Act 1: Finally Here?
Ahhhh, mornings. You gotta love em alright. The sweet sensation of getting out of bed after a long rest and the irresistible pleasure of stretching your back, as you feel and listen to the sounds of your own vertebra cracking on your back.
This is what Mattin felt at this moment, as he got off the dining table. The hard table never bothered him as he always preferred to sleep on top of hard surfaces. He was active and ready, but most importantly, he had no idea what tha hell was going on. After he had gotten up, he realised something.
*Wait a minute, last night, I got transported to another dimension, so if I understand correctly, I'm about to meet a cool dude. FINALLY, SOMEONE I CAN RELATE TO*
Mattin said gripping his first tightly in anticipation and eagerness, not noticing the company that stood behind him.
*Let's see, a normal kid, born under abnormal events. Check. Is born with a gift from his parents, which also acts a kind of a curse. Check. He grows up with no friends. Check. But he makes friends later in the future and slowly becomes a badass hero, with a badass girlfriend. Check.*
Mattin's excitement, fuelled by the ever-growing excitement inside of him could no longer be contained and as such, he began to squeak like some fan boy at a convection.
"Is he feeling okay?"
"Shhh"
Emelia responded to the whispering Subaru, signalling him to silence, as they watched the god-level entity act like a complete nincompoop.
Just as they were talking, Mattin stopped shaking, and they could all see it from behind him.
*THIS IS GONNA BE AWESOME, WAIT? IS SOMEONE STANDING BEHIND ME? Could it be him? THIS IS GONNA BE AWESOME, just two awesome dudes discussing how cool they are. Plus this building is appropriately large enough for someone who's about to become a leader, plus he's a renowned hero. I should turn around and say hello, no that would come off as disrespectful, however, since I am a god so it shouldn't be too farfetched, you know what?, I'll just bow down and let it all out, a greeting known only to a few*
Mattin took a deep breath, and without further hesitation, took a bow as he did.
"GREETINGS NOBLE SHINOBI OF ANOTHER UNIVERSE, MY NAME IS MATTIN, ALSO FROM ANOTHER UNIVERSE, IT IS NICE TO MEET YOUR ACQUAINTANCE, I HOPE THAT WE BECOME GREAT PALS, I SEE A GREAT ALLIANCE FOR US ALL IF WE DO"
Mattin yelled
*Shinobi? What tha hell is that, and another dimension?*
*Just who on earth is this boy*
Beatrice and Roswaal thought simultaneously
Meanwhile...
Act 2: Where tha heck am I?
Naruto-verse
"Why am I here?"
"Ok lady I'm gonna need you to calm down a bit okay, just tell us who you are and where you came from, and things will go smoothly"
Naruto pleaded with Aliya, who was furious, as she, unlike Mattin, had realised they had mistakenly switched ideal universes. Aliya was in the universe that Mattin wanted to go to, and Mattin was in the universe that Aliya wanted to go to. The only difference was that it was only Aliya who had realised that.
Right now, Aliya was outside of Naruto's house, and a dozen of shinobi, Anbu, along with Naruto and Hinata were all standing in front of her, ready to take offensive measures if she tries anything funny.
Aliya smirked and looked at Naruto.
"So you're the Uzumaki that my dumb boyfriend has been dying to meet, I gotta say, you aren't too bad to look at"
Hinata gave her a shocked and frightened look, whilst Naruto blushed at the "kinda" compliment.
Aliya started to move front and back in repeated motion, with both hands folded together and her right palm resting and caressing her chin, indicating that she was in deep thought. Although it was enough to make a few guards flinch, ready to attack.
*Okay, think Aliya think. Okay, okay, so clearly something went won't with Sirius's mechanism. There was a malfunction and it led to this happening. So all I have to do is call Sirius and patch it up.*
Aliya then switched on the watch in her arm, causing a holographic image to glitch in front of her.
"WHAT IS THAT?"
"IS THAT A WEAPON?"
"PUT IT DOWN NOW"
"DOWN"
"PUT THE WEAPON DOWN, NOW"
Aliya couldn't take the screams that they kept sending towards her, consistently. She slowly became furious at them. But the line was finally crossed when simultaneous fire blast were launched at her direction.
"Wait Stop!"
Naruto beckoned, but it was too late. As the blasts merged and made contact with her, only to be transformed into lightning as it hit her.
"What tha"
One of the shinobi said. Hinata immediately activated her byakugan. And Naruto, Kurama and the other beasts were more than ready to activate six paths senjutsu if Naruto was in need of their aid.
Aliya, with rage. Raised her left arm, and punched the ground with it. Rubble formed as a result, as the shinobi were immediately blown out of the way by the force, except for Naruto and Hinata, who instinctively used the rubble as leverage to jump to safer grounds.
Aliya transformed the rubble into lightning, and took off to the sky with it.
*Wait, she can fly?*
Thought Naruto.
*And that lightning ability, it's incredible.*
Aliya noticed that there was a cloud as she was ascending. She got a hold of it with her right, and turned it into lightning as well.
Then after that, she fused the lightning on her left with the one on her right, and the whole village sky was covered with lightning. There was so much that Kakashi, Sakura, Kiba and Akamaru, Shino, Choji, Ino, Shikamaru, Tenten and Rock Lee noticed it. They were all outside at the moment and were shocked by what they were gazing upon.
Just then, a loud voice from the perpetrator echoed across the village.
"NEXT TIME, YOU'LL THINK TWICE BEFORE INTERRUPTING A LADY WHEN SHE'S ON THE PHONE!"
Aliya showed.
"Please calm down, we didn't mean to disturb you, we're just worried that's all"
Naruto, who was now in six paths mode, without the truth seeker orbs (even though he could've activated them), was now floating besides the angry lady, whose eyes were more of a glowing yellow.
Aliya looked at her, slowly pondering his words.
"You're the peace keeper type aren't you?"
She said.
"Yeah, I get that a lot"
Naruto said whilst chuckling and scratching his head.
After a few seconds had passed. The village was finally relieved to see that the lightning had now dissipated.
"Very well then, let's talk, I like your wife by the way, she looks good, enough"
"Uh, thanks?"
Naruto responded to Aliya.
"OI NARUTO"
"Huh? Wait, it can't be, is that..."
"Wha, who is that?"
Naruto looked downwards, and smiled at the person who was calling, as it was none other than...
"HEY SASUKE, LONG TIME NO SEE, HOW ARE YOU DOING?"
"I SAW FLASHES OF LIGHTNING ON MY WAY TO THE VILLAGE, JUST WHAT EXACTLY HAPPENED HERE AND WHO WHO IS THAT NEXT TO YOU?"
Sasuke responded back. Just then, his Rinnegan picked up a strange energy radiating from Aliya, he didn't know what it was, but just like six paths Madara, him and Naruto when they recieved six paths, it felt, Devine.
This brought shock to Sasuke, which Aliya was able to notice from above, he then looked at Naruto, who was staring at her.
*So both of them can sense my energy huh? not bad ninja boys, not bad.*
Rezero World
Mattin, still unaware of what was happening, was still bowing down towards Subaru and the gang.
They all huddled together to discuss what they would say in response.
"Okay, I know you guys think I'm pathetic or whatever, but you've got to let me handle this one"
Subaru whispered.
"Oh yeah, and how can we be sure we can trust you Subaru"
Rem whispered back.
"This guy mentioned something about Shinobi, well, I know those guys, he might be referring to ninjas"
"What are ninjas"
"Look I can explain later but now you just have to trust me, okay? It's gonna be fine"
Subaru answered Ram.
They then disbanded the huddle. Subaru cleared his throat.
"Hello there, stranger from another world, I hear your plea, have you come to learn about the art of the ninja, or maybe dabble around the philosophy"
Subaru responded in an awkward sagely voice as a sweat drop appeared on his forehead.
*That didn't even make sense* (×2)
Rem and Ram thought simultaneously, as sweat drops appeared on their forehead.
*Trust me he said, it'll be fine he said*
Beatrice thought. With her monotone expression still lingering.
"Huh, well that's funny"
Mattin said.
"What is?"
"Well, I thought that Naruto's voice doesn't have a bass, and those speech patterns are to strange for someone who's a dimwit"
Subaru froze when he heard that, realised that he had taken the wrong approach. To top it off, he had no idea who this Naruto is.
"Well, I guess you can't can't judge people by your own misconceptions"
Subaru said.
"Sure, well, I'm just gonna raise my head now"
"No no no no wait"
"It okay I..."
Mattin froze, now directly facing the people who were trying to deceive him with that feeble attempt of a fake Naruto accent.
The starring continued for a time, as Mattin let the truth sink into his soul, instead of living his own fantasy, he was living his girlfriend's, Time passed, and Mattin snapped, as he left eye started to twitch.
2 Minutes Later
An unknown force knocked the mansion door off its hinges as it flew past the garden and into the open forest.
*This is ridiculous, I can't believe he would let this happen*
He looked back and noticed that they were all following him, with weapons drawn.
*You've gotta be kidding me, okay just ignore them, right now, I have to call Sirius, and see what he has to say about this*
Mattin drew out his watch and turned it on, thereby creating a holographic projection of a call on hold.
"Wait is that holographic tech"
Subaru said, recognising three familiarity.
Meanwhile Mattin was calling Sirius, and the watch was still ringing.
A while minute passed, and the phone went off. Which annoyed and shocked Mattin.
*Did the old man just ghost me?*
Unsure of what just happened, he called again. And once more, Sirius didn't pick up the call.
*Oh so that's how it's gonna happen, you think you're funny aren't you Sirius? oh, I'm about to show you funny alright*
Once more, he called him, but this time, with his universal eye active.
Immediately at that moment, Sirius was put online, the hologram showing him and Morpheus smiling awkwardly, with sweat drops on their forehead.
Mattin gave them a stern look before smiling sarcastically.
"Privyet Comrade shithead"
He greeted them with a heavy fake smile. His main target, Sirius.
"Hi my lord, how are you doing?"
Sirius responded.
"Nah, nothing much, just um... You know that experience, where you have a nightmare that isn't real, because you never even dreamt it, and the whole thing was simply you just being worked up"
Sirius and Morpheus exchanged puzzled looks before starting back at the hologram.
"No?" (×2)
"Oh yeah? Then explain to me why YOU PUT ME IN ONE?"
He said angrily
"UM…"
They answered fearfully
"I was supposed to wake up in Shinobi land, meet a cool blondie with Loudmouth syndrome and an eating disorder beyond Dr Phil's line of expertise, and a badass Raven haired emo rune whose hair strangely resembles a duck's thorax and has a hopeless 1000 mile stare of the monkey that didn't get the last noooooooo, instead, I'm send to a world where there's no Shinobi, NO NINJUTSU, NO SWEET RINNEGAN, NO AWESOME SENJUTSU, BUT SOME COPYRIGHT CINDERELLA SHAKESPEAREN DRAMA SETTING, OCCUPIED WITH WHAT LOOKS LIKE UMM... hold on.
Mattin looked back and took a brief look at the 5 spectators.
"Okay so there's what looks like an Otaku Simp (Subaru),A schizophrenic Joker extremist(Roswaal), An ad-friendly version of elsagate (Emilia) with a Pokémon (Puck) and what looks like the unlicensed harem version of those creepy twins from the shining(Rem and Ram)
"So please, tell me, why am I here, and not my girlfriend?"
"Yeah tell me why he's there and I'm here"
The three where immediately shaken as Aliya popped in as well. Not only that, but it was because of how calm she looked.
"Aliya, how'd you?"
"Don't worry, I'm not here to complain, that's not gonna help anyone, just tell me what happened and I'll be in my way."
Sirius: "Err sure, well it turns out that the kids mistakenly pressed the overseer's stupid inverse button. Which in turn switched the configurations between the pedestals"
"What tha hell is an inverse button?" (×2)
"It's a stupid button that's what it is"
Morpheus responded to Aliya and Mattin.
"Was this all Connor, did he wrap them up in this?"
Mattin said.
"Would it really be that surprising if I said yes?"
"No?" (×2)
"Okay well, do you think you could bring us back now, I know the charges take a lengthy amount of time to charge, but still..."
Aliya said.
"Well, I should be able to, but there's just one problem"
Sirius uttered.
Mattin: "And what exactly would that problem be?"
"Well, I can't"
Sirius answered Mattin, who was enraged by the response.
"Well, I'm gonna go, Naruto's wife is about to cook some delicious grub and we are about to have a girls day out so good luck"
Aliya immediately hanged up before Martin could even stop her. Which in turn caused Mattin to rub his chin.
Keep in mind that a few feet behind him, stood the now 5 residents of Roswaal's abode, watching as the 16 year old half god argue with the holographic screen in front of him.
Subaru could hear and understand how the little boy was addressing them on the hologram, and what really caught a hold of him were the early references that he kept making.
"Should we go closer to see what's going on?"
Ram asked.
"I think not, how tha heck could be call me a simp?"
Subaru said angrily.
"What's a simp?"
"Let's not talk about that"
Subaru quickly answered Emilia.
Meanwhile back with Mattin.
"So you're telling me that while Aliya is busy having tea time with the ninja gang, I get to wonder around like Alex in medieval Isekai-ville?"
"Yes"
Sirius answered unhesitatingly.
"I'm gonna pretend you didn't say that"
Mattin responded sarcastically.
"You know what, never mind, just link me to good ol Grandy will you"
"You think he can help you?"
Sirius muttered.
"Do you have a better idea?"
"Now byeeeee"
"What tha"
Just then, the signal was cut, and a blue loading screen appeared. Waltz music was playing in the background. It stopped, and the Grand minister appeared in the hologram.
"Oh hey Mattin, I see you called"
The GM said with neutral mannerisms in his speech.
"You don't seem amazed"
Mattin wondered.
"My astonishment face is for those who aren't half deities that once threatened all of existence"
"At least I don't look like I was moon-bleached on Neptune, and shrunk under its gravity at the same time"
Mattin replied.
"Hmm"
"And you should be grateful, cause it my efforts that saved you and your stupid blue ass"
"Whatever you say your greatness"
The GM replied
"Look can we drop the cringy comebacks"
"It really? Why?
"Because I literally need your help 'coming back'"
"Oh really? Coming back to the Dragon world, or your crappy little universe"
The Grand Minister replied, causing main to growl in anger.
"My universe is 18 000 times bigger than yours, and if you check the overseer's stats, mine's better"
"You're gonna take stats from a drunkard, I mean he is renowned but still..."
"CAN YOU FIX BRING ME BACK OR NOT"
"I don't know, can I?"
Mattin: "Listen here papa Malik😡😡😡, if you keep testing my patience, God help me I will walk this hologram and beat your ass "
GM: "As if (giggling)"
Goku: "Hie there Mattin, how are you doing?"
Goku suddenly appeared on the screen, pushing away the angel his unexpected appearance shocking Mattin.
"WAKE UP KAKAROT"
Vegeta flew past the screen, knocking the projector out of the Grand Minister's hands as the last thing that showed up before the screen blacked out, was Vegeta punching Goku.
"Motherf...😕😕😕😕 hmm?"
Mattin finally realised that he had company.
He walked towards the fine mansion residents, unaware that they could hear his weird conversation.
"HELLO, MY RURAL CHUM"
Mattin greeted as he neared the five. They responded with 5 awkward hand waves.
Mattin finally neared them. He took a good look at them, wondering what to do with them. Although he and Aliya had switched worlds, Aliya appeared to make do with what she's got, maybe Mattin should do the same with these guys, perhaps maybe he could also do the same thing, make do with what he has, instead of complaining about what he is missing out on. (For those who are wondering, right now, Aliya is in a spa with the soon to be married Kunoichi of the hidden leaf). Appreciate what you have true essence of joy after all, isn't it?
Mattin: *Of hell no, that simply means ninja world is cooler, she gets to hang with awesome dudes who fought a great war and I don't. Ever since I saw that awesome truthseeker orb thingy I've been glued to it, not to mention that sick ocular power called the Rinnegan, truly the work of eastern badassery. Instead you want me to stay here in Isekai world, fantasy worlds that are renowned for unnecessarily creepy people with eccentric behaviour and overly sexual innuendos and murder tactics, not to mention, rip off earthly Catholics doctrine, only to poop on it later, not in your fu ng life. Screw you and your vague message, I wanna get the hell outta here.*
Well, I tried.
"You, guy who was named after a vehicle brand?"
Four of the people there had no idea what the half god was talking about but they all looked at Subaru.
"Me?"
"Did I stutter?"
"I guess not"
Mattin cleared his throat, and got in a stance, as he was about to sing. Not out of musical devotion, but to test out a theory of some sort.
Mattin: "I still hear your voice, when you sleep next to me"
Mattin and the chorus. A few seconds passed, there was no response, until Subaru realised what he was doing and went along with it.
Subaru: "I still feel your touch in myyy dreams."
"Forgive me my weakness, but I don't know why" (×2)
"Without you it's hard to survive" (×2)
"Oh, so you are from earth?"
"Yeah"
"Oh, maybe this world isn't that had"
Mattin, ever since being awaken from his slumber, and ever since the care he received from Bulma, he had always seem earth as his home, and earthlings as his blood relatives, so knowing full well that there was someone from a world he could relate to was a bonus to Mattin.
"So you think we could be friends?"
Subaru said excitedly.
Mattin: "Fat chance point break"
"Awww"
Subaru responded.
Mattin then looked ahead to address all of them.
"I'm gonna go, that way"
Mattin say, pointing away from the mansion, in the direction of the exit pathway.
"If any of you follow me, they shall be consequences, don't believe me?"
Mattin walked a few feet away from them, he looked around and saw a nearby mountain range, he raised his left palm towards the mountain.
"HAKAI!"
There a small sudden tremor, which terrified them all, but not as much as when the hill faded to pink dust.
The Unification (Mattin, read Dragonball Super Transcendent to know more) on the other hand noticed something wrong.
"Hmm, well that was weird?"
He said looking at his left hand.
Looking back at the now frightened residents, Mattin spoke once more.
"That poor mountain could be you, your face, to be precise, so don't do that 'follow and trek the new guy' routine, nobody likes cliches"
He looked back in the direction of the destroyed mountain.
*Now let's fix you up bro*
He raised his prom towards the range once more, but this time, enclosed his hands into a fist, the mountaineers was instantaneously restored.
That happened, and the act was done. Martin took off to the sky, leaving behind 5 puzzled people.
After flying for a few minutes, Mattin landed in a small village a few miles from the mansion.
He landed in the planes of the area, only to notice that a crowd was circling him, staring at him with bewildered eyes.
"Uuuuh Hello?"
ACT 3: Oh holy Sh
That Night
Hours have passed ever since Mattin frightened the innocent crowds with his 'Hello'.
He was currently hovering above the sky, earning curious gazes from kids below him as they picked through the windows of their houses.
After hours of meditating on the sky, Mattin finally decided to call Sirius on the hologram once more.
Sirius, scratching his head, responded.
"Oh hello there Mattin, so tell me, how's the Isekai treating you"
"Well, aside from the fantasy vibe and the obviously cursed forest that people seem to be ignoring, I'm doing pretty well thank you"
"I see, so why have you called?"
Sirius asked.
"Well you see, earlier this morning, after I called you, I blew up a mountain, however, something weird happened as I did that"
"Let me guess, the universal eye felt weakened and or restricted?"
"Wait, How'd you know that"
"Hmm, well I guess it's time I explained something, according to the Grand Minister's history that he told us, when you were sealed, and Zeno had destroyed the original Dragon ball verse, you floated in the void, also known as the null. The universal eye that had implanted itself around you, slowly began to fade away, as it has lost its original body to Xeno's big rip explosion. So it began to borrow some energy from different anime-verses, and universes that were made by and from these universes. Now, ordinarily, the universal eye only works in the universe it comes from, but due to the steps taken by your universal eye to survive, it slowly gained some access to various aspects of these anime-verses, henceforth, that is the reason why you can use it on this universe, as it once drained on it too, but I'm order to prevent the eye from gaining further access, the verses ceased to transfer their energy, which is why as it was about to reach its end, it willingly gave up its consciousness and authority to you, since as part god, you would have enough infinite energy to sustain whatever remained"
Sirius explained.
"Wow, that kinda dark, I guess."
"Yep, so what are you gonna do about the cursed forest?"
Sirius asked.
"Well since I have nothing to do, I guess I could..."
Suddenly, Mattin stopped talking. Something was wrong and it had caused his universal eye to unwillingly activate, allowing him to sense the problem.
"Martin, you suddenly stopped talking, is something wrong"
"Yeah, it's the timeline, it just got fractured by something.The eye sensed it"
Mattin replied.
"Okay Sirius, I'll call you back later, right now I have to go"
"Okay just new safe out there, and try to some fun for Pete's sake"
Sirius said before hanging up.
As for Mattin.
"Astral"
His soul burst out of his body and the body vanished into thin air. Mattin, now in the metaphysical world of the Rezero realm, could see the event unfold in detailed. He looked down and noticed the whole world was frozen in time.
He could hear echoes of chanting female voices. Suddenly, gigantic shadow arms appeared in all directions and engulfed the whole sky. Things were dark, then suddenly a bright light engulfed everything, after which, the hands began to retract, but this time, towards one direction, the mansion.
Mattin followed the hands to their source, he also noticed that it was too early to be morning, but it was. The hands outran him, but through the eye, he could trace their path. He finally caught up to the mansion and the now shrivelled up hand. He continued to chase until it led to one person, a person he had met earlier. A now traumatized Subaru, lying in his bed as he stares at his hands, and the twins standing right in front of.
"Holy sh.."
