BELLA'S POV

"Hey baby, I'm home." He called as he walked through the door. I was practically living here now, I had my own key and everything. I was in the kitchen making dinner for us. It was pulled pork, one of his favorites. I turned to say hello to him and saw his face. It was neutral, which I figured was fine, until he ran a hand through his hair. That was what he did when he was grumpy. I put down the knife I was using and crossed the small apartment. "Jake, what's wrong? Did you get a bad result?" He had his final meeting with his student teaching supervisor this afternoon. I had assumed it would go well, but that must not have been the case. I put my arms around his waist and rested my cheek against his chest. I heard him groan softly as he wrapped me up and pulled me tighter. "No, angel, I got a really good result. But I need to pick a school to teach at soon. We need to talk about it." He placed a small kiss on my forehead as I stepped back to make dinner.

"Darling, don't worry about me. I still have another semester to go through high school. And I'm sure it's too early in the relationship to be basing major life decisions off of each other anyway, so-" I was cut off by his lips at my neck. He waa standing behind me with one hand on my hip and the other holding my hair back so he could whisper in my ear.

"Bella, you are my whole life. My everything. I want us to make this decision together, because as soon as you graduate, we're living together. I want to see you, every day. I want to wake up to you. I want to smell your perfume on my clothes. I crave it, love. And so what we're going to talk about is what you want to do after high school, and where because I'm going to be following you. I have enough savings to make it through a semester before I move." He suddenly spun me around and pressed a kiss to my lips, firm and absolutely sure. He wasn't lying, I could tell. He would follow me anywhere.

I took a moment to catch my breath before handing him the knife so I would work on another part of dinner. "Well, I didn't apply to anywhere within three hours of here. I didn't want to be close to my family. I got accepted to a few places already. The one I was most excited about was actually the University of Alaska." I whispered. "I got accepted to better schools, Dartmouth being one, but I don't know if I want to go. It's so expensive , and it would take me longer to graduate, and..." I trailed off. I had always known Dartmouth was out of the question, but the look on Jacob's face said otherwise. I raised an eyebrow at him. "What, love?"

"Angel, I got really good scholarships when I went to college. So good, in fact, that I actually didn't even have to work. I was getting so much that I didn't even use it all. I worked anyway, so that I could live in a nicer area and get a nicer car, but most of it got saved. And of course there's still the college money I didn't use. If you really wanted to, you could go to Dartmouth." He smiled widely, but as he said all of this, I realized it was more than that. I started putting the sandwiches on plates as I talked.

"Other than money, there are other issues. I don't know what I want to study yet. What if they don't offer what I want there? At least, at Alaska, I won't spend too much money trying to figure it out. I don't want to waste your entire savings account." I blushed a little as I said this. He looked thoughtful. We sat down to eat, and for a while, we were quiet. It wasn't until I got up to put our plates in the sink that I heard his voice. "One year in Alaska. And then we'll figure it out from there." I turned around to look at him. "You can get your generals out of the way, and then when you've decided, you can look at better schools. I'll get a job teaching online school so I can up and leave when you're ready. And actually, I could do that now, maybe put some more in the bank for you to go. You don't have to worry about anything, angel, I'll take care of you." He was suddenly behind me again, and it occurred to me that he could.

"I love you, Jacob." I wasn't accepting his offer. I wanted to think about it a little more. Of course, I knew I didn't have much time. But I could at least buy myself a night of time. I set the dishes down and decided to take care of them later, then hopped on the counter and pulled him between my legs. "Well, Mr. Black, I do believe we have something to do tonight." Typically, when I address him formally, he does the same, calling me Miss Swan. But instead I was surprised to find another name whispered in my ear. "Anything you want, Mrs. Black." It was the first time I had heard those words, and my brain automatically connected two names. Bella Black. Obviously not yet but eventually that would be my name. And I realized that not only was I ok with that, I was excited for it.

I pressed my lips to his neck and he groaned as he lifted me off the counter. As he ushered me to our room I whispered in his ear. "I belong to you, Jacob, now and forever. I want to prove it to you." He laid me down on the bed and reached for his nightstand, where we kept the condoms, and I stopped him. He looked confused. "It's a safe day, baby, and I trust you." I saw his eyes darken and his face soften as he crushed me with his weight in a hug. It didn't take him long to undress me, and then himself. We almost always made love completely naked. I loved seeing him, completely vulnerable and himself. I put my hands on his hips to pull him closer, and then grabbed his cock to guide it in.

About an hour later, we were next to each other. He was trying to cool down, and I was cleaning myself up. He had exploded all over my stomach. I got to enjoy his taste. I would scoop some up, and lick it off my fingers, and repeat. I didn't realize he was watching me until I heard him say, "sweetheart, if you don't stop, there's going to be a round two." In response, I got up to straddle his hips.

"Is that a threat, or a promise?"
