"Maybe I could try it sometime"

"You'll fail miserably"

Sirius answered Mattin.

"Oh shucks, so when do we get to try out the 'mechanism'"

Martin asked.

"Tonight would be fine, for now we could all just stretch out legs"

Sirius said.

"Well, if that's the case, I'll just go prepare for my spectacular fantasy world, while you try to prepare speech patterns for your awkward not ninja ninjas, tallyho"

Aliya said nonchalantly before taking off into the sky.

"Whatever"

Mattin said before following her.

Sirius looked back at the machine before vanishing.

Meanwhile, Alex, Connor and Hanna the fairy (read part one of three story to understand her) arrive in the area with the mechanism, playing catch on the small planet.

This universe was the perfect place for the cult of unification to flourish in eternally. Alex and Conner were now free of the dark matter that was forcefully bound to them, and Hanna didn't have to worry about negative energes to dull her power.

"Hey look, what's that?"

Hanna said staring at the mechanism

"That's Sirius's machine, we should probably keep away from it"

Alex said.

"Well I'm gonna check it out, COME ON"

Connor said, rushing towards it.

"Wait up!" (×2)

Alex and Hanna said simultaneously as they rushed towards him.

Once they got to the mechanism, the marvelled at its strangeness, though they hoped it would be bigger.

"Hey what's that button?"

Hanna said, pointing towards a giant red button.

"It has words in it, what do they say?

Connor inquired.

Alex: "I think it says 'overseer's inverse' or something"

"Hmm?" (×3)

All three of them said simultaneously.

10 hours later

After a long time had passed, midnight had arrived. Mattin, Aliya and Sirius were standing right next to the portal

Whilst Aliya was checking out the medieval outfit she had chosen and Sirius was running checks on the machine, Mattin was caught up in a dilemma.

*Okay just remember, they're cool people, so don't freak out, just greet them, like the normal person you are, no sweat, no sweat at all*

"AT EASE MY FELLOW SHINOBI"

*NO THAT'S NOT RIGHT*

"GREETING MY FELLOW SHINOBI"

*Now I sound like some sort of musical enthusiast*

"You're doing great Mattin, start up the machine"

"Thanks babe"

Mattin said, not realising that it was this she was being sarcastic.

"HEY"

The two finally got to their respective pedestals, ready to be sent off to an ideal world they could explore for a couple of days.

"Take this, each of you, you'll need it"

Sirius said, giving them what looked like a watch. They was a weird feature to it that Mattin immediately recognised.

"What's this?"

Aliya asked.

"It's a tool that'll allow me communicate with you from the other universes, it can also link to the Dragon ball verse"

Aliya: "What's this feature, Anime-verse archetype analyser?"

Mattin: "Yeah it makes the whole thing look like those early 2020 Corona virus thermometers"

"You'll know soon enough, now go"

Sirius turned on the mechanism, and in an instant, the two vanished.

Each had appeared to be in some sort of wormhole, stretched into different branches to each dimension.

*Get ready Naruto, cause a god is coming to town, and he's packing a large suitcase of pure awesomeness*

Mattin said inwardly.

*Get ready Lugnica, you're about to get bedazzled by a girl with style, and she's packing a bag of badass*

Meanwhile with Sirius.

Morpheus comes to check on how Sirius is doing, he sees what is going own and quickly makes out what happened.

"So it worked then?"

Morpheus asked.

"Of course it does. I created it after all?"

"But did it work correctly?"

"Of course, although the transfer might drain a bit of their stamina, nothing a good rest cannot fix, either way, everything will be fine,"

"You are sure it worked correctly?"

Morpheus asked once more.

"Look as you can see from the radar, Mattin and Aliya are each headed towards..."

Sirius paused when he realised something, something shocking. He was wrong and Morpheus was right. Something was off with the transfer, which led Sirius to say.

"Motherf..."

ACT 3: Switcheroo

Unknown realm

Aliya silently appeared on the couch of what may as well be one of the houses in this world she has been sent to. She feels tired from the travel so she decides to rest in the comfort of the sofa.

*I can't believe I'm actually sleeping on a couch, in a fantasy world, god is this cool or...*

As she is sleeping, a woman, a very peculiar one walks up to the couch and is frightened to a teen girl passed out on top of it.

The women had dark-nevi hair and what appeared to be silver greyish eyes. This of course, was the lovely Hinata Hyuuga, a proud Kunoichi, and the wife of Naruto Uzumaki.

"Naruto?"

She called out.

Aliya was too passed out to see what was happening, and that something had gone wrong with the machine.

Meanwhile...

Rezero Realm

"Stay away from him Rem"

Ram told Rem, who was shaking as he stared fearfully at Mattin.

"What on earth is going on, I suppose?"

Beatrice said walking in on the conversation. He immediately saw the dilemma.

"Oh my"

She said.

Fortunately, Roswaal, Emilia and Subaru came in as they heard the noise. They saw exactly what was happening.

"What tha"

Subaru said in shock.

"Who is he?"

Emelia asked.

She looked at Beatrice, who was caught up starring at a relatively short boy, snoring loudly, she could already sense Mattin's infinite divine power surging as the 16 year old but drooled on top of the dining table.

"I don't know, but judging from this sensation, this power, he might as well be..."

"A god"

Beatrice said, finishing up his sentence for him.

And that is where a journey of memes and pop-clue references began
