Elladan, Elrohir and Erestor watched as Glorfindel paced in the family living room furiously.

After the initial shock of the twins' kidnapping had passed, as well as informing their brothers what happened, Glorfindel felt rage explode in him at the human who dared touch one hair on his precious nephews' heads.

"Glorfindel, saes, sit down. We need to plan and wearying yourself will not help things." Erestor pleaded.

Glorfindel stopped his pacing and stared him.

"I will not sit down until they are both here, safe, sound and unharmed. And I will not rest until that miserable excuse of a human suffers my wrath." he growled.

Elladan and Elrohir stared at their uncle, as they rarely saw him express this much rage and anger. Erestor on the other hand expected it. Glorfindel was extremely protective of all his nephews, especially the little ones. He was their uncle but could easily pass as their father, for he loved the little ones and Elladan and Elrohir more than anything.

"I know gwador, but we need to prepare for their arrival here as well as their rescue." he reasoned.

Glorfindel huffed then sat down.

"Legolas is injured. If the wretched human doesn't tend to the wound, it could easily become infected." Glorfindel said, a slight shake in his voice.

The other 3 elves paled.

"And with Lassie's weak and vulnerable immune system it could be dangerous." Elrohir whispered.

"He could die?" Elladan asked.

"NO!" Erestor and Glorfindel shouted together.

"By my life, I will not let that sweet sweet child die. Not him or Estel." Glorfindel swore.

"Nor will I. We promise, we will find your brothers." Erestor promised the panicking twins.

"Alright, first we need to gather up a group of warriors to help search for Legolas and Estel. I will lead the troops.." Glorfindel started only to be cut off by the twins.

"We want to come too!"

"Aye, we want to make the miserable human pay for what he did to our baby brothers."

"Nay young ones. Though your protectiveness for your brothers is honorable and admirable, you're needed here. You two are becoming exceptional healers, and your brothers, or at least Legolas will most probably need medical attention when he gets here. Your uncle Erestor will stay here with you while I go get our rascals back. " Glorfindel told them gently.

The twins looked upset at that, but nodded as they wanted to help as much as they could.

"What do you want us to prepare?" Elladan asked.

"Bandages, painkilling tea, fever reducing tea, and the potion for Legolas's lungs should he need it." Glorfindel answered.

"There is one more thing. Are you both aware of the medicine your father makes from mold?" Erestor asked the twins.

"Aye, it's used to treat infections." Elrohir replied.

"It tastes disgusting too." Elladan added.

The uncles cracked smiles "Do you know how to prepare it?" Glorfindel questioned.

The twins nodded "But why would Lassie need it?" Elladan asked.

"You know how vulnerable your youngest brother's immune system is. He already has a wound that will most probably become infected. That is beside any other wound he might acquire, forbid it happen. We need to be prepared for all scenarios because I am not loosing him." Glorfindel said.

"Alright, we'll go start now." Elrohir said as he and Elladan hugged their uncles.

"Be careful uncle Glorfy."

"Bring us back our baby brothers." they had whispered when hugging Glorfindel.

"Let us go gather the warriors." Erestor said as he placed a hand on Glorfindel's shoulder and steered the blonde elf lord towards the training yards.

As Estel slowly came back to the land of the living, he became aware that he was lying on something soft, yet when he tried moving his arms, there was something constricting his movement.

With a panic, he realized that Legolas was not beside him, as he always was when they slept and he opened his eyes quickly, then felt fear settle into him as he became aware of his surroundings and the events that transpired only a couple of hours back rushed back into his memory.

He quickly scanned the dimly lit room in search of his brother, and there he was. Legolas was directly facing him, yet he was cuffed to the wall and was not placed on a mattress like Estel was. Estel also noted how his twin's little face was scrunched in pain and he remembered how the man had hurt his arm.

The human! Estel suddenly remembered. Where was he?!

As if in answer to his question, the door to the room suddenly opened and in stepped the man holding two cups of water in his hands.

"Oh you're awake child. Here drink some water, you must be thirsty." the man said as he placed the cup on the child's lips. Estel hesitated, but his thirst won over his caution, and he took a few sips, as his hands were bound to the wall.

"Who are you? And what do you want?" Estel asked him, a glare on his face.

The man smirked "I already explained that child. I want to get my revenge." he said as he walked over to where Legolas was still unconscious. Without warning, the man kicked the elfling in his side, making him wake up with a start, eyes widening and a sob tearing from his throat.

"NO! LEAVE HIM ALONE." Estel screamed as he fought against his bonds at the sight of the horrible actions that were being done for his other half.

The man finished kicking the elfling then grabbed him violently by his little arms and held him up only to throw him back to the ground and continue kicking him, causing Legolas to sob even harder as he tried to curl up to prevent the pain.

As Estel watched his brother be tortured at the hands of the cursed man through his tears, he sent out a plea.

"Ada please come! Legolas needs you."

Far away, as 3 elves rode away from the golden woods, the dark haired elf suddenly stopped his horse as he froze, hearing things in his head.

The 2 other elves, both blonde unlike him, stopped their horses as well and dismounted as they came to the dark haired elf's side.

"Elrond ion nin, whatever is the matter?" Celeborn asked worriedly.

Elrond looked fearfully at his parents.

"Estel, he just sent me a message." he said, voice laced with fear.

As soon as he said his words, Galadriel fell to her knees, clutching her head as she experienced a vision.

"Galadriel! What do you see meleth nin?" Celeborn cried as he crouched next to his wife, knowing the telltale signs of a vision.

Galadriel raised her head and looked at Elrond who had dismounted and knelt next to his mother. Her fair and beautiful features were etched with pain and fear.

"Legolas, he's in grave danger."
