They were always running. Running to stop an execution. Running away from an explosion. Running from a trigger-happy patrol. Running to get to roll call on time.

On even rarer occasions, Carter found himself outside the wire with a little free time. Newkirk would have headed to the pub. LeBeau would have gone grocery shopping. Hogan would have found a girl.
