It's all been a blur for Stella and her flock, having to leave their home and now in this new, unknown world that is supposed to be a golden opportunity. When Stella first heard the voice through the tree, it called itself, Tapu Koko. It is known as a Pokémon, a creature that has incredible powers, like Stella and her friends. It noticed that her island was in danger, and has spoken to her about the Alola Region, one of the many places in the world that has Pokémon. Without any hesitation, she accepted the offer and proceeded to pack up for herself, as well as packing up for her friends. Everyone was scared at the thought of leaving their home, but there was a promised paradise on the other side. Without any second guessing, she and her flock have crossed through the glow, thus escaping a crazed Gale and her loyal pig army. The flock soon skydived through a portal to the island that was said to be the promised hope mentioned by Tapu Koko.
Now, the morning sun shines on one of the four main islands of the Alola Region, Melemele Island. People are starting their morning routines as their own days start. Townsfolk are bustling all over the place, making the island come alive. While some are shopping at the local open air markets, some are opening up their businesses for the day. Those who aren't are enjoying the open community with their friends or Pokémon, if they have any. Speaking of friends and groups, the focus is now away from the buildings and at a beachside house. The house is a small to average size, but the people who own the house, they have got extra company. But, for those people who are the company, things have changed. A girl slowly wakes up and she doesn't notice her changes right away. "Ugh... man, that was one big skydive or my name surely isn't Stella...", she says looking up at the house's ceiling, but as she sits up, she is shocked to what she sees. She's no longer a pink bird, but she is a fully-fledged human. She unzips her sleeping bag and looks at her new self and clothes too. The once pink bird is now a black haired, blue eyed, thirteen year old girl. Not only has she changed to a human, Stella is now sporting an athlete's clothing style. This new style of hers consists of a pink hoodie that has some loose ends on her head, arm, and leg areas. Stella's new look also comes with athletic fit jeans, red socks, and black sneakers with pink stripes. She looks over and sees her backpack, which has now turned into into a regular pink backpack. "No way... what have I become?", Stella says as she looks at herself and then around to see her environment. The once little lab that she and her friends are in, is now turned into a extra sleeping area for the amount of company that is there. Everyone soon slowly wakes up one by one, they are like Stella, as they are all shocked at their appearances. As they look around, they look at each other's appearance and their own.
The first one to wake up is Poppy, who appears appears as a blonde haired, peach colored eyed, thirteen year old girl. For her outfit, she is wearing clothing that is similar to her bird form, but would also resemble a young musician. This new look consists of a yellow polo that has loose ends, but they are on the collar of the shirt. Poppy's black denim jeans have a few holes in them, but her peach colored socks and golden yellow shoes do not. She is also very impressed by the new look that she is sporting. "Man, this is surprising, but this outfit does fit me to a T," Poppy says as she spins around, trying to see all her new styles with her impressed eyes. Next up on the changes list is Willow, as she looks around the room, she notices her new look and style as well. She appears to be twelve years old, with blue eyes and still has her trademark yellow and red hat, but it's no longer a big beanie. This time, it's a yellow and red colored baseball cap, which does keep her long brown hair in place. In addition to the cap, it's being complimented by her blue hoodie with the usual loose strings, with navy blue denim shorts. Her shoes are designed as if a photo of a artist's palette was embedded onto the shoe's fabric. Willow's backpack has changed into a twosome of bags. There is one for usual traveling supplies and there is an extra for her art supplies, each one in a rainbow of colors. "Do I look stylish or what?," Willow says in astonishment, while asking the flock for their approval. The last of the girls, Dahlia, looks at her twelve year old girl style with her new root beer colored glasses. She looks at her brown polo shirt, cargo shorts, and black athletic shoes with inquisitive brown eyes. The scientist of the group also looks at her backpack, which has turned into a medium sized and brown backpack. Her expression when she looks in the mirror says it all. "My goodness, this style is immaculate," she says looking around at her new self, "But, just how in science's name is this possible?" Luca then wakes up and is surprised to what he sees. He's now an eight year old boy, with his entire clothing light blue and white. This colorization goes from his short sleeved polo and t shirt, to his cargo shorts and sneakers. He also has black hair that is in a center cut form, but is happy about his new look. He's also happy about his backpack, which is small for him to fit, but it's also a black and blue striped backpack. "I wonder where we are that made us what we are now?," Luca asking the others while looking at his reflection. The others shake their heads as they all look upstairs to an unknown part of the house that they are in.
Stella leads the way, going first up the stairs, but all have struggles as they try to adapt as humans and not birds. They soon reach the top and look at the innards of the room that they are in. They soon see that there's no one in the area from which they are at. As they look around, two of the girls look at the living room area, where there's a bunch of books in a bookcase, near a silver colored tv on another bookcase. The other areas they explore include the kitchen area, an extra sleeping area that's occupied by another person, but he is not there. "These people must be very nice," Willow says as she calls out to the others. Luca looks around and proceeds to open the front door, his eyes then become big with wonder. "Wow," Luca says as the others, each join the youngest member of the group. They each walk out onto the front deck, joining in the amazement that Luca is experiencing. "This is so flocking amazing...,"Stella says marveling at the same sight, the same way Luca is. They are now looking at a beautiful white sand beach, with crystal clear blue waters, and a bright shining sun. The flock each step onto the sand, amazed by what they see. "This has to be a paradise," Stella says in awe, "I can't believe how flourishing this island is!" "The sun is shining so bright, I bet we can call this our second home!", Willow says as she admires the entire view of the beach. "You said that this is where Pokémon live and thrive, am I correct, Stella?", Dahlia asking the leader as she explores the shoreline of the beach for the fore-mentioned creatures. Stella shakes her head as she looks to see Luca looking at a staircase where blue steps lead to higher ground. "Perhaps, there is a sign of them up there!", Luca calling out to his friends, who all follow him to where he is. They then go up each step, with a little wobble, all the way to the top. The path leads them down to a white and red colored building, where a certain young person yellow and small mouse-like creature is running towards that same area. "What were those two doing?," Stella says as she's unsure about who or what they saw. The others shrug as they head closer to the building, each with curiosity in their eyes. "What do you say that we step inside?," Luca says to the group, only to get worried looks from the girls. "I don't know Luca, this is unknown as unknown can be," Dahlia says taking notes on a small notepad. Luca nods as they all head off, unaware that the same yellow mouse did look at the group. In Stella's mind she's thinking to herself about this new world, "What new adventures could possibly be here, what is that young boy doing with a mouse, and what are these weird creatures? "
